Background: Nurses can use coaching as the way to empower quality of their skillsto have excellent services in hospital. Coaching is a tool that can improve motivation and performance of nurses. The research is aimed to get explanation about the relation of coaching, motivation and performance at a regional hospital. Method: Methodology research is correlationalcrosssectionalstudy with 30 nurses as respondents. Path analysis are used as statistical tools. Result: The result of this study shows that R² is about 0.704; it means that coaching has a direct, positive and significant impact to motivation and performance of nurses. Motivation has a direct, positive and significant impact to the performance of the nurses (R-value = 0.848). Coaching has an indirect, positive and significant impact to the performance of nurse through job motivation (R-value = 0.737). Conclusion: Conclusions of this study is coaching can increase nurse potential related to work motivation, coaching aims at increasing the potential of nurses who are performance oriented. Planning, implementation and evaluation of empowerment programs with effective coaching methods can ultimately improve the quality and accountability of nurses performance. Result of this research implied that the use of coaching could improve motivation and performance for nurse in hospital.

Nurses are on the frontline fighting COVID-19, as they are caring for patients during the days and nights they spend at the hospital. The purpose of this study is to determine the direct impact of job satisfaction on motivation, commitment, and performance of nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, the roles of work motivation and employee commitment on nurse performance are also tested. The population in this study is nurses at the State Regional Hospital in Pasuruan, East Java, Indonesia, totaling 161 nurses. The sample in this study is 62 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The results show that job satisfaction has a significant role to foster motivation, commitment, and performance of nurses in the hospital. Furthermore, employee commitment and work motivation are also proved to affect nurse performance. The results provide a better understanding of the approaches that can be taken to maintain nurse performance, especially during a pandemic. The principal should have caring to improving the quality of education. Such caring should be demonstrated with the will and ability to develop themselves optimally, so the teachers and education personnel can improve their performance. The teacher's performance is influenced by several factors are situational leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction.The purpose of this research is to know and analyse the influence of situational leadership style, job motivation, and job satisfaction on the teacher's performance, the influence of situasional leadership style and job motivation to the performance of teachers moderated in job satisfaction. The population of this research is the teachers of accredited pre-primary school in Singaraja Cit Bali. The data collection techniques in this research are the observation and distribution of questionnaires. This research uses data analysis methods using SmartPLS software. The results showed that the situational leadership style, job motivation, and job satisfaction affects the teacher’s performance of the accredited pre-primary schools in Singaraja City Bali, and the situational leadership style, and job motivation have no effect the teacher’s performance who are moderated job satisfaction at the pre-primary school accredited in Singaraja City Bali.

Government agencies' service standards have been established based on MENPAN Decree No. 25/2004. Therefore it is necessary to review the giving of work motivation, so that job satisfaction and performance can be improved again. The purpose of this research is to measure and analyze the direct and indirect effects of service quality, work motiva-tion, on job satisfaction and performance and to measure and analyze the direct influence and indirect effect between job satisfactions on employee performance. The sample of the study consisted of 200 people taxpayers service staff Palangka Raya BPPRD Office. Research data in the form of primary and secondary data obtained through observation and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis, while the job satisfaction variable was an intervening varia-ble and performance was the dependent variable (the dependent variable). From the results of path analysis where the direct effect between service quality on job satisfaction and on performance has a significant effect, and work motiva-tion on job satisfaction is not significant. While the indirect effect (indirect effects) quality of service on performance through job satisfaction with a coefficient of 0.115 is greater than work motivation on performance through job satis-faction by 0.030, meaning that work motivation on performance through job satisfaction has a non-significant effect.

