The article examines the relationship and influence of such concepts as "competitive environment" and "innovative activity" of business on improving the efficiency and competitiveness of an enterprise; a compar-ative analysis of the main directions of development of innovations in modern conditions was carried out; the competitive advantages that are provided by innovative technologies are highlighted, as well as their influence on obtaining and increasing the financial result of the enterprise; shows the role and influence of globalization and information technology on the emergence of a new form of competition based on innovation; the analysis of the innovative behavior of the enterprise as part of the analysis of business competitiveness is proposed.

Innovation is one of the basic assets needed for organizations to survive<em> </em>in a competitive environment. Organizations such as higher education also need strong innovation in order to continue to compete and produce high-quality graduates. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the innovative behavior of lecturers, especially based on organizational learning and organizational commitment. The research was conducted at STIK-PTIK with a sample of 108 lecturers who were taken randomly. Data collection using a questionnaire with Likert scale 1-5 and data analysis using path analysis. The results showed that organizational learning and organizational commitment had a positive direct influence on the innovative behavior of lecturers. Organizational learning is also known to have a positive direct influence on the organizational commitment of lecturers. Other findings indicate that organizational commitment plays a role in the influence of organizational learning on innovative behavior. Based on these results, then factors organizational learning and organizational commitment need to be improved in order to increase the innovative behavior of lecturers.

The complementary between IT as a competitive factor and strategic management is very important for gaining competitive advantages. This paper explores factors related to strategy and IT that should be considered for the strategic analysis of IT as a competitive factor, and proposes a framework for Strategic Technology Management (STM). The research is conducted by means of quantitative and qualitative analysis of data. The framework is expanded and validated through inference to findings of large and small to medium-sized enterprises through interviews, finally ending on theory matching.  The results of the analysis show that the strategic management of information technology is a continuous process of evaluation and change and that the alignment between factors such as competitive environment, competitive strategies (business and IT strategies), competitive outcome, and competitive factors gain competitive advantages for industrial companies.

recent rapidly changing competitive environment, information technology plays an important role on value chain. Many firms invest IT to ensure their success on e-commerce. However, how affect the firm performance when using information systems in supporting organizational e-commerce activities is still a question. The purpose of the research is to explore how the IT infrastructure and e-commerce capability affect firm performance. The paper proposes and test a research framework to analyze the relationship among IT infrastructure, e-commerce capability and firm performance based resource-based view. At last, the paper points out some research suggestions for the future study related to the e-commerce capability and business value research.

A development and evaluation the Cloud Computing (ClComp) of Ministry of Electricity and Energy of Egypt (MEEE) is presented in this paper. In order to be able to judge whether the ClComp of MEEE is competence, there is a need to develop criteria which performance can judged. Competency based standards and the ability to perform the activities within an occupation to the standard expected in the organization structure are presented. The key objective of Cloud Computing is to integrate Authorized Groups (AuthGs) development with the needs of the organization structures of MEEE. The ClComp of MEEE was developed jointly between the telecommunication information technology and ClComp services. Evaluation enables participant to distinguish between AuthGs centered view and a customer centered view of cloud computing of MEEE is competence evaluation. Recognize the main types of evaluation, explain the purpose of evaluation compare the approaches to cloud computing evaluation and review the relationship between the process and policy of evaluation are investigated. Microprocessor architecture presented an optimistic view of multicore scalability to develop the ClComp. Moreover this paper investigates the theoretical analysis of multiprocessor developing and scalability. The analysis was based on the laws of Amdahl's, Gustafson's, Hill's and Marty for fixed-workload condition. Moreover, challenged the difficulties to develop better cloud computing is taken into account. Also, multicore analysis of ClComp scalability, performance and power under fixed-time and memory-bound conditions are studied. These results complement existing studies and demonstrate that ClComp architectures are capable of extensive scalability and developing.

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are considered as foundation stones of economic development and growth of any economy (Centobelli, Cerchione, & Esposito, 2019). Performance of SMEs is of fundamental significance for all developed as well as developing nations. Similarly, Pakistan is no exception to aforementioned fact. The economic development and growth of Pakistan depend on the performance of SMEs to a great extent. Like, most countries in the world, SMEs comprise more than 90% of total business entities in Pakistan (Degong et al., 2018; Waqas & Nawaz, 2019) and leather industry in one that is attracted by the researchers of present study. Constraints in the growth of leather industry of Pakistan include, lack of skilled human capital, rising cost of production, lack of modern-day knowledge about new products and processes, low profitability and lack of capability to penetrate into international markets, lack of market research, access to finance, intensive competitive rivalry (Khalique et al., 2011; Daily Times, 2016, Awan et al., 2019). Few studies have revealed mixed findings regarding the relationship between knowledge management and firm performance and there is abundance of literature that demonstrates the presence of significant and positive relationship between Market Orientation and Firm performance (Slater & Narver , 1995; Baker & Sinkula, 2009; Udriyah, Tham, & Azam, 2019). On the other hand, some studies have argued that there is no direct and significant relationship between Market Orientation and Firm Performance (Polat & Mutlu, 2012; Shehu & Mahmood, 2014). Moreover, keeping in view the mixed and inconclusive findings regarding the relationship between cause and effect variables, it is appropriate to introduce moderating variables that can significantly influence the relationship between independent and dependent variables as recommended by Baron and Kenny (1986). Access to Finance and Competitive Environment can be served as prospective moderators which are quite appropriately related to proposed variables of the study (Prajogo & Oke, 2016; Rogo et al., 2016; Jaworski & Kohli, 1993) which are quite appropriately related to selected variables of the study. Thus, the research problem expressed that "Access to finance and competitive environment can potentially moderates and affect the relationship between independent and dependent variables. Hence, based on the past literature and aforementioned discussion, the present study intended to examine the moderating effects of Access to Finance and Competitive Environment on the Relationship between Human Capital, Knowledge Management, Market Orientation and SMEs Performance in Leather Industry of Pakistan".
