Abstrak - Manajemen layanan adalah fasilitasi untuk membantu melayani bidang yang dibutuhkan dalam segala hal yang diinginkan atau dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan juga mengelola layanan dalam inventaris, peminjaman, pemeliharaan, dan pengelolaan pajak kendaraan operasional pada kantor LLDIKTI Wilayah IV. Dimana permasalahan yang terdapat pada kantor LLDIKTI Wilayah IV adalah pengelolaan kendaraan operasional yang masih dilakukan secara manual dalam pengelolaannya, serta pengelolaan pajak kendaraan operasional yang masih dilakukan manual juga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Extreme Programming (XP) di mana metode ini adalah metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang cepat, efisien, tingkat risiko rendah, fleksibel dalam penggunaan, diprediksi dengan jelas dan terperinci. Dan metode Extreme Programming (XP) diterapkan dalam pembuatan aplikasi. Berdasarkan masalah yang ada, manajemen kendaraan operasional kurang efektif dalam implementasinya. dimana dalam pengelolaan kendaraan operasional harus melakukan pencatatan manual peminjaman pada divisi administrasi yang mengelola dan bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola kendaraan operasional dengan menulis di buku peminjaman, tentu saja, ini sangat tidak efisien dan membutuhkan waktu lama, kemudian mengenai pengelolaan pajak kendaraan yang dilakukan dengan cara manual atau pengecekan tanggal berlaku STNK pada STNK membuat tidak dapat terkontrol secara baik. Dengan pembuatan aplikasi mengenai layanan kendaraan operasional, tentu saja bertujuan untuk mengubah semua masalah menjadi keunggulan yaitu efisiensi dan efektivitas. Dalam aplikasi hanya perlu mengkonfirmasi peminjaman dan pengembalian dan pencatatan pemeliharaan dan pengelolaan pajak kendaraan operasional yang telah dimasukkan oleh sistem. Dimana dalam alurnya ketika memasukkan semua data yang diinginkan dapat dikelola secara singkat, cepat dan tepat. Abstract - Service management is a facilitation to help serve the required fields in everything that is desired or needed. This study aims to determine and also manage services in the inventory, lending, maintenance, and management of operational vehicle taxes at LLDIKTI Region IV offices. Where the problems in the LLDIKTI Region IV office are the management of operational vehicles which are still done manually in their management, as well as the management of operational vehicle taxes which are still carried out manually as well. This study uses the Extreme Programming (XP) method in which this method is a software development method that is fast, efficient, low-level risk, flexible in use, predicted clearly and in detail. And the Extreme Programming (XP) method is applied in making applications. Based on existing problems, operational vehicle management is less effective in its implementation. where in operational vehicle management must record lending manuals on the administrative division that manages and is responsible for managing operational vehicles by writing in the borrowing book, of course, this is very inefficient and takes a long time, then regarding vehicle tax management which is done manually or checking the STNK validity date on the STNK makes it unable to be controlled properly. By making applications regarding operational vehicle services, of course it aims to turn all problems into excellence namely efficiency and effectiveness. In the application only need to confirm the borrowing and return and record maintenance and management of operational vehicle taxes that have been entered by the system. Where in the flow when inputting data all the desired data can be managed briefly, quickly and precisely.

The process of data collection and processing of student scores that is carried out continuously from year to year is felt to be unable to produce fast, precise and accurate information, because it takes a long time. Computerized information system processing student grades is expected to be able to ease the work of homeroom teachers, so that they can produce valid information in a short time and can be accessed anywhere. With good processing and management, value data processing will be easier, faster, more accurate. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based digital report card information system as a solution offered to help solve problems faced by schools. The system development method used is Extreme Programming (XP) which has several stages, namely planning, designing, coding, testing and Software Increment. The results of this study are the creation of an information system that can provide several advantages as well as efficiency and effectiveness in processing information and managing value data up to the printing of student report cards.