Abstract :Medical record services in hospitals has not fulfill the quality of good medical record. Based on Minimum Service Standards (SPM) of medical record in Lavalette Hospital in 2015 shows that overall indicator of SPM medical record has not reached the target as stated in Kepmenkes No. 129/Menkes/SK/II/2008. It is because performance of medical record officer in the Lavalette Hospital can be said that not good enough in its implementation. The factors that cause high low performance is an ability factor and motivation factor. This research aims to study the relationship between work motivation and work ability with performance of medical record officer at Lavalette Hospital. This method of research was explanatory survey. The subject of research was all medical record officers with number of people is 7 . C ollecting data using questionnaires, observation and interview sheets. Analysis of data using statistical test of Rank Spearman. Based on these results of research by comparing rho count value with rho table value (α=0.05) 0.786, shows that there is no significant relationship between work motivation and performance (0.661<0.786) and there is a significant relationship between work ability and performance (0.813>0.786).Keywords :Work Motivation, Work Ability, Perfomance of Medical Record OfficersAbstrak :Pelayanan rekam medis di rumah sakit masih belum memenuhi mutu rekam medis yang baik. Berdasarkan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) rekam medis Rumah Sakit Lavalette tahun 2015, menunjukkan bahwa keseluruhan indikator SPM rekam medis belum mencapai sasaran sesuai yang tercantum pada Kepmenkes No. 129/Menkes/SK/II/2008. Hal ini disebabkan karena kinerja petugas rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Lavalette masih kurang baik dalam pelaksanaannya. Faktor yang berhubungan dengan tinggi rendahnya kinerja adalah faktor kemampuan dan faktor motivasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan kemampuan kerja dengan kinerja petugas rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Lavalette. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survei explanatory. Subyek penelitian adalah seluruh petugas rekam medis yang berjumlah 7 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, lembar observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi Rank Spearman. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan membandingkan nilai rho hitung dengan nilai rho tabel (α=0,05) 0,786 menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja (0,661<0,786) dan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kemampuan kerja dengan kinerja (0,813>0,786).Kata kunci :Motivasi Kerja, Kemampuan Kerja, Kinerja Petugas Rekam Medis

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kwalitas Sumber Daya Manusia dan sistem informasi terhadap peningkatan kinerja melalui pelatihan dan motivasi kerja pegawai di lingkungan pemerintah Kota Batu. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai di Lingkungan Balaikota Among Kota Batu yang berjumlah 2500 orang dengan metode penyebaran kuisioner. As benefits an organization, one of the strategic functions play an important role in banking is its human resources. This aim of the research was to find out the significant influence of compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance through job motivation, either directly or indirectly. The objectof the research were bank employees in Merauke City. The data consisted of primary data obtained using questionnaire give to respondents related to compensation, job satisfaction, motivation and performance of employees. The data were analyzed using quantitative approach through path analysis to test the hypothesis. The results of the research indicate that (1) compensation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on job motivation, (2) compensation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on employees performance. (3) compensation indirectly has a positive and significant influence on employees performance through job motivation, and (4) job satisfaction indirectly has a positive and significant influence on employess performance through job motivation of bank employees' in Merauke City.

This study aims to examine the relationship perceived high workload, job motivation and job satisfaction on performance. Research conducted at the Office of Cileungsi First’th Tax Service by taking 89 employees as the research sample. Quantitative research was conducted by describing and verification data. Multiple linear regression analysis is the statistic approach to data analysis. The study produced three major findings consistent with the hypothesis put forward, that is: (1) the workload of employees are in the high category, (2) work motivation is in the high category, 3) job satisfaction is in the high category and the performance is in the medium category. Base on research finding, in order to increase employee performance, can be done by managing the workload of employees, increase work motivation and increase job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect on the Quality of Work Life Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction. The study was conducted at the Swastika Bungalows Sanur, with a sample of 60 employees who were taken withsaturated or census sampling method. Data analysis technique used is the technique of path analysis (path analysis). The results showed that the higher the Quality Of Work Life applied by the company, the higher employee motivation that impact on enhancing employee satisfaction with the results of path analysis showed that motivation positive effect in mediating the effect of Quality Of Work Life on employee job satisfaction so , the results of this study can serve as a reference for the company to improve the welfare of employees through increased job security, giving freedom to employees, and increased the incentive for employees to have an impact on increasing the productivity of the company.

Leadership is one of the issues in the management is still quite interesting to be discussed today. The role of leadership is very strategically important for the achievement of the mission, vision and goals of an organization. One such way to impose discipline and provide motivation to work that can be perceived by employees.  The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of leadership, discipline, motivation and performance. The influence of leadership, discipline, motivation and performance of employees tested either directly or indirectly. To examine issues directly above the survey conducted by distributing questionnaires to employees in the General Hospital of the Brothers of Bungo. Data was analyzed by path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the leadership, discipline and work motivation influence simultaneously and partially on performance. Where is the leadership, discipline, motivation and performance of employees at the General Hospital Brothers, where are the good category, Discipline are in both categories, motivation and performance of employees are in both categories. The analysis tool in this research using descriptive method verification. Where the use of a range of scales, while in the verification using path analysis or path analysis.Key words : Leadership, Discipline, Motivation and Employee Performance
