Lubuk Linggau is one of the regency-level cities in South Sumatra which was chosen as a research locus because its tourism is being developed, especially the tourist spot of Temam Waterfall. This study aims to identify the number of business actors and the types of culinary offered in tourist destinations of Lubuk Linggau City; identify and analyze the problems of food preneur in developing the culinary business; and formulate a food preneur development strategy in the tourist destinations of Lubuk Linggau City. This research is a qualitative and quantitative research with a survey approach conducted through observation and interviews with semi-structured techniques. The research data was taken through snow ball sampling and processed using internal and external SWOT analysis (Strengthness, Weakness, Opportunities, Threatness). The results showed that the number of business actors around the tourist destination area of ​​Temam Waterfall was 16 stalls, but due to the pandemic, only 5 stalls were operating with food that was delivered in the form of instant food, not typical regional food. In addition, based on the results of the internal and external SWOT analysis, with a shortage of typical food traders, it can be said that there is a big opportunity for the development of food preneurs around these tourist destination areas. However, it requires synergy and cooperation between the government and tourism actors for the food preneur development process. The food preneur development strategy is based on the results of research using SWOT, so that the typical culinary food preneur around the destination area can develop to attract more visitors or tourists, especially in the post-pandemic period or in the new normal era

The purpose of the study is to: (1). Analyzing the attractiveness of Pasut Beach as one of the tourist destinations in Tabanan Regency. (2). Analyze the strategy of developing Pasut Beach as a tourist destination in Tabanan Regency. The research location was determined by purposive sampling Pasut Beach, located in Tibubiu Village, Kerambitan District, Tabanan on the basis of having a very suitable potential to be developed into a tourist destination. The sample of the study was taken by 49 people consisting of elements from the Government, community leaders and tourism actors. This study uses qualitative qualitative analysis method (giving more detailed reviews and interpretations of the data obtained and SWOT analysis. Furthermore, in the SWOT method the External Strategy Factor Matrix (EFAS) model and the Internal Strategy Factor Matrix Model (IFAS) are used, followed by IFE matrix and EFE matrix to determine the weight, rating and score and to determine the strategy and position of the quadrant I - E matrix, Beach Pas po is in the position in quadrant I, with the S-O strategy where the values ​​of strength and opportunity are equally high ( use the power to get opportunities) by improving the quality of human resources, especially in the field of mastering technology, communication and information.

<p>Pariwisata ditegaskan dalam berbagai Rencana Strategis (RENSTRA) maupun Rencana Induk Pariwisata Nasional (RIPARNAS) sebagai andalan penggerak pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Aset berupa sumberdaya budaya dan sumberdaya alam yang dimiliki seperti keunikan wisata alam berupa wisata bahari dan berbagai event budaya daerah serta keaslian budaya dapat dikelola dan dimanfaatkan untuk bersaing dengan destinasi wisata lain. Kesemuanya itu untuk menarik wisatawan mancanegara maupun domestik untuk datang ke Indonesia. Salah satu program pemerintah dalam  pencapaian target tersebut adalah penciptaan 10 (sepuluh) destinasi wisata prioritas atau dengan istilah “Menciptakan 10 Bali Baru” yang tersebar diseluruh Indonesia, yaitu Danau Toba, Tanjung Lesung, Tanjung Kelayang, Kepulauan Seribu, Borobudur, Lombok Mandalika, Wakatobi, Morotai, Bromo-Tengger-Semeru dan Labuan Bajo. Dalam rangka mencapai tujuan strategi pengembangan wisata bahari di Lombok, maka diperlukan langkah-langkah tata kelola destinasi antara lain inventarisasi kesiapan terhadap keadaan daya tarik wisata alam maupun budaya, dapat dimanfaatkan dan kesiapan aksesibilitas, amenitas serta akomodasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif  dan analisis SWOT. Dari sisi ekonomi, diharapkan berdampak positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, sehingga peluang pemanfaatan dan pengembangan wisata bahari di Lombok Barat diharapkan dapat menguntungkan semua pihak. Hasil dari penelitian antara lain : perlunya strategi pengembangan wisata bahari yaitu mengembangkan fasilitas infrastruktur, terutama perluasan dermaga, meningkatkan kompetensi SDM melalui sertifikasi kompetensi  pariwisata dankerjasama antara pemerintah, industri pariwisata, akademisi, masyarakat dan media dalam rangka peningkatan pelayanan dan kenyamanan wisatawan,untuk mencapai target 20 Juta wisatawan mancanegara yang berkunjung ke Indonesia tahun 2019.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Kata Kunci:</strong> Wisata Bahari, Gili Trawangan, Analisis SWOT</p><p align="center"><em> </em></p><p align="center"><em> </em></p><p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT:</em></strong></p><p><em>Tourism is affirmed in various Strategic Plans (RENSTRA) as well as the National Tourism Master Plan (RIPARNAS) as a mainstay driving the economic growth of Indonesia. All of them to attract foreign and domestic tourists to come to Indonesia. </em><em>One of the government programs in achieving the target is the creation of 10 (ten) priority tourist destinations or with the term "Creating 10 New Bali" scattered throughout Indonesia, namely Lake Toba, Tanjung Lesung, Tanjung Kelayang, Kepulauan Seribu, Borobudur, Lombok Mandalika, Wakatobi , Morotai, Bromo-Tengger-Semeru and Labuan Bajo. </em><em>In order to achieve the goal of marine tourism development strategy in Lombok, it is necessary steps of governance of destinations, among others, inventory readiness to the state of nature and cultural attractions, can be utilized and readiness of accessibility, amenitas and accommodation. Taro Village is one of the villages located in Tegallalang District, Gianyar Regency, Bali Province. This village has various kinds of potential, especially natural potential that can be used as a tourist destination. In addition, the surrounding environment is quite calm making this village as one of the tourist destinations based on ecological, community custom and cultural values so it can make Taro Village has the potential to be developed into an eco-spiritual destination. The research aims to identify the potentials and weaknesses that exist in Taro Village, as well as the opportunities and external obstacles faced by Taro Village. The method used in this research is qualitative approach by using a SWOT analysis. The results show that Taro Village can be developed into an eco-spiritual tourist by maximizing the strategy according to its potential and minimizing the weaknesses in Taro Village.

