<p><em>This paper was aimed to discuss speech act patterns in online gamer community and to uncover the details of specific terms used by that community, especially those found in Solo. Some approaches and theories about sociopragmatics were used for data analysis dealing with the types and functions of speech act as well as the specific terms used by that online gamer community stayed in Solo. By implementing context analysis method, data collected from participation observation technique, unstructured interview, and elicitation, speech act types from that community could be specified based on the frequency of usage. The highest to the lowest usage speech act types were directive, assertive, expressive, commisive, verdictive, and declarative. Noun was found as the most used class of words in specific terms and followed by the emerge of smaller percentage word class of verb, adjective, and adverb.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>Key words: sosiopragmatics, speech act, specific term, online game community</em></p>

This study aims to describe the meaning of Alang Suntiang Pangulu dance in Padang Laweh village, Sungai Pua district, Agam regency. This is a qualitative research with a descriptive analysis method. The object of this research was Alang Suntiang Pangulu dance in Padang Laweh village, Sungai Pua district, Agam regency. The main instrument used was the researcher itself and was assisted by tools such as stationery and cameras to collect data in the field. The data were collected through literature study, observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis was conducted by reducing the data, describing the data, and making conclusion.The results show that Alang Suntiang Pangulu dance describes lessons about things a Pangulu (a leader) uses to maintain his crown or honor. These are found in Alang Suntiang Pangulu dance which gives textual meanings elaborated through motion, floor patterns, music, dancers, make-up, performance, and venues. This research aims to identify, describe, and analyze the politeness of speech acts of the moderator directive the Presidential Election Final Debate in 2019. Method used is descriptive with qualitative approach. Data source is a moderator speech act in debate. Research data are the politeness of the moderator's directive of debate in the form and strategies used in the form of words, phrases and sentences. Data collecting technique used is exposure techniques and documentary data collection tool is video recordings. The explanation technique was used to elaborate the moderator directive form and strategy of speech act politeness in the Final Debate. Data analysis method used the referral method with proficient SBLC and context analysis. Based on the results, there are 160 data in the form of words, phrases, clauses, or sentences which are included in directive speech acts. There are seven forms of moderator speech directives in debate, namely directive speech acts inviting, persuading, requesting, prohibiting, asking, reminding, and ordering. The politeness of directive speech acts can be direct politeness, irreverent politeness, positive politeness, and negative politeness. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, mendeskripsikan, dan menganalisis kesantunan tindak tutur direktif moderator dalam Debat Final Pilpres 2019. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data berasal dari tindak tutur moderator dalam debat. Data yang dihimpun berupa kesantunan direktif moderator debat dalam strategi yang digunakan untuk memilih kata, frasa, dan kalimat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik pemaparan dan alat pengumpulan data dokumenter berupa rekaman video. Teknik pemaparan digunakan untuk menguraikan bentuk dan strategi kesantunan tindak tutur direktif moderator dalam Debat Akhir. Analisis data menggunakan metode simak dengan teknik simak bebas libat cakap (SBLC) dan analisis konteks. