The aim of this research is to develop learning physics based on virtual simulation and simple KIT by combined direct instruction and cooperative learning model device to teaches psychomotor and affective skills students at optical topic. The research subject is a physics instruction package that was developed using the 4-D model and applying One Group Pretest-posttest design for the test model. The study conducted in the second semester of the school year 2012/2013 at the class VIII MTs Kanjeng Sepuh Sidayu Gresik. The results showed that the validity of the instruction package in good categories and feasible to use in learning. The readability level of textbook is medium category, implementation of lesson study is good, Student activities are more dominant is the experiments with PhET simulations and simple KIT. Psychomotor learning outcomes after physics instruction package implemented is able to solve learning outcomes of students. For affective learning outcomes, students' social skills in working more dominant than ask and be a good listener. The response of the students towards learning is positive responses. Obstacles encountered during the learning is associated with time of learning and students' skills in presentation and discussion. Based on the findings above, it can be concluded that the instruction package developed feasible to use in learning to teache psychomotor and affective skills students at topic optical in junior high school.

This research report is motivated by 1) The process of learning Indonesian, especially aspects of writing skills in Class VIII A, SMP Negeri 1 Sekaran is still not satisfactory enough. The average score on the aspect of writing is still below the standard set at the beginning of the semester. 2) This requires the teacher to do remidial, however, sometimes the implementation of remedial is only a formality. Remedial is not done properly. Remedial is only done as a process of raising a child's value from a condition under minimal completeness to a condition of achieving minimal completeness. Research reports on learning to write news texts using the cooperative learning model Examples Non Examples through group assignments and individual assignments, researchers have done for up to two cycles. In each cycle there are four phases, namely (1) planning BP, (2) carrying out BP, (3) carrying out observations, and (4) making reflections. The four phases are planned and implemented to improve students' ability to write news texts through group assignments, and individual assignments using the Examples Non Examples model. The phases in the first cycle are designed as a result of reflection on daily learning activities. While the phases in the second cycle are designed from the results of the reflection of the first cycle, in this way it is expected that in the second cycle all students improve their ability to write news text with the Examples Non Examples model. From the results of the analysis of each cycle, it can be seen student learning outcomes have increased. In the pre-mastery stage students only scored 61% or enough categories, then in the first cycle the completeness value obtained by 72% was still sufficient category, at this stage increased by 11%. Then in cycle II the value of students' mastery learning increased even better than the first cycle, which is 89% and is included in the excellent category. In other words an increase of 27%, the 85% complete limit has been exceeded.

This study aims to determine (1) the process of developing a collaborative Jigsaw Cooperative Jigsaw Cooperative Assurance Relevance Interest Assessment (ARIAS) learning model in writing news texts (2) the results of the validation of the collaborative jigsaw cooperative Assurance Relevance Interest Assessment Satisfaction learning model (3) ) the effectiveness of learning outcomes that apply the collaborative Assurance Relevance Interest Assessment Satisfaction (ARIAS) learning model in jigsaw Cooperative in writing news texts by students of class VIII SMP Negeri 06 Medan. The test subjects consisted of material experts, design experts, Indonesian language study teachers, and VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 06 Medan. The results of this study indicate that (1) The results of the questionnaire needs that have been distributed can result that the respondent has never used a learning model that collaborates with other models, inspires confidence and is in accordance with student interests and students' assumption that news text material is too difficult and students feel confused organizing ideas when writing begins and find it difficult to arrange the first sentence in writing. (2) validation of material experts includes and validation of learning design experts. Validation in learning design get an average score of 89.02 gets very good criteria and validation results by material experts get an average score of 83.47 gets very good criteria (3) Test the effectiveness of learning products in the form of developing learning models of assurance relevance interest assessment satisfaction (ARIAS) Collaborative Jigsaw Cooperative of respondents 32 students consisting of 2 teachers of Indonesian Language and Literature studies who received an average of 80, 15% in the "very good" category. Students after using the development of the learning model Assurance Relevance Interest Assessment Satisfaction (ARIAS) collaborative jigsaw have improved learning outcomes compared to before using the development of the learning model of collaborative jigsaw cooperative assurance relevance interest assessment satisfaction (ARIAS). Thus the learning model Assurance Relevance Interest Assessment Satisfaction (ARIAS) collaborative cooperative jigsaw is more motivating, arouse students' self-confidence, independent and arises a sense of responsibility.

Writing is part of the language skills used to communicate and is considered to be one of the easiest aspects so that errors in descriptive writing are often found. This happens because descriptive writing requires an object that can be described because it requires a learning media that can help these problems. As for the problem of this research is whether through the Picture and Picture model can improve learning outcomes English aspects of writing descriptive texts in class VIII SMPN 2 Peureulak Barat. The purpose of the study was to improve the learning outcomes of English in the aspect of writing descriptive texts through the Picture and Picture model in class VIII of Peureulak Barat Middle School 2. This study uses descriptive analysis techniques. The sample of the eighth grade students of Peureulak West Junior High School 2 research was 20 students. Data collection techniques in this study are Student Worksheets and observation sheets. learning outcomes in cycle 1 are still unsatisfactory from 20 students, who completed only 12 students (60%) while the average score was only 67 and in cycle II 18 of the 20 students had completed their learning outcomes (90%) with an average score Student test scores reach 82.25. The results of this study indicate the application of the Picture and Picture Model can improve the learning outcomes of English aspects of descriptive text writing in Class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Peureulak Barat.