Ayunan Village has a variety of tourism potentials, which are worthy of being developed as an attractive tourist destination in the future. To achieve this, an appropriate management strategy is needed to develop the tourist area of the Ayunan village.  The objective of this research was: 1) Exploring and assessing local resources in Ayunan village, 2) Identify and analyze community perceptions about the development of tourist villages, 3) Formulating a local resource-based tourism village development strategy. The research method was used observation, interviews, and questionnaires. SWOT analysis is used to determine the tourism village development strategy and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis was used to rank development priorities.  There are eight alternative strategies to develop Ayunan village as a tourist destination: a) Destination planning, b) Development of tourist attractions, c) Development of tourist facilities, d) Travel promotion or marketing, e) Community approach, f) Mapping tourism potential, g) Establishment of Tourism village community groups, h) Increase in human resources. The priority strategies base on QSPM analysis were: rank 1st was marketing or promoting. The Rank 2st Approach to the community to participate in supporting the development of tourism villages. Rank 3st Planning tourist destinations and rank 4th were increasing human resources.

About 95% of the demand for smoked Roa fish in the province of Gorontalo comes from outside the region. The Roa fish smoking industry provides the remaining 5% in Boalemo Regency. These conditions are affected by the lack of production capacity, production facilities, and capital owned by small businesses. This study aims to analyze the current needs of the small-scale Roa smoking industry, conduct financial feasibility analysis, and formulate a development strategy for the small-scale Roa fish smoking industry. The research method used was qualitative and quantitative research with data collection techniques in interviews, documentation, and SWOT analysis. The feasibility of the Roa smoking industry was determined through the NPV, IRR, BCR, PP, and BEP values. Based on the results obtained from SWOT analysis, it was found that the strength-opportunity strategy had the highest score. Policies to support this development strategy are creating brands and labels, improving cooperative relationships with existing partners and networks, and taking advantage of the abundant availability of raw materials to increase production capacity. In addition, it was also found that the lack of processing facility can be overcome and develop diversification or through assistance from the government or other agencies. It was also found that diversification of processed products derived from smoked Roa fish can become an important strategy. Other significant findings from this study were the demands for the product were high, and the industry could not keep up with the needs, the Roa smoking industry is investment-worthy, and the right strategy to develop this industry should be based on the Strength-Opportunity strategy.

