This study aims to analyze the effect of Atmosphere, Facilities, and Word of Mouth on the Interest of the Guests' Stay at Padjadjaran Suites Resort and Convention Hotel Bogor Nirwana Residence. To answer the purpose of the study used multiple regression tests which include simultaneous and partial tests as well as the coefficient of determination test. Determination of the number of samples carried out by the Roscoe technique of 100 guests and then determined as respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the atmosphere partially influences the interest in staying guests in hotels, facilities partially influences the interest in staying guests in hotels, and Word of Mouth partially influences the interest in staying guests in hotels, as well as from the results of simultaneous testing or F tests obtained the results of Atmosphere, Facilities and Word of Mouth have a positive effect on Interest in Stay. Whereas in the multiple regression table the Atmosphere variable 0.282 states a score of 0.282, the Facility variable 0.365 states a score of 0.365 and in the Word of Mouth variable 0.663 states a score of 0.663 and an R square value of 0.544 is obtained, which means the dependent variable is influenced by the independent variable of 54, 4% while the remaining 45.6 is influenced by other variables not examined   Keywords : atmosphere, facilities, word of mouth, attitude, stay interest

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and price on customer buying interest at PT. Sumber Cipta Multiniaga South Jakarta Branch. The method uses explanatory research and hypothesis testing with survey techniques, by distributing questionnaires using a saturated sampling technique of 100 respondents. The analytical tool used is descriptive and verification analysis or inverential with the test instruments and classical assumptions. The statistical analysis uses multiple regression tests, correlation coefficient values, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the study are promotion and a significant positive effect with a correlation of 0.576 and determination of 33.2%. Hypothesis testing obtained ρ value 0,000 <0.05. Price has a positive and significant effect on customer buying interest, with a correlation value of 0.645 and a determination of 41.6%. Hypothesis testing obtained ρ value 0,000 <0.05. Promotion and price simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer buying interest with a correlation value of 0.695 and a determination of 48.3% while the remaining 53.1% is influenced by other factors not examined. Funds can be obtained from company owners or from outside parties. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial leverage, operating leverage and current ratio on profitability at PT. Manunggal Persada Jakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive with an associative approach, the sampling technique used is proportional random sampling using the census or saturated sampling method with a sample of 7 years of financial statements. The analysis tool uses classical assumption testing, regression testing, determination coefficient testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the study concluded that the regression coefficient value of Financial leverage of 0.005 was positive with a contribution of 19.3%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance value of 0.324> 0.05. Regression coefficient value of Operating leverage of 0.001 is positive with a contribution of 16.5%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance value of 0.368> 0.05. Current coefficient regression value of 0.158 is positive with a contribution of 31.9%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance value of 0.187> 0.05. Obtained a regression equation Y = 0.110 + 0.009X1 + 0.001X2 + 0.177X3, the regression coefficient value of each positive independent variable with a correlation of 0.927 and a coefficient of determination of 85.8% while the remaining 14.2% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained by calculating Fcount> Ftable or (6.064> 4.120). Thus simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between financial leverage, operating leverage and current ratio to rentability.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect Admission and Determination of Rates Levy Heritage simultaneously and partially on the level of revenue. The population in this research is a report on actual revenues levies, tariffs sights and Local Revenue 2013-2015 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The data in this research will be tested using statistical test, classic assumption test, and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that Levy Admission and Determination of Rates Heritage simultaneous positive effect on regional revenue. P-value was 0,000. This means shows that the p-value is smaller than a predetermined level of 5%. In t test, it was concluded that the Levies Revenue partially positive effect on regional revenue. Garuda Mesin Agri is one of the agricultural equipment distribution companies. The fact that the level of sales of agricultural equipment from competitors who can seize market share and increased agricultural sector growth to support the performance and productivity of the company which will ultimately require agricultural equipment in case of damage, the researchers chose PT. Garuda Agri Machine as the object of research. This study aims at to testing and analyzing the effect of communication and commitment on employees’ performance. The research method used by researchers is a quantitative approach. The type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection methods used are interviews, distribution of questionnaires, and documentation studies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regressions, coefficient of determination, simultaneous testing (F-test), and partial testing (T-test). The population used is all employees, amounting to 75 and the total sample used is as many as 75 employees. The research findings show that: 1) communication partially had a significant positive effect on employees’ performance. 2) Commitment partially has a significant positive effect on employees’ performance at PT. Garuda Mesin Agri. 3) Simultaneous testing of independent variables communication (X1) and commitment (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on performance (Y) at PT. Garuda Mesin Agri with a coefficient of determination of 32.1%.

Daria Dharma Pratama Air Berau Estate). The population of this study were 40 employees of PT. Daria Dharma Pratama Air BerauEstate. The sampling technique of this study was saturated sampling where all the population was 40 employees. The data collection method was a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques of this research used multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing.The results of the study known that the compensation variable has a significant effect toward the performance of Employees at the Estate Office of PT. Daria Dharma Pratama Air Berau estate. It is seen from a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05. Motivation is influential because a significant value of 0.002 is smaller than 0.05. The coefficient of determination of R square is 0.698. This means that the Employees’ performance of the Estate Office is 69.8% by the independent variable namely compensation and motivation. While 100-69.8%= 30.2%) are influenced by other causative factors not examined in this study. Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, and Employee Performance.

