Pemberdayaan Masyarakat melalui Literasi Keuangan sebagai Strategi Menghadapi COVID-19 di Desa Betoyoguci, Gresik

Abstrak: Pandemi COVID-19 telah,menyerang,berbagai,negara di dunia, tanpa terkecuali Indonesia. Adanya Pandemi juga menimbulkan dampak pada berbagai sektor, sehingga berbagai kebijakan juga sudah dilakukan,oleh,pemerintah Indonesia, untuk, menekan, angka, penyebaran, virus tersebut. Salah satu bidang yang paling terdampak dari Pandemi ini adalah bidang perekonomian, oleh karena itu Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) bahkan masyarakat umum perlu untuk pengatur terkait keuangan mereka dimasa sulit ini. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk, memberikan, pelatihan, literasi, keuangan.tentang pembukuan sederhana yang sangat bermanfaat dalam strategi pengelolaan usaha maupun masyarakat umum pada masa Pandemi COVID-19. Mitra pengabdian adalah UMKM dan masyarakat umum yang ada di Desa Betoyoguci, Gresik. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), yakni pendekatan dan teknik-teknik pelibatan masyarakat dalam proses-proses pemikiran yang berlangsung selama kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan serta pemantauan dan evaluasi program pembangunan masyarakat. Pada saat pengabdian, kegiatan berhasil diikuti oleh 56 peserta yang ada di Desa Betoyoguci, yang mayoritas masih belum mengerti tentang cara pengelolaan keuangan, sehingga materi literasi keuangan sangat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Selain itu, untuk mempermudah UMKM, tim pengabdian juga memperkenalkan aplikasi tidak berbayar yang bisa diakses lewat Hp bernama aplikasi “BukuKas” yang dibuat dan dikembangkan oleh PT BeeGroup Financial Indonesia, melalui aplikasi ini, masyarakat dapat terbantu terkait pengelolaan keuangan dari kegiatan harian operasional usaha. Untuk bisa mendapatkan aplikasi “BukuKas”; peserta bisa mendownload melalui link https://bukukas.co.id/download/. Hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian, dapat diketahui bahwa dibandingkan dengan sebelum pelatihan, maka tingkat pemahaman masyarakat Desa Betoyoguci yang tinggi mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 27 orang. Dengan adanya pendampingan dari tim pengabdian, mitra pengabdian mampu mengambil keputusan berkaitan dengan usahanya ditengah pandemi COVID-19 yang masih berlangsung hingga saat ini.Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic has attacked various countries, in the world, including Indonesia. The pandemic's existence also impacted various sectors, so that the Indonesian government has also carried out various policies to reduce the spread of the virus. One of the areas most affected by this pandemic is the economic sector, therefore Micro,,Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and even the general public need to regulate their finances in this difficult time. This service aims to provide financial literacy training on simple bookkeeping which is very useful in business management strategies and the general public during the COVID-19 pandemic. Community service partners are MSMEs and the general public in Betoyoguci Village, Gresik. The method used is Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), namely approaches and techniques for community involvement in thought processes that take place during planning, implementation and monitoring, and evaluation of community development programs. At the time of the service, 56 participants in Betoyoguci Village successfully participated in the activity, most of whom still did not understand how to manage finances, so financial literacy material was very beneficial for the community. In addition, to make it easier for MSMEs, the community service team also introduced an unpaid application that can be accessed via a cellphone called the "BukuKas". This application was created and developed by PT BeeGroup Financial Indonesia. Through this application, the community can be helped with financial management from daily business operations. To get the "BukuKas" application, participants can download it via the link https://bukukas.co.id/download/. The results of the service implementation show that compared to before the training, the high level of understanding of the Betoyoguci Village community has increased by 27 people. With assistance from the service team, the service partners can make decisions related to their business amid the COVID-19 pandemic, which is still ongoing today.

Abstract Nagari-Owned Enterprises (BUM-Nag) or in most regions in other provinces known as Desa-Owned Enterprises (BUM-Des) is a manifestation of the mandate of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, where the village government, in this case, Nagari is prosecuted accordingly Mandiri to be able to explore the wealth and potentials that exist in the Nagarinya area to be used as assets and sources of Nagari's financial income and is required to be able to carry out Nagari's financial management independently. BUM-Nag is an alternative business entity that needs to be developed to encourage the Nagari economy, with the hope of creating new economic resources for Nagari to utilize and to prosper the Nagari people's economy. This service activity aims to contribute thoughts and counseling about strengthening the BUM-Nag institution as a form of effort in improving the nagari economy. Service activities were carried out in Nagari Tabek Patah and Nagari Situmbuk, Salimpaung Subdistrict, Tanah Datar District. This activity uses the participatory rural appraisal (PRA) method, assistance, and counseling by looking at the potential possessed by Nagari as a creative business unit of the community and the potential that must be optimized. The result to be achieved from this empowerment activity is to increase the knowledge and capability or capacity of Nagari's apparatus on institutional strengthening and management of BUM-Nag as a form of effort in improving Nagari's economy

