Abstract: This research was conducted to determine the effect of productquality on consumer loyalty with mediating variables of customersatisfaction at the Ampalu Raya Padang Restaurant. To determine thesample in this study using simple random sampling with the criteria, (a)Answering domiciled in the city of Padang, (b) Knowing the Ampalu RayaRestaurant, (c) Medium or ever making a purchase more than twice. Thisstudy used a sample of 150 respondents obtained from the Hair method.This study uses quantitative methods and survey methods in collectingdata about attitudes, feelings, beliefs of past behavior and thoughts relatedto SEM-PLS 3 software. The results of this study reveal the quality of foodthat results in significant consumer loyalty in Ampalu Raya Restauant,product quality is important for consumers at Ampalu Raya Restaurant,customer satisfaction affects consumers significantly at Ampalu RayaRestaurant, customer satisfaction is related fully mediating product qualityto customers at Ampalu Raya Restauant. From the R2 value of customersatisfaction variables can be determined by the poduct quality variable of54.7 percent explained by other variables that are not examined, customerloyalty can be explained by product quality variable and customersatisfaction by 56.3 percent, the rest explained by variables othervariables not examinded.Key Words: Product Quality, Consumer Satisfaction, Consumer Loyalty

Bandung is the center of Muslim fashion in West Java even at the national level. This causes intense business competition in the world of Muslim fashion. To that end, an important role that must be performed by a company is to prioritize product quality and product innovation as a basis for attracting customer so that customer can feel satisfaction from the quality of the products produced. According to Google trends Rabbani trends also experienced a decline in customer interest in the purchasing Muslim fashion. And the results of distributing pre-research questionnaires obtained 70.45% or 31 people were disappointed with the quality of their muslim fashion, this resulted in customer not satisfied with the Rabbani. This study aims to determine how the quality and innovation of Rabbani products to customer satisfaction in the city of Bandung. According to Garvin (1987) there are eight dimensions to test product quality variables, namely performance, features, reliability, conformance, durability, serviceability, aesthetic and perceived quality. Customer satisfaction is measured by three dimensions, namely overall quality, customization and reliability. The study was conducted using quantitative methods. The sampling technique using non-probability sampling techniques and questionnaires were distributed to Rabbani customer in Bandung as many as 150 respondents. Analysis of research data using SEM PLS (Partial Square Structural Equation Modeling) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. the results showed that product quality and innovation had a significant effect on customer satisfaction

This study aims to determine the effect of innovation, promotion, product quality on consumer loyalty with customer satisfaction as intervening. This research method uses quantitative with OLS analysis tools. The research instrument was a questionnaire with 75 samples of Gastby product consumers. The results of the study prove that Innovation has positive significant effect on consumer satisfaction as evidenced by the results of t value of 4.457 with p-value of 0.00, Innovation has significant positive effect on consumer loyalty as evidenced by the results of t value of 8.897 with p-value amounting to 0,000, promotion does not have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction t value of 0.421 with a p-value of 0.674, promotion does not have a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty as evidenced by the result of t of 1,277 with a p-value of 0,202, quality the product has significant positive effect on customer satisfaction as evidenced by the results of t table (1.666) and p-value smaller than 0.05, product quality has significant positive effect on loyalty consumer as evidenced by the results of this value greater than t table (1.666 ) and p-value is smaller than 0.05 consumer power has an effect on consumer loyalty as evidenced by the results of t value of 4.689 with a p-value of 0.00.

