Unsuri has a religious characteristic (culture aswaja), like a public campus characterized by “Islam". Characteristics like this, become one of the efforts to as well as a means to request support and cooperation with the community. Admittedly or not, Islamic education institutions or universities in several regions have until now felt that the community often dominated private universities, this was also felt by Unsuri, that most of the people around Unsuri did not immediately choose Unsuri as their chosen campus, based on this phenomenon, the author feels interested in knowing the initial state of the committee's strategy or the new Sunan Giri Surabaya student admission team, to find out the strategies and committee programs of Sunan Giri University Surabaya, this type of research is descriptive qualitative research, namely data collected in the form of words words, images, not numbers, according to Bagda and Taylor, as quoted by Lexy J. Moleong, qualitative research is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from people and observed behavior. Meanwhile descriptive research is a form of research that is shown to describe or describe phenomena that exist both natural phenomena and human engineering.

This research background of how the style of language in the lyrics of Mandar song because of today many of the Mandar song lovers who lack understanding of the meaning that is in the lyrics Mandar song. The purpose of this research was to describe the fact of lyrics and identify the style of language in the lyrics of the song Mandar. This research applied descriptive qualitative research method. Descriptive research was a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written words about the nature of individuals, circumstances, symptoms of certain groups that can be observed. The study, which began in September 2015 to January 2016, was unbound by space. In this study, it was found that the most commonly used hyperbola, asonation, and repetition style. Concluding remarks of the study were 174 lyric styles consisting of 8 personatic language styles, 6 metaphorical language styles, 7 simile / comparison language styles, 10 depersonative language styles, hyperbolic language styles, 7 parallelism languages, 4 style alliteration, 109 asonance and 17 repetition language styles.

The purpose of this study: To determine the application of the Quantum Teaching model in learning activities in the field of study of Al-Qur'an Hadith in MTs. Personal Exemplary Gebang. To determine the ability of students' understanding of learning the field of study of the Qur'an and Hadith in MTs. Personal Exemplary Gebang. To find out the application of the Quantum Teaching model in an effort to improve students' understanding of learning the field of study of the Qur'an and Hadith in MTs. Personal Exemplary Gebang. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, namely the data collected in the form of words and descriptions. According to Lexy J Moleong that "qualitative research is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior". While descriptive research is a form of research that aims to describe or describe existing phenomena, both natural phenomena and phenomena engineered by humans. The results of the study show that: (1) The application of the Quantum Teaching model to Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects has been maximally applied in relation to the implementation of learning during the COVID-19 pandemic which requires online teaching and learning activities. So that learning using Quantum Teaching is very appropriate to be applied in MTs. Private Exemplary Gebang; (2) The ability to understand student learning in the field of study of the Qur'an and Hadith in class VII MTs. The Gebang Private Example has been implemented optimally with the efforts of teachers in the field of study in improving students' understanding abilities in learning; (3) The application of the Quantum Teaching model in improving the ability to understand the learning of the Qur'an and Hadith in class VII MTs students. The Gebang Private Example has been implemented well and there has been an increase since the beginning of the pre-meeting, namely the number of students who got a complete score, namely 29.7% of students who got a complete score in the Qur'an Hadith field of study, at the first meeting it increased to 46% of students who completed activity. study the Qur'an Hadith on the material to understand the short surah of the Qur'an. At the second meeting the level of completeness of students in learning Al-Qur'an Hadith was 78.3% for class VII MTs. Personal Exemplary Gebang. Then analyzed from Meeting III, student completeness reached 100%.. Private Exemplary Gebang can be increased through the application of the Quantum Teaching model.

One of the factors that play a role in the success of Madrasahs is the potential for female teachers, considering that the teacher profession is very much in demand by women. And the research locus that will be researched by the author, the majority of the teachers are women. Based on this background, the following problems can be raised: 1) The potential of female teachers in improving the existence of MI Ma'arifTabanan Bali for the 2020 academic year? and 2) What are the constraints and solutions for the coaching program for female teachers at MI Ma'arifTabanan? This study uses a qualitative research method, which by definition is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written words or words from people or observable sources. Sources of data or words in this study were obtained by the author through interviews with people who can be trusted. In this study the authors collected data through several informants including: 1. Head of Madrasah. 2. Management of the Ma'arif Education Institute. 3. Teachers. 4. Employees. 5. Madrasah Committee. Based on the explanation of the results of the research and discussion by the author, it can be concluded that female teachers have the potential to improve the existence of Madrasah IbtidaiyahSanggulanTabanan for the 2020 Academic Year. This is in accordance with the theoretical study which states that potential is an ability that has various possibilities or hopes for further development, either in the form of strength, power, or ability that is obtained by the community directly or through a long process.