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan 160 data berupa kata, frasa, klausa atau kalimat yang termasuk dalam tindak tutur direktif. Ada tujuh bentuk tindak tutur direktif moderator dalam debat, yaitu tindak tutur mempersilakan, mengajak, meminta, melarang, bertanya, mengingatkan, dan tindak tutur memerintah. Kesantunan tindak tutur direktif dapat berupa kesantunan langsung, kesantunan tidak langsung, kesantunan positif, dan kesantunan negatif. Abstrak Bahasa digunakan sebagai alatyang berfungsi untuk menyampaikan pesan dari penutur kepada mitra tutur (bahasa lisan) atau dari penulis kepada pembaca (bahasa tulis), bahasa merupakan alat komunikasi. Kegiatan yang melakukan tindakan tuturan ini disebut dengan tindak tutur. Atas beberapa kriteria, ada 15 jenis tindak tutur, salah satunya tindak tutur representatif. Tuturan tersebut menarikdan penulis kaji secara pragmatik merupakan tuturan yang terdapat dalam podcastDeddy Corbuzier dengan Nadiem Makarim-Kuliah Tidak Penting?. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1)Mendeskripsikan bentuk tindak tutur representatif  yang terdapat dalam podcast Deddy Corbuzier dengan Nadiem Makarim-Kuliah Tidak Penting?, (2)Mendeskripsikan maksud tuturan tindak tutur representatif  dalam tindak tutur representatif yang terdapat padapodcast Deddy Corbuzier dengan Nadiem Makarim-Kuliah Tidak Penting?Objek penelitian ini berupa dialog Tindak Tutur Representatif podcast Deddy Corbuzier dengan Nadiem Makarim-Kuliah Tidak Penting. Sumber Data dalam penelitian ini berupa sumber data lisan dari channel youtube Dedy Corbuzier, dialog Dedy Corbuzier dalam podcast dengan Nadiem Makarim-Kuliah Tidak Penting. Pendekatan penelitian ini berupa pendekatan pragmatik dan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik simak bebas dan teknik catat. Metode analisis data berupa metode padan, sedangkan metode penyajian hasil analisis data menggunakan metode informal. Strategi tuturan yang digunakan cenderung condong ke dalam strategi tindak tutur langsung. Dari penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat menemukan makna dalam sebuah podcast yang akan berguna dengan referensi dalam kehidupan. Dari durasi video 10 menit 56 detik hasil penelitian in memuat 16 data yang termasuk tindak tutur representatif.   Abstract Language is used as a tool to convey messages from speakers to speech partners (spoken language) or from writers to readers (written language), language is a communication tool. Activities that perform speech acts are called speech acts. Of a number of criteria, there are several types of speech acts, one of which is representative speech act. The speech is interesting and the writer studies pragmatically the speech contained in the Deddy Corbuzier podcast with Nadiem Makarim-Lectures Not Important ?.The purpose of this study is: (1) Describe the forms of representative speech acts from Deddy Corbuzier podcast with Nadiem Makarim. Lectures Are Not Important? -College Not Important? The object from this research is the dialogue of Representative Speech Acts Deddy Corbuzier with Nadiem Makarim-Lectures Not Important. Data Sources in this study are oral data sources from Dedy Corbuzier's youtube channel, Dedy Corbuzier's dialogue in a podcast with Nadiem Makarim-Lectures Not Important. The approach used in this research is pragmatic approach and qualitative descriptive approach.. The data collection techniques using free listening techniques and use note taking techniques. The data analysis method uses the matching method, while for the method of presenting the results of data analysis in the form of an informal method. The speech strategy used tends to be biased towards the direct speech act strategy. From this research, the writer hopes to find meaning or purpose in a podcast that will later be useful and used for reference in life by the reader.. From the video duration of 10 minutes 56 seconds the results of this study contain 16 data including representative speech acts.

