This study aims to analyze the policy of late charge elimination applied to PT Bank BNI Syariah. Thispolicy was initiated at the year of 2016 which predictably lead to the inclination of problematicfinancing at BNI Syariah. This study provides evaluation and recommendation for policyimplementation to reduce the number of problematic financing. This study uses qualitative methodswith a case study approach. The research instrument used was through the interview process with BNISyariah and the DSN (Dewan Syari‟ah Nasional/ Read: National Board of Islamic Law) of MUI(Majelis Ulama Indonesia/ Read: Indonesian Muslim Scholars Council). The results of the studyreveals that the application of a fine-elimination policy was applied because of bank doubts about theapplication of fines to sharia and fines that have no effect on the bank’s income. PT Bank BNI Syariahuses persuasive policies and still applies the ta'widh policy after the application of the fine iseliminated. This policy has a positive impact on marketing but is still vulnerable to an increase in thelevel of Non Performing Financing (NPF).

Kulon Progo Regency is one of the districts that has many innovations, one of which is community empowerment in collaboration with a modern shop abbreviated as the shop name owned by the people (tomira). This research was motivated by the achievements of the Kulon Progo district government in carrying out development and innovation in the development of the Kulon Progo region by fully involving the Kulon Progo district community through community empowerment. This initiative was taken by the government of Kulon Progo Regency to improve community empowerment and protect the people of Kulon Progo Regency from various economic threats. Considering that in the past few years many modern shops have mushroomed in each district/city, so this is what makes Kulon Progo Regency move quickly to empower the community by collaborating between MSMEs or cooperative with modern shops. This study uses a qualitative method which case study approach. With the empowerment that has been done, the original products of Kulon Progo Regency or local products can be traded in modern stores so that local products in Kulon Progo Regency can compete with national products in these modern stores. The existence of such cooperation will indirectly improve the image of Kulon Progo Regency and lift the original products of Kulon Progo Regency. The lifting of the original products of Kulon Progo Regency will have a positive impact on the community, where indirectly the economy of the community will increase so that there will be prosperity for the community. Kabupaten Kulon Progo adalah salah satu kabupaten yang memiliki banyak inovasi, salah satunya adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat bekerja sama dengan toko modern disingkat nama toko yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat (tomira). Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pencapaian pemerintah kabupaten Kulon Progo dalam melakukan pengembangan dan inovasi dalam pengembangan wilayah Kulon Progo dengan melibatkan sepenuhnya masyarakat kabupaten Kulon Progo melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat. Inisiatif ini diambil oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Kulon Progo untuk meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat dan melindungi masyarakat Kabupaten Kulon Progo dari berbagai ancaman ekonomi. Menimbang bahwa dalam beberapa tahun terakhir banyak toko-toko modern telah menjamur di setiap kabupaten/kota, jadi inilah yang membuat Kabupaten Kulon Progo bergerak cepat untuk memberdayakan masyarakat dengan berkolaborasi antara UMKM atau bekerjasama dengan toko-toko modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, dengan metode yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi. Dengan pemberdayaan yang telah dilakukan, produk asli Kabupaten Kulon Progo atau produk lokal dapat diperdagangkan di toko modern sehingga produk lokal di Kabupaten Kulon Progo dapat bersaing dengan produk nasional di toko modern ini. Adanya kerjasama tersebut secara tidak langsung akan meningkatkan citra Kabupaten Kulon Progo dan mengangkat produk asli Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Pencabutan produk asli Kabupaten Kulon Progo akan berdampak positif bagi masyarakat, di mana secara tidak langsung perekonomian masyarakat akan meningkat sehingga akan ada kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat.