Prohibition of consuming food which is prohibited encourages every Muslim to be more selective in choosing products to be consumed. Halal labels can be a benchmark for choosing products before making a purchase in accordance with Islamic syari'ah which is protected by consumer protection laws. Halal labels for Muslim consumers are a guarantee of being protected from consuming non-halal food, medicine and cosmetics. For producers, halal labels can provide benefits, namely increasing competitiveness, consumer confidence, turnover of production and sales. This research was conducted using descriptive quantitative method, using data collection through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Determination of the number of samples used in this study was determined by the Probability Sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling. This aims to determine the effect of Halal Label on the sale of Roti Rachmat in Bungursari District Purwakarta and to find out how much influence the Halal Label has on the company's sales turnover. The results of this study indicate that the halal label has a significant effect on the sale of Rachmat Bread. This can be seen from the results of the regression test, namely the value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.542 from the correlation value / relationship (R) 0.743. So that the independent variable (halal label) gives effect to the dependent variable (Sales) of 54.2%, the remaining 43.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine the influence of the place, price, people on the interest of visiting again at the tourist attraction of Pasir Putih Beach Parbaba Samosir. The population in this study as many as 17,182 tourists and using random sampling in sampling technique as much as 100 in the attractions of White Sands Beach Parbaba Samosir. Data collection technique in this research is done by spreading the questionnaire (questionnaire) which measurement with likert scale and processed statistically using multiple regression analysis and testing of t test hypothesis, f test, and coefficient of determination that previously data have been tested using validity test, test realibility, and the classical assumption test. Data processing using SPSS 22.0 for windows. From the results of validity test obtained rhitung> rtabel for each question item and reliability test questionnaire obtained alpha cronbach each variable that is 0.786 for the variable X1, 0.779 for the variable X2, 0.667 for the variable X3 and 0.455 for variable Y. This value is greater from the significant level of rtabel is 0,306. Data analysis of each variable is obtained by multiple regression equation Y = 1,301 + 0,042X1 + 0,049X2 + 0,136X3 + e. Obtained R2 equal to 0,193, which means X1, X2 and X3 explain influence to variable Y equal to 19,3% while the rest explained variable outside tourist object. Partial test produced by each independent variable has an effect on dependent variable with the research significance is smaller than 0.1.           The conclusion in this study is the location, price, actors of tourism positih influence on the interest of visiting again at the Object of White Sands Beach ParbabaSamosir Keywords: Place, Price, People, Visitor Interest

Penelitian ini ingin menguji dan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepuasan kerja (X) dan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dimana populasinya adalah sebagian karyawan Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Bangkalan dan  dalam  penelitian  ini sejumlah 32 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling jenuh, yaitu teknik sampling yang tidak memberikan peluang bagi seluruh anggota populasi dimana penetuan sampel pada sebagian anggota populasi. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket atau kuesioner. Teknik Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji statistik melalui uji T, koefisien determinasi (R2) dan regresi linier sederhana.     Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan Uji T menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari pada t-tabel (2.063 ? 1,694) dan nilai  signifikan lebih  kecil dari 0.05  (0.0478  ?  0.05). Sedangkan   hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0.124 ini berati kontribusi variabel independen (kepuasan kerja) mempengaruhi variabel dependen (kinerja karyawan) sebesar 1,24%  sedangkan sisanya sebesar 98.76% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian. This study examines how the influence of job satisfaction (X) and on the performance of employees (Y) Pawnshop Syariah, Bangkalan Branch. The total population in this study were 32 employees. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique, which is a sampling technique that does not provide opportunities for all members of the population. So, the determination of the sample on some members of the research population. The method of data collection is done with a questionnaire or questionnaire. The analysis technique used is statistical test through T test, coefficient of determination (R2) and simple linear regression. Based on the results of the research with the T test, it shows that the job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value greater than t-table (2.063 ? 1.694) and a significant value less than 0.05 (0.0478 ? 0.05). While the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.124 means that the contribution of the independent variable (job satisfaction) affects the dependent variable (employee performance) by 1.24% while the remaining 98.76% is influenced by other variables outside the research model.

Determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique to sample as many as 100 people. Technique of collecting data in this study use questionnaires. Technical of analyzing used multiple linear regression, F test, t test, the coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis showed the quality of service, corporate image and the location, simultaneously and partially have positive effect and significant impact on customer satisfaction in TASPEN (Persero) company of Surakarta.

This research aims to analyze how much influences the economic growth, inflation and unemployment poverty the province West Sumatra.  Economic growth, inflation and employment panel data were collected from thr Central Statistics Agency in 2014 – 2018 with saturated sampling technique. Multiple regression equation obtained from this study Y = 179,02 -  0.087 X1 – 0,033X2 + 0,006X3 +  e with a coefficient of determination of 0.949 and a correlation coefficient of 0.866 and adjusted R square 0,549 . After testing the hypothesis turns out the hypothesis is accepted where economic growth and inflation significant negative effect on poverty  and unemployment has no significant positive effect on poverty.