ABSTRACTPasar Bunga Rawa Belong is the biggest Pasar Bunga in Southeast Asia, with revenue over 15 billion rupiahs per month, it is also a residential area of ethnic Betawi. Problem occurred in managing the development of the surrounding area which are the Government commitment in dealing with tourist destination concept, participation and public awareness of local people who are still low and incidental, the ability and capacity of each tourist destinations in accordance with its geographical condition, economic and local culture making it difficult to manage, stakeholders  participation and contribution are not yet optimal in the development of tourist destination, and the preliminary assessment on the profile and map of tourist destination has not been completed. The number of tourists visiting Semarang City is increasing significantly year by year. However, this increase is not accompanied by an improvement in the quantity and the quality of tourist destinations in Semarang. Banjir Kanal Barat area is one of the potential tourist destinations in Semarang, but so far the existing facilities in this area are very limited. In addition, there is no any tourism activities which can be done even. Moreover, this area tends to be very unattractive. This study aims to analyze the development strategy of Banjir Kanal Barat (BKB/western canal) as an interesting tourism destination by analyzing internal and external factors. The data were analyzed descriptively qualitative to determine BKB's development strategy through SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats). The results of this study formulated 10 (ten) alternative strategies for the development of Banjir Kanal Barat as a tourism destination area. The three best alternative choices are: (1) creating tourist facilities which can be enjoyed by the community, (2) developing special water attractions, (3) inviting investors and cooperating with various parties.

ABSTRAK Rumah sakit adalah institusi penyedia jasa layanan kesehatan, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro sebagai salah satu Rumah Sakit milik pemerintah kabupaten Bojonegoro. Sebagai pusat rujukandari beberapa rumah sakit di daerah Bojonegoro dan sekitarnya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunkan suatu pen dekatan dengan analisis SWOT yang merupakan langkah awal dari suatu perencanaan strategi pengembangan yang dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah, tujuan organisasi sampai pada menimbang kekuatan dan kelemahan sendiri serta peluang dan ancaman dari luar dan juga melakukan beberapa langkah penting yang menunjang pemasaran atau pengembangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan Populasi dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah pasien rawatinap dan pasien rawat jalan sebanyak 200 orang responden Sampel merupakan sebagian atau wakil populasi yang diteliti. Dalam penelitian ini mengunakan sampling pertimbangan (Judgement Sampling) Dari hasil pendekatan dengan analisis SWOT perlunya pelaksanaan atau realisasi dari struktur organisasi yang menempatkan farmasis dalam farmasi klinik, peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas sumber daya manusia, serta perlunya penambahan fasilitas berhubungan dengan IPTEK untuk kegiatan pelayanan farmasi baik secara manajerial maupun ke arah farmasi klinik. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro as one of the government-owned hospital Bojonegoro. As the center rujukandari several hospitals in Bojonegoro and the surrounding area. In this study using the approach with a pen SWOT analysis is the first step of a development strategy planning which starts with the identification of the problem, the purpose of the organization came to weigh their own strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats from the outside and also did some important steps to support the marketing or development. This research is a case study using qualitative descriptive study design and population in this study population was rawatinap patients and outpatients as many as 200 people respondent sample is partially or representative of the population studied. In this study, using sampling considerations (Judgement Sampling) From the SWOT analysis approach with the need for the implementation or realization of the organizational structure that puts pharmacists in clinical pharmacy, improving the quality and quantity of human resources, as well as the need for additional facilities related to science and technology for good pharmaceutical service activities managerially and in the direction of clinical pharmacy. Sea transportation is a major factor connecting the islands of Indonesia which has strategic and important value in supporting the sustainability of the national economy. Along with the government's policy on the sea highway program and the development of the domestic shipping industry, the growth of the commercial fleet, especially vessels, is currently experiencing rapid progress. In supporting the government program and the demand for reparation and procurement of new ships in domestic production, readiness is required from the shipyard. However, the current condition of the shipyard is only able to meet 83% of the demand for new shipbuilding so that the shipyard still needs to be developed in order to improve its capabilities, so that it can meet the needs and be able to carry out its functions in accordance with the progress of shipping technology. In this study discusses the strategy of developing shipbuilding using qualitative descriptive methods and quantitative SWOT analysis. In this case study shipyard development strategy by increasing the ability of shipyards to meet the demands of ship building by increasing supporting facilities and accompanied by increasing the ability of human resources in the mastery of science and technology. The sector developed in Indonesia at this time is the tourism sector. The purpose of this study is to find out how the development of attractions, supporting and inhibiting factors, and formulate strategies in the development of tourism objects in Rejang Lebong Regency. This research uses descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data in this study were collected through interviews, documentation, observation and data triangulation. The analysis technique used in writing uses the SWOT analysis and Litmust Test to be reduced, presented and concluded. The results of research strategies for developing tourism objects in Rejang Lebong Regency are still not maximal, because there are many weaknesses in each component in the tourism area which become a benchmark for the development of Bengkulu Province tourist destinations, Rejang Lebong. The influencing factors are internal factors, namely strengths and weaknesses and external factors, namely opportunities and threats. Based on these factors, researchers can reformulate the strategy in the development of attractions in Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province
