The Effect of Islamic Education Curriculum Development on the Achievement of Learning Subject of Islamic Religious Education High School Student Tunas Luhur Paiton Probolinggo, This research is a quantitative research with descriptive analysis approach and simple regression analysis to 20 randomly selected sample people. Curriculum development data obtained from the accumulation of some test scores held by TPQ SMATL.Pengembangankurikulum Islamic education and learning achievement subjects PAI SMATL students have a strong or significant relationship with the value of r calculated results (0.681) larger than rtabel (0.444 ) at a significance level of 5%. Result of regression analysis obtained conclusion that curriculum development give positive influence to learning achievement of PAI, marked by slope value (slope) positive regression line equal to 0,690. The regression equation obtained (Y = 35,558 + 0,690X) can also explain the diversity of student achievement score significantly based on the result of further analysis with F-value test (15,548) bigger than Ftabel (4,41) at significance level 5 % and with the test of coefficient of determination (r2) value of 0.463. Overall, thus, the proposed hypothesis is accepted, ie that there is a significant (positive) influence of the development of Islamic education curriculum on the achievement of learning subjects PAI high school students Tunas Luhur Paiton Probolinggo. This study aims to analyzing the influence of the learning achievement of economics, family social support and peer simultaneously and partial toward financial literacy student in public senior high school in Dompu. This research is associative causal research with a quantitative approach. The population is students of 12th grade in public senior high school in Dompu. This study used proporsional area probability sampling with regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the learning achievement, social support of family and peers significantly affect the financial literacy of high school students of State in Dompu. The conclusion are 1) Economics achievement study has positive effect on the financial literacy of students, 2) Families Social support positive effect on the financial literacy of students, 3) peer social support positive influence on the financial literacy of students and 4) learning achievement, family support and peer simultaneously influence on the financial literacy of students of SMA in Dompu so that it can be said that these three variables are all factors that affect the financial literacy of high school students of State in Dompu

The environment is believed to have a strong effect on the learning process of students, including the family’s influence. This study is aimed to examine the influence of family literacy culture on student learning motivation in Islamic education subject. This study applied the associative method with inferential statistical analysis. The population of this study covers 484 students of class X at State Senior High School in Garut District, Indonesia, while the number of research samples comprises 83 respondents. Data measurement in this research uses ordinal data with Likert Scale measurement. The analysis methods include regression analysis, correlation coefficient, the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the culture of family literacy had a positive and significant impact on students’ learning motivation in the Subject of Islamic Education

<em>The<strong> </strong>purpose<strong> </strong>of this<strong> </strong>study was to determine the impacts of student’s perception on teacher’s social competence and learning interest on mathematics learning achievement. The research was conducted on students of class VII in Imanuel Junior High School and Pa Van Des Teur Junior High School, Pondok Melati, East Jakarta. This study is corelasional survey research with regression analysis. Based on research results, it can be concluded that both of student’s  perception on teacher’s social competence and learning interest give positive influence and significantly on mathematics learning achievement and also together student’s perception on teacher’s social competence and learning interests give positive impacts and significantly on mathematics learning achievement</em>.

The Influence of Location and Facilities Against Satisfaction of Container Unloading Service User at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch.This study aims to determine how much influence the location and facilities to the satisfaction of service users. Locations have indicators: access, visibility, traffic and facilities have indicators: organizational characteristics and objectives, land availability and space and space requirements, flexibility, aesthetic factors, communities and the environment, construction and operation costs while service user satisfaction has indicators: customer satisfaction , dimensions of customer satisfaction, confirmation of expectations, repurchase interest, willingness to recommend, customer dissatisfaction.The method used in this research is quantitative method by using the technique of processing descriptive data, data collecting technique with interviews, questionnaires and literature study. Sampling technique used incidental sampling. The measurement using likert scale and processed using SPSS version 23 program to calculate the validity and reliability test, calculate hypothesis test that is t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The result of research shows that location and facility variables together have a positive influence on service user satisfaction at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch. This can be proven from the result of F count 39.984> 3.11 with significance level 0.000 ≤ 0.05, then Ho is rejected Ha accepted. This study assessed the influence of teacher’s characteristics and other related factors in the implementation of Environmental Education curriculum in secondary schools in Cross River State, Nigeria. Two research designs were used, survey inferential and Expost facto research design. The study is located in the department of Environmental Education, University of Calabar, Nigeria. Two research questions converted into two hypotheses were formulated for the study.  A sample of three hundred (300) respondents were selected using the multistage random sampling technique comprising of twenty five (25) lecturers and two hundred and seventy five (275) postgraduate and final year undergraduate students in the department of Environmental Education, University of Calabar. Data was collected using a structured questionnaire, the instrument administration was done by the researchers and same were collected 100%. Pearson Product Moment Correlation Analysis and regression analysis were used to test the hypotheses at 0.05 significance level and 298 and 290 degrees of freedom respectively. The result shows that teacher’s characteristics do significantly influence Environmental Education curriculum implementation in secondary schools. The regression analysis also shows that 6 factors listed impedes the implementation of Environmental Education curriculum, while four were not significant factors influencing Environmental Education curriculum in secondary schools. It was however recommended that teachers with competence in pedagogic knowledge of Environmental Education with classroom management skill should be employed to drive the process, while arrangement should be put in place to make Environmental Education a subject for students to offer and write in final senior secondary school examination among other.

