This study was conducted based on the low of religious practice of students which is the implementation of the learning outcomes of religious knowledge obtained anywhere, especially in SD Plus Al-Islam. Therefore, in the implementation of the school should be able to realize the management of education well, because the success of learning is strongly influenced by management effectiveness formulated. Islamic religious material in SD Plus Al-Islam is a distinctive feature that distinguishes it from other elementary schools. Therefore, the school should really be able to streamline the management of education in Islamic learning to improve the quality or quality of education, especially in religious practice. This study, included in qualitative descriptive research. The author collects data using observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of research on the effectiveness of management education in Islamic learning to foster attitudes and religious practices of students, especially in performing prayers sunnah duha every morning, reading or memorizing Al-Quran, charity, and say hello. The overall management implementation process includes organizing, implementing and valuing systems. While the religious practice of the students is very diverse, in addition to the school management that must be considered, motivation, coaching, supervision of teachers, and environmental factors must also be considered. So the effectiveness of management in SD Plus Al-Islam Wanayasa Purwakarta was effective and can improve the attitude of religious practice of students.

The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts to improve the professionalism of PAUD teachers in improving the quality of Harapan Bangsa City PAUD education. Qualitative descriptive research method, while data collection techniques are based on observation, interviews, documentation. The data analysis techniques are based on data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. PAUD institutional constraints include educational qualifications, experience, infrastructure, managers, welfare. Efforts to improve the professionalism of PAUD teachers by providing scholarships, workshops, seminars, adequate facilities, and infrastructure, as well as maintaining smooth communication with both foundations, teachers, and parents.Keywords: Professionalism, PAUD Teachers, Quality of Education Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan profesionalitas guru PAUD dalam meningkatan mutu pendidikan PAUD Harapan Bangsa Kota Padang. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, sementara teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data berdasarkan pada reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Kendala lembaga PAUD di antaranya kualifikasi pendidikan, pengalaman, sarana prasarana, pengelola, kesejahteraan. Upaya meningkatkan profesionalisme guru PAUD dengan memberikan beasiswa, workshop, seminar, fasilitas sarana prasarana yang memadai, serta tetap menjaga lancarnya komunikasi baik dengan pihak yayasan, guru, dan orang tua. Kata Kunci: Profesionalitas, Guru PAUD, Mutu Pendidikan.

This paper discusses the importance of implementing quality management in student’s field in strengthening Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan. The quality of education is one of the benchmarks of the success of an educational process in school. This process starts from the input (input), the process (teaching and learning activities), to the output (graduates). The quality of education can be interpreted as the ability of a school to manage operationally the components related to school, to produce added value to these components according to standard norms or general standard. The student sector is one of the important components in the management of education quality. This research is qualitative-descriptive research, which is expected to be able to uncover various information with a careful and meaningful description-analysis. Sources of data in this study include the principal, student vice-principal, Al-Islam teacher, and Kemuhammadiyahan teacher. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation, as for the data analysis techniques through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and data analysis. The results of the study include (a) quality management in the field of student implemented based on the values of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan. (b) Islamic and Kemuhammdiyahan values are the quality standards of the student field.

This study aims to obtain information about Teacher's Perception to increase of academic quality based of Management Information Systems at Elementary School 08 Batang Anai which is viewed from aspects: quality and management information system. This type of research is descriptive research. The population of this study were all teachers at SDN 08 Batang Anai, amounting to 11 peoples. Research method is qualitative descriptive. The data that has been collected by obsrvation and interview with the teachers and employee in that school. The result showed that: 1. Teacher's perception in improving the quality of education in SDN 08 Batang Anai is considered weak. The number of those who complained about being unable and lacking in expertise made the quality of education in these schools decline. 2. Teachers' perceptions in using the Management Information System in Schools are also considered weak. Some senior teachers who only rely on school operators make the information system not run smoothly as it should.

The purpose of this study is to find out about how to improve the quality of Islamic education through optimizing personnel management, and to find out what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of personnel management in SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Plus Bandung City. The research that was carried out was included in qualitative descriptive research. The data collection method uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, improving the quality of education is a systematic effort in school management to achieve progress from one stage to a higher level to produce added value according to applicable norms/standards. Management of improving the quality of Islamic education in schools is a quality improvement method that is based on school education itself, applies a set of techniques, is based on the availability of quantitative and qualitative data, and empowers all school components to continuously increase the capacity and capacity of school organizations to meet the needs of participants. students and society. By optimizing personnel management, it can continue to improve the quality of Islamic education. This study aims to identify and describe the management of educational resource development in improving the quality of education at the 14 Air Kumbang State Elementary School. With a qualitative descriptive research method, the use of qualitative descriptive research design in this study is intended to describe and analyze the management of educational resource development in improving the quality of education at 14 Air Kumbang State Elementary Schools. The technique of collecting data in this research is through interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation. The results showed that the steps for implementing human resource development management were planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. The obstacles faced in the implementation of human resource development in improving the quality of education at the Air Kumbang 14 Public Elementary School are: lack of teacher consistency (in absenteeism, seriousness in training). The effect of these constraints in the implementation of training is that the results obtained are not optimal, the results are not in accordance with what is expected and can reduce the RABM and in training are also limited by funds

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui tanggapan siswa terhadap kualitas media pembelajaran interaktif pada pembelajaran Teknik Pemesinan Bubut. (2) Mengetahui keefektifan media pembelajaran interaktif pada pembelajaran Teknik Pemesinan Bubut pada siswa program keahlian Teknik Pemesinan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan. Data tentang kualitas produk pengembangan ini dikumpulkan dengan angket dan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualiatatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) uji ahli materi pelajaran Teknik Pemesinan Bubut berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (88,92%), (2) uji ahli desain pembelajaran berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (85,21%), (3) uji ahli rekayasa perangkat lunak berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (84,03%), (4) uji coba perorangan berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (88,75%), (5) uji coba kelompok kecil berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (91,35%) dan (5) uji coba lapangan berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (88,31%). Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif  dengan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan buku teks. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh  thitung sebesar 4,68 dan ttabel sebesar 1,67 pada taraf kepercayaan 95 persen. Maka diperoleh bahwa thitung> ttabel. Disimpulkan bahwa  hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif dengan efektifitas sebesar 72,77 %. lebih tinggi dari hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan pembelajaran menggunakan buku teks dengan efektifitas sebesar 62,13%. Kata Kunci: media pembelajaran interaktif, teknik pemesinan bubut Abstract: This study aims to: (1) Determine student responses to the quality of interactive learning media on learning Lathe Machining Techniques. (2) Knowing the effectiveness of interactive learning media on learning of Machining Lathe in students of Machining Engineering expertise program. This type of research is development research. Data about the quality of this development product was collected by a questionnaire and analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that; (1) Lathe machining engineering subject matter expert test is in very good qualification (88.92%), (2) learning design expert test is in very good qualification (85.21%), (3) software engineering expert test is in in very good qualifications (84.03%), (4) individual trials were in very good qualifications (88.75%), (5) small group trials were in very good qualifications (91.35%) and (5 ) field trials are in very good qualifications (88.31%). Hypothesis testing results prove that there are differences between student learning outcomes using interactive learning media with student learning outcomes using textbooks. This is indicated by the results of data processing obtained by tcount of 4.68 and ttable of 1.67 at a confidence level of 95 percent. Then it is obtained that tcount> ttable. It was concluded that student learning outcomes using interactive learning media with an effectiveness of 72.77%. higher than student learning outcomes taught by learning to use textbooks with an effectiveness of 62.13%. Keywords: interactive learning media, lathe machining techniques
