The purpose of this study is to find out about how to improve the quality of Islamic education through optimizing personnel management, and to find out what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of personnel management in SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Plus Bandung City. The research that was carried out was included in qualitative descriptive research. The data collection method uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, improving the quality of education is a systematic effort in school management to achieve progress from one stage to a higher level to produce added value according to applicable norms/standards. Management of improving the quality of Islamic education in schools is a quality improvement method that is based on school education itself, applies a set of techniques, is based on the availability of quantitative and qualitative data, and empowers all school components to continuously increase the capacity and capacity of school organizations to meet the needs of participants. students and society. By optimizing personnel management, it can continue to improve the quality of Islamic education. This paper discusses the importance of implementing quality management in student’s field in strengthening Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan. The quality of education is one of the benchmarks of the success of an educational process in school. This process starts from the input (input), the process (teaching and learning activities), to the output (graduates). The quality of education can be interpreted as the ability of a school to manage operationally the components related to school, to produce added value to these components according to standard norms or general standard. The student sector is one of the important components in the management of education quality. This research is qualitative-descriptive research, which is expected to be able to uncover various information with a careful and meaningful description-analysis. Sources of data in this study include the principal, student vice-principal, Al-Islam teacher, and Kemuhammadiyahan teacher. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation, as for the data analysis techniques through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and data analysis. The results of the study include (a) quality management in the field of student implemented based on the values of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan. (b) Islamic and Kemuhammdiyahan values are the quality standards of the student field.

Este artículo trata sobre la capacitación del personal docente de la Universidad Estatal a Distancia de Costa Rica en la atención de personas con discapacidad. Esta investigación se basa en una encuesta de carácter descriptivo y su objetivo es diagnosticar la actitud y la experiencia de los profesores y las profesoras de la UNED con relación a la población estudiantil que presenta alguna discapacidad. Se concluye que para lograr una atención de calidad se debe incrementar la especialización de los profesores y las profesoras en la atención a estudiantes con discapacidad.AbstractThe present article deals with training to professors at Distance State University of Costa Rica in the topic of adequate attention to people with special needs. A descriptive research was carried out. The objective of the research was to diagnose UNED professors’ attitude as well as experience related to students with any kind of impairment. This study was conducted based on the low of religious practice of students which is the implementation of the learning outcomes of religious knowledge obtained anywhere, especially in SD Plus Al-Islam. Therefore, in the implementation of the school should be able to realize the management of education well, because the success of learning is strongly influenced by management effectiveness formulated. Islamic religious material in SD Plus Al-Islam is a distinctive feature that distinguishes it from other elementary schools. Therefore, the school should really be able to streamline the management of education in Islamic learning to improve the quality or quality of education, especially in religious practice. This study, included in qualitative descriptive research. The author collects data using observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of research on the effectiveness of management education in Islamic learning to foster attitudes and religious practices of students, especially in performing prayers sunnah duha every morning, reading or memorizing Al-Quran, charity, and say hello. The overall management implementation process includes organizing, implementing and valuing systems. While the religious practice of the students is very diverse, in addition to the school management that must be considered, motivation, coaching, supervision of teachers, and environmental factors must also be considered. So the effectiveness of management in SD Plus Al-Islam Wanayasa Purwakarta was effective and can improve the attitude of religious practice of students.

The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts to improve the professionalism of PAUD teachers in improving the quality of Harapan Bangsa City PAUD education. Qualitative descriptive research method, while data collection techniques are based on observation, interviews, documentation. The data analysis techniques are based on data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. PAUD institutional constraints include educational qualifications, experience, infrastructure, managers, welfare. Efforts to improve the professionalism of PAUD teachers by providing scholarships, workshops, seminars, adequate facilities, and infrastructure, as well as maintaining smooth communication with both foundations, teachers, and parents.Keywords: Professionalism, PAUD Teachers, Quality of Education Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan profesionalitas guru PAUD dalam meningkatan mutu pendidikan PAUD Harapan Bangsa Kota Padang. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, sementara teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data berdasarkan pada reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Kendala lembaga PAUD di antaranya kualifikasi pendidikan, pengalaman, sarana prasarana, pengelola, kesejahteraan. Upaya meningkatkan profesionalisme guru PAUD dengan memberikan beasiswa, workshop, seminar, fasilitas sarana prasarana yang memadai, serta tetap menjaga lancarnya komunikasi baik dengan pihak yayasan, guru, dan orang tua. Kata Kunci: Profesionalitas, Guru PAUD, Mutu Pendidikan.

