One of the efforts that teachers can make to improve student learning achievement is to manipulate learning strategies and teaching media. So this research, will be used expository learning strategies and card media to align fractional material for students of class V. The purpose of this study is to describe learning outcomes in fractional material by using exposure learning strategies and card media. The research was conducted at SD Negeri 050783 Salahaji, Langkat Regency. This type of research is action research with the design of Kurt Lewin. The study was conducted on 24 class V students. Research instruments in the form of a description test numbering 5 questions. Based on the results of research obtained the average completion of learning in cycle I is 46.39 (45.83%) with the number of completed students as many as 11 people and 69.6 (79.2%) in cycle II with the number of completed students as many as 19 people. Thus it is concluded that the use of fractional card media with strategi expository learning can improve learning outcomes in fractional material

Learning Implementation Plan or RPP is a teaching device that must be prepared by teachers before conducting the teaching and learning process so that the results obtained can be taken into account in advance. With this preparation, it is expected that the learning process also runs systematically and in accordance with the desired stages. The purpose of this study is to validate IPA learning by using discrepancy evaluation models in MIS Paya Bujok Tunong. This research uses a type of descriptive qualitative research. The results of the study found that some planned items were not carried out, in implementation activities, the chosen approach was not all implemented, teachers also did not use learning media, and assessment only focused on aspects of knowledge only.

Boredom in the teaching and learning process is very often occurring, especially in elementary school-aged children, this can be understood because, their age in the playing period. So to overcome the boredom, teachers need to know some ice-breaking methods. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the application of ice breaking and its relationship to the return of student learning concentration as well as the obstacles faced by teachers in the application of ice breaking. This type of research is a literature study. Teknik data collection used is documentation. The data analysis technique used is an analysis article. The results showed that (1) icebreaking can be applied to all subjects even in student tutoring services. Ice Breaking can be combined with learning methods such as joyful learning methods or other game techniques (2) because after doing these activities, the concentration of student learning becomes good and can stimulate student absorption, learning interests, learning attention, learning outcomes and can foster student learning spirit (3) Obstacles faced include teachers less mastery of types of ice breaking, less creative, and charcoal there is soft skill training based on ice-breaking

Extracuricular is needed by the education unit as a forum to develop the interests and talents of learners. The purpose of this study is how the role of the principal's leadership in the sustainability of extracurricular management at MI Nahdatul Ulama Sumber Agung. The research methods used in this study are qualitative, data sources through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study are 1) The process of managing the cocurricular by the principal at MI Nahdatul Ulama Sumber Agung is carried out from the formulation, formulation, utilization, to the stage of evaluation and control of activities. 2) The obstacles faced in the extracurricular management of MI Nahdatul Ulama Sumber Agung are the difficulty of getting competent supervisors according to the field, sometimes difficulty to get infrastructure, and also obstacles in motivating learners to continue to be excited to follow the activities. 3) The result of the principal's leadership in managing extracurriculars at MI Nahdatul Ulama Sumber Agung is the interest and talent of students can be included in the race.

This study focuses on the concept of Ki Hajar Dewantara's thinking for its relevance to education in Mi at this time. MI. Practically, this research is expected to provide clarity on the concept of education according to Ki Hajar Dewantara, thus providing a bright spot on its relevance to education at MI today, and can contribute to finding solutions to the problems that are being faced by the Indonesian nation. This research is a qualitative research with the type of library research, namely exploring Ki Hajar Dewantara's thoughts on education. The data collection technique that the author uses is to collect books, journals and others related to the subject matter. The data that has been collected was analyzed using descriptive methods, namely research methods that seek to reveal the facts of an event, object, activity, and process. The results of this study indicate that Ki Hajar's educational concept is still relevant today. Judging from his thoughts in accordance with the concepts that are still being implemented, namely education and teaching which is a deliberate effort to liberate the outer and inner aspects of humans.

