The problem mentioned here is going to be investigated on the basis of epos materials, and for solving this problem the epos of “The Book of Dada Gorgud” and the anglosacs “Beowulf” texts were used by us here. The artistic text is playing the rode of realization of an artistic text. At this stage communication goes through the line of author-reader, together with this, in any text dealing with the occurance or the topic shows the participants taking part there. The author is also giving the speeches of participants in the process of the formation of a text. In the end in artistic text one can meet the speeches of the narrators (ozan, skop in epos) and the personages as well. Abstract. Globalization has affected all aspects of human life. Consequently, the structure of literary communication has been changed as the number of supplementary texts originated from a basic fiction text has increased. In this connection, it seems rational and fruitful to study the fiction text considering its hypertextual dimension. The aim of the work is to analyze the recurrent text formation components of russion and kyrgyz hypertext performing the advertising function. The study was based on the texts of praise for fiction books by russion and kyrgyz authors: V. Shukshin and A. Saspaev. The content analysis was applied to study their qualitative characteristics. Key words: hypertext, literary communication, praise, blurb, persuasion, ideonim, book title.

- This study is aimed at investigating outpatients' and clients' experience of communication with a group of employees of a hospital in the North of Italy. Participants in the study were 328 patients/users who were asked to report their communicative experience with 20 hospital employees using the Health Care Communication Questionnaire (HCCQ). Employees were 40% administrative, 60% ambulatory nurses and technicians, and 82% females. The comparison between employees on scores obtained showed significant differences in two of the four factors of the questionnaire (Lack of hostility and Non verbal immediacy). Furthermore, the female employees have been perceived by patients as less hostile then men. Female patients/users felt to be more respected then males, but this difference was linked to age, as among males the feeling of being respected decreased with age. Finally, it was possible to observe the scores obtained by each hospital employee in the HCCQ factors, to detect which of the four communicative behaviours has been evaluated by the users as less appropriate. This seems useful for planning personalized training.Key words: communication, patients, hospital personnel.Parole chiave: comunicazione, pazienti, personale ospedaliero

- Poetic images and Pragmatics Starting from Benveniste's analyses of historical enunciation, the nature of pronouns and the subjectivity of language, this essay focuses on that the kind of subjectivity implied in much Greek lyric poetry, especially in Pindar. By means of discursive tools, the narration builds an exclusively verbal image of the "I", which comes before any reference to elements external to the text. In this way, the "I" stands for an enunciative, pragmatic and polyphonic subject: it is, indeed, the actor (singer, tragic actor, choral group) of a ritualized situation. This performative identity is different from the author of the written text. In Greek poetry, the written text is above all a speech-act, mostly a song-act. This raises the problem of the difference - and of the relation - between the author's biographic subjectivity and the identity created by the linguistic devices in the text. Using different images: chariots, ceremonial processions, Calame's analysis focuses on the metaphorical identification between poetic song and journey.Key words: Enunciation, Image, Metaphor, Poetry, Pragmatics, Subjectivity.Parole chiave: Enunciazione, Immagine, Metafora, Poesia, Pragmatica, Soggettivitŕ. This chapter discusses the existence of linguistic norms (defined as socially determined and commonly shared criteria for correctness of action specific to language). It considers linguistic structure and semantic compositionality, lexical semantics, speech acts, and implicit communication and concludes that there are no linguistic norms stricto sensu at any of these levels. However, social norms constraining communication in the intimate societies in which language evolved have left traces in contemporary languages, notably in the universal existence of implicit communication. Key words: linguistic norm, linguistic structure, semantic compositionality, lexical semantics, speech act, implicit communication, Grice, principle of cooperation, society of intimates, evolution of language.

Palabras Clave: Comunicación –cine africano –cosmovisiones –interculturalidad -colonialismo The Eyes of the Cinema: Introduction to the Anthropology of Cinema in traveling and close-up on the (anti) colonial representations of Africa Abstract.-Communication goes beyond the limits of the simple transmission of information, plays a fundamental role in the construction of ideologies. One of its many manifestations is what we know as the concept of "art". The cinematography indicated as seventh art, is not excluded from complex frames of communication and cultural diffusion, on the contrary, perhaps it is the most complex artistic manifestation due to its ability to articulate different languages with different symbolic load. It is crucial to see cinema as a cultural tool that contrasts ideologies and worldviews at different semiotic and trans-systemic levels, which takes an intercultural accent in a global world. Of this, a magnificent illustration is "The African Cinema", where its particularities are found, precisely, in the socio-political and cultural contexts that have crossed its history; from colonialism to the present. Key Words: Communication -African cinema -worldviews -interculturality –colonialism