<p><em>LIVING VALUES EDUCATION APPROACH IN DEVELOPING CHILDREN’S CHARACTER AT RA TIARA CHANDRA YOGYAKARTA. </em><em>This study aims to find out how the Living Values Education (LVE) approach in instilling the character values of children in RA Tiara Chandra Yogyakarta. The research used qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques carried out through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, while data analysis technique are through data reduction, data display, and verification. The results showed that RA Tiara Chandra has used the LVE approach for the past three years, starting with the training given to teachers and staff as role models for children, then involving parents and the community around the school area. Training of adults was the first step to guide children in developing character values. This step was quite effective and had a positive impact on the development of children's character values in RA Tiara Chandra Yogyakarta.</em><em></em></p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku supporter sepakbola PSIM Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga orang pengurus Brajamusti, tiga orang pengurus The Maident, dan untuk tria-ngulasi menggunakan subjek Presiden Brajamusti, Ketua Umum The Maident, dan dua anggota kepo-lisian. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara mendalam dengan pedoman wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua kelompok supporter Brajamusti dan The Maident berperilaku fanatik dalam memberikan dukungan terhadap PSIM, sehingga sering menimbulkan perkelahian antarsupporter. Faktor yang menjadi penyebab pecahnya Brajamusti adalah faktor politik yang dilakukan oleh pihak tertentu untuk kepentingan politiknya. Dampak positif yang dihasilkan oleh kedua kelompok supporter berupa dukungan finansial hasil pembelian tiket setiap menonton pertandingan PSIM. Sedangkan dampak negatifnya adalah adanya persaingan yang tidak sehat antara Brajamusti dan The Maident sehingga dukungan kepada PSIM menjadi tersamarkan.  PSIM’s SUPPORTER BEHAVIOURAbstract This study aims to investigate the behavior of PSIM’s (Perserikatan Sepakbola Indonesia Mataram) supporters. This study used qualitative methods with case study approach. Informants used in this study consist of three members of Brajamusti board and three members of the Maident board. For the triangulation, in this study the Brajamusti President, Chairman of The Maident, and two police officers were interviewed. The results showed that Brajamusti and The Maident are behave fanatic in providing support to PSIM, so that often cause fights between supporters. Factor that cause the broken of Brajamusti is political that made by certain parties for political interests. The positive impact of these two groups of supporters are their contribution for buying tickets in every time they watch PSIM, so it can be a financial support. While the negative impact of the two groups of supporters are the unfair competition between them  that makes support for PSIM become obscured. Keywords: behavior, football, supporters

The purpose of this research was to explore the experience of some informants regarding the phenomenon of queen bee in Indonesia. Our study used qualitative method with case study approach. Data was gathered using in-depth interview on seven informants. The result shows that the queen bee leader did intimidating and mostly not supporting the career of her subordinate woman. Besides, the queen bee leader make distance not only to her subordinate which are female, but also to her female colleagues at work. Queen bee leader tend to give preferential treatment to men. This phenomenon has more negative impacts than positive impacts. The negative impact caused by the queen bee phenomenon is that it can cause victim to be feel intimidatied and stressed, the work atmosphere becomes less conducive, uncomfortable, disrupts the operations of the company. While the positive impact of the existence of the queen bee leader is the job need to be due became quicker to be completed.

Abandoned village land is used for community welfare, one of which is used to build people's markets. Where the people's market is useful for utilizing existing facilities, as well as providing opportunities for the surrounding community to increase income as well as creating jobs for people who are unemployed. And from there the Village Officials create a people's market to be rented out to local people who want to trade. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the ijarah contract and the impact on the welfare of the community. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach that aims to obtain information directly from informants based on the current case. The results of this study indicate that the application of village land leases in Bulusari Village is in accordance with Islamic law even though at the time the agreement took place there was no third party to be a witness. As for the impact on Village Officials as land administrators and tenants, this system can improve the welfare of indicators of religion, life, mind, descent and property.

