The article presents the indicators of physical fitness of volleyball players aged 9-11 and their changes after the introduction of sets of exercises on the coordination ladder in the educational and training process. It was found that the indicators of physical fitness under the influence of our method are improving, and these changes are significant and statistically significant (p <0,05). The most significant improvement was determined by the indicators of coordination abilities, speed - strength qualities and speed (p <0.05), the results of flexibility, endurance and strength also improved, but no significant changes were observed (p> 0.05). The study involved 40 athletes aged 9 to 11 years. For 6 months, special exercises on the coordination ladder were included in the training process of the experimental group along with the program material. Namely: jumps from different starting positions, rotational movements in motion, various accelerations, jumping exercises, a combination of jumping and running exercises, which were performed with a gradual increase in their coordination complexity. The exercises were performed both in the main and in the opposite direction, and also, various acrobatic modified exercises were included in the classes, which were combined with the above-mentioned exercises and technical simulation techniques of the game. Testing was performed according to generally accepted methods.

Goal. To develop a program of training sessions, taking into account the individual motor propensity for purposeful improvement of functional and physical fitness of kayakers at the stage of preparation for higher achievements. Methods: analysis and generalization of data of special scientific and methodical literature and abstract databases on the research topic; pedagogical observations of the educational and training process, where the parameters of physical activity during classes were recorded; assessment of physical fitness indicators; assessment of functional status, methods of mathematical statistics. Results. It turned out to be necessary to ensure the effectiveness of the body's adaptation to maximum physical activity, to achieve a "balanced" formation and stabilization of sports form in each individual kayaker at the stage of preparation for higher achievements with set deadlines and maintaining optimal readiness for competition. In this regard, the organization of the training process when planning training loads should be based on the properties of the development of the body of athletes and should be based on the types of motor training. The use of the author's program of training sessions, taking into account individual motor skills for purposeful improvement of functional and physical fitness has allowed to bring kayakers, who were involved in scientific research, to a new qualitative and quantitative level of skill, which has been implemented according to relevant indicators. Conclusions. The study of the effectiveness of different types of motor training at the stage of preparation for higher achievements in rowing kayakers on their functional and physical fitness expands the possibility of creating new and improving existing comprehensive training programs, the use of which will improve competitive activity.

Purpose: theoretically and experimentally substantiate the model of the development of physical qualities of karatekas in the conditions of the training process in a sports school. Material and methods: young men (25 people) of 10th - 11th grades of Lutsk secondary schools took part in the study. Research methods: data analysis of special scientific and methodical literature, pedagogical methods, methods of mathematical statistics. Results: each training block includes 3 test exercises that were included in the karate training process. First and after the block was included in the training process, the young men, who were engaged in the experimental group, performed tests, and the results were collected. The results of the conducted pedagogical experiment revealed the effectiveness of the proposed model for the development of physical qualities of karatekas in the training process. Analysis of the data characterizing the state of physical fitness and physical development allows us to state that there is a significant improvement in indicators in the experimental group as compared to the control group. The results obtained, both in general and with special physical fitness in the experimental group, show that significant differences are observed in the tests: "running in place with a high hip lift", "running from a high start to 30 meters", "bending forward from a position lying on his stomach”,“raising straight legs to the sides”, “raising straight arms up while lying on his stomach”, “shuttle”running 3x10 m, “jumping with 180º rotation”, “three forward turns while maintaining balance”. In terms of physical readiness indicators in the experimental group, the results are higher than in the control group. The increase in results in the test "running in place with a high hip lift" was 17.88 % in the experimental group, 6.6 % - in the control; in the test "running 30 meters" - 14.4 % - in the experimental group, in the control group - 4.8 %; in the test "lifting from parterre to standing" - 30.8 % - in the experimental group, 7.9 % - in the control; in the test "bending forward from a sitting position, legs apart" - 25.0 % - in the experimental group, 93.0 % in the control; in the test "dilution of straight legs to the sides" - 35.0 % in the experimental group, 17.4 % - in the control; in the test "raising arms up from a prone position" - 43.6 % in the experimental group, 19.7 % in the control group. These tests determined those physical qualities that were purposefully developed in the training process of the experimental group separately according to the developed block model of the development of physical qualities. In terms of physical development, significant differences are observed in the experimental group in the indicator - the strength of the right and left hand, where the increase in results is 7.9 %, respectively; in the control group, there is an increase in the indicator of the strength of the right hand - 1.3 %. Conclusions: training blocks are implemented in one of three parts of training sessions, depending on the quality being developed, based on the active use of the in-line method of motor actions fulfillment and includes specially selected complexes of test exercises aimed at speed, flexibility, dexterity. The development of physical qualities among karatekas in the traini ng process provides effective indicators of physical fitness, testifies to the feasibility of using the proposed model to improve the process of physical training in sports schools.

Ascending level of sport performance in cycling and immense competition in the struggle of world hegemony in this sport require continuous quality improvement and efficiency of educational and training processes. For the purpose of the study was conducted assessing of the level of indexes presenting physical development and specific performance of all respondents (13-14-year-old). Results and discussion. The use of evaluation (through sigmal method) allows comparing the level of all monitored indexes, regardless of the different measuring units, and on this basis to determine the highlights for future training process for each respondent individually. For solving the purpose and objectives of the following study, individual results of each respondent are assessed based on average level results of each index included in the test battery for selection and evaluation of physical development and specific sport performance. Conclusions. The group of 13-14-year-olds as a whole, is well selected, but the possibilities of 6 children included in it currently does not meet the specific requirements of sport cycling. We need to be much effort in working with these children, the highlights are aimed at developing the signs, which estimates T are lowest.

Aim. The paper aims to study the factor structure of physical fitness in basketball players and identify tests for a qualitative and quantitative assessment of their skills. Materials and methods. The study was conducted from September 2017 to May 2018 at Vyatka State University, Kirov. Fifty-three students were examined, all of them participated in the University Basketball Championship. A theoretical analysis of scientific literature sources and a pedagogical experiment were conducted. Mathematical statistics and pedagogical testing were used as methods. Results. Twelve tests were selected and checked for reliability that influenced most the physical fitness of basketball players in terms of strength, speed, jumping ability. Three hypothetical latent factors were identified that optimally determined the combination of these tests: “jumping ability / speed”, “explosive force/endurance”, and “strength”. Using factor analysis and an intercorrelation matrix, the most informative physical fitness tests were identified: standing vertical jump, 20 m shuttle run, pull-ups, which are used in the educational and training process of basketball players. Conclusion. The data obtained from the pedagogical experiment are of practical interest, primarily for trainers and university teachers. These tests do not require expensive equipment and can be performed in a gym, at the same time being the most informative in a limited time, which is typical for the educational and training process of students. This approach increases the efficiency of classes and optimizes the educational process. A comprehensive assessment of students will make it possible to track their health and physical fitness. Such data will allow adjusting the training process in the most effective way.
