This study aims to: improve science learning outcomes through the application of problem posing learning models in Class VIII Semester 2017/2018 Academic Year. This research is a classroom action research, which took place in 2 cycles. The research subjects were students of class VIII. Data collection techniques using assignments and tests. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis in percentage and qualitative data analysis with reference to the Minimum Mastery Criterion (KKM = 76) and Classical Mastery (KK = 85%) for science subjects in VIII grade at SMP Negeri 2 Kuta in the academic year 2017/2018. The results showed an increase in science learning outcomes, namely: the average value of learning outcomes and classical completeness before action were 71.1 and 62%. In the first cycle the average learning outcomes in knowledge competence was 76.4 with a classical completeness of 68%. The average student learning outcomes on skills commentary was 77.5 with a classical completeness of 62%. In cycle II the science learning outcomes in knowledge competence were 82.6 with a classical accuracy of 94%, the learning outcomes in the skills competence were 86.5 with a classical completeness of 100%. Based on these results it can be concluded that the application of the problem posing learning model can improve the learning outcomes of students of class VIII A of SMP Negeri 2 Kuta in the even semester of the academic year 2017/2018.

IMPROVING STUDENT ACTIVITY AND LEARNING OUTCOMES IN INHERITANCE MATERIALS IN LIVING INTERESTS WITH MICA PLASTIC TOOLSThis study aims to determine the increase in student activity and learning outcomes, describe the process of increasing student activity and learning outcomes, and measure the magnitude of the increase in activity and learning outcomes in inheritance material in living things. The use of plastic mica props in class IXC SMP Negeri 8 Bogor City Semester 1 of the 2019/2020 school year. This research is a Classroom Action Research by providing action on research subjects in two learning cycles. The results of this study indicate that using plastic mica props can be a fun variation of learning for students so that it is proven to improve student learning outcomes. Before using the plastic mica props, the learning outcomes of students only reached an average value of 68.18 then an increase occurred after using the mica plastic props to 85.15 in cycle 1 and 90.15 in cycle 2. So it can be concluded that the use of props mica plastic is very popular with students and there is an increase in student learning outcomes. Therefore, researchers suggest that the use of plastic mica props be socialized and used as an alternative in science learning in schools

This research discusses several problems found in the field, studying the learning process that is still dominated by the teacher, avoiding student participation in active learning activities, increasing student motivation in learning, and increasing collaboration between students. This research was conducted in one of the State Junior High Schools located in Makassar City, Indonesia in the academic year 2017/2018 which aims to improve student learning outcomes through the application of investigative group learning models. The research subjects were students of class VIII with 31 students. This class action research consists of 2 cycles, where each cycle consists of 3 meetings and 1 cycle test. Information related to student activities is collected using observation sheets and information related to student abilities is collected using tests given at the end of the cycle. Obtaining a score for cycle 1 is 70.48 with a completeness level of 70.79% and a score for cycle 2 is 76.32 with a completeness level of 87.1%. After applying learning with the investigation stage the group showed an increase in activity and the ability of students in the second cycle that was supported had reached classical completeness by 75%

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Team Quiz learning model on student learning outcomes. In this study, the research design used a quantitative approach. The population of this study was all eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Nganjuk in the 2019/2020 academic year. The subjects used were mathematics with the Pythagorean Theorem material for class VIII students at SMPN 3 Nganjuk in the 2019/2020 academic year. While the samples used were students in class VIII-E and VIII-H. Data collection techniques using tests, observations, and documentation. The results showed that the experimental class using the Team Quiz model obtained better results than the control class using the conventional method. From the data analysis of the post-test results of the experimental class, the average value = 76.23 of 35 students. While the data of the post-test results for the control class obtained an average value of 58.97 from 35 students. The achievement of student learning outcomes using conventional learning methods is Good Enough. Team Quiz is a learning model that emphasizes teamwork in groups. So that it can make students more motivated and active in learning.

This study aims to see an increase in the results of badminton forehand lob by the application of the Problem Based Learning Method in class VIII students of SMP Hosana Medan in the 2019/2020 academic year. The subjects in this study were class VIII with 30 students who would be given action in the form of the application of the Problem Based Learning Method towards learning outcomes of badminton Forehand lob. This study uses a classroom action method, which consists of two cycles. Learning badminton forehand strokes was carried out using the Problem Based Learning method and ended by presenting the cycle I test and cycle II test with the research instrument of the badminton forehand lob learning outcome test sheet using a portfolio sheet. After the data is collected and analyzed, the results of the analysis are obtained: (1) from the data on the results of the learning test in Cycle I, it is obtained that 15 people (50%) have reached the level of learning completeness, while 15 people (50%) have not reached the level of learning completeness. The average value of student learning outcomes is 60. (2) from the cycle II learning outcomes test, it was found that 26 people (86%) had reached the level of learning completeness, while 4 people (14%) had not The average student learning outcomes are 74. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be said that through the application of problem-based learning methods, the learning outcomes of badminton forehand lob can be improved in Class VIII students of SMP Hosana Medan in the 2019/2020 academic year.