The preparation and development of the curriculum can not be done recklessly. In Islam, education has the characteristics different from education in general, for example Islamic education emphasizes akhlak, combines science and charity, and so forth. T management science approach is required in the preparation or development of the curriculum, so that the Islamic education curriculum development reflects the characteristics of the school. There are three stages in curriculum development: curriculum planning, curriculum implementation, and curriculum evaluation. This paper contains an explanation of these three stages in relation to the principles, fundamentals and approaches in curriculum development. The concept of management is integrated with the concept of curriculum development in an integral way, so the two concepts become a single concept of curriculum management in Islamic education.

This study determined the influence of the principal's leadership style and work motivation on the performance of high school teachers. Data in this study were collected through distributing the questionnaires to respondents. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis through t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. Population in this study was all high school teachers in Air Kumbang subdistrict of Banyuasin district totaling 85 people. The sampling technique used was saturation. The research sample was 85 high school teachers. The results showed 1) there was a positive and significant effect of leadership style on teachers’ performance; 2) there was a positive and significant influence of work motivation on teachers’ performance; 3) there was a significant influence simultaneously of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of high school teachers in Air Kumbang sub-district Banyuasin.

This research is based on the Effect of Leadership and Communication Style on Organizational Performance. Taking the Object of Research at the Study Program Outside Domicile (PDD) Jembrana Bali State Polytechnic (Pilot Academy of the Jembrana Country Community). The purpose of this study is to find out more about leadership style, communication and organizational performance Problem formulation: whether leadership style and communication affect organizational performance. The theoretical foundation in research uses the Management Document. Methodology: Papulation and sampling with 35 respondents, using a questionnaire list and tabulated then analyzed by multiple regression using SPSS version 24. The results of the analysis of Leadership Style yield: t count of 9.185 and significance of 0.000. t count 9.185 t table whose value is 1.69 with a significance level of 0.736 0.05. Communication produces t count of -1.922 and significance of 0.064. t count -1.922 t table whose value is 1.69 with a significance level of 0.736 0.05. Hypothesis is accepted with t count 7.263 t table 0.736, then the hypothesis which states that there is a significant positive influence between Leadership Style and Communication on Organizational Performance. The implications of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R) obtained by 75.4% indicate that the Leadership and Communication Style of organizational performance 75.4% and as much as 24.6% Leadership Style and Communication are influenced by other variables not examined in this study and can be further investigated

This study aims to reveal (1) the construct and (2) the characteristics of the developed instrument for assessing Physics cognitive learning achievement of high school students in outdoor learning models through local wisdom-based fieldwork. This research was a research and development using the approach developed by Mardapi (2012: 110). The steps taken included (1) preparing instrument specifications, (2) writing the instrument, (3) reviewing the instrument, (4) doing instrument trial, (5) analyzing the instrument, (6) improving the instrument, assemble the test (8) implementing the test, and (9) interpreting measurement result. The results of the study showed that the  Instrument of cognitive skills consisted of 50 items with two-tier multiple choices focused on indicators of cognitive skills. The instrument was categorized fit the PCM 1PL and the difficulty level of the items ranges from -1,00 to 1,22 which means the items were in a good category. The reliability of the items was 0,89 for the ability ranging from -2 to 2 with standard error measurement 0,23, which means it was in a very high category.
