The article describes the flow of tourists to the Republic of Uzbekistan and the methods of analysis and forecasting based on econometric modeling of the development of the process based on its seasonal characteristics. Econometric modeling methods developed by foreign and local scientists were analyzed and divided into groups to analyze the process of changing the flow of tourists and predict the future number. Among them, the additive model in the group of time series reflecting the seasonality of tourist flow was found to meet the conditions. Based on the data obtained in the quarters for 2014-2018, the values of the trend (T), seasonal (S), and random (E) components of the time series were calculated step by step, and an additive model of the process was developed. Based on the developed model, the forecast values of tourist flow for the next quarter were determined, and the deviation from the actual value of the theoretical result was 20%, and the occurrence of this deviation was clarified. Forecasts of changes in the statistics of the tourism sector have been developed. The article describes the methods of analysis and forecasting of tourist flows and seasonality of the Republic of Uzbekistan based on econometric modeling.

Subject. The stable supply of food to people is a cornerstone for the national economic security, while a lack of food or its expensiveness may undermine the economy, principles of power, and cause panics and wars. Malnutrition and hunger are critical indicators of the insufficient foods supply. Objectives. The article indicates which countries have high risk of hunger, and predicts its further movement. I also evaluate factual trends in the availability of food across countries. Methods. The study refers to statistical data in public domain, including the FAOSTAT. I apply methods of ranking, abstraction, prediction. Results. I performed the cross-country analysis and discovered that 117 countries demonstrated signs of malnutrition. The article sets forth a technique for splitting countries into five groups by level of hunger risk. The article compares data on hunger in the countries and consequences of mortality and morbidity. I ranked countries by key types of agricultural products and explained their production growth rates for a span of 18 years. I predicted how countries would be ranked in terms of hunger from 2030 to 2050, and found the extent to which the hunger risk will escalate in more flourishing countries. Conclusions and Relevance. Hunger and shortage of food seem invincible in the countries where people are hungry or very hungry. Sometimes it appears almost impossible for respective governments to solve the issue. Triggering the systemic hunger, such factors and premises are beyond control of starving countries. Hence, the international community should provide their support and aid to them.

Studying the historical facts of past wars and armed conflicts and natural and man-made emergencies, today in the Republic of Kazakhstan one of the most important security issues is the preparation and organization of the evacuation of the population from possible dangerous zones, taking into account the emergence of new threats to the country’s security. The paper presents an algorithm for constructing universal scales of the distribution function of opportunities by types of support and rebuilding them into subject scales using display functions. The purpose of the paper is to determine the integral indicators characterizing the possibility of accommodation of the evacuated population and the impact on resources during relocation. On the subject scales of cities and districts of the region, indicators of the possibility of relocation of a certain amount of the evacuated population by types of support and indicators characterizing the impact on the district’s resources during resettlement of a certain amount of the evacuated population are determined. It was concluded that the use of integrated indicators allows the selection of areas to accommodate the evacuated population without the use of statistical data, in conditions of incomplete and inaccurate information. The presented method does not replace traditional methods based on classical methods of territory assessment by the level of life sustenance, but also allows their reasonable combination with the experience of specialists in this field, taking into account the incompleteness, uncertainty, and inconsistency of the initial data of the study area, which does not allow the application of existing methods.

To consider the main directions and extent of influence of ethical groups on political processes in the Republic of Kalmykia. The authors analyzed scientific research on the ethnic identity of the Kalmyk people, as well as media materials and statistical data on the cause and effect of the influence of ethnic groups on regional policy. Seven key areas of influence of the Kalmyks, as a titular nation, on political processes in the region, including through the formation of an ethnic majority among senior positions in the authorities of the subject of the Russian Federation, were identified. The theoretical significance of the study is due to the complex systematization of facts about the influence of the ethnodominating nation of the Republic of Kalmykia on political processes in the region. The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that in order to improve the legislation of the country, it is necessary to study the successful experience of other countries. The purpose of the study is to propose a number of measures that will help improve labour legislation in Kazakhstan. The work uses primarily the analytical method. It is determined by the fact that apart from statutory labour protection rules, some safety standards are contained in collective agreements that speci-fy and sometimes supplement relevant legislative provisions. The paper states the fact that it is necessary to factor in world experience in organizing and operating a system of supervision and control over compliance with labour legislation for the Republic of Kazakhstan. The novelty of the study is that with a study of the legislation on labour regulation in Western countries, the authors identify a number of measures that will be relevant for implementation in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The practical significance of the study is determined by the incompatibility of iso-lation from the outside world, including from the international labour market with objectives of development.

The high degree of land use in the Republic of Moldova as a whole, and the Cogâlnic river basin in particular, imposes the need to assess the quality of the environment and the characteristics of the anthropogenic pressure on the landscapes in temporal and spatial dynamics and to identifying an adequate of measure system for the purpose to maintain/restore the optimal structure and functioning of landscape systems. Based from the Land Cadastre on data, statistical data of population censuses, bibliographic and cartographic sources, a system, was appraised a system of indicators(of naturalness, of artificialization of landscapes, environmental changes) and quantified human pressure on the environment through agriculture and anthropogenic pressure on forest landscapes from the Cogâlnic catchment area. The values of the indices and the human pressure on the landscapes were processed using GIS techniques and elaborated cartographic models.