Carrying out antitumor treatment of children with oncological diseases is often accompanied by many complications, one of the most significant eating disorders. These disorders can aggravate the existing problems, complicate the patient’s treatment and often dictate the need for special nutritional support. First of all, it is based on the limitations associated with the requirements for low microbial density of food (due to sharply reduced immunity), gastrointestinal disorders of varying severity and prevalence, peculiarities of taste and appetite of the child (which are almost always violated in the process of antitumor therapy), as well as psychological problems. In children of early age, this situation is very significant, since complications (especially gastrointestinal complications) can last for a long time, which may limit the development of the child, even if the basic treatment is successfully completed, or even prevent him or her from developing at all. Therefore, such patients need special nutritional support: enteral and often parenteral nutrition, as well as a special approach to diet, which is often based on industrial baby food products.

Public service is an activity of service for every citizen and resident for goods, services, and / or administrative services provided by public service providers, namely the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Brebes Regency. The quality of public services must have the principle of openness or transparency, easily accessible, accountability and cling to the principles of efficiency and effectiveness. But in fact the current information and reporting of disasters is still conventional. This study aims to reflect and build a Web-Based Disaster Geographic Information System using Extreme Programming method. The research method uses qualitative methods with descriptive data analysis techniques. Data obtained by observation and interviews. The benefit of this application is to improve services to the Brebes Regional Disaster Management Agency also useful for internal from the Implementing Party or Admin who can manage Disaster Area data online, accurately, and quickly. As well as greatly helping the community to obtain maps of information on disaster-prone areas, the latest disaster information and the community can report directly on disaster events so that the Regional Government can directly handle the disaster.

AbstrakTaman Rekreasi Sengkaling memiliki luas keseluruhan  9 hektar yang terdiri dari 6 hektar  diantaranya ada taman dan pepohonan hijau. Mengingat luasnya Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling, disana tidak ada peta dan tempat lokasi pusat informasi wahana berada di pintu masuk yang tentu akan membuat pengunjung bingung ketika sudah berada didalam Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling ingin mengetahui informasi wahana dan membutuhkan waktu lama dalam mencapai tujuan wahana yang diinginkan. Berdasarkan dari permasalahan yang ada, maka dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi yang bisa memberikan informasi dan navigasi sehingga pengunjung dapat dengan mudah mengetahui informasi wahana dan navigasi menuju lokasi wahana. Augmented Reality adalah teknologi yang menggabungkan benda maya dua dimensi dan ataupun tiga dimensi ke dalam lingkungan nyata tiga dimensi. Teknologi Augmented Reality ini digunakan untuk pembuatan aplikasi untuk informasi dan navigasi pada Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling. Pada pengujian sistem berdasarkan hasil kuesioner dengan 5 pertanyaan kepada 30 responden untuk memakai aplikasi AR Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling. Dari pengujian sistem aplikasi AR kepada user yang memilih setuju dengan presentase 91%. Maka hasil yang didapatkan, penggunaan aplikasi Augmented Reality direspon baik oleh pengunjung Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling.Abstract  Sengkaling Recreation Park has a total area of 9 hectares consisting of 6 hectares of which there are parks and green trees. Given the breadth of the Sengkaling Recreation Park, there is no map and location of the information center where the vehicle is located at the entrance which would make visitors confused when already in the Sengkaling Recreation Park wants to know vehicle information and takes a long time to reach the desired destination. Based on the existing problems, it requires an application that can provide information and navigation so that visitors can easily find information on vehicle and navigation to the location of the vehicle. Augmented Reality is a technology that combines two-dimensional and / or three-dimensional virtual objects into a real three-dimensional environment. This Augmented Reality technology is used for making applications for information and navigation in Sengkaling Recreation Park. On testing the system based on the results of the questionnaire with 5 questions to 30 respondents to use the AR Sengkaling Recreational Park application. From testing the AR application system to users who choose to agree with a percentage of 91%. Then the results obtained, the use of Augmented Reality applications responded well by visitors to the Sengkaling Recreation Park.

