Purpose. The aim of the article is the development of theoretical, methodological provisions and practical recommendations for determining the content of innovation and innovation activities of the enterprise, substantiation of the basic principles of organizational and economic mechanism for managing innovative development of the enterprise and determining the directions of a systematic approach to this mechanism. Methodology of research. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is the provisions of modern economic theory, scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists on the optimization of management of innovative development at a commercial enterprise. The following general scientific research methods are used to achieve this goal: system-structural and terminological analysis – to streamline the conceptual and terminological apparatus on the economic content of the categories “innovations”, “innovative activity”, “innovation”; grouping, comparison and theoretical generalization – to study scientific papers on the management of innovative development in a commercial enterprise; induction and deduction – to study the classification features of grouping the principles of functioning of the organizational and economic mechanism of management of innovative development of the enterprise; abstract and logical – for theoretical generalization and formulation of conclusions. Findings. The necessity of optimization of management of innovative development at the trade enterprise is substantiated. It is established that innovative activity is a type of activity of business entities aimed at the emergence of new or improved solutions, designed in innovation. The main principles of innovation creation are determined: market needs analysis; analysis of economic activity of the enterprise; intellectual activity to create a new product. The basic principles underlying the organizational and economic mechanism of management of innovative development of the enterprise are studied: principles of system, complexity, orientation on innovative way of development, balance of interests of subjects of innovation process, maintenance of balance between consumption and reproduction of natural resources. Originality. The trajectory of formation of organizational and economic mechanism of management of innovative development of the enterprise is substantiated, providing its transformation for the purpose of adaptation to change of the market environment; directions of the system approach to formation of this mechanism as open, adaptive, dynamic system of probabilistic character are defined. Practical value. The results of the study on the basic principles of innovation, in particular: analysis of market needs; analysis of economic activity of the enterprise; intellectual activity to create a new product is proposed for implementation at wholesale and retail enterprises of Ukraine. The paper proposes a scientific approach to determining the need to develop a strategy for innovative development of the enterprise. Effective management of innovative activity of the enterprise is impossible without understanding the essence, methodology and principles of strategic management of innovative development of the enterprise. This necessitates the study of basic principles, approaches, the correct understanding of which contributes to the effective strategic management of the enterprise, coordination of its efforts to achieve high rates of innovative development. It is noted that the development of innovation in the enterprise is impossible without the developed innovation strategy, which is an important component of the overall strategy of enterprise development. In view of this, there is the need to develop a strategy for innovative development of the enterprise which will significantly increase the competitiveness of the enterprise and the ability to enter new spaces.

The article investigates the theoretical issues of analysis of the formation of an innovative model of enterprise development as a basis for enterprise development. The scientific content and economic essence of innovative activity are revealed. Problems of development of innovative activity are outlined. Its main problems are: low demand for innovation in the market, lack of successful ideas and opportunities to create innovations, limited funds for business, lack of partners for cooperation. The main ways and methods of activating the innovative activity of enterprises are considered. The main tasks for solving this problem, as the concentration of tasks for further development, a detailed process of the list of tasks for effective work. Factors of encouragement to introduction of the innovative model of development of the enterprise are formulated. The innovative development of the enterprise is designed to focus production activities on the demands of the modern consumer, to respond flexibly and make timely changes, to achieve competitive advantages that meet the level of international demand. Innovation management includes: continuous improvement of production organization on the basis of search, selection, development and implementation of innovative proposals; formation of a bank of innovative ideas and options for their implementation; organization of the process of identifying problems of innovative development and their solution; formation of a climate of innovation at the enterprise, search for new ideas, etc. Planning of innovative development of enterprises provides an opportunity: taking into account future tasks, assessing the activities of the enterprise as a continuous process in which current actions are related to the future, managing not only short-term but also long-term development goals; identification of basic market needs; influencing changes in the external environment. In addition, planning helps to improve the coordination of actions in the enterprise, creates conditions for improving the basic training of managers, providing the necessary information, promotes a more rational allocation of resources, allows to clearly formalize the duties and responsibilities of all employees, improve control over their activities.