The case of PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) investment once became public attention. Not only does it harm its customers, the country also must bear the company’s loss. This loss is caused by the investment practice into low-quality stocks. The company neglected the good investment principles and prioritized more on the personal interest. This article aims to describe and define the pump and down phenomena in the investment of PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya. To top it off, the article analyzes the pump and down phenomena based on the Islamic economy law principles. This is a doctrinal legal research with case study approach. The results show that pump and down is a transaction activity of an effect in manipulative way. This model is characterized by rising price (uptrend) because of a series of stock purchase transaction in a fairly big amount so the rising reaches the highest price level, then the reduced price is too significant. They aim at gaining big profit so they can re-purchase the stock in a cheaper price. This pump and down phenomena in PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya investment case is not in line with the Islamic law principles. The investment model in this schema contains several elements i.e. maisīr, najasy, gharar, ghisysy, ihktikar, and tadlīs.Kasus investasi PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) sempat menjadi sorotan publik. Selain merugikan nasabah, negara juga harus menanggung kerugian perusahaan. Kerugian ini muncul akibat praktik investasi pada saham kualitas rendah. Perusahaan disinyalir mengabaikan prinsip-prinsip investasi yang baik dan lebih mengedepankan kepentingan pribadi. Artikel ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan fenomena pump and down dalam investasi PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya. Artikel ini juga bertujuan mesdeskripsikan pump and down dalam kasus Jiwasraya. Artikel ini juga menganalisis fenomena pump and down tersebut berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip hukum ekonomi syariah. Artikel ini merupakan hasil penelitian hukum doctrinal dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pump and Dump merupakan aktivitas transaksi suatu Efek secara manipulative. Model transaksi ditandai dengan naiknya harga (uptrend) karena adanya serangkaian transaksi pembelian saham dalam jumlah yang cukup banyak sehingga harga naik mencapai level harga tertinggi. Kemudian penurunan harga yang sangat signifikan. Tujuannya untuk meraih keuntungan yang besar dan bisa membeli kembali saham tersebut dengan harga murah. Fenomena pump and down dalam kasus investasi PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya tidak sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam. Model investasi dengan skema ini mengandung unsur maisīr, najasy, gharar, ghisysy, ihktikar, dan tadlīs.

<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris"><em>In this modern era, there are a lot of media that can be used as a means of disseminating information and can be accepted by all groups. And one of the most popular uses of social media is Instagram. Az Zikra Assembly Sentul Bogor is one of the largest assemblies in Indonesia that uses social media Instagram as a means of spreading da'wah messages with the @azzikramediaofficial account. By utilizing the features found on Instagram, the @azzikramediaofficial account can create content or disseminate Islamic messages effectively and easily accepted by other Instagram users. The purpose of this study is to dig deeper and understand the role of Instagram social media in publishing da'wah. In this research, the method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The findings from this study explain that the Assembly of Az Zikra Sentul Bogor with the Instagram account @azzikramediaofficial often uses the Live Streaming feature, IG TV, photos, videos and stories in disseminating da'wah messages. In addition, the content of the material posted is about Islamic knowledge in everyday life. The positive impact that was felt by the Az Zikra Sentul Bogor Council after using social media Instagram as a propaganda medium was that it was easy to reach all congregations from various groups in remote areas. What is really felt at this time is being able to continue preaching even in the midst of the corona pandemic like now. Dan salah satu penggunaan media sosial yang populer adalah instagram. Majelis Az Zikra Sentul Bogor merupakan salah satu Majelis terbesar di Indonesin yang menggunakan media sosial instagram sebagai sarana menyebarkan pesan-pesan dakwah dengan akun <em>@azzikramediaofficial</em>. Dengan memanfaatkan fitur-fitur yang terdapat pada instagram, akun <em>@azzikramediaofficial</em> dapat membuat konten atau menyebarluaskan pesan-pesan Islamiyah secara efektif dan mudah diterima oleh pengguna instagram lainnya. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali lebih dalam dan memahami tentang peran media sosial instagram dalam mempublikasikan dakwah. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Majelis Az Zikra Sentul Bogor dengan akun instagram <em>@azzikramediaofficial</em> sering  menggunakan fitur Live Streaming, IG TV, foto, video dan story dalam menyebarluaskan pesan-pesan dakwah. Selain itu konten materi yang di post adalah mengenai pengetahuan Islami dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dampak positif yang dirasakan oleh Majelis Az Zikra Sentul Bogor setelah menggunakan media sosial instagram sebagai media dakwah adalah mudahnya menjangkau semua jemaah dari berbagai kalangan dib pelosok daerah. Yang sangat dirasakan pada saat ini adalah bisa tetap berdakwah walaupun ditengah pandemi corona seperti sekarang. Dampak positif yang dirasakan oleh Majelis Az Zikra Sentul Bogor setelah menggunakan media sosial instagram sebagai media dakwah adalah mudahnya menjangkau semua jemaah dari berbagai kalangan dib pelosok daerah. “Bela Beli Kulonprogo” policy has have come a spirit for entrepreneurship of home industry in Ngentakrejo Village particularly by industry of Batik Sinar Abadi.  