The debate about developing countries having to choose between economic growth and biodiversity protection has been going on for a long time. This paper sought to add to existing literature written on that topic by exploring the relationship between economic growth and biodiversity loss. It argued that in the long term, developing countries need to protect biodiversity as a prerequisite for economic growth to occur and that the severe impact of biodiversity loss on vulnerable indigenous communities is a reason enough to make the protection of biodiversity a priority. The researcher first identified the primary reasons for why biodiversity occurs, then advocated for the prevention of biodiversity by exploring two impacts of biodiversity loss: the impact on indigenous communities and the impact on economic growth. The paper then briefly also explained the policies that both governments, as well as nongovernment actors, can implement in order to tackle biodiversity loss and protect our environment.

We propose an efficient Eulerian approach to compute the Lagrangian-averaged vorticity deviation (LAVD) of given flow fields. Traditional approaches need to solve [Formula: see text] ordinary differential equations (ODEs) for a [Formula: see text]-dimensional flow. Furthermore, if the velocity data are discrete, interpolation is required to obtain the velocity and vorticity data along the particle trace of any sampling point, which could be quite time-consuming and even affect the accuracy of the solutions. In contrast, our proposed Eulerian approach only needs to solve one single partial differential equation (PDE) in order to obtain the LAVD field and no interpolation is required. Based on the doubling technique, we also propose an efficient iterative Eulerian-type algorithm to compute the long-time LAVD for periodic flows. After that, relation between the long-time LAVD and the coherent ergodic partition is briefly discussed. Numerical examples will show the accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness of our proposed Eulerian approaches.

Abstract ContextCamera traps are one of the most popular tools used to study wildlife worldwide. Numerous recent studies have evaluated the efficiency and effectiveness of camera traps as a research tool. Nonetheless, important aspects of camera-trap methodology remain in need of critical investigation. One such issue relates to camera-trap viewshed visibility, which is often compromised in the field by physical obstructions (e.g. trees) or topography (e.g. steep slopes). The loss of visibility due to these obstructions could affect wildlife detection rates, with associated implications for study inference and management application. AimsWe aimed to determine the effect of camera-trap viewshed obstruction on wildlife detection rates for a suite of eight North American species that vary in terms of ecology, commonness and body size. MethodsWe deployed camera traps at 204 sites throughout an extensive semi-urban park system in Cleveland, Ohio, USA, from June to September 2016. At each site, we quantified camera-trap viewshed obstruction by using a cover-board design. We then modelled the effects of obstruction on wildlife detection rates for the eight focal species. Key resultsWe found that detection rates significantly decreased with an increasing viewshed obstruction for five of the eight species, including both larger and smaller mammal species (white-tailed deer, Odocoileus virginianus, and squirrels, Sciurus sp., respectively). The number of detections per week per camera decreased two- to three-fold as visibility at a camera site decreased from completely free of obstruction to mostly obstructed. ConclusionsThese results imply that wildlife detection rates are influenced by site-level viewshed obstruction for a variety of species, and sometimes considerably so. ImplicationsResearchers using camera traps should address the potential for this effect to ensure robust inference from wildlife image data. Accounting for viewshed obstruction is critical when interpreting detection rates as indices of abundance or habitat use because variation in detection rate could be an artefact of site-level viewshed obstruction rather than due to underlying ecological processes.

      It is estimated that the judicial system will not be able to meet the increasingly complex needs of society. This estimate is based on facts in the field. Dispute resolution through courts is considered too convoluted, takes a long time, and is inefficient for businesses that emphasize efficiency and effectiveness. Besides, the court's decision does not satisfy the parties. The principle of simple, fast, low-cost justice is still only a slogan.      Answering this problem, a study is conducted using the empirical normative legal research method with a study approach based on statutory regulations, conceptual approaches, and case approaches. Types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques through document study and interviews, where the data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively deductively. Based on the results of research and discussion, it was found that mediation as a solution to the settlement of cases, both in court and outside the court, is cooperative

