There are many ways to carry out this corruption, one of which is by falsifying documents that are used as conditions for conducting debt-receivables agreements. The objects that this research examines are the legal consequences of the accounts payable agreement with the requirements for false documents and the factors of the occurrence of the accounts payable agreement with false document requirements and settlement flow. The method used to examine these two issues is the normative legal research method. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that: disbursement of funds resulting from falsification of data or documents indicated that the defendant would not be convicted of the forgery article, but was charged with committing a criminal act of corruption because the result of his action was loss of state assets; The main factor affecting the occurrence of a criminal act of corruption is the bad faith of the defendant himself and also from the factor of authority he is being granted, so that he can make use of the opportunity to carry out his actions.

This chapter is an ethnographic study of New York–based Latin jazz in the twenty-first century. It uses five prominent bandleaders actively shaping the future of Latin jazz as case studies—Eddie Palmieri, Michele Rosewoman, Carlos Henríquez, Miguel Zenón, and Bobby Sanabria—demonstrating how the historical specificities and developments discussed in the preceding chapters continue to reverberate and inform the music made in the present. Their voices and perspectives demonstrate how each of these musicians adopts unique strategies to navigate the terrain of inequity and adversity. They represent significant trends that will assert much influence on generations of musicians to come. Their combined perspectives suggest that Latin jazz is not, nor ever should it have been, an “other jazz.” Its presence can no longer be silenced or erased. All of the music and musicians associated with jazz deserve to be fully embraced and recognized.

The present article sociologically appraises how the two variables of economic growth and population growth are related. The two variables had a different relationship with each other before industrialization started as compared with the modern era. In older times, when societies were agricultural, there seemed to be no contradiction between the two. At that time, as many as children were born, used to get engaged in agricultural sector. Moreover, at that time, death rate was also high. But, later and due to the emergence of industrialization, technologies and mechanization, gradually contradiction of economic growth versus population growth appeared. This is where socio-clinical study of economic growth and population growth finds its necessity. Sociologically speaking, Asian countries need to pay more attention to the two variables, and thereby minimize the emerging contradiction. While average life expectancy is currently over 73 years in Asia (WPDS, 2020), Asian countries must predict feeding, nursing, housing and medications of such aging people for the years to come. It must be notified that population aging as a new trend is the outcome of economic growth. Immune systems of all increasing aging people must be on the agenda in a socio-clinical framework.

With regret to say that politicians and thinkers of economic subject use the word “economic growth” in their talks, writings and discussions as if it is the way to achieve peaceful and happy life. When I read the phrase (“economic growth”) in views/debates and articles, I personally feel on its use as if we fool the innocent and inexperienced young generation and mislead them. To whom we say “economic growth” is a helpless inevitable and selfishly selected remedial actions under situational compulsion by men to postpone the present challenges, to escape from perilous liabilities, to avoid facing hard path and just to secure, continue and enjoy with present comfort at any cost. The actions for “economic growth” suppress the present social issues of challenges and store them to come out in future at any appropriate time and opportunity, rather in more complex and ugly form. I think; we should clearly appraise the emerging youth of our society that every action of “economic growth” not only brings harm to the ecological balance, but the incessant population growth and lust of few people to enjoy wealthy life contaminates the process of natural social evolution. Its consequences reflect in deformed social constitution decorating “economic growth” with illusive mask of “a gate way to heavenly life”. Keywords: economic growth.
