ABSTRACT The purpose of this study to obtain empirical evidence and to find clarity of phenomena and conclusions about the influence of career development and job motivation to job satisfaction and its impact to the performance of employee at Badan Pendapatan Daerah (Bapenda) Kabupaten Karawang. This research is expected to contribute to the development of management science especially as a contribution of scientific literature in human resources management, as reference material in scientific writing, as information material, both for leaders and colleagues in Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Karawang in the implementation of performance-based management, As a material consideration and input in making decisions and determine the direction of policy. The research is done by using quantitative method with descriptive and verification method, that is collecting, presenting, analyzing and doing hypothesis testing, and making conclusion and suggestion. Based on the results of the research analysis, the following conclusions are obtained: the correlation of career development with work motivation has significant correlation, the influence of career development that directly affects employee job satisfaction, the influence of work motivation that directly affects employee job satisfaction, the influence of career development that directly affect the performance of employees, the influence of work motivation that directly affect the employee performance, the influence employee job satisfaction on employee performance, simultaneously career development and work motivation significantly influence employee job satisfaction, simultaneously career development and work motivation significantly influence job satisfaction which impact on employee performance improvement. ABSTRACT This research aims to obtain empirical evidence and find clarity of phenomena and conclusions about the influence of leadership roles and organizational culture on work motivation that impact on improving the performance of Village Devices District of East Telukjambe. This thesis is expected to contribute to the development of management science, especially as a contribution of scientific literature in human resources management, as reference material in scientific writing, as information material, both for leaders and colleagues in Kecamatan Telukjambe Timur Karawang regency in the implementation of performance based management, as a material consideration and input in making decisions and determine the direction of policy. The research is done by using quantitative method with descriptive and verification method, that is collecting, presenting, analyzing and doing hypothesis testing, and making conclusion and suggestion. Based on the results of the research analysis, the following conclusions are obtained: The value of correlation coefficient between leadership variables and organizational culture is 0.595, Influence of leadership role to employee work motivation equal to 0,1616 or 16,16%. The influence of organizational culture on employee work motivation of 0.2504 or 25.04%. The influence of leadership role on employee performance is 0.0723 or 7.23%. While the influence of organizational culture on employee performance of 0.0230 or 2.30%. The influence of work motivation on employee performance of 0.7448 or 74.48%. Simultaneously the role of leadership and organizational culture significantly influence the work motivation of 41.20%. The rest of 58.80% is the influence that comes from other factors. Simultaneously the role of leadership and organizational culture has a significant effect on work motivation which impact on employee performance improvement equal to 84,01%. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the Effect of Self-Efficacy, Work Motivation, and Mediated by Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT. Bank BNI Syariah Pekalongan Branch Office. The method of this research uses quantitative research with SMART PLS analysis tools. In this study the entire population is also sample because the population are 57 employees, consisting of 34 male and 23 female employees. The results of this study indicate that:There is a positive and significant direct effect of self-efficacy on employee job satisfaction at PT. Bank BNI Syariah Pekalongan Branch Office.There is a positive and significant direct effect of work motivation on employee Job Satisfaction at PT Bank BNI Syariah Pekalongan Branch Office.There is a positive and significant direct effect of self-efficacy on employee performance at PT. Bank BNI Syariah Pekalongan Branch Office.There is a positive and significant direct effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. This study examines the effect of leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance. And then, to examine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance and to examine the effect of leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance is mediated by job satisfaction at the Regional Secretariat Office of Regency / City in South Sulawesi. In this study, questionnaires were distributed and documented collection, using descriptive statistical analysis methods, SEM analysis of Amos. The results of this study found that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational culture has no positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has no positive and significant effect on employee performance; job satisfaction positively and significantly affects employee performance. Job satisfaction can mediate the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Employee job satisfaction can mediate the effect of work motivation on employee performance. Job satisfaction cannot mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance.

This study aims to examine the relationship perceived high workload, job motivation and job satisfaction on performance. Research conducted at the Office of Cileungsi First’th Tax Service by taking 89 employees as the research sample. Quantitative research was conducted by describing and verification data. Multiple linear regression analysis is the statistic approach to data analysis. The study produced three major findings consistent with the hypothesis put forward, that is: (1) the workload of employees are in the high category, (2) work motivation is in the high category, 3) job satisfaction is in the high category and the performance is in the medium category. Base on research finding, in order to increase employee performance, can be done by managing the workload of employees, increase work motivation and increase job satisfaction. Human resources management is one that is needed in the era of globalization. Every organizational goal always expects resources that are able to work effectively and so that the company can be achieved. Human Resources is a central factor in an organization. The research objective is to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at Kopitiam Cafe and Restaurant partially and simultaneously. Research method with associative method then using a quantitative descriptive approach. Multiple linear regression is a data analysis technique. The results of this study are as follows: The more disciplined an employee is in working, the more employee performance increases. The effect of these variables is significant positive . The more an employee is motivated to be enthusiastic about work, the more employee performance increases. The effect of these variables is significant positive. The more disciplined an employee is in working and the more motivated an employee is to be enthusiastic at work when combined simultaneously, the more employee performance increases. The effect of these variables is significant positive.