This spirit is considering for researcher to proved what has used criteria to improved quality of product. For that, this article aims to increase quality of human resources by Sinar Abadi Batik of industry. We conducted a case study approach, the data in this research was collected through interview and field observation process. This context has occurred by Batik Sinar Abadi that implemented new role of the quality product of increase it. Before production of promoted in the market, Sinar Abadi Batik of industry has conducted empleyment criteria to accepted. After that, an employee was given to supporting work harder until synchronous productivity with the company vision.  For achievers employment, they are giving reward in the form of money who is supported workers harder by labor. One side, the author was founded new role based on before and after improving human resources. On the other side, the quality of improving those human resources has have given positive impact and increasingly to promotion for region until it shall be branding of village.Kebijakan “Beli Beli Kulonprogo” menjadi spirit para pengelola home industri. Terutama industri Batik Sinar Abadi Desa Ngentakrejo. Spirit ini menyita perhatian peneliti untuk membuktikan kriteria apa saja yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produksi tersebut. Untuk itu, artikel ini membahas mengenai peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia oleh Industri Sinar Abadi Batik. Dengan menerapkan case study approach, data-data dalam riset ini dikumpulkan melalui proses wawancara dan obervasi lapangan. Oleh karena corak penelitian bersifat narasi deskriptif, peneliti menemukan sebuah kebaruan pada paper ini. Konteks semacam ini terjadi karena industri Batik Sinar Abadi di Desa Ngentakrejo menerapkan pola baru dalam meningkatkan kualitas produknya. Sebelum hasil produksi dipasarkan, industri Sinar Abadi Batik melakukan kegiatan seleksi karyawan. Setelah itu, karyawan yang diterima dilatih (training) disesuaikan dengan job descriptions. Jika sudah mahir, karyawan diberikan support lain untuk terus bekerja lebih giat, sehingga sesuai dengan harapan perusahaan. Bagi karyawan yang berprestasi, mereka diberikan reward berupa uang lembur yang mendorong pembatik lebih baik dalam bekerja. Di satu sisi, penulis menemukan pola perubahan berdasarkan pra dan pasca adanya peningkatan sumber daya manusia. Di sisi lain, peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia tersebut memberikan kontribusi positif dan promosi daerah sehingga menjadi branding desa.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kota Banda Aceh era Illiza Sa’aduddin Djamal dalam mewujudkan kota madani. Untuk menjawab hal tersebut, penulis menggunakan konsep sumber daya kekuasaan dari Charles F. Andrain untuk melihat seberapa besar sumber daya kekuasaan yang dimiliki dan bagaimana sumber daya kekuasaan tersebut dimanfaatkan. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara. Aktor-aktor yang terlibat langsung dalam pelaksanaan syariat Islam di kota Banda Aceh terutama dari unsur pemerintah menjadi sumber data utama dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa sumber daya kekuasaan yang dimiliki oleh Pemerintah Kota Banda Aceh cukup besar. Walaupun demikian, refleksi atas upaya yang telah dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kota Banda Aceh dalam mewujudkan kota madani menunjukkan bahwa sumber daya yang dimiliki masih belum dapat dimaksimalkan, sehingga hal ini berimbas pada hasil akhir yang dapat dicapai. Sekalipun upaya untuk mewujudkan kota madani belum bisa terwujud sepenuhnya, pada dasarnya dapat dimaknai bahwa Pemerintah Kota sedang membangun tatanan sumber daya yang lebih kuat, dukungan yang lebih memadai lewat partisipasi masyarakat untuk ikut andil bersama meningkatkan pelaksanaan syariat Islam guna mewujudkan Banda Aceh menjadi kota madani. This study aims to explain how the efforts made by the Banda Aceh City Government in the era of Illiza Sa'aduddin Djamal in realizing a civilized city. To answer this, the author uses the concept of power resources from Charles F. Andrain to see how much power resources are owned and how these power resources are utilized. The research method is qualitative with a case study approach. The data collection technique was carried out by the interview. Actors who are directly involved in the implementation of Islamic law in the city of Banda Aceh, especially from government elements, are the main data sources in this study. The results showed that the power resources owned by the Banda Aceh City Government were quite large. However, reflections on the efforts that have been made by the Banda Aceh City Government in realizing a civilian city show that the resources they have are still not maximized, so this has an impact on the final results that can be achieved. Even though the effort to realize a civil city has not yet been fully realized, it can basically be interpreted that the City Government is building a stronger resource structure, more adequate support through community participation to take part in increasing the implementation of Islamic law in order to make Banda Aceh a civil city.
