The study of looking for a good educational format in a multicultural country like Indonesia will continue to be interesting, because it will experience a number of challenges to be faced. In addition to the challenges of multicultural education in terms of concepts, challenges will also arise in the perspective of the Siyasah Jurisprudence which is interpreted in the Islamic political order because in Indonesia the majority of the population is Muslim. This scientific work aims to answer the problem formulation of the challenges of multicultural education both in terms of concepts and from the point of view of pandanus fiqh siyasah (Islamic politics). The method used in this research is a descriptive research library with a rationalistic qualitative research analysis. The challenge of multicultural education will be the rejection of a group of Muslims who have not fully understood the meaning of multiculturalism. They think that the concept of Multicultural Education that has been initiated is wrong. In the viewpoint of fiqh siyasah, the challenge of multicultural education is in terms of regulations that have no specific (specific) legal umbrella governing the concept of multicultural education oriented to Maqoshidu As-Syari'ah.

This study aims to analyze the sun as the centre of the solar system in the heliocentric theory from the point of view of physics and the Qur'an. The research method used is a qualitative research method with library research (Library Research). The results of this study are proof of the truth that in the Qur'an, there is also a science that explains the heliocentric theory, which states that the sun is the centre of the solar system. Based on the idea of Nicolaus Copernicus in a book entitled De Revolutionibus Orbium Coelestium, it has been published that the heliocentric theory can overthrow the long-established geocentric theory. The Qur'an was revealed long before the astronomical concept of the earth's motion was put forward and was in line with the heliocentric view. In the Al-Qur'an, there are verses about the world, moon and sun, for example, Yunus: 5, al-Naml: 88, and Yasin: 38-40. The sun as the centre of the solar system is not static but also in motion. This is explained in the Al-Qur'an in Surah Yasin verses 38-40. Ahmad Mustafa al-Maraghi in Tafsir al-Maraghi emphasized that the heliocentric theory is by the Qur'an and the birth of the heliocentric idea is part of the miracle of al-Qur'an.

Through narratives and critical interrogations of classroom interactions, I sketch an argument for a co-constitutive relationship between qualitative research and pedagogy that imagines a more reflexive and socially just world. Through story, one comes to see an interplay between one's own experiences, one's own desires and one's community — I seek to focus that potential into an embodied pedagogy that highlights power and, as a result, holds all of us accountable for our own situated-ness in systems of power in ways that grant us potential places from which to enact change. Key in this discussion is a careful analytical point of view for seeing the world and a set of practices that work to imagine new ways of talking back.

The purpose of this study is the analysis of limit situation in the narrative of war. The material of the study is the novel of Daniil Granin “My Lieutenant” and related texts. In the first part of the paper, the authors explore existing approaches to the term “limit situation” and similar concepts into scientific and philosophical traditions; limits of its applicability in literary studies and its relation to the categories of “narrative instances” and “event”. Proposed a literary-theoretical definition of the limit situation, which can be used in the analysis of fiction texts. Existing approaches to the examination of the situation of war are analyzed: philosophical-existential, psychoanalytic, sociological, literary. In the second part of the paper, the authors propose their method for analyzing limit situations in texts about war, which basis on existing approaches and preserves the text-centric principle of studying the structure of the story. Two interrelated areas of research have been identified: the study of war as a continuous limit situation in the intertextual aspect (the discourse of war); the study of limit situations (death, suffering, guilt, accident) in the narrative of war as part of a specific text. In the third part of the scientific work, the analysis of war as a continuous limit situation results in the study of the concept of “limit” (border) in a fiction text. The role of “limit” (border) concept in the texts about the war is studied, the possible types of limits in the discourse of war are examined. Limit situations in the narrative of war are analyzed on the basis of the novel “My Lieutenant” by Daniil Granin. A review of journalistic and scientific works about the novel revealed both the continuity and the differences between the novel and the “lieutenant” prose of the 20th century. An analysis of the limit situations in the novel revealed their key position in the narrative. These situations are independent of the fiction time, of the fluctuation of the point of view’; the function of the abstract author is to build the narrative as a “directive” immersion of the hero and narrator in these situations.

Characteristics like this, become one of the efforts to as well as a means to request support and cooperation with the community. Introduction: the article deals with the methodological problem of the meaning of the goal of civil law research. The author analyzes the dissertation abstracts from the point of view of goal setting, which were completed in different periods of the development of Russian civil law science, identifies the qualitative characteristics of the stages, and proves the connection of the achieved results with the researcher’s knowledge of the methodological methods of goal setting. Purpose: to show the value of goal setting in scientific research in general and in civil research in particular; to consider the relationship of goal setting with the achievement of specific scientific results on the examples of dissertations defended in the specialty 12.00.03; to justify the need to set as goals the fundamental problems associated with the identification of patterns of development of relations that are part of the subject of civil law regulation and the creation of effective mechanisms that mediate them. Methods: system-structural, system-functional, generalization, abstraction, analogy, logical, statistical, classification, legal modeling, comparative legal, forecasting, formal legal, historical. Results: civil methodology should take into account the importance of the goal in the organization of scientific work. Only a competent possession of goal setting skills can ultimately ensure the creation of scientifically-based mechanisms for effective impact of civil law norms on regulated social relations. Conclusions: 1) any science, including the science of civil law, is not only designed to study and describe existing problems, including legislative, doctrinal, and law enforcement. Research, in order to meet the criterion of scientific character, must attempt to identify the laws of development, both regulated relations and mechanisms that mediate them; 2) the significance of the goal in the development of science has been proven by outstanding philosophers. In addition, the very definition of science indicates that goal setting is one of its essential characteristics; 3) the analysis of the author’s abstracts of leading Russian tsivilists showed how the skilful setting of research goals helped to achieve them consistently, as well as to create a high-quality categorical apparatus of civil law science; 4) the analysis of modern dissertations showed that not all young researchers see the value of goal-setting and this methodological disadvantage is important for the author to eliminate.

Abstract The purpose of this paper is to explore the main barriers and enablers for integrating technology enhanced learning (TEL) into a business organization based on a responsive paradigm. The study is based on a current literature review on challenges and learners’ needs for TEL and the preconditions for TEL curriculum integration into business organizations. The theoretical study is matched with a qualitative research on learners’ needs for TEL in two international business organizations from IT sector. Technology enhanced learning (TEL) is tackling different barriers for learning in organizations. However, to make it effective, specific technological and teaching solutions must be implemented. The research revealed that companies’ employees give preference to TEL than other forms of learning, and defined specific requirements for successful technology enhanced learning integration into business organisations. A theoretical literature review is followed by empirical findings of a qualitative research (focus group interviews) in two international IT companies. The findings of the research offer valuable insights for a responsive TEL integration into business organizations from the point of view of companies’ employees.
