PkM aims to: (1) Foster social awareness of students in preaching based on Islamic science that has been obtained while in STIBA Makassar; (2) Practicing Tri Dharma of higher education for Field Guidance Lecturers (DPL) on the pillars of community service; (3) Develop the existence of STIBA Makassar as a university based on the recruitment of scholars and organizers who benefit the community. Therefore, PKM is held in the highland area of Wakinamboro Village, is one of 9 villages located in Siompu Subdistrict, South Buton Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. PkM is started by conducting a field survey and then continued by using SOAR analysis as a material to develop a work program, so that 2 activities for less touched areas da'wah because of its geographical location. The two activities are teaching the Qur'an and tahfiz class for teenager. The result of this activity is the ability to read and memorize the Qur'an children and adolescents in Wakinamboro Village increased. The community also felt very helped and thanked by the program held by students kkn STIBA Makassar because their children are able to read the Qur'an faster than ever.

The purpose of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) of STIBA Makassar Batch IV is to realize community service which is a pillar of “Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi”. The method of implementing this activity is to map the problems and needs first using soar analysis instruments. After analyzing problems and needs, a work program is prepared that is appropriate and needed by the community. Successful work programs are Tahfiz Weekend For Children, Social Services, Funeral Training, and Santri Children's Festival. The result of this activity is to see the enthusiasm of the community, adults and children in every activity. They feel great benefits after participating in various KKN work programs, among which are children able to recite daily prayers and memorize some surahs in the Qur'an, Muslim women also increasingly understand the basics of Islamic science and are determined to keep learning even though this KKN program has ended. In addition, underprivileged communities also feel the benefits by lightening their burdens through social service activities.

Alatengae is a village located in the Bantimurung sub-district, Maros district. Alatengae in Indonesian means towards goodness. The purpose of Real Work Lecture (KKN) III STIBA Makassar in Alatengae Village is to realize community service programs which are one of the pillars of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The method of implementing community service (PkM) begins with a field survey armed with an independent instrument. The results of the KKN trip show how important this program is, where students (i) and the community have experienced tremendous benefits after the implementation of this activity. Social activities, trainings and teaching were carried out well and smoothly.

Manggala sub-district is one of 14 sub-districts in Makassar city. The area of ​​Manggala sub-district is 24.14 km2 or 13.73% of the area of ​​Makassar City. Manggala sub-district consists of 8 villages namely Bontoala, Bangkala, Batua, Borong, Manggala, Tamangapa, Biring Romang and Antang. The purpose of this STIBA Makassar Real Work Lecture (KKN) batch IV is a form of community service which is a pillar of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The method of implementing community service programs begins with mapping the problems and needs of the community using SOAR. After the analysis is carried out, a work program is prepared that is appropriate and needed by the community. Work programs that have been successfully implemented include: socialization and friendship (SS), TKA / TPA management training, TKA / TPA teaching, teaching of the Qur'anic tahfidz, National Seminar on Virtual Arabic (SNBAV), Subuh Reaching Blessings (SMK), Tahfidz Weekends (TW), Learning Yajwid and Halaqah Tahsin, and all of these programs have been running well and have shown initial results in accordance with the stated objectives of the Community Service Program.

Dasan Bagik Village is a Muslim majority area that maintains Islam in the midst of existing religious diversity. This Islamic value is also passed down to the next generation. The purpose of implementing Community Service (KKN) is as a form of community service which is a pillar of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The method of implementing community service in Dasan Bagik Village begins with mapping the problems and needs of the community throught SOAR analysis. After the mapping is done, a work program is prepared in accordance with the needs of the local community. So the work programs that have been initiated are the teaching at Madrasah Tsanawiyah, teaching adult Al Quran (tahsin), daurah pra ta’rif and Sholeh Children Festival (FAS). The result of the implementation of this work program show that the general public is very enthusiastic. This is evident from the change in society after following some of the work programs above. Like muslim womenwho have begun to be able to read the Koran according the correct tajwid principles, the practice of discussing Arabic is active among students of Tsanawiyah madrasah, and children who are confident in displaying their abilities in public.