SummarySubject and purpose of work: The subject of this paper concerns theoretical and methodological approaches to the analysis of foreign economic activity of the region in the context of Euroregional cooperation, which is an important factor of socio-economic development of the country. The main purpose is to identify such economic categories as “foreign economic activity activation of the region”, “organizational and economic mechanism activation of foreign economic activity of the region in the context of Euroregional cooperation” as well as to develop a methodological scheme for the diagnostics of foreign economic activity of regions in the context of Euroregional cooperation.Materials and methods: In order to clarify theoretical concepts and identify similarities and differences in their definitions, the method of morphological analysis was adopted. This made it possible to systematize different options in terms of their characteristics and create new, hypothetically possible objects. Hence the research methods, of comparison, theoretical generalization and data systematization, etc. were applied.Results: Some interpretations of the key definitions of the categories “foreign economic activity activation of the region”, “organizational and economic mechanism activation of foreign economic activity of the region in context of Euroregional cooperation” were worked out and methodical principles of analysis of foreign economic activity of the region were offered. Also, foreign economic activity diagnostics of regions in the context of Euroregional cooperation was carried out and interregional differences were defined. The results of the study can help derive recommendations for the introduction of foreign economic activity activation of the regions.Conclusions: On the basis of the evaluation of Ukraine’s foreign economic activity in terms of exports, imports and the trade balance in 2010-2019, three periods were identified: 2010-2012 – before the crisis, 2013-2015 – economic crisis and its consequences, and 2016-2019 – the period after the crisis recovery and of unstable developmental trends. Significant interregional differentiation in the levels of the development of foreign economic activity of the regions of Ukraine was revealed. The leading regions in terms of foreign economic activity have proved to be Kyiv city, Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk regions.

Aim. The presented study examines and develops theoretical and methodological foundations that make it possible to distinguish innovative entrepreneurship among other economic phenomena.Tasks. The author identifies the specific features of entrepreneurship and its qualitative differences from other types of economic activity aimed at obtaining benefits, specifies the relationship between creative destruction and economic development, determines the attributes of innovative entrepreneurship.Methods. This study uses systematic analysis of professional literature on entrepreneurship to highlight the main attributes of entrepreneurial activity. The methodology of dialectical contradiction in its original Hegelian interpretation plays an important role in elaborating and substantiating the definition of entrepreneurship. The author considers innovative activity as creation of new values, which, according to the logic of dialectical development, destroy the old ones, triggering the process of economic development.Results. An approach to understanding the phenomenon of entrepreneurship is proposed, making it possible to distinguish this type of activity as significantly different from other types of economic activity, which may be externally similar but have different content. During the development of this approach, the concept of “anti-ideology” of entrepreneurship is introduced, which reflects the essence of innovative activity as a process of creative destruction. The necessary and sufficient attributes of entrepreneurial innovation are identified, making it possible to reflect the meaning of this phenomenon and verify this complex defining structural element in the system of economic relations. The study substantiates that the level of anti-ideology and public benefit can be used as criteria for assessing the significance of an entrepreneurial idea. A progressive model of anti-idea realization (PMA) is proposed based on the methodological principle. It can be used to develop an efficient system for evaluating startups within the framework of venture capitalism.Conclusions. Specification of the relationship between creative destruction and economic development is crucial to understanding the importance of innovative entrepreneurship. Each historical period creates its own demand for a specific type of entrepreneurs. The principle of anti-ideology, which lies at the heart of the PMA model, is key in identifying competitive commercial ideas, making it possible to focus resources and attention on projects that can make a significant contribution to economic development.

The purpose of this paper is the development of a methodical approach to management of the parameters of the life cycle of innovations. This approach ensures the increase of the efficiency of economic activity by intensifying the processes of innovative development of industrial enterprises. As a result of the research, the features of the processes for implementing the life cycle of innovations were determined; the system of criteria for assessing the efficiency of management of the parameters of the life cycle of innovations was developed; a management model for the parameters of the life cycle of innovations was formed; and a management mechanism for the life cycle of innovations in a saturated market was developed.

The article deals with the theoretical and methodological aspects of the development of methods for assessing the effectiveness of the educational process in the region. Indicators of the development of educational processes are analyzed from the perspective of long-term scientific and technical forecasting. Based on the analysis of the strategic documents, the problems existing in this area of strategic planning and the factors that hinder the innovative development of the education system in the region are identified. The basic principles and approaches to scientific and technological forecasting are defined. The main groups of scientific forecasts and the main directions of education development in Russia are identified. The considered forecasting methods are recommended for use in the work of state authorities and local governments, depending on the complexity of the implementation and the adequacy of the method, the requirements for the information base of the project.

