Abstract. The era of free market resulting in the high competition in the service sector health including hospital.Efforts to the maintaining the quality of services in the hospitals were not separated from the role of important profession nursing because power nursing be in order leading service, , so it needs environmental design work conducive and support, motivation, briefing off leaders so nurse can work effectively and efficiently.The purpose of this research is to find relations work environment a nurse with style leadership in a hospital Sumber Kasih Cirebon 2017. The kind of research used descriptive correlation and design peneliatian cross sectional.tehnink sampling used is random sampling with 49 sampel. Data collection uses a questionnaire. Analysis data using the rank spearmen. Based on the results of management of data by spss to test the correlation between work environment to the style of leadership obtained value a correlation coefficient rank spearmen of 0,306 with the sig. ( 2-tailed ) as much as 0,032. Because the value of sig. ( 2-tailed ) & lt; 0.05 so h0 which states that nobody a significant relation between relations work environment to the style of leadership rejected. Thus can be concluded that a significant relation exists between work environment a nurse with style leadership in the hospital Sumber Kasih. Advice provided in this research let RS Sumber Kasih Cirebon can create, increase while keeping a working relationship and all work among colleagues and their superior. Keywords: workplace , style head leadership room , nurses Abstrak Era Pasar bebas mengakibatkan tingginya persaingan di sektor pelayanan kesehatan termasuk rumah sakit. Upaya penyelenggaraan menjaga kualitas pelayanan di rumah sakit tidak terlepas dari peran penting profesi keperawatan karena tenaga keperawatan berada di tatanan pelayanan terdepan,Sehingga dibutuhkan penataan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan dukungan, motivasi,pengarahan dari pimpinan sehingga  perawat dapat bekerja secara efektif dan efisien.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan lingkungan kerja perawat dengan gaya kepemimpinan di  RS Sumber Kasih Cirebon Tahun 2017. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif korelasi dan rancangan peneliatian cross sectional.Tehnink sampling yang digunakan adalah Random Sampling yaitu sebanyak 49 Sampel.Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan uji rank spearmen. Berdasarkan hasil  pengelolaan data dengan SPSS untuk menguji korelasi antara lingkungan kerja dengan gaya kepemimpinan diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi rank spearmen sebesar 0,306 dengan nilai sig.(2-tailed) sebesar 0,032. Karena nilai sig.(2-tailed) < 0,05 maka H0 yang menyatakan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara hubungan lingkungan kerja dengan gaya kepemimpinan ditolak. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara lingkungan kerja perawat dengan gaya kepemimpinan di Rumah Sakit Sumber Kasih.Saran yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini hendaknya RS.Sumber kasih cirebon dapat menciptakan,meningkatkan sekaligus menjaga hubungan kerja dan suasana kerja sesama rekan kerja maupun atasannya. Industrial revolution is the trigger of the growing demand from households for consumer services, and from the other institutional units for services improving the quality of production processes. The quality of services is the factor of the competitiveness of objects at different levels of the country’s economy. In turn, logistics mediates all the processes of building a service as an intangible product. The nowadays trend of digitalization of all economic spheres is particularly relevant for logistics of the service sector. The article shows the direct and cyclical inverse role of the service sector in the modern economy in terms of its impact on the competitiveness of objects of different levels. The classification of services relevant to the research goals is given. Features of factors of competitiveness of non-material production are revealed. The role of logistics forming the competitiveness of enterprises in the non-material sphere is shown. Criteria for the classification of digital technologies of industry 4.0 in logistics of the service sector are proposed. Digital technologies involved in the sector of consumer and non-consumer services of material impact on property are presented and justified.