This study aims to: (1) Know how the activities of students during the learning process using the Example NonExample model and the Talking Stick Model. (2) Knowing whether there is an increase in student learning outcomes in science learning using the learning model Example NonExample and the Talking Stick Model. This research was conducted in the 1st week of April 2017 located at SDN-3 Langkai Palangka Raya, Jalan Temanggung Tandang Raya. This type of analysis is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with research subjects all IVA class students of Palangka Raya SDN-3 with 23 students, 13 men, ten women. Data collection techniques in this study used observations and tests. The data analysis techniques used qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The activities of students both during science learning using the Example Non Example model and the Talking Stick model are shown by the acquisition of the results of observations, namely in the first cycle the total score is 91 with an average value of 3.64 and at cycle II the number of counts reached 95.5 with an average value of 3.82. (2) The use of Example Non Example learning models and Talking Stick models can improve student learning outcomes as indicated by the acquisition of an average value of 74.35 in the first cycle increased to 90.65 in the second cycle. Classical learning completeness also improved with an amount of 65.21% in the first cycle increased to 95.65% in the second cycle.

This study aims to improve the activities and learning outcomes of Class III Science through the application of the Explicit Instruction model to Grade III students of SDN 09 Mattekko, Bara Subdistrict, Palopo City. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) and those who acted as research subjects were 26 students. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, documentation and tests. Data analysis conducted in this study is descriptive analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: 1) By applying the Explicit Instruction model was able to increase the activity and learning outcomes of Class III Science in SDN 09 Mattekko, Bara District, Palopo City. 2) Using the Explicit Instruction model in science learning is done in stages, namely three cycles experiencing a significant increase in which the learning activities of students in the first cycle are categorized as "sufficient" from the percentage value of 66.66% with the average value of the results. learning by 63, in the second cycle observation of student learning activities categorized as "Good" from the percentage value of an average of 77.15% with an average value of learning outcomes of 77.08, and in the third cycle observation of student learning activities is categorized as "Good" from the percentage value of an average of 87.25% with an average value of learning outcomes of 82.8. Thus, the Explicit Instruction model needs to be used as a reference by the teacher in learning to improve the activities and learning outcomes of science in elementary schools, especially SDN 09 Mattekko, Bara District, Palopo City.

The purpose of this class action research is to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Question and Answer Method with a variety of instructional media on improving student learning outcomes in PKN subjects specifically in Pancasila Ideology material in odd grade IV students of SD No. 1 in the 2015/2016 school year. The research subjects in this study were fourth grade students in the odd semester of the 2015/2016 academic year which amounted to 19 students. This research is a classroom action research conducted in three cycles.. Data on student learning outcomes are collected through learning outcomes tests. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that in the first cycle the number of students was 19 people, who graduated 6 people and those who did not pass 13 people, with an average score of 60.00. The percentage of graduation in the first cycle was 31.58% and the number of graduates was 68.42%, because it did not meet the KKM value standard (65) then the second study was conducted in the second cycle. Data obtained in cycle II with the number of students 19 people, who graduated 16 people and those who did not pass 3 people, with an average value of 66.05 and the percentage of graduation 84.21% and the non-graduation of 15.79%. Because it has not felt complete, the researcher conducted a research again in the third cycle, with the number of students being 19 people, students who passed 19 people with an average value of 68.42% and the percentage of completeness 100%.

The purpose of this research was to improve the integrated science learning outcomes in Class VIII.1 students of SMP Negeri 2 Bangko Rokan Hilir Regency by using the active learning deadline strategy. The subjects of this study were students of Class VIII.1 SMP Negeri 2 Bangko Rokan Hilir Regency with a total of 30 students. The form of research is classroom action research. Based on the results of the study, the average score before the application of the deadline strategy for student learning outcomes was only achieved at an average value of 62.50 with a percentage of 36.7% completeness. After implementing the Deadline strategy, it is known that student learning outcomes in the first cycle obtained an average score of 67.33, with the completeness of 66.7% or there were 20 students who obtained a minimum score of 65 (KKM). Then after reflection and improvements to learning weaknesses, in the second cycle, the average value of student learning outcomes reached an average value of 82.33 with 100% completeness. This means that all students have reached the specified KKM, so this indicates the success of the research. Because the success indicator set has exceeded 75%.

<p><em>The aim of this reseach are:</em><em> (1) To describe the use of geospatial information in improving the skills of students in making maps, (2) To improve the skills of students in making maps. This class action research uses two cycles with research subjects in class XI IPS 4 at SMAN 1 Purwantoro academic year 2018/2019. The indicator of success in this study is the classical completeness of students above 70% and there is an increase in student learning outcomes. The results of this study are (1) Utilization of geospatial information in improving map-making skills through several stages, namely introduction, gathering geospatial information, making maps, presentations, closing. (2) Utilization of geospatial information on geographic subjects can improve students' skills in making maps. Improvement of student learning outcomes is reflected in the percentage of classical completeness in the first cycle of 57.69% and in the second cycle rose to 88.46%. While the average value in classical in the first cycle of 69.82 rose to 82.38 in cycle 2.</em></p>

This study aims to (1) find out about the activities of students in learning activities by using a cooperative type jigsaw model assisted with concrete teaching aids (2) knowing the improvement in student learning outcomes in science learning in matter Gravity force, friction force and magnetic force with using a cooperative type jigsaw model assisted with concrete teaching aids in class V of the Kasongan New SDN-4 Academic Year 2016/2017. The type of research is Class Action Research (CAR), the research subjects were 18 students, six men, and 12 women. The technique for collecting data uses observation and test techniques. This study uses analysis and the average and percentage of completeness taken from the results of the learning cycle.