Packaging Design and Marketing Training for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to Increase Community Income in Dupak Village, Krembangan District, Surabaya City, East Java. Dupak Village is a village that has quite a lot of MSMEs, mainly driven by youth and mothers who want to improve their welfare. We identify problems that arise, including the lack of use of e-commerce which will have an impact on weak competitiveness; less effective and efficient marketing; and the lack of optimal use of smartphones. Therefore, we provide a solution in the form of training on the use of e-commerce for the development of MSMEs in Dupak District, Krembangan Regency. While this community service activity was carried out in Dupak Village, Krembangan District, Surabaya City from July to August 2021. To realize the work program in realizing the Tridharma of Higher Education, namely providing packaging design and marketing training using the Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook platforms on smartphones as a means of promotion, increased motivation, and income for MSMEs, especially among youth and women in Dupak Village, Krembangan District, Surabaya City, East Java.   Abstrak: Pelatihan Desain Pengemasan dan Pemasaran Kelompok Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk Meningkatkan Pendapatan Masyarakat Kelurahan Dupak Kecamatan Krembangan Kota Surabaya Jawa Timur. Kelurahan Dupak merupakan desa yang memiliki cukup banyak UMKM, terutama digerakkan oleh pemuda dan ibu-ibu yang ingin meningkatkan kesejahteraannya. Kami mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang muncul di antaranya kurangnya pemanfaatan e-commerce akan berdampak pada lemahnya daya saing; pemasaran yang kurang efektif dan efisien; serta kurangnya pemanfaatan ponsel cerdas secara maksimal. Maka dari itu kami memberikan solusi berupa pelatihan pemanfaatan e-commerce untuk pengembangan UMKM di Kecamatan Dupak Kabupaten Krembangan. Sedangkan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Dupak Kecamatan Krem­bangan Kota Surabaya selama bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2021. Untuk mewujudkan program kerja dalam mewujudkan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi yaitu memberikan pelatihan desain pengemasan dan pemasaran menggunakan platform Instagram, WhatsApp, dan Facebook dalam ponsel pintar sebagai sarana promosi, peningkatan motivasi, dan pendapatan bagi UMKM khususnya di kalangan pemuda dan ibu-ibu Kelurahan Dupak Kecamatan Krembang­an Kota Surabaya Jawa Timur.

The implementation of The Real Work Lecture (KKN) of students of Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Islam dan Bahasa Arab (STIBA) Makassar aims to take a role in helping the Government of Bone Regency of South Sulawesi Province in realizing the mission of mental and spiritual development between religious people and carrying out tri dharma higher education on the pillars of community service. The method of implementing the KKN program begins by observing the condition of the community using SOAR analysis. The work program is carried out both online and offline. Online activities include Taklim Fikih Wanita Pekanan and Kajian Muslimah with the target of Muslim women with a younger age and have the ability to access activities. While offline activities include Bimbingan Islam Intensif and Dirosa with the target of mothers who are unable to access activities through online. The enthusiasm of the community from all activities that have been carried out is quite large and becomes a recommendation so that there are still continued activities for the establishment of built areas.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Community service (PKM) is an integral part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which in its implementation is inseparable from the other two dharmas, and involves all members of the academic community: lecturers, students, education staff and alumni. Through PKM the academic community can be present in the midst of the community.The location of Nurul Ihsan Foundation is sufficient to enter the village, so that not many people know of its existence. Even though the Foundation has been established since 1994. Besides educational activities (pesantren), Nurul Ihsan Orphanage also organizes skills training for foster children and the surrounding community to cultivate talents and provide them with certain skills for the future. The number of activities above, the need to continue to develop skills is a matter that has always been championed by the management of the Nurul Ihsan Orphanage Foundation and other institutions. To meet these needs, strategic marketing management counseling is carried out so that the name Nurul Ihsan Foundation is increasingly known to the wider community. It is hoped that more donors will continue to help fulfill the education of the students and orphans at the Nurul Iksan Foundation. One solution that resulted from this outreach was about marketing media and marketing personnel that must be owned by the Nurul Iksan Foundation. PKM with the title: "Counseling Strategic Marketing Management in the Development of the Nurul Iksan Foundation" in general went smoothly and impressively. The students and the foundation's management were very enthusiastic in listening to the explanation of the material provided. This is illustrated by the many questions raised and two-way discussions that occur. Most of the people of Ba'ka Village are conventional palm sugar farmers whose whose selling prices are cheap. The purpose of this service is to provide innovation in palm sugar into ant sugar. Through training in making ant sugar, it is hoped that it can increase people's income. The stages of community service include needs analysis, problem formulation, work program formulation, and work program implementation, and evaluation. This service activity produces ant sugar products that are packaged in a modern way. Ant sugar products can attract consumers because they are more durable, hygienic, and practical.

Government Services is one of the supporting elements of the implementation of regional autonomy authorities in various fields in the context of carrying out the tasks of government decentralization which has the function of providing public services needed by the community, starting from services in the form of regulation or other services to meet the needs of the community in the fields of education, health and the other. One city that has many government offices and is spread in various regions in the city of Situbondo, where the city is experiencing developments in various fields, especially in the field of community service. One solution to help Situbondo residents obtain information about the geographical location and services of government offices so that it needs to be designed mapping of the Geographic Information System of the Situbondo Regency Government Office. With this system, it is expected to provide geographical location information, office services, information services, and office agendas. In making this system, researchers used the methodology for developing a waterfall system, with several stages carried out starting from Requirements to Maintenance. The results of this study are expected to overcome the problems faced by the Situbondo district government office.