Development and construction of regional economy based on ecotourism is one of the efforts to develop the region through the tourism sector, which not only presents natural tourist charm that still natural but also contributes to environmental conservation. Malaganti is one of the hamlets located in Sukaharja Village, Sariwangi District, Tasikmalaya Regency, which has the potential to be developed into an ecotourism area. Considering the location of Malaganti is located in a hilly area and has a spring, so this location is suitable to be used as a "Village of Biology and Conservation". The problems that arise for the management of ecotourism in this area include the limited availability of qualified human resources in managing the area and the lack of instruments to analyze the potential of the region to be used as ecotourism. The approach used in the implementation of this activity is participatory rural appraisal (PRA), using methods of training, brainstorming, and demonstration. The results obtained from the community service activities are that local communities can analyze their territory for developing ecotourism through developed instruments. The results of the analysis can be used as the basis for developing ecotourism in Malaganti Hamlet, in addition to building conservation cadres Human Resources.

This study aims to examine that transmigrant community participation in the construction of KTM is very necessary and an important part in the development of KTM development. This research is a descriptive qualitative form by combining PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) analysis techniques and Non Parametric Statistics. The results of this study state that the level of education, place of business, community involvement, and KTM perceptions of the level of community participation in KTM development and the field of community participation indicate the existence of a link between participation in the progress of KTM development. The rubbish is the waste of goods that are not needed by the community. However, it does not mean that rubbish does not have any utility at all. Actually, used bottles can be recycled into a variety of creative products. Unfortunately, just a few people are willing to exploit the potential of the rubbish, so its existence becomes useless, and even just pollute the environment. This community service program aims to hone the creativity of students in recycling the bottles into unique piggy banks and improving students' movements to save their money. The method used in this program is Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). The participants are the students of class 5 SDN Prigi 1 (n=14). The steps of program implementation include; 1) counseling, 2) demonstration, 3) tools provision, 4) practice, and 5) evaluation. The results of the program are the partisipant’s understanding and skill in recycling the bottles into unique and creative piggy banks. Some piggy bank products produced by participants include; a turtle-shaped pig, an owl, and a plane. Students are expected to be more motivated to save their from an early age.Keywords: Recycle, Used bottles, Piggy banks ABSTRAKSampah merupakan sisa atau buangan dari barang yang tidak diperlukan oleh masyarakat. Meskipun demikian, bukan berarti sampah tidak memiliki kegunaan sama sekali. Botol bekas sebenarnya bisa didaur menjadi berbagai produk kreatif yang memiliki nilai guna dan nilai ekonomi. Persoalannya, sangat sedikit orang dapat mememanfaatkan potensi sampah sehingga keberadaannya menjadi sia-sia dan bahkan menjadi limbah yang mencemari lingkungan. PKM ini bertujuan untuk mengasah kreativitas siswa dalam mendaur ulang botol bekas menjadi Piggy Banks dan meningkatkan movitasi siswa untuk menabung. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan PKM ini adalah Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). Peserta PKM terdiri dari siswa Kelas V SDN Prigi 1 yang berjumlah 14 Orang. Langkah-langkah pelaksanaan PKM meliputi; 1) penyuluhan, 2) demonstrasi, 3) pemberian bantuan alat, 4) praktek, dan 5) evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam mendaur ulang botol bekas menjadi piggy bank unik dan kreatif. Beberapa produk piggy bank yang dihasilkan siswa antara lain; piggy bank berbentuk kura-kura, burung hantu, dan pesawat. Dengan hasil ini, siswa diharapkan dapat lebih termotivasi untuk menabung sejak usia dini.Kata Kunci: Daur ulang, Botol bekas, Piggy banks

The aim of this study was to investigate medicinal plants used to treat malaria by a society in Pamotan village, Pangandaran Regency, West Java Province, Indonesia. The work was conducted using the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method, which is an assessment process-oriented to active community involvement in the form of direct interview activities. Information was collected by interviewing respondents using a semi-structured questionnaire. Interviews were directed to the plants used to prevent and overcome malaria by referring to the list of questions which included the local name of the plant, the part used and the method of preparation and administration. A total of 47 respondents were interviewed of which 43% were females and 57% males. Results indicated that thirteen species of plants belonging were used to treat malaria by the villagers of Pamotan. The three plants that have the highest citation frequency are bitter herbs (Andrographis paniculata Ness.) 35.71%, papaya leaves (Carica papaya L.) 21.43%, and cut leaf ground cherry whole plants (Physalis angulata L.) 21.43%. The most common preparation method is decoction and the route of administration is oral. It is concluded that the Pamotan villagers in Pangandaran district, Indonesia, still use ingredients from plants as complementary medicine to treat malaria.

