The purpose of this study was to analyze consumer attitudes and behavior, level of product importance and performance, satisfaction, and consumer loyalty to RANTAU ground coffee in Argamakmur District, North Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province. The place where the research was carried out was in the RANTAU ground coffee business in ArgaMakmur District, North Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province. In this study the data consists of secondary data and primary data. Primary data is taken by direct observation of the production process, interviews with customers of Rantau ground coffee, based on a list of questions or questionnaires that have been prepared. The secondary data in this study consisted of an overview of the RANTAU ground coffee business obtained directly from the RANTAU ground coffee business actor, books related to consumer behavior, satisfaction, and loyalty, previous research journals that have been published, both online and online. not online related to research. The research sample, namely consumers of RANTAU ground coffee, was taken by accidental sampling. The data analysis method used quantitative analysis method, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method, the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method, and to analyze the level of consumer loyalty using the Loyalty Pyramid. The results of the study are consumer attitudes and behavior in making decisions to consume RANTAU ground coffee for reasons of good taste with an average frequency of consuming the product 3 times a day, the number of last purchases an average of 0.25 kilos. Consumers are satisfied with the product and intend to return to consume the product. If the product is not available at the location of purchase, consumers will go elsewhere to buy RANTAU ground coffee products. The measurement of product attribute performance with IPA from RANTAU coffee powder products, must be improved or improved, the attribute performance is the expiration date that has not been listed on the product. On average, consumers are satisfied with the RANTAU ground coffee business. Consumer satisfaction of RANTAU ground coffee is 66% which shows that consumers are satisfied overall. RANTAU ground coffee consumers are already in the loyal category because the value of consumers who are disloyal / like to switch coffee brands or switcher buyers (34%) is smaller than the value of consumers who are loyal to buying Rantau ground coffee or Committed buyers (66%).

Promotional activities are actually a  manifestation of the informative function so that with the promotion it is hoped that there will be reactions from customers, both actual and potential that appear in various forms. These forms of customer are ranging from the ones who grow aware of knowing the existence of the product to the ones that actually use it. In this study, it will be discussed deeper about the effect of promotion on consumers' loyalty by knowing the definitions and indicators of promotion as well as indicators of loyalty as a benchmark. This study employed descriptive qualitative methods. The data obtained in this study are primary data, which are taken from books and journals, while the secondary data are obtained from websites. The data obtained by means of observation or looking for direct references can also be the research validity of the data. Promotion is defined as a way of communication from marketers who inform, persuade, and remind potential buyers to respond to a product in order to influence their opinion in buying the product. Prus and Brandt (1995) stated that customers' loyalty can be displayed through their attitudes and behavior. These attitudes include the intention to repurchase or purchase other products from the company, the intention to recommend and the immunity against competitors.

JLSO 7(2): Efforts to secure and maintain food self-sufficiency, especially rice that has been achieved by the government, need to be done. One of them is by controlling plant pests and diseases.Another effort that can be done is to utilize the potential of suboptimal land such as swamps, in addition to optimizing irrigated and rainfed rice fields.Tungro is an important disease that can be threaten rice productivity. Conservation of natural enemies as one method of tungro control needs to be studied at the farmer level. Thepurposes of this study were to examine the level of knowledge, attitudes and behavior of farmers in the conservation management of natural enemies in swamps. This research was conducted at Guntung Ujung, Banjar District South Kalimantan on August 2017.Site selection was carried out by purposive sampling because the location was one of the tungro endemic areas in 2014. The primary data were collected using interviews on 37 respondents farmers, while secondary data was obtained from relevant agencies.Data were analyzed descriptively by scoring.The results showed that the level of knowledge of farmers on the management of conservation of natural enemies belonged to the medium category (64.13%), as well as the attitude of farmers towards the management of conservation of natural enemies was grouped to the medium category (65.77%). The behavior of farmers in supporting the management of conservation of natural enemies was belonged to the medium category (53.67%).

This study aims to examine the attitude of farmer groups to Gernas Kakao in Bolaang Mongondow Utara District. The study lasted for three months from April to June 2017 in Bolaang Mongondow Utara District. The data used are primary data collected through interviews with 5 farmer groups taken by purposive sampling ie 3 groups of advanced farmers and 2 groups of farmers beginners class. Each farmer group was taken by 6 people consisting of farmer group members such as chairman, secretary, treasurer and 3 members so that the total of 30 respondents. Secondary data were obtained from the Office of Agriculture and District Office in Bolaang Mongondow Utara. The method of analysis used is descriptive. The results showed that farmers' attitudes in cocoa farmer groups at both beginner and advanced level of Cocoa Gernas Program in intensification, rejuvenation and rehabilitation activities were categorized as high in the sense strongly agreed that this program increased cocoa production. However. there are still farmers who disagree with this program because they rarely follow the counseling and guidance of the companion so that their knowledge, attitudes and behavior are different from other farmers who actively participate in the Cocoa Gernas Program. Farmers are still afraid of the risk of failure in production so that they can not accept the new technologies given and prefer to cultivate the plants in their own way, this happens to the beginner farmer groups so that the necessary extension workers and companions to change the mindset of farmers.