The use of media is still limited to use in classroom learning, especially such as media pop up books because the work on this media is quite complicated. The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of pop up book media on speaking skills on the beautiful theme of togetherness of the proud sub-theme of being an Indonesian child in class IV MIS Al-Asriyah Langsa. The study used a quasi-experimental approach. From the analysis of data obtained the influence of pop up book media on the speaking skills of students speaking on the theme of the beautiful togetherness of the proud sub-theme of being an Indonesian child in class IV MIS Al-Asriyah Langsa. This is evidenced by the experimental grade practice average value of 14.9 with a standard deviation of 3.9 and a control class pretest average of 14.7 with a standard deviation of 4. After learning using pop up book media the average posttest class of the experiment increased to 18.35 with a standard deviation of 4.43. While learning in the control class without using learning media obtained a posttest value of 15.7 with a standard deviation of 4.1. From the results of the tcount test obtained a value of 8.36 and a ttable value of 2,042, it can be withdrawn from the influence of pop up book media on the speaking skills of MIS Al-Asriyah Kota Langsa students. rsquare was obtained by 0.546 or 54.6%. That means that the media pop up book has an influence on the speaking skills of students in class IV MIS Al-Asriyah Langsa with an influence rate of 54.6%.

This study discussed the application of the basic school literacy activity. The purpose of this was to contribute to improving the reading and writing skills of elementary school students. In addition, it aimed to solve the difficulties faced by the school in implementing the school literacy movement. This applied research was conducted for fifteen minutes each day for a period of one month. As participants, there were low-grade students, namely grade one and high-class students which was grade five. The first-grade students numbered about thirty as well as the fifth grade. The research instrument used observation, documentation study and interviews. The results showed that schools have not been able to implement the school literacy movement based on existing provisions. This can be seen from a number of inadequate facilities and the readiness of the teachers as well the students who were difficult to involved in the activity.

During the learning process, sometimes students feel bored and bored, one of the causes is the lack of innovation in classroom learning. So to overcome the boredom, then in this study used animation media from PowerPoint by using the Direct Instruction learning model. The purpose of this study is to look at the activeness of students' learning. The research method used is a type of classroom action research. The study was conducted in two cycles. The results of cycle 1 have not met the KKM that has been set, then the need for improvement in cycle II. The results obtained in cycle 1 are 60% while in cycle II the results obtained are 90%. So it can be concluded that the utilization of PowerPoint animation with direct instruction can improve students' learning competence in Aqidah Akhlak subjects in MIN 2 Aceh Tamiang.

Learning Natural Sciences (IPA) which is often considered difficult in the learning process takes place, that is, just sitting and listening to the material from the teacher through the lecture method so that students are passive in the process of implementing the learning process. So the purpose of writing this article is to find out the implementation of science learning using Computer Based Instruction through a simulation model. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive analysis method. While in this study using data collection techniques, namely using interviews and documentation. The results showed that at MI Ma'arif Darussalam Plaosan had implemented science learning using Computer Based Instruction through a simulation model with visual media where in the learning process itself the teacher gave concrete or real examples by displaying pictures related to learning when learning. take place. The response and enthusiasm of students is more active. In the simulation model there are role models, namely: explaining, intermediary, mentoring and learning while the learning model is the simulation model itself in four stages which are orientation, training, simulation and debriefing stages

This study aimed to analyze the implementation effectiveness of the learning from home (BDR) process during the Covid-19 pandemic in grade V of MI Muhammadiyah Botoputih Tembarak. This research used mix method. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire given to the students once a month. The subjects of this study were the students of grade V at MI Muhammadiyah Botoputih Tembarak. Based on the results of research conducted by filling out questionnaires, in general, the implementation of learning from home (BDR) in the sixth-grade students of MI Muhammadiyah Botoputih Tembarak run quite effectively with a percentage of 60-79%. The results of the BDR learning implementation questionnaire which had bad effectiveness with the criteria of 48% were in the evaluation process. It is suggested in learning from home (BDR), teachers are required to be able to design learning activities from planning to evaluating in a simpler, more creative and effective way