Abstract: The activities to optimize the empowerment of PKK cadres include 15 housewives who initially did not have productive activities, now they had skill in making crafts made from plastic waste. The program that has been implemented is the use of plastic waste into handicrafts as a means of entrepreneurial-based creative economy. This program is very helpful in maintaining the balance of the environment in an ecological manner. Preserving the environment is a very important factor today. Many natural disasters are caused due to damaged environment. PKK provides simple counseling so that the environment is not damaged and prevents contamination of water sources, carries out plastic waste management using handicrafts. The method used in this activity is Participatory Rural Appraisal, which is an approach method in the process of empowering and increasing community participation by emphasizing community involvement in all activities carried out. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to reactivate community cadres in managing waste into crafts based on creative economy entrepreneurship. The results of this event were attended by 15 PKK members, and 3 small groups were produced based on the raw materials used with craft management creations.Keywords: Crafts ; Garbage Waste; PKK Cadres; Plastic Waste Abstrak: Kegiatan optimalisasi pemberdayaan kader PKK ini meliputi 15 orang Ibu Rumah Tangga yang awalnya tidak mempunyai kegiatan produktif, sekarang telah terampil dalam membuat kerajinan berbahan baku limbah plastik. Program yang telah dijalankan berupa pemanfaatan limbah plastik menjadi kerajinan tangan sebagai sarana ekonomi kreatif berbasis wirausaha. Program ini sangat membantu dalam menjaga keseimbangan lingkungan secara ekologis. Menjaga kelestarian lingkungan menjadi faktor yang sangat penting dewasa ini. Banyak bencana alam yang disebabkan karena lingkungan yang rusak. PKK memberikan penyuluhan sederhana agar lingkungan tidak dirusak dan mencegah  pencemaran sumber air, melaksanakan pengelolaan sampah plastik dengan pemanfaatan kerajinan tangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Participatory Rural Appraisal yaitu metode pendekatan dalam proses pemberdayaan dan peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat dengan menekankan pada keterlibatan masyarakat dalam semua kegiatan yang dilaksanakan. Tujuan dilakukan kegiatan Pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengaktifkan kembali pengkaderan masyarakat dalam mengelola limbah sampah menjadi kerajinan yang berbasis wirausaha ekonomi kreatif. Hasil pengadian ini dihadiri oleh 15 anggota PKK Dusun Wonosuko, dan dihasilkan 3 kelompok kecil berdasarkan bahan baku yang digunakan dengan kreasi pengelolaan kerajinan.Kata Kunci: Kader PKK; Kerajinan; Limbah Plastik; Limbah Sampah

Community service activities aim at increasing the competitiveness of fostered partners in dealing with market developments. The potential of developing frozen food UMKM products is still very open because it is very popular among many people in the City of Medan. Royal Food also experiences the same thing as most UKMKs in Medan, which generally have limited human resource quality of education. The workforce in UKMK is dominated by workers with low education and do not have good financial management and the low utilization of technology. This community service activity was carried out over a period of six months. Activities carried out in the form of socialization and counseling to partners, training in business development and marketing, safe and hygienic production practices and designing more attractive packaging, carrying out production and marketing to partner monitoring and evaluation. After getting a touch of good design, proper management, modernization of production equipment, attractive promotional media, UMKM Royal Food is able to experience business development with increasingly high sales and more competitive products.