Purpose: This study aimed to determine the effect of service quality andprice to customer satisfaction and its impact on consumer loyality in the cityPrabumulih wedding organizer. Formulation of the problem is whether thereis influence service quality and price to customer satisfaction and its impacton consumer loyalty Prabumulih wedding organizer in the city?Design/Methodelogy/Approach: The data used in this study are primary data89 respondent reply. Models analysis used analysis and by testing thevalidity and reliability of instruments. Test charactistics data that is test ofnormality and linearity test. Test model consist of multicolinearity test andheterokesdatisitas test.Implications: The test results of path analysis showed that there werepositive and significant impact variable quality of service significantlyinfluence consumer satisfaction 0,000. Price variables significantly influenceconsumer satisfaction 0,000. Variable service quality signifintly consumerloyalty 0,000. Price variables dont have significantly influence consumerloyality 0,205. and Variable customer satisfaction dont have significantlyinfluence consumer loyalty 0,188.Findings: Their suitability to the theory and there is a match and supportprevious research. Increased service quality, price and customerssatisfaction and customer loyality.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of marketing mix on local product consumer satisfaction, to analyze the effect of marketing mix on consumer loyalty of local products and to analyze the indirect effect of marketing mix on consumer loyalty. This study used 140 respondents and the data were processed using SEM-WarPLS analysis. The results showed that the marketing mix: variable product, price, place, promotion directly has a positive and significant effect on the variable customer satisfaction. Marketing mix: product, price, promotion variables directly have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. place variable has a positive and insignificant effect on consumer loyalty. The importance of maintaining the quality of smoked beef products is emphasized in this study by paying close attention to the processed ingredients and packaging that are unique, as well as periodic product control. This is done so that the products produced can survive in the market and face competitors, as well as to establish more consistent pricing policies so that prices can be more competitive.

Consumer satisfaction in a restaurant can be improved through good product quality in accordance with the wishes and needs of consumers. Improving product quality is an important problem for a restaurant because it is beneficial for restaurants and consumers. The purpose of this study are: (1) to know the attributes of fried chicken that are considered important by consumers in the original Prambanan fried chicken restaurant, (2) to measure the level of importance of the quality of fried chicken products, (3) to measure the level of consumer satisfaction with the quality of fried chicken products and (4) knowing the strategy to improve the quality of fried chicken products. This study uses the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. The results of this study indicate that there are 11 attributes of product quality that are considered important by consumers with very important criteria. The biggest value of consumer interest is the attribute of fried chicken taste of 3.78. On the value of consumer satisfaction attributes of fried chicken chili variants have the smallest value of 3.08 with the highest IR of 1.30 need to provide and improve the quality of the product on the attributes of the fried chicken chili sauce. Research on the influence of two independent variables namely service quality and product quality (of room and food) conducted at Harris Hotel Sentul Bogor aims to examine the level of its influence either partially or simultaneously on customer’s satisfaction as the dependent variable. The dimensions of service quality that are examined in terms of its influence on consumer satisfaction include elements of reliability, assurance, tangible, empathy and responsiveness. Some of the product quality indicators for the rooms quality examined to have its influence on customer satisfaction include elements of design, features, quality of performance and the perceive of quality while indicators for the quality of food products which considered to have effect on consumer satisfaction includes the element of taste of food, aroma of food and the presentation of food. The number of respondents who took part in the research was 300 of respondents who were the consumers invited to share their experience on the questioner during their stay at Harris Sentul Hotel. Data analysis techniques used in this study are linear regression analysis. The study results have answered the 3 hypotheses and show that service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction partially likewise, the study results has showed that the quality of room and food have a strong influence on the level of customer satisfaction who stayed at Harris Sentul as well as study has showed that simultaneously the 2 (two) independent variables had a positive and significant effect.