The Influence of Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Transformational Leadership Styles on Employee Performance With Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in the Mining Support Division of PT Kaltim Prima Coal.This study aims to test the influence of organizational culture (X1), work motivation (X2) and transformational leadership style (X3) on employee performance (Y2) through job satisfaction (Y1) in the Mining Support Division of PT Kaltim Prima Coal. This study took a sample of 62 respondent. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis.The results show the influence of organizational culture on positive but insignificant job satisfaction, the influence of transfomasional leadership motivation and style on positive and significant job satisfaction; the influence of organizational culture on employee performance is insignificant and positive; the influence of motivation and transformational leadership style on employee performance is significant and positive; and the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance is significant and positive.Keywords: Job Motivation, Work Discipline, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of training and compensation on employee performance through employee job satisfaction by using 125 respondents as a basis for research analysis. The results showed that training and compensation had a significant positive effect on employee performance and job satisfaction is known to mediate the relationship of training on employee performance and compensation on employee performance at Belmond hotel partially. The findings in this study provide the implication that to improve employee performance in order to achieve the company's expected targets, the things that need to be considered in terms of job satisfaction with performance is the way employees can see opportunities and rewards, the nature of the job itself, supervision or supervisor, benefits, operational conditions of employees, and coworkers as a positive incentive to work. Improvements in knowledge and skills relevant to the work in each department as well as experienced in the training also need to be considered. Increasing compensation for salaries, benefits and incentives can increase their understanding of satisfaction with work results achieved by an employee.

One important means on the Management of human resources in a organization is the creation of job satisfaction of employees. Job satisfaction is an individual attitude, the greater aspects of the work in accordance with the wishes and goals, the higher the perceived level. Based on the above, the authors are interested in making the study titled "The Effect of Motivation and Working Conditions on Job Satisfaction In PT. Insurance Mega Pratama Jambi Branch. To obtain empirical evidence of the level of job satisfaction is influenced by two independent variables, work motivation and working conditions to the population of employees of PT. Insurance Mega Pratama Jambi Branch, it can be formulated hypotheses as follows: (1) allegedly motivated, good working conditions and job satisfaction of employees are satisfied at PT. Insurance Mega Pratama Jambi Branch; (2) allegedly contained significant influence motivation and working conditions on job satisfaction at. Insurance Mega Pratama Jambi Branch. to determine the relationship anatara independent variables with the dependent variable which is formulated as follows: Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 + e. PT. Mega Pratama Insurance has been operating under the name PT. These Insurance Pledge Lloyd since 1959. In mid-2003, PT. Prima Executive acquire all shares of Bakrie Finance Corporation (BFC) in PT. These Insurance Lloyd Pledge. On March 8, 2004, PT. Insurance Mega Pratama officially operates with the new name. F test result showed that motivation and working conditions affect the job satisfaction. This is indicated by the value Fhitung 22.791. When compared with F table of 2.61, then the F count> F table (22.791> 2.61). T test results showed that motivation does not affect the job satisfaction while working conditions affect the job satisfaction. Based on the authors research will provide useful suggestions for the company: (1) the Head of Branch PT. Insurance Mega Pratama Jambi Branch to provide motivation and improvement of working conditions / work environment in order to improve employee job satisfaction, because based on research results and the motivation given the company a good working environment can improve employee job satisfaction, so as to improve employee performance; (2) for further research, is expected in future studies variables should develop research in order to gain a better understanding of the job satisfaction.

Employee is an asset to the company. Employees have a very important role for companies to achieve corporate goals. To keep employee performance to remain productive then it is necessary. Job satisfaction of an employee within the organization can’t be separated from career development, and work life balance. This research was conducted to determine the effect of Work-life Balance and Career Development on Job Satisfaction. This type of research uses a causal quantitative method. The data used for the research is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents employees of PT. Telkomsel, Tbk Branch Malang. The sampling technique used was the census. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of research indicate that Work-Life Balance and Career Development affect simultaneously to Employee Satisfaction. Partially, work life balance significantly to employee job satisfaction. Career development has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, will be falling again. The most dominant effect on employee job satisfaction is the work balance.
