The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, price,promotion, service quality, and distribution on purchasing decisions of Sikaproducts at PT Adya Mandala Persada Surabaya. The sampling method used waspurposive sampling using questions in the questionnaire distributed to 125respondents who were all consumers of PT Adya Mandala Persada Surabaya.Data processing was performed using SPSS version 20.0. The results showed thatin the Validity Test all statement items were declared valid, and in the ReliabilityTest it was said that all variables were declared reliable. The results of theClassical Assumption Test show that all the requirements have been met to carryout the Multiple Linear Regression Test. From the results of the Multiple LinearRegression Test, the value of Y = 2.399 - 0.067X1 + 0.081X2 + 0.217X3 +0.234X4 + 0.697X5 is obtained. The result of the Determinant Coefficient Testshows that the Adjusted R Square is 54.9%, meaning that all X variables have amoderate contribution. The t test results get the following values: (i) variable X1= tcalculate -0.785 < ttable 1.980 with a significance level of 0.434 > 0.05, meaningthat product quality has no effect on purchasing decisions; (ii) variable X2 =tcalculate 0.793 < ttable 1.980 with a significance level of 0.429 > 0.05, which means that the price has no effect on purchasing decisions; (iii) variable X3 = tcalculate 2,564 > ttable 1,980 with a significance level of 0.012 < 0.05, it means that promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions; (iv) variable X4 =tcalculate 3.024 > ttable 1.980 with a significance level of 0.03 < 0.05, it means thatservice quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions; (v) variable X5 =tcalculate 6,063 > ttable 1,980 with a significance level of 0,000 < 0.05, it means that the distribution has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Overall it can be concluded that product quality and price have no effect on purchasing decisions while promotion, service quality, and distribution have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

This research is used to know and analyze any determinant factors that affect Quality of Identity Card (E-KTP) Service to Satisfaction of Society in Pracimantoro Sub-district, Wonogiri Regency. The method used in this research is the method of observation and questionnaire by using Likert scale. Sampling method used using convenience sampling method as many as 100 samples. The method of analysis used is the test of validity, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test. The result of multiple linear regression test shows that the service quality consisting of Tangibles (X1), Assurance (X2) and Empathy (X3) partially or individually has a significant influence on the satisfaction of society. Where the regression equation Y = 1.853 + 0.251X1 + 0.106X2 + 0.162X3 + 0.207X4 + 0.196X5. The result of t test shows that the quality of service consisting of Tangibles (X1), Assurance (X2) and Empathy (X3) has significant effect on the satisfaction of the community is shown by significant of each variable <0,05. In the F test results obtained value obtained Fcount value of 22.732 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 this means that the variables together have a significant influence on community satisfaction.

This research was conducted in the research conducted at CV.Zafira Teknik Pekanbaru, SM.Amin, Pekanbaru City in 2019. This study was to determine the effect of price, location and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions CV. Zafira Teknik Pekanbaru. The population in this study are consumers who buy doors and repair doors at CV. Zafira Teknik Pekanbaru 2018 is 1,188 people. With a sample of 92 people with a sampling method based on purposive sampling. From the analysis of multiple linear regression equation was formulated:  Y= 2,620 + 0,371X1+ 0,143X2 + 0,336X3.  The results of the t test (partial test) obtained the value of t arithmetic for Price/ X1 (5,077) and product quality/ X3 (3,208) greater than t table of 1,98729, then it has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions CV. Zafira Teknik Pekanbaru. Whereas the Location /X2 variable does not significantly influence the consumer purchasing decision variable CV. Zafira Teknik Pekanbaru, this is because the value of t_count (1.340) <t_tabel (1.98729) . F Test Results (joint test), it is concluded that  F count  is 28.304> F table 2.71 so that simultaneously   the variables of Price, location, and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions CV. Zafira Teknik Pekanbaru. . There are contribution the influence of variables of Price, location, and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions CV. Zafira Teknik Pekanbaru of Obtained value of Adjusted R Square equal to 0,471 or 47,1% and 52,9 % influenced by the other factors that are not pursuing in this research. So this research to strengthen previous studies

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of product quality, servicescape and service quality to buyer’s purchasing decision in Langsa Snack Center. This study has 96 sample respondents with multiple linear regression analysis is choosen. The proof of hypothesis uses the T test, F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. Multiple linear regression analysis result shows Y = 1,549 + 0,191X1 + 0,272X2 + 0,258X3 and coefficient of determination result (Adjusted R Square) shows 0,664 or 66,40%. It shows the variables of product quality, servicescape and service quality affect purchasing decisions at the Langsa City Snack Center by 66,40%, while the remaining 33,60% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study such as price and location. T test results obtained partially product quality, servicescape and service quality significantly influence purchasing decisions at the Langsa City Snack Center. F test results obtained simultaneously product quality, servicescape and service quality significantly influence purchasing decisions at the Langsa City Snack Center