  Penempatan peran yang baik bagi Family Caregiver sangatlah membantu lansia dalam meningkatkah qualitas hidupnya, meningkatkan motivasi dalam menjalankan hidup Penelitian ini bertujuan Mengetahui hubungan peran Family Caregiver dalam pemenuhan qualitas hidup bagi lansia di Kelurahan Langenharjo Kabupaten Kendal. DesainPenelitianDeskriptifKorelasional menggunakan pendekatan Krosectional,tehnikSamplingStratified Simple Random Sampling dengan karakteristik heterogen, dari populasi mempunyai hak yang sama untuk diseleksi sebagai sampel teknik undianPengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Uji statistik Chi-square, dengan taraf signifikasi 5%jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini 70 sampel pada Family Caregiver dari 213 populasi yang ada. Hasil penelitian dari 70 responden didapatkan Peran Family Caregiver tidak baik dengan qualitas hidup tidak baik 33 (47,1%), sedangkan Peran Family Caregiver kurang baik dengan qualitas hidup lansia baik 3 (4,3%). Untuk distribusi Peran Family Caregiver kurang baik dengan qualitas hidup lansia tidak baik sebanyak 6 responden (8,6%) sedangkan untuk distribusi Peran Family Caregiver kurang baik dengan qualitas hidup lansia baik sebanyak 23 responden (32,9%). Terakhir, untuk distribusi Peran Family Caregiver baik dengan qualitas hidup lansia tidak baik didapatkan hasil 2 responden (2, 9%) sedangkan untuk distribusi Peran Family Caregiver baik dengan qualitas hidup lansia baik didapatkan hasil 3 responden (4,3%)Menunjukkan nilai ρ value 0,001 (ρ < 0,05) berarti ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan lansia dalam keikutsertaan posyandu lansia. Disarankan kepada semua Family Cregiver lansia untuk mampu memahami pentingnya perhatian, dukungan bagi lansia dalammeningkatkan qualitas hidup yang lebih baik bagi lansia.   Kata kunci : Peran family caregiver, qualitas hidup, lansia.   ABSTRACT Placement of a good role for Family Caregiver is very helpful for the elderly to improve their quality of life, increase motivation in living life Research Objective: To know the relationship between the role of Family Caregiver in fulfilling quality of life for the elderly in Langenharjo Village, Kendal Regency. Descriptive Correlational Research Design uses a cross sectional approach, Sampling Stratified Simple Random Sampling technique with heterogeneous characteristics, from the population has the same right to be selected as a sample lottery technique Retrieving data using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Test Chi-square statistics, with a significance level of 5% the number of samples in this study 70 samples on the Family Caregiver from 213 populations. Results of the Study Of 70 respondents found the role of Family Caregiver was not good with poor quality of life 33 (47.1%) , while the role of the Family Caregiver is not good with the quality of life of a good elderly 3 (4.3%). For the distribution of the role of Family Caregiver is not good with the quality of life of the poor family as many as 6 respondents (8.6%) while for the distribution of the Role of Family Caregiver is not good with the quality of life of good elderly as many as 23 respondents (32.9%). Finally, the distribution of the Role of Family Caregiver with good quality of life for the poor is obtained by 2 respondents (2, 9%), while the distribution of the Role of Family Caregiver with good quality of life for the elderly is obtained by 3 respondents (4.3%). 0.001 (ρ <0.05) means that there is a relationship between family support and the compliance of the elderly in the participation of the elderly posyandu. It is recommended to all elderly Cregiver families to be able to understand the importance of attention, support for the elderly in improving the quality of life better for the elderly   Keywords: Role of Family Caregiver, Quality of Life, Elderly

EVALUATION OF THE REACTION TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF STRENGTHENING SCHOOL PRINCIPAL IN BPSDM DKI JAKARTA PROVINCE. The strategic role of the headmaster in education requires the implementation of the school principal strengthening. This study aims to see the results of the reaction evaluation of the participants of the strengthening school principal, held by the BPSDM DKI Jakarta province with the evaluation model of Kirkpatrick Level 1. The method used is a descriptive evaluative with the survey method. The instruments used are questionnaires. Sampling with a random sampling purpose technique and selected 90 participants from the total population of 900 people. The results showed an average of the participants’ overall response to the faculty evaluation element of 3.61, so it could be stated that the Participants had a very good perception of the whole teacher. The average is obtained because the quality of module and quality of organizers have been good, while the quality of facilities and infrastructure is very good. The conclusion of this research is the response of participants in the implementation of the school's strengthening training (MCC) is very good towards the teacher evaluation element. So also the participants ' response to the quality of the modules and organizers is good, and the response is excellent to the facilities and infrastructure.

This chapter looks at the topic of health services quality from a commissioning and whole population perspective. Quality is noted to be a multidimensional concept and dimensions of quality are considered. The role of the commissioner in maintaining and improving quality of services is explored, and this is seen within a wider backdrop of a health system with commissioner and provider functions (if there are such distinctions in the system). Commissioners need to know whether they are securing quality care for their population for the money spent. They also need an understanding of how this dovetails with the provider perspective on this topic. Commissioners also need to be able to articulate what they wish to assess in practice under the guise of quality. Finally, at a system level there are also bearings on how to compile and interpret a picture of a population’s health if needed.

