Labor relations have always been defined as a source of not only increasing of well-being for all parties, but also as a source of the formation of social problematic situations. This was allowed in cases when workers did not receive the level of income they expected and considered fair. In this case, the search for ways to protect the rights of workers, which is considered in the field of labor law, is relevant. The standard sources for the implementation of forms of protection in labor law are strikes and other forms of termination of the work process. The novelty of the paper is determined by the fact that in modern society the forms of protection of labor rights are mainly judicial forms, which guarantee that the employer cannot influence the settlement process by unofficially affecting employees. The article reveals aspects of the design of labor relations that could eliminate the negative impact on the labor process. Aspects of the formation of the branch of labor law are considered, which can provide the maximum number of decisions in the pretrial order. The practical significance of the paper is determined by the possibility of applying methods of solving collective labor disputes as a factor in the formation of the labor law industry with the formation of the principles of sustainable functioning and public control over business.

The article considers the problem of reforming national finances at the present stage of economic development, taking into account the features of the functioning of the national economy and fiscal threats. The purpose of this work is to determine the strategy for reforming the fiscal system and substantiate the main directions of its development. The relevance of the study is due to an integrated approach to the formation of fiscal policy, including both its main components: tax, budget, debt policies, and the need to improve the mechanism to ensure their effectiveness. To implement this mechanism, it is necessary to use both innovative methods of planning and forecasting fiscal flows, and to modernize the legal framework that strengthens the foundations of managerial decisions in the field of finance. Based on the goal, a comparative assessment of the forecast and actual scenarios of the development of fiscal relations in the republic was carried out, the most acute points of fiscal policy formation were analyzed: social payments, tax administration, budget financing, debt obligations, information support for the movement of financial flows. Based on the results of the research conducted in the article, conclusions and suggestions are made regarding all areas of improving fiscal policy as the basis for ensuring an effective national financial management strategy. Priority measures have been identified to reduce the negative impact of risks on the stability of the fiscal system. Instruments of regulatory impacts on negative economic and social trends are determined by the choice of areas of strategic management and the mechanism of their organizational support. Scientific novelty lies in the substantiation of a set of elements of fiscal policy as the basis for developing a strategy for managing national finances that takes into account the increase in the social and economic efficiency of using the financial resources of the state.

In the literature, very few studies have focused on how urbanisation will influence the policy effects of a climate policy even though urbanisation does have profound socioeconomic impacts. This paper has explored the interrelations among the urbanisation, carbon emissions, GDP, and energy consumption in China using the autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) model. Then, the unit urbanisation impacts are inputted into the policy evaluation framework of the Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) model in 2015–2030. The results show that the urbanisation had a positive impact on the GDP but a negative impact on the carbon emissions in 1980–2014. These impacts were statistically significant, but its impact on the energy consumption was not statistically significant. In 2015–2030, the urbanisation will have negative impacts on the carbon emissions and intensity. It will decrease the GDP and the household welfare under the carbon tax. The urbanisation will increase the average social cost of carbon (ASCC). Hence, the urbanisation will reinforce the policy effects of the carbon tax on the emissions and welfare.

This study examines the impact of financial development on energy consumption for a wide array of countries. The estimators used for financial development are foreign direct investment, economic growth and urbanization. The study employed a panel data regression on 136 countries with time frame of years 1990 to 2019. The model in this study deploys system GMM technique to estimate the model. The results show that financial development has a significant negative impact on energy consumption overall. Foreign direct investment and urbanization has significant impact on energy consumption. Also, economic growth positive impact on energy consumption its mean that economic growth promotes energy consumption. When dividing further the sample into different groups of regions such as Asian, European, African, North/Latin American and Caribbean countries then mixed results related to the nexus between financial development and energy consumption with respect to economic growth, urbanization and foreign direct investment. The policymakers in these different groups of countries must balance the relationship between energy supply and demand to achieving the sustainable economic development.

Protection of the natural environment is a key activity driving development in the transport discipline today. The use of simulators to train civil aviation pilots provides an excellent opportunity to maintain the balance between efficiency and limit the negative impact of transport on the environment. Therefore, we decided to determine the impact of selected simulations of air operations on energy consumption. The aim of the research was to determine the energy consumption of the flight simulator depending on the type of flight operation and configuration used. We also decided to compare the obtained result with the energy consumption of an aircraft of a similar class, performing a similar aviation operation and other means of transport. In order to obtain the results, a research plan was proposed consisting of 12 scenarios differing in the simulated aircraft model, weather conditions and the use of the simulator motion platform. In each of the scenarios, energy consumption was measured, taking into account the individual components of the simulator. The research showed that the use of a flight simulator has a much smaller negative impact on the natural environment than flying in a traditional plane. Use of a motion platform indicated a change in energy consumption of approximately 40% (in general, flight simulator configuration can change energy consumption by up to 50%). The deterioration of weather conditions during the simulation caused an increase in energy consumption of 14% when motion was disabled and 18% when motion was enabled. Energy consumption in the initial stages of pilot training can be reduced by 97% by using flight simulators compared to aircraft training.

Abstract:The organization of production has undergone a rapid transformation for almost two decades, through changes in the work teams, the total-quality administrative techniques, and the just-in-time production. These changes have resulted in a better labor productivity, but also in negative effects on workers' lives. If positive consequences of the transformation of labor process with regard to productivity are more than compensated by the negative impact on working conditions, the labor process's change movement can be harmful to society as a whole.Key words: organization of production; work teams; administrative techniques; total quality; just-in-time production; productivity.

Agglomeration, the spatial concentration of industries in a specific location, has been argued to improve productivity since it could provide positive externalities such as knowledge spillover, input sharing, and labor pooling. This paper examines the effect of large and medium manufacturing industry (LMI) agglomeration on labor productivity. Measuring the output and labor density as agglomeration effect by using 2009-2014 panel data from 44 cities and regions across the metropolitan areas of Indonesia, this study shows that in terms of output share, agglomeration positively contributes to labor productivity. On the other hand, in terms of labor density, agglomeration results in a negative impact on productivity. These findings suggest the government should expand industrial clusters in less densely populated areas, especially outside the island of Java, by providing necessary infrastructures such as electricity, ports, and roads, so that this development creates favorable economic conditions for investment and industrial development in such areas.

In urban areas, the transport sector is one of the main sources of significant energy consumption and carbon emissions. Although diesel and gasoline are still the main sources of energy used in urban transport, more and more attention is now being paid to alternative and transitional sources of energy, as they are renewable and have less negative impact on the environment. However, the successful use of alternative energy sources can be hindered by various technical, economic and political factors. This article discusses the latest literature on alternative and transitional energy sources in order to understand the possibility of their use in urban transport at present, as well as the possibility of introducing these sources in the future