This research aimed to figure out the influence between product quality, price and marketing influencer with the purchasing decision of Scarlett Body Whitening in East Java. The research instrument employed questionnaire to collect data from Scarlett Body Whitening consumers in East Java. Since there was no valid data for number of the consumers, the research used Roscoe method to take the sample. Data analyzed using multiple linear regression test. Product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the marketing influencer had no significant effect on purchase decision for Scarlett Body Whitening. This study aims to: know and analyze whether the Competence and Discipline Work simultaneously and partially effect on Customer Satisfaction in the Office of State Assets and Auction (KPKNL) Palu. This study uses quantitative research which is a study that aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables with a sample of 49 customers and data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded that: (1) based on regression test results obtained sig. F of 0.00 <0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Competence and Work Discipline affect simultaneously to Customer Satisfaction. (2) based on regression test results obtained Competence variables have significance level t sig. 0.010 <α 0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Competence partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. (3) based on the regression test results obtained variable Work Discipline has significance level t sig. 0,000 <α 0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Work Discipline partially significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Kompetensidan Disiplin Kerjaberpengaruh secara serempak dan parsial terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 49 pelanggan dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda.Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,00 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kompetensidan Disiplin Kerjaberpengaruh secara serempak terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Kompetensimemiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,010 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kompetensisecara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Disiplin Kerja memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,000 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.

This study aims to examine the effect of trust, service quality, hedonic shopping motivation on the interest in transacting using lazada application. The population used in this study is community using lazada application. The method of data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The testing technique used is validation and reliability tests and uses data analysis techniques in the form of classic assumption tests and multiple linear regression tests.. The hypothesis in this study was tested using t test and f test. The results of the study showed that all variables were declared free of interference from existing classical assumptions.From the results of multiple linear regression test results f obtained Fcount of 17.665> Ftable of 2.60 then Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted means that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between variables of trust, service quality, hedonic shopping motive towards interest in using the lazada application. ABSTRACTThesis entitled "The impact of service quality and product quality to consumers loalitas CV. Sabani Indonesia Surabaya "aims to determine the effect of service quality and product quality terehadap consumer loyalty simultaneous partial and see what's most dominant influence. In this study, researchers used a questionnaire to determine the perception of respondents was 50, a data analysis technique used in this study were using multiple linear regression with correlation test, F test and t test tools. The test results of this study are obtained calculation results of multiple linear regression is Y = 1,876 + 0, 105 kpl + 0.172 mortgages where all these variables have positive influence and direction of the dependent variable namely customer loyalty CV. Sabani Indonesia Surabaya. The test results simultaneously obtained Fhitung 71.299 71.299 which means Fhitung> Ftabel 3.20, or can be seen from the level of significance of 0.000 <0.05 (α = 5%). While partially obtained Thitung Quality of service (KPL) = 2,865 Thitung Product Quality (KPR) = 4,348, thus Thitung> Ttabel (2.01174). Thus the hypothesis which states that the quality of service and product quality simultaneously or partially significant effect on consumer loyalty CV. Sabani Indonesia Surabaya proven true. Variable quality of products (mortgage) has the most dominant influence on the satisfaction of members of the cooperative as it has the largest regression coefficient is 0.172 compared to 0.105 service quality variables.Keywords: quality of service, product quality, customer loyalty

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, promotion and design on the purchasing decisions of Samsung Smartphones in Ambon City. The population in this study is Samsung Smartphone consumers in Ambon. The sample used was 100 respondents with accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, while data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. From the F test results it is known that the regression model is feasible to measure the purchasing decisions of Samsung smartphones to consumers in Ambon City. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis of the t test, the results show that product quality, promotion and design have a significant effect on the purchasing decision of Samsung Ambon City Smartphones. Total detergent is one brand of detergent that is less populous in the eyes of the public. Therefore research aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions. Research was developed using associative design. In the study five variables were used, each of which served as the basis for the development of the variables. The sample was chosen by 100 purposively. The primary data needed is collected using a questionnaire. The data is analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The test results prove that 1) Simultaneously there is a significant effect of the marketing mix on total detergent purchasing decisions 2) partially the product, price, and distribution have a significant effect on purchasingdecisions. While the distribution has no significant effect on purchasing decisions

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital marketing and product variety on purchasing decisions at Juragan Fashion Shop in Bengkulu City. The sample in this study is 100 consumers who shop at Juragan Fashion Shop in Bengkulu City. Data collection using a questionnaire and the analysis method used is multiple linear regression, test of determination and hypothesis testing.The results of multiple linear regression calculations obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y = 5.995 + 0.355X1 + 0.353X2. The coefficient of determination of the R square value is 0.521. This means that X1 (Digital marketing) and X2 (product variety) affect the purchase decision (Y) by 52.1% while the remaining 47.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the F test show that the significance is 0.000 0.05. Because the significance level is below 0.05, it indicates that together X1 (digital marketing) and X2 (product variety) have a positive and significant effect together on purchasing decisions (Y). Digital marketing has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, product variety has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions because the significant value is smaller than 0.05.