Service quality has become as one of the most important ensuing factors in the service sector. Considering various needs and requirements of the customers, like any other service provider life insurers also always trying to provide better quality of services to their customers in order to satisfy them. In this chapter, the researcher conducted a study on the quality of services offered by the private life insurers operating in the district of Burdwan, West Bengal, through proper investigation of the service quality structure in the present perspective. Here, accepted 661 usable responses with respect to the customers and 582 usable responses with respect to the insurers were considered as the sample size of the study and statistical package SPSS 16 as well as Bexley's Customer Retention Indicator Grid ware used to perform the analyses.

Purpose While the born global (BG) phenomenon has been well established in the literature, studies on accelerated internationalization of firms in the service sector have been scarce, particularly for the specific case of knowledge-intensive services (KIS). The purpose of this paper is to explore which competitive characteristics differentiate KIS BGs from other KIS firms in the context of a peripheral region. Design/methodology/approach The empirical focus of this study comprehends primary survey data from 250 Spanish KIS firms (Andalusia) that have been internationalized and analyzed through ordinal and ordinary least squares regressions. The authors address the “born-global effect” on five features of interest, namely, entry mode, technological capabilities, qualification of staff, external resources and quality of services. Findings Results suggest that KIS BGs in Andalusia perceive exports as a more relevant form of internationalization than its non-BG peers. Also, KIS BGs in Andalusia present higher levels of technological intensity. Differences in terms of staff qualification, access to extramural R&D resources and the quality of services could not be identified. Research limitations/implications The main limitation of this research concerns its cross-sectional character, thus hindering the evaluation of developmental trajectories taking place in the cohort under scrutiny. Such an approach would allow a better comprehension of the competitiveness dynamics in internationalized KIS firms. Also, because this assessment is geographically restricted to Andalusia, Spain, the authors recommend caution in establishing direct comparisons and appropriation of results for other regional/national contexts. Practical implications Recommendations for public policy include establishing the necessary infrastructures to encourage the technological development of KIS companies and provide support – through export promotion agencies, for instance – for early approximation with foreign markets. Taking into account the contributions of KIS firms for the development of a peripheral economy, this involves the need to establish instruments that provide strategic information to internationalize, as well as lines of funding for these companies. Originality/value Empirical evidence on KIS BGs is needed to fully grasp its differences to other internationalized service firms. The analysis within this specific domain represents an advance in the literature on this subject. Also, the context of peripheral regions – considering their economic differences to core areas – has been understudied. The elaboration and application of the survey have allowed the authors to have access to primary in-depth data and, therefore, to build a better understanding of KIS BGs in Andalusia, Spain.

This paper aimed to study the effect of corporate image and service quality on loyalty by using trust as a mediating variable. This research uses quantitative data. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with the type of judgmental sampling). The sample used in this study were 220 respondents. The research method used path analysis--data collection through a questionnaire. The results showed that company image has a positive and significant effect on loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant effect on loyalty, the corporate image has a positive and significant effect on trust, service quality has a positive and significant effect on trust, and trust has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. Kantor Pos Trenggalek is expected to improve the image of Kantor Pos Trenggalek so that customer perception will be better for the services provided and improve and develop the quality of services provided to customers and fix service problems.

The article examines the process of intensive development and globalisation of the restaurant business in Ukraine as a part of the service sector of the economy exposed to many factors different in strength, duration and areas of influence in the context of European integration. The article is devoted to the consideration of positive and negative factors influencing the development of hospitality. Among them are extensive and intensive. The development of hotel-restaurant business, its impact on the quality of life of citizens of Ukraine is considered. Particular attention has been paid to the changes and approaches which took place in the work of restaurants in pandemic and quarantine restrictions. The analysis of development of restaurant economy of Ukraine in 2003-2020 was carried out. There was a significant reduction in restaurants during 2014 - 2020. The direct dependence of the state of the restaurant industry of Ukraine on the development of its economy has been substantiated. It has been proved that the enterprises of the hospitality industry are gaining popularity, intensive development in conditions of political and economic stability, stable economic situation of visitors to restaurants, as well as preserved cultural heritage. Thus development of restaurant business is carried out in the conditions of European integration under the approved programmes. There is an introduction of new forms and methods of service. The analysis shows the relationship between the development of the restaurant business and integration processes. As a result of the study, an algorithm for assessing the level of competitiveness of restaurants was developed. The key criteria for the competitiveness of the restaurants have been established, namely: the level of customer satisfaction, quality of services provided, efficiency of management and organization processes in the restaurants, the level of corporate and social responsibility, competitive strategy of the restaurant and the competitive environment.