Lack of self-acceptance often occurs in someone who is old or elderly who has been abandoned by his wife or husband and left by their children who have built their own household. Islamic Music Therapy through audio Sholawat Jibril is a therapy that aims to calm the heart and always invites to increase spirituality by remembering Allah and Rasulullah SAW. This study uses a qualitative approach, namely the research phase that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words instead of numbers (non-statistical) from the people and observed behavior. Qualitative research is obtained from interviews, observations, documentation. Therefore, Islamic music therapy through audio Sholawat Jibril in the program for growing self-acceptance in the elderly is able to grow self-acceptance and positive things that will be very necessary for an effort to increase spiritual feelings in the elderly. With this prayer, it is possible for the elderly to be able to develop reduced self-acceptance due to the condition that they are old and their relatives who have left the elderly alone.

The Village

The purpose of this research is to find out how the Responsibility of Village Fund Allocation in Tambat, Tanah Miring District, Merauke Regency. Theoretical Benefits, as reference material for research in the field of future accountability. In discussing and reviewing the issue of implementation, the accountability of village fund allocation in Tambat Tanah Miring District Merauke Regency the author uses a qualitative research method, namely data collection can be from interviews, observation notes, photo taking, audio and video recording. This type of descriptive research is a research that is sought to observe problems systematically accurate funds regarding the facts and characteristics of certain objects, with the number of informants as many as 13 people.The results of this study indicate that the accountability of village fund allocation in the implementation of village funds in Tambat, Tanah Miring District, Merauke Regency, runs well but there are still a number of problems that occur, planning, realization of the program and not in accordance with the details and calculations in the RAB. Kampung, Implementation of Village Fund Allocation conducted by Kampung Tambat Officials has not gone well and has not been carried out in accordance with the procedure because the village head of Tambat was considered not transparent regarding Village Fund Allocation to the people of Tambat Village, Reporting indicators, Village Fund Allocation has not been implemented properly due to reports what has been made is not maximal with what is done in Tambat and indicators, the accountability of the village head regarding the Village Fund Allocation also does not work with planning, implementation and reporting, this is evidenced by the making of the first report and the answer to ADD ADK, PROSPECTS made by other parties not by village officials have not been implemented with the reality that happened at Tambat.

This study aims at describing and summarizing various conditions, various situations, or various phenomena of social reality that exist in life of society which are objects in this research and try to attract that reality to the surface so that it can be seen how social reality actually exists and is happening in life of society. This research was conducted in the Petisah Tengah Village, Medan Petisah village, Medan, North Sumatra Province. The researcher chose this village as the research location because of the diverse plurality of the people and the high level of socio-political dynamics because in this village there was the Medan Mayor's Office, as well as some government offices and Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) in Medan. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The type of research used by researchers in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive studies. Qualitative research is a research procedure that produces description data in the form of words (both written and oral). This qualitative research method was chosen because it can present directly the nature of the relationship between researchers and respondents and is more sensitive and can adjust to the patterns of value faced. Data collection is done by observation and interview. The results of the study are more emphasized in giving an objective description of the actual state of the object under investigation, using a qualitative approach, the researcher will obtain more in-depth information or data.