The article analyzes the current state of production activities of the agricultural sector of Cherkasy region economy, its organizational and legal structures and identifies strategic directions for its development. It is proved that the priority solution of urgent problems, such as: redistribution of land and property; restructuring of enterprises and forms of management; development of cooperation; introduction of market management methods - management and marketing; state regulation of the agricultural economy, financial, credit and tax systems; development of markets for agricultural products, material and technical resources and services; intensification and diversification of foreign economic activity will contribute to the development of the agro-industrial sphere of Cherkasy region. It is determined that the years 2021-2027 should be considered the strategic period, during which the provision of the country's population with food at the level of scientifically sound standards, growth of export potential and reduction of imports should be achieved. The necessity of introduction of innovative activity and process of innovations introduction in the production activity of the agricultural enterprises which are a basis of economic growth is proved. Obstacles to the innovative development of the regional agricultural sector are analyzed. The priority directions of innovative development of agro-industrial enterprises are indicated. The need to develop an innovative policy of agricultural enterprises in order to increase the efficiency of their operation is determined. It is noted that the priority of the agro-industrial sector development of Cherkasy region and its leading industries will provide the population with food products, industry with raw materials, and foreign trade with the export goods. It is established that innovative activity in agricultural enterprises is a decisive factor in the effective development and increase of agricultural production, significant changes in its structure, reassessment of the motivation system that meet the current principles of the Cherkasy Region Development Strategy for 2021-2027, which determines key vectors of the region in the long-term.

The development of any economic system involves the transformation of the basic characteristics of its participants. In this case, the development itself can be both traditional and innovative. Currently, it is important to consider the innovative type of development at the enterprise level, which means a purposeful process of finding ideas, preparing innovations and their implementation, to increase their efficiency, and for society - to increase needs, the state - to increase the competitiveness of national products in the international market. It is obvious that the development of innovative activity of the enterprise is one of the decisive factors of its successful development. The purpose of this study is a comprehensive study of the theoretical origins of management of innovative entrepreneurship, the formation of a systematic view of the features of innovation management of the enterprise in modern business conditions. A comprehensive study of the theoretical origins of management of innovative entrepreneurship development was carried out, in particular, the emergence of views on the essence of such concepts as “innovation”, “innovative enterprise”, “innovative entrepreneurship”, “development of innovative entrepreneurship” were analyzed in the article. The authors suggest their own interpretation of such categories taking into account the analysis of domestic and foreign approaches and theoretical provisions for this problems in the modern understanding. Also, a systematic presentation of the features of management of the innovative activity of an enterprise in modern economic conditions was formed. The authors believe that for successful management of innovative development of the enterprise there should be a "smart" management system of innovative development of the enterprise. The purpose of the IDE management is to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise - the stable market position for continuous development in a constantly changing external and internal environment. Features of managing the development of innovative entrepreneurship at the present stage are the following: the ability and readiness of the economic entity to positive change, progress; the sequence of management actions that realize the innovation potential; quantitative changes in the relevant "growth points"; qualitative changes based on cooperation and rivalry between market participants for better conditions of production, purchase and sale of goods. It should be noted that management of innovation entrepreneurship development should have the support of the state in the context of Ukraine's innovation policy. The prospects for further research are related to the improvement of the innovation entrepreneurship management system as a key element for increasing the competitiveness of modern enterprises in a constantly changing external and internal environment.

The role of innovation in the economy development is extremely significant. Within the framework of this work, the innovative activity of enterprises and its relation to corporate social responsibility (CSR) is of particular interest. This study is aimed at modeling the project management of corporate innovation activity on the basis of CSR. The results obtained by the author for the Russian economy suggest that there is a positive relationship between the level of innovative development and CSR, both in general and in terms of investments in the transformation of human capital. In this regard, the model of project management of corporate innovation activity based on CSR is proposed. Author suggests, that this model's implementation for companies is promising, since transition to such a model should be resulted in an increase in the innovation activity of companies, regions and the whole country, as well as an increase in the economic, social and organizational effectiveness of innovative activity.