This research was carried out to describe and analysis; (1) whether there is simultaneously positive significant effect of discipline and learning ways on English achievement at the second grade students of SMAN 1 Grogol is or not, (2) whether there is partial positive significant effect of discipline on English achievement at the second grade students of SMAN 1 Grogol is or not,  (3) whether there is partial positive significant effect of learning ways on English achievement at the second grade students of SMAN 1 Grogol is or not, (4) whether there is positive significant effect of discipline and learning ways on English achievement through learning motivation as a variable moderator or not. The research used descriptive quantitative approach as the research design. The data analysis method was regression while the techniques of collecting data were survey by giving questionnaire and from student report value. In this research, the population consists of 104 students of second grade. The result showed that: discipline, learning ways and learning motivation have simultaneous and partial positive significant effect on English achievement.   Key words: Discipline, Learning Ways, English Achievement, Learning Motivation.

The goals of research is to determine the effect employee planning anad working of environment the quality product services syariah banking at Sukabumi. This study using variables employee planning, working environment and the quality product service.This research using associative method with a quantitative approach. The  intrumens questionnaires distributed  156 respondents. Sampling method used purposive by  percentage, the data analysis method  regression test, test f and the coefficient of determination.The results  this study shows  that employee planning has minimum influence to the quality product services and working environment has effect on the  quality product services. This study aimed to examine the effect of demographic factors and organizational climate on the intention of internal whistleblowing. The sample was an accountant who had worked as an auditor. Data collection methods using questionnaires with financial statement fraud case scenarios. This research use ANOVA data analysis method to examine demographic factors include age, gender, and experience, as well as organizational climate on the intention of internal whistleblowing. The results showed only the experience of demographic factors that influence internal whistleblowing. This study aims to describe 1) the form of cohesion contained in the news Watching Sakinah Movies, UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise Students and 2) describing the forms of coherence contained in the news Watching Sakinah Film, Students of UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise. The subjects used in this study were news of watching Sakinah film, UIN Yogyakarta students giving praise, and the objects used were sentences containing grammatical cohesion, a form of lexical cohesion. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data in this study are sentences in the news of Watching Sakinah Movies, This student is a method of literature study. While the method of data analysis in this study is descriptive method analysis method, the method used to analyze and describe cohesion markers and analyze markers of coherence. Test The results of the study show that in the news of watching Sakinah films, UIN Yogyakarta Beri Pujian students have varied markers of cohesion and coherence in the Tebuireng Online news discourse. Cohesion markers were found to reference (3), substitution (1), ellipsis (2), conjunction (3), collocation (1), and markers of coherence found cause-effect relationships (2), relationship coherence suggestions — goals (1), coherence temporal relations (1), and coherence of causal relationships (1).

Background. In this research, we aimed to investigate the effects of outdoor camps on orienteering athletes. Methods. The study group consisted of 74 athletes (44 males and 30 females, aged 11.94 ± 1.32 years) who participated in Bolu outdoor camp on the 3 rd –13 th of August, 2015. Interview technique, which is one of the qualitative research methods, was used as data collection tool and content analysis method was used for data analysis. Results. Demographic factors were interpreted after the analysis of the obtained data and three main research questions were discussed under the topics of the views of athletes about the concept of Orienteering which is an outdoor sport, themes and codes regarding the purpose of Orienteering by the students who participated in the outdoor camp, and themes and codes about the outcomes of Orienteering for the students who participated in outdoor camps. Conclusion. It is suggested that a policy must be developed within the Ministry of Youth and Sport and Sport Federations in order to disseminate more deliberate and more comprehensive outdoor education among young people and measures should be taken to provide extensive participation.

The Relationship

The concept of entrepreneurial orientation, which emerges with the development of strategic management, refers to entrepreneurship orientations of businesses. The businesses need resources in other words organizational slack in order to develop their entrepreneurial trends. The organizational slack consists of three slack type. These slack types are available slack, recoverable slack and potential slack. The purpose of this study is to examine whether organizational slack in the businesses has an effect on entrepreneurial orientation. The relationship between organizational slack and entrepreneurial orientation was investigated through 20 companies that were traded in Borsa Istanbul Corporate Governance Index for 2010-2014 period using panel data analysis method. The results of the study indicate the existence of a statistically significant relationship between and the available slack and the recoverable slack with the entrepreneurial orientation in the businesses. According to findings; there was no statistically significant relationship between potential slack and entrepreneurial orientation.

Urgency of the research. One of the most essential sources of supporting regional and local development is the banking system. Target setting. The study presented describes cooperative banking, represented by Bank Polskiej Spółdzielczości S.A. and Bank Spółdzielczy w Kielcach. The use of the statistical data analysis method allowed to demonstrate the strong position of cooperative banking in the market, fostering regional and local development. Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. The foundations for the modern cooperative banking sector were laid by cooperative financial organisations functioning more than 150 years ago [Pawlik, 2017, s. 152]. Its history is connected with difficulties faced in the period of partitions, work at the foundations after the end of World War I and Poland’s regaining its national independence. Uninvestigated parts of general matters defining. At present, cooperative banking functions as a result of the adoption by the Sejm of the Republic of Poland on 7 December 2000 of the act on the functioning of cooperative banks, their associations and associating banks, which ensured new legal conditions for the functioning of the sector2. The research objective. The article formulates the hypothesis that nowadays activities of cooperative banks will contribute to regional and local development. The statement of basic materials. One of the most essential sources of supporting regional and local development is the banking system. This system can guarantee the stabilisation of the local financial system. By supporting the development of regional and local entrepreneurship through loans, investment activities of the banks and financial and investment consulting, it will determine the identity of the region concerned. Conclusions. The use of the statistical data analysis method allowed to demonstrate the strong position of cooperative banking in the market, fostering regional and local development.