  Image is something that is abstract because it relates to beliefs, ideas and impressions obtained from a particular object either directly felt, through the five senses or obtain information from a source. As explained by Roesady, an image is a set of beliefs, ideas, and a person's impression of a particular object. The image of the Riyadhuttafsir boarding school is inseparable from the perception of students, alumni and the community who perceive according to their observations that this boarding school has a positive image. This response (acceptance) directly from students, alumni, and the community in the pesantren environment is in accordance with the results of interviews and observations in the field by researchers who explain that their perception of the Riyadhuttafsir boarding school is an experience of objects namely the Riyadhuttafsir boarding school which only studies the interpretation of science, or relationships obtained by summarizing information and interpreting messages from students, alumni or the community about the existence of the Riyadhuttafsir boarding school in Pagentongan, Bogor. Based on preliminary observations by researchers, what was felt by the community about the teaching and study of Tafsir in the Riyadhuttafsir Islamic Boarding School also confirmed what had been conveyed by the alumni of the boarding school. That the Riyadhuttafsir Islamic Boarding School succeeded in proving its work as a traditional Islamic boarding school which specifically studied interpretation in the Bogor Pagentongan region. Furthermore, the uniqueness of the hut from the existence of the hut is what makes the writer interested to explore and explore further about the perceptions, interests and image of the Riyadhuttafsir boarding school among students and alumni, as well as figures and communities around the boarding school will be the specialty of teaching methodology in Islamic boarding schools. Riyadhuttafsir is timelessly eroded by the changing times. In accordance with the above research title, problem formulation and research objectives, this study uses a qualitative research design. This study aims to determine the position and function of DPS in contract making, supervision of contract implementation, and the effectiveness of contract supervision at Bank BRI Syariah Binjai Branch. In this research, the researcher conducted research using qualitative methods. Research that uses a qualitative approach aims to explore or build a proportion or explain the meaning behind reality. Researchers are based on reality or events that take place in the field. Qualitative research methods can be interpreted as research that produces descriptive data, regarding spoken and written words, and observable behavior of the people being studied. Qualitative research is also research that produces descriptions in the form of words or verbally from the phenomenon under study or from people who are competent in their fields. The results of this study are that the position and function of the DPS in drafting the BRI Syariah Bank contract is appropriate. In general, what is being done is to supervise all forms of activities related to existing contracts in the bank. This supervision also takes the form of standardizing and ratifying contract standards that apply nationally in the sense that it applies to all BRI Syariah branches, as well as assisting parties in disseminating information to BRI Syariah branches in the regions.

This research is motivated by the large number of people who assume that in the activities of pencak silat there are many negative things especially to their members. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The results of this study found interesting facts that in this martial arts activities there are Islamic educational values, namely the value of faith (I'tiqodiyyah), moral values ​​(khuluqiyyah), and amaliyah values. The form of internalization of Islamic education values ​​towards pencak silat activities is to teach the values ​​of faith by inviting prayer together before holding exercises and also sparring, inviting that to always trust Allah SWT. Always respect people who are older both in terms of age and knowledge. Always maintain brotherhood and create benefit for the people of the nation's progress. After the researcher gets the data, the writer gives a few suggestions: 1) a trainer or chairman should discipline the training time so that the results of the exercise can be as expected. 2) More emphasis on the values ​​of Islamic education so that its adherents can achieve the basic objectives of the GASMI martial arts. [Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya masyarakat yang beranggapan bahwasanya dalam kegiatan pencak silat itu banyak mengandung hal-hal negatif terlebih pada anggotanya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan fakta menarik bahwasanya dalam kegiatan pencak silat ini terdapat nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam yaitu nilai keimanan (I’tiqodiyyah), nilai akhlak (khuluqiyyah), dan nilai amaliyah. Adapun bentuk internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam terhadap kegiatan pencak silat ini adalah dengan mengajarkan nilai-nilai keimanan dengan cara mengajak do’a bersama sebelum diadakannya latihan danjuga latih tanding, mengajak agar supaya selalu tawakal kepada Allah SWT. Selalu menghormati orang yang lebuh tua baik baik dari segi umur maupun ilmunya.Selalu menjaga persaudaraan dan menciptakan kemaslahatan masyarakat kemajuan bangsa. Setelah peneliti mendapatkan data-data maka penulis memberikan sedikit saran: 1) hendaknya seorang pelatih maupun ketua lebih mendisiplinkan waktu latihan agar hasil dari latihan tersebut bisa seperti apa yang di harapkan. 2) Lebih menekankan lagi nilai-nilai pendidikan islam agar para penganutnya bisa mencapai tujuan dasar dari pencak silat GASMI tersebut]