<p><em>To achieve the desired product quality, a quality standardization of the product is needed. This method is intended to ensure that the products produced meet the predetermined standards so that consumers will not lose confidence in the product concerned. Consumers will make a purchase decision if the product is considered to have high quality. </em><em>The quality of the product will be felt after the item is consumed or used so that consumers will feel satisfied with the product purchased</em><em>. </em><em>The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of product quality on purchas</em><em>e</em><em> decision</em><em> </em><em> at the </em><em>Safary Milk D’Kandang Amazing Farm Depok. The Method of research used is quantitative methods in order to obtain more comprehensive, valid, reliable, and objective data. The sample consists of 100 visitors who visited the Safary Milk D’Kandang Amazing Farm Depok, selected based on the Probability Sampling with Simple Random Sampling technique. The factor and simple linear regression analysis were used for the data analysis with SPSS 22.0.</em><em></em></p><p><em>                </em><em>The results of the study showed that product quality has a positive influence significantly contributed</em><em> </em><em> to the purchas</em><em>e</em><em> decision </em><em> </em><em>at the </em><em>Safary Milk D’Kandang Amazing Farm Depok (</em><em>t = 11.955 &gt; t <sub>table</sub> with a significance of 0.000 (ρ &lt; 0.05) and that is proved by the score of R = 0.770.</em><em> From the coefficient of determination, it can be concluded that the Purchas</em><em>e</em><em> Decision is influenced by the Product Quality variable by 59.3% and the remaining 40.7% which is influenced by other variables.</em><em></em></p><p><em>Keywords: Product Quality, Purchase Decision</em><em></em></p>

Customer satisfaction is the level of customer satisfaction after comparing the services or products received under what is expected. consumer satisfaction is the feeling of disappointment or pleasure for each individual after comparing the performance of the product that is thought of according to the expected product performance. Customer satisfaction is the goal of every company for the survival of every company. Paying attention to and increasing the level of customer satisfaction is very useful in the world of business competition. Companies with a high level of customer satisfaction tend to be superior to other competitors. Not only improving, but the company must also be able to maintain the stability of customer satisfaction levels to remain high. The function of customer satisfaction is very important in running a service and product business. By paying attention to customer satisfaction, entrepreneurs and business owners can find out about complaints and feedback from customers who receive services or products. From complaints and suggestions, the company can improve and improve the quality of customer service and products offered to compete and outperform competitors. A good company provides a means by which consumers can submit input and complaints so that consumers feel their voice heard. The research survey was conducted on 150 functional units at regional banks in Indonesia. The results showed that product quality affected customer quality and customer quality affected customer loyalty.

The purpose of this study is to explain customer satisfaction and prices as predictors of consumer loyalty in shopping for clothing online in the city of Denpasar. This data collection uses a questionnaire with purposive sampling technique on 88 respondents in Denpasar City, there are 11 indicators and use the Path analysis method. The results show that prices have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty to clothing online, customer satisfaction is able to mediate. Respondent data that can be directly seen is that prices have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty, prices have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction acts as an intervening variable between price and customer loyalty . Based on Observations in Tanjungsiang District There are several building shops that sell paint, but the majority of people buy paint at TB Adeng Jaya because there are several kinds of paint products that are sold from paint kilos, cans, to buckets. Making it easier for consumers to buy paint in accordance with what is desired. This study aims to discuss and analyze. Effect of product quality on customer satisfaction, The effect of paint prices on customer satisfaction, as well as the influence of product quality and paint prices on customer satisfaction. The effect of paint prices on customer satisfaction, as well as the influence of product quality and paint prices on customer satisfaction. The research method used is the survey method which is sourced from primary and secondary data about the quality of product X1 and the price of paint X2 on customer satisfaction Y. seen from the purpose of this study included in the research explanatory research, because it involves 3 variables that are interconnected with each other. Based on the results of testing using SPSS 26.0 software, this study can be concluded as follows,, the effect of (X1) on (Y) has a value of Tcount 9,055> Ttable 1,988 with a significance value of 0,000 <0.05 and R square value of 0.494, this shows the quality of paint products (X1) significantly influence customer satisfaction (Y) 49.4% while the remaining 50.6% is determined by other variables, the influence of (X2) on (Y) has a T-value of 2.081> Ttable 1.988 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, and an R Square value of 0.049, this shows that the price of paint (X2) has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) of 4.9% while the remaining 95.1% is determined by other variables,and the influence of (X1) and (X2) on (Y) has a value of F count 0.330 < Ftable 3.11 with a significance value of 0.720> 0.05, and the R square value of 0.089 does not lie in the correlation interval, this shows the quality of the product (X1) and the price of paint (X2) has no effect on customer satisfaction (Y).