This study aims to determine how the teacher's role in shaping the disciplinary character of the fifth-grade students of SDN 42 Ampenan. This research is motivated by the importance of shaping the character of discipline because currently there are many deviations that are far from noble character. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Research location at SDN 42 Ampenan. Primary data sources are teachers and school principals, secondary data sources are the results of documentation. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. The data collected is in the form of words and pictures. Data analysis used the Miles, Humberman, and Saldana models, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that the form of the disciplinary character of students at SDN 42 Ampenan was time discipline, discipline in enforcing rules, discipline in attitude and discipline in worship, while the role of class V teachers in shaping the character of student discipline at SDN 42 Ampenan was the teacher as an educator, teacher, mentor, trainers, and evaluators. The results of this study are indicated by changes in attitudes and behavior of students in a better direction by reflecting the habit of obeying the rules in school.

This study aims to determine the effect of the design, product innovation on consumer satisfaction and its impact on consumer loyalty to Wardah cosmetic lipstick products in region of Jabodetabek. This research is an explanatory type of research that uses a quantitative approach in the form of observation. The results use primary data in the way of surveys to consumers. Sampling determines using conditions for consumers, namely at least three purchases in the last five months, 17 years old, and can understand and fill out the questionnaire applied to obtain a final sample of 200 respondents. The data analysis method uses path analysis and uses the SPSS (Statistical Package for The Social Science) program. The results of this study prove that product design and innovation have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Product design and innovation have a direct influence on consumer loyalty while not having a substantial effect on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Sources of primary data from interviews, while secondary data from literature. The study was analyzed by using a descriptive analysis.The research results are: 1). Roles and responsibilities in the establishment of the Guild Commanditaire Notary is to create legal certainty for the deed he made are authentic and can be used as a means of proving strong and when there are problems associated with the establishment of a limited partnership. Notary also instrumental in the establishment registration Kommanditgesellschaft the Ministry of Law and Human Rights through an online system that is SABU. Notary responsible for storing all documents in the manufacture of the deed of establishment. 2). Objective of this research; 1) determine the perception of ranchers against the properties and behavior of the leadership of the companion in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah 2) analyze the relationship between productivity breeder with productivity of livestock in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah 3) identify the relationship perceptions of ranchers against the leadership companion with productivity of livestock in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah , The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires which stem from ranchers while secondary data sourced from literature in the form of books and articles. Data processing was performed using Chi-square analysis using SPSS software version 21. One of the factors relating to the productivity of ranchers is the perception of ranchers against the leadership of their companion. Leadership companion views of the nature and behavior of which is owned by a companion. Productivity ranchers indirectly related to the productivity of the cattle business. Characteristics breeder visits of age, years of education, experience ranchers, and businesses in addition to ranchers. The results of data analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between business other than ranchers with ranchers productivity. The relationship between the perception of the nature of the companion breeder with productivity ranchers produce Pearson Chi-Square value is 9.751 and Asymp. Sig. (2-sided) of 0.002. This is due to interest ranchers against leadership qualities possessed by a companion who produce prolific ranchers. Ranchers consider that a companion of his leadership qualities are ideal as a companion.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of gamification, e-service quality and e-trust variables on online purchase decision through online purchase intention at the Shopee marketplace in Medan City. This type of research is using a quantitative approach. The nature of this research is associative research and the data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through documentation and a list of questions that measure it using a Likert scale. The sample in this study is the community in Medan City at least 17 years old, has a Shopee marketplace application and is a consumer who has purchased and used the Shopee marketplace at least 1 time as many as 175 respondents. Researchers collected data by distributing questionnaires to all respondents in this study. The data analysis method used descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. Statistical results show that the majority of respondents agree with all the statements shared. The results of the research on the first substructure show that gamification has a positive and significant effect on online purchase intention with a significance of 0.000, e-service quality has a positive and insignificant effect on online purchase intention with a significance of 0.836 and e-trust has a positive and significant effect on online purchase intention with a significance of 0.000. The results of the research on the second substructure show that gamification has a positive and significant effect on online purchase decision with a significance of 0.031, e-service quality has a negative and insignificant effect on online purchase decision with a significance of 0.721, e-trust has a positive and significant effect on online purchase decision with a significance of 0.002 and online purchase intention has a positive and significant effect on online purchase decision with a significance of 0.000. The path analysis test using the sobel test shows that online purchase intention is able to mediate between gamification and e-trust with online purchase decision, but online purchase intention are not able to mediate e-service quality with online purchase decision. This study aims to determine the system for the results of Mudharabah on Business Multipurpose Cooperative (KSU) Amanah Desa Bunobogu with Qualitative Descriptive Analysis method. This study uses primary data sources and secondary data relating to the annual revenue sharing system Mudharabah (2010-2014). The results of this study indicate that the profit sharing system is implemented by the Multipurpose Business Cooperative (KSU) Amanah Desa Bunobogu in the form of Mudharabah financing. With a guarantee statement on the process akadnya. In the event of negligence made by members who resulted in his business losing the goods made in the guarantee will be seized by the cooperative. Businesses that are established by members are mostly small and medium enterprises so often encountered bookkeeping that is not clear and just make a budget booklet at random. However, it does not become alaasan and hamper the growth of cooperatives which each year has increased the remaining results of operations. Unclear budget bookkeeping can result in member earnings manipulation, by lowering the profits earned and the effect on the revenue share installments