A Community service program (PkM) carried out by the Department of Anthropology, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Gadjah Mada University in 2018 took place in Pucung Hamlet, Wukirsari Village, Bantul, which aims to develop Pedukuhan Pucung as a tourism village through participatory methods. In the implementation of this PkM, the participatory method that is introduced is the PRA (participatory rural appraisal) that researchers could act as facilitators and could directly facilitate citizens to recognize and utilize participatory methods to develop a CAP (Community Action Plan) which would later become a tourist village development plan. At the end of the implementation of this program, the CAP has successfully compiled the development of a Pucung tourism village based on local culture and it was also agreed to create a tourism village development organization and to select several local facilitators. Further, the PkM team will still provide assistance to the sustainability and implementation of the CAP of the Pucung Tourism Village.--------------------------------------------------Kegiatan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) yang dilakukan oleh Departemen Antropologi, Fakultas Ilmu Budaya, Universitas Gadjah Mada pada tahun 2018 ini mengambil lokasi di Pedukuhan Pucung, Desa Wukirsari, Bantul, yang terkait dengan pengembangan Pucung sebagai desa wisata secara partisipatoris. Dalam pelaksanaan PkM ini, metode partisipatoris yang dikenalkan adalah metode PRA sehingga peneliti dapat bertindak sebagai fasilitator dan langsung dapat memfasilitasi warga dalam mengenal dan memanfaatkan metode partisipatoris untuk menyusun CAP (Community Action Plan), yang nantinya akan menjadi program pengembangan desa wisata. Pada akhir pelaksanaan program ini telah berhasil disusun CAP pengembangan Desa Wisata Pucung yang berbasis budaya lokal dan juga disepakati untuk membentuk kepengurusan organisasi pengembangan desa wisata dan pemilihan beberapa fasilitator lokal. Dalam pengembangan selanjutnya, tim PkM masih akan melakukan pendampingan terhadap keberlanjutan dan pelaksanaan CAP pengembangan Desa Wisata Pucung.

Abstrak : Ada kebutuhan terkait dengan literasi keuangan khususnya kemampuan memiliki portofolio yang ideal bagi siswa/i SCB kelas 12. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan bagian dari program terintegrasi Program studi Akuntansi Universitas Ciputra Surabaya yang meliputi aspek pengajaran, riset dan pengabdian masyarakat. Tema program adalah “Creating Value Through Financial Literacy Programs”. Pelaksanaan dilakukan di Sekolah Citra Berkat (SCB) Surabaya dimana pesertanya yang mengikuti adalah kelas 12. Siswa/i SCB mendapatkan manfaat terkait dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan khusus tentang teknik menyusun portofolio keuangan pribadi melalui kelas intensif selama 6 kali pertemuan. Upaya ini merupakan bagian dari usaha membangun kecerdasan finansial generasi muda. Dengan membangun kecerdasan finansial, generasi muda akan mampu meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya khususnya untuk pengambilan keputusan-keputusan yang memiliki konsekuensi keuangan. Tahapan pelaksanaan didesain secara bertahap mulai dari tataran materi, praktik hingga pendampingan melalui mentoring untuk memastikan tujuan program tercapai. Dari hasil mengikuti program, siswa/i mendapatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk merumuskan tujuan keuangan pribadinya, menyusun rancangan portofolionya, merancang strategi keuangan untuk mewujudkan tujuan keuangan tersebut serta mampu mengevaluasi capaian portofolio keuangan pribadinya. This community service program is part of the integrated program of the Accounting Study Program, Universitas Ciputra Surabaya which includes aspects of teaching, research and community service. The program theme was "Creating Value Through Financial Literacy Programs". The implementation was carried out at Citra Berkat School (SCB) Surabaya where the participants were grade 12. SCB students got benefits related to specific knowledge and skills about techniques for compiling personal financial portfolios through intensive classes for 6 meetings. This effort is part of building the financial intelligence of the younger generation. By building this financial intelligence, the younger generation will be able to improve their quality of life, especially for decisions that have financial consequences. The implementation stages are designed in stages starting from the level of material, practice to mentoring through mentoring to ensure program objectives are achieved. From the results of following the program, students gain knowledge and skills to formulate their personal financial goals, draft their portfolio designs, design financial strategies to realize these financial goals and be able to evaluate the achievements of their personal financial portfolios. AbstractEmbroidered craft in Indonesia is believed to be carried by many traders from China and India who carry out lots of buying and selling transactions in Indonesia, that's when these traders began to introduce embroidery crafts and their techniques. One of the leading industrial sectors is handmade products in the form of embroidery craft where initially in Probolinggo there was a center for embroidery industry but after the monetary crisis occurred in Indonesia since 1998 many craftsmen could not survive due to the high raw materials and the lack of buyers and the inability of craftsmen to reach other markets, leaving only a few that still exist today. This Community Service Activity Partner is Rizza Bordir. To achieve this goal, theCommunity Service activities are carried out using the Participatory Rural Appraisal Model (PRA), Community Development Model, through Persuasive and Educational Approaches. The results of this activity concluded that: Solving financial problems experienced by partners is to make software software, 2) Creation of new markets through online media in the form of Websites, Youtube, and Social Media is done by re-uploading files and images on IG, Facebook, Update Youtube Appearance and Start looking for Subsribe by promoting it through WA groups and Facebook, and Giving Hastage #RizzabordirProbolinggo so that the media will start to know Rizza Embroidery and can be read by Google.com and 3) That the help of tools in the form of Machines and E-commerce is expected to be maximized by Partners to be able to develop their business and increase turnover.Keywords: Rizza Embroidery, Handmade, E-Commerce