Purpose of Study: The present study was designed to study possibilities, conditions, grounds and limitations regarding the use of technologies and units of artificial intelligence in public administration. Determinants of the need to use such technologies in public administration were also considered. In this study, directions of realizable engagement which is already implemented, as well as directions of the possible use of artificial intelligence units in the future for public administration were investigated to ensure the functioning of system of state executive bodies. Methodology: The present research carried out based on the application of research methods such as system analysis, synthesis, and classification. Using these research methods, the concepts of describing conditions, possibilities, modes and functional-target load of using technologies and units of artificial intelligence in public administration, as well as limitations of its application in public administration were developed. Results: It was found that the use of artificial intelligence by the state for performing its various own tasks is highly relevant as it might lead to finding many positive approbations. However, despite the fact that technologies and artificial intelligence units have been developed for a relatively long time, and some of them are already widely used, it is still impossible to talk about the integrated, fully tested and properly regulated implementation of this kind of technology and units for management, therefore, it is suggested to further investigate on this issue from a theoretical (prognostic) point of view, taking into account potential directions and possibilities regarding    the use of such technology and units. Implications/Applications: The use of technologies and units of artificial intelligence does not necessarily take into account as a panacea for solving the problems and may not lead to solving some systemic problems in public administration, but, on the contrary, may even aggravate some existing problems in public administration and contribute to the emergence of new problems and risks.

AbstractThe changes in lifestyle of the global society in the era of digital world development have made the smartphone technology penetration to rise continually. This condition can increase business opportunities, especially e-commerce activities that utilize technology and the internet in terms of promotions and transactions. The efficiency and effectiveness is an interesting focus that is discussed in this issue. For example, in services or products searching for a wedding where many customers still feel difficult and need a long time to find the desired things. The existence of a recommendation system also has not been able to help, especially for users who are newly registered to the system. This is because most of them will provide recommendations based on a history of user activity. Therefore, this study applies the content-boosted collaborative filtering (CBCF) method to improve the ability of the recommendation system in providing recommendations for weddings, especially for a new user. The obtained results are then compared with two commonly used methods, content-based recommendations (CB) and collaborative filtering (CF). Based on the experimental results, it can be concluded that CBCF can maintain the quality of good recommendations for long registered users with an accuracy of 84% and also can provide recommendations for new users with an accuracy of 54% which is cannot be solved by CB or CF methods.Key Word: digital businesses, wedding vendors/organizers, recommendation system, content-boosted collaborative filtering  AbstrakPerubahan pola kehidupan masyarakat global pada era perkembangan dunia digital membuat penetrasi dari teknologi telepon pintar terus menaik. Kondisi ini dapat meningkatkan kesempatan bisnis khususnya kegiatan jual beli yang memanfaatkan teknologi dan internet dalam hal promosi dan transaksi. Efisiensi dan efektifitas proses menjadi fokus yang terus menarik dibahas dalam hal ini. Sebagai contoh, pada pencarian layanan atau produk untuk pernikahan yang mana banyak pelanggan masih merasakan kesulitan dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk mencari sesuatu yang diinginkannya. Keberadaan sistem rekomendasi juga belum bisa membantu terlebih bagi pengguna yang baru terdaftar pada sistem. Hal ini dikarenakan kebanyakan sistem akan memberikan rekomendasi berdasarkan rekam jejak aktifitas pengguna. Maka itu, pada penelitian ini diusulkan penerapan metode content-boosted collaborative filtering (CBCF) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sistem rekomendasi dalam pemberian rekomendasi untuk acara pernikahan, khususnya pada pengguna baru. Hasil yang diperoleh selanjutnya dibandingkan dengan dua metode yang umum digunakan yaitu content based recommendation (CB) dan collaborative filtering (CF). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa CBCF dapat mempertahankan kualitas pemberian rekomendasi yang baik untuk pengguna lama dengan akurasi sebesar 84% serta mampu memberikan rekomendasi untuk pengguna baru dengan akurasi 54% yang mana kondisi ini tidak bisa diselesaikan oleh metode CB ataupun CF.Kata Kunci: bisnis digital, penyedia jasa acara pernikahan, sistem rekomendasi, content-boosted collaborative filtering
