The relationship between literature and philosophy has led to the inflow of 'small' literature from 'big' literatures within the interaction between literary time and literary space with a propensity to emerge ‘big' again in another literary time and space. The most influential factor in ‘making it new' or 'from big to small, and big again' turns out to be time on account of the fact that the literary creator, namely the poet, is mortal. Since the existence of a poet as a creator turns out to be ‘temporal’, ‘making it new’ turns out to be vital for the next temporality. Therefore, this paper, using the document research method, examines Pound's poetry refracted through the time and literary space of his creative existence, as the urge for translation became an influential factor for Pound himself as a ‘new’ author. Thus, the paper analyses ‘temporal overlapping’ under the inspiring influence of Pound's poetic re-creation, either as a conversion of translated matter or as its enhancement by the poets he read. The divergent takes on mimesis by Plato and Aristotle helps Pound's creative originality, whereas J. Hillis Miller’s reading of the theory of temporality of De Mann and Heidegger, as well as the time-space transformations, help clarify 'temporal overlapping'. These, in turn, make us believe that the creation of ‘new originality’ influenced by ‘old originality’ during the transformation of time into space brings about the immortality of the poet along with ‘the little big’ literature.   Received: 7 October 2021 / Accepted: 29 November 2021 / Published: 3 January 2022

Applying J. L. Austin’s distinction between constative and performative speech to history-making offers terminology for studying how knowledge about the past is produced and wielded in the present. In drawing a distinction between a historical event as a constative fact and the performative effect of talking about that historical event in the present, scholars can identify historical genres. Just as literary genres are defined by chronotopes (the relationship between time, space, and the hero), so too historical genres can be defined by chronotopes. By indexing these chronotopes, ritual can work to situate people within time and space. In post-Soviet Buryatia, rituals become spaces where people can explore alternative chronotopes and re-evaluate the past. The chapter offers key background information and argues that the stakes of history are higher both in post-authoritarian contexts and among indigenous peoples.

Chinese opera is a highly comprehensive opera that attaches paramount importance to imagery. The qualities of simulative performance, including its orientation, immediacy and flowability, constitutes the transcendent and free time-space of the art of Chinese opera. Considering the profound impact that the spirit of idea-sketching (Xieyi in Chinese, which is an aesthetic conception in China that emphasizes on capturing the spiritual essence rather than the superficial appearance) in Chinese traditional culture has on opera creation, an exploration into the impressionist views in Chinese traditional culture will be necessary to understand the beauty of idea-sketching Chinese opera. The creation of opera directors should be based on the traditional Chinese aesthetics centering on spirit conveying and essence capturing. Opera directors need to explore how the idea-sketching spirit contained in Chinese traditional culture can be applied and extended on the opera stage.

As a multi-sensory expression, moving images have a stronger ability to express beyond time and space. The creator uses the camera to depict history through images and sounds, so that the audience can reflect more on the process of watching. From "The Up series" to other similar long-term videos, they have become important chronicles of the era. This article will focus on the relationship between documentary images and history, and the characteristics of "cultivation" formed by these long-term images. Analyze and interpret its value from a multi-dimensional perspective. The context of the development of the times and the critical observation of the creators have led to the creation of works that reflect on social change. This kind of creation has also become a reference mode for many countries, bringing about a rich and dynamic cultural exchange based on cross-regional cultural differences, which has contributed to the development of the globalization era.

Abstract In pursuit of promoting the artistic aspects, the current Rhythmic Gymnastics Code of Points (RGCP) has been submeted significant changes that motivated this research, documentary and historical in character, which aimed to analyze the last eight Olympic cycles of RGCP. The research method used in this study is documentary and characterized by the information found in documents (RGCP) that had not received any scientific treatment. From the analysis of different RGCP cycles, we found artistic aspects, and their connection with RG technical requirements. We observed that the RG has distinct stages (technical aspects, flexibility etc). While retaining its artistic roots (from Dance and Rhythm), in pursuit of sportivization and systematization of the sport, the first stage was characterized by a search for the sportivization and standardization of the modality based on the inclusion of new body elements in the RGCP . The second stage confirms our previous hypothesis, that in the last RGCP the artistic component had undergone few changes. We noticed, in an overview, that at the present time the current RGCP brings back the relationship between RG and its origins, influenced by Aesthetic Gymnastics (Swedish), Rhythmic and Dance. Condition observed once the current Code of Points (2013-2016) marks the story of sports, by two aspects: the permissiveness of routines with singing wich has not allowed since since the creation the RGCP and significant changes to the appreciation of the routines’ artistic aspects.

Having observed and studied lingga-yoni, I have got an idea about “The Unity of Time-Space, Crossing the Phenomena of Time and Space in the Creation of Painting is the theme of my Works. What I would like to analyze here is the psycho- anthropological aspects of lingga-yoni. Hopefully this analysis is viewed as an effort to reread reinterpret the symbol of lingga- yoni in my paintings. My perception of lingga-yoni related to the unity of time-space is not merely understood as a sensing quality but as a self projection of various values involving new interpretations. I can perceive the significance of lingga-yoni so that I am fully aware of its relationship with time and space. This perception is related not only to the cognitive achievement but also to the feelings of various values such as aesthetical, moral, and religious. Thus in this context, I place the creative exploration in the painting creation as a critical reflection crossing the time and space phenomena with the theme of “Manunggaling Kala- Desa” (the unity of time-space).

On 1 April 1996, a rather odd provision was introduced into the Scottish criminal justice process, namely a duty on both prosecution and defence to try to agree uncontroversial evidence in advance of criminal trial.1 As far as the writer is aware, such a provision is unique, although the philosophy underlying its introduction is not totally alien to inquisitorial systems of criminal justice.2 What is particularly peculiar about this duty is that there is no sanction for a failure, however unreasonable, to agree uncontroversial evidence.3 The lack of a sanction resulted from a concern that the creation of any penalty would impinge unjustifiably upon the rights of the accused. The intention in this article is to explore in detail the relationship between the duty to agree uncontroversial evidence and the position of the accused, and to suggest that the imposition of a sanction for a breach of this duty is not as problematic as was thought by those responsible for the legislation.