Suwarni; The purpose of this study was to determine objectively and depth of policy and implementation of financial management in particular in relation to the financing of education quality improvement. The method used in this research is descriptive research method is a method in researching the status of groups of people, one object, one condition, with a system of thought or one class of events in the present. The results achieved in the quality of education in the University Dehasen Bengkulu, although the implementation of the financing has not run optimally, does not mean not having good results. The delivery of the results achieved; competence of graduates is very supportive in the world of work, have a good work ethic, and have a high motivation to continue their education to a higher level. Key words: Financial Management, Quality Of Education

This study aims to obtain information about Teacher's Perception to increase of academic quality based of Management Information Systems at Elementary School 08 Batang Anai which is viewed from aspects: quality and management information system. This type of research is descriptive research. The population of this study were all teachers at SDN 08 Batang Anai, amounting to 11 peoples. Research method is qualitative descriptive. The data that has been collected by obsrvation and interview with the teachers and employee in that school. The result showed that: 1. Teacher's perception in improving the quality of education in SDN 08 Batang Anai is considered weak. The number of those who complained about being unable and lacking in expertise made the quality of education in these schools decline. 2. Teachers' perceptions in using the Management Information System in Schools are also considered weak. Some senior teachers who only rely on school operators make the information system not run smoothly as it should.

Abstact This study aims at offered to improve quality of Islamic education that is able to develop abilities optimally, and is able to establish the character and civilization of the school. Efforts to improve the quality of Islamic education are not at once, but also based on improving the quality of each component of education. The focus of management for improving the quality of education lies in the process or system of achieving the goals of the school organization itself. Management of improving the Islamic education quality in schools is an effort to improve the quality of Islamic education centered on school education itself, apply a set of techniques based on the availability of quantitative and qualitative data, and empower all elements of the school to sustainably increase capacity and the ability of school organizations to meet the needs of students and the community.Keywords: Education Management, Quality, and Islamic Education  Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan tawaran bagi peningkatan mutu pendidikan Islam yang mampu mengembangkan kemampuan secara maksimal, dan mampu membentuk karakter dan peradaban di sekolah. Upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan Islam tidak sekaligus, tetapi juga berdasarkan peningkatan mutu setiap komponen pendidikan. Fokus manajemen peningkatan mutu pendidikan terletak pada proses atau sistem pencapaian tujuan dari organisasi sekolah itu sendiri. Manajemen peningkatan mutu pendidikan Islam di sekolah adalah suatu upaya untuk meningkatkan  mutu pendidikan Islam yang berpusat pada pendidikan sekolah itu sendiri, menerapkan sekumpulan teknik berdasarkan pada ketersedian data kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dan pemberdayaan semua unsur-unsur  sekolah untuk secara berkelanjutan agar terjadi peningkatan meningkatkan kapasitas dan kemampuan organisasi sekolah untuk  memenuhi kebutuhan peserta didik dan masyarakat.

This study aims to identify and describe the management of educational resource development in improving the quality of education at the 14 Air Kumbang State Elementary School. With a qualitative descriptive research method, the use of qualitative descriptive research design in this study is intended to describe and analyze the management of educational resource development in improving the quality of education at 14 Air Kumbang State Elementary Schools. The technique of collecting data in this research is through interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation. The results showed that the steps for implementing human resource development management were planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. The obstacles faced in the implementation of human resource development in improving the quality of education at the Air Kumbang 14 Public Elementary School are: lack of teacher consistency (in absenteeism, seriousness in training). The effect of these constraints in the implementation of training is that the results obtained are not optimal, the results are not in accordance with what is expected and can reduce the RABM and in training are also limited by funds
