Garuda Mesin Agri is one of the agricultural equipment distribution companies. The fact that the level of sales of agricultural equipment from competitors who can seize market share and increased agricultural sector growth to support the performance and productivity of the company which will ultimately require agricultural equipment in case of damage, the researchers chose PT. Garuda Agri Machine as the object of research. This study aims at to testing and analyzing the effect of communication and commitment on employees’ performance. The research method used by researchers is a quantitative approach. The type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection methods used are interviews, distribution of questionnaires, and documentation studies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regressions, coefficient of determination, simultaneous testing (F-test), and partial testing (T-test). The population used is all employees, amounting to 75 and the total sample used is as many as 75 employees. The research findings show that: 1) communication partially had a significant positive effect on employees’ performance. 2) Commitment partially has a significant positive effect on employees’ performance at PT. Garuda Mesin Agri. 3) Simultaneous testing of independent variables communication (X1) and commitment (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on performance (Y) at PT. Garuda Mesin Agri with a coefficient of determination of 32.1%.

Zakat becomes part of the obligations of Muslims who must be paid and given to those who are entitled to receive zakat. The distribution of zakat which is intended for the recipient and the amount of zakat is often not recorded accurately. There is a discrepancy between the amount of zakat and the number of recipients of zakat. Then a new breakthrough is needed through the implementation of toral quality management and the application of good governance so that it is expected that all incoming zakat and the number of recipients of zakat can be recorded. This study aims to examine the effect of the implementation of total quality management and the role of good governance on muzakki trust (a study at the Amil Zakat Institute in Batam City). The population in this study is the number of residents of the city of Batam in 2017 amounted to 1,062,250 inhabitants. Determination of the sample using the formula Hair, et al (2010) so that the total sample is 100 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS 23. The results of the study can be concluded that the implementation of total quality management has a significant positive effect on muzakki trust, the application of good governance has a significant negative effect on muzakki trust and the implementation of total quality management and the application of good governance simultaneously has a significant positive effect on muzakki trust.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Transparency, Community Participation, and Accountability on Village Fund Management (DD) in Ponorogoregency. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with the type of data, namely primary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The study was conducted on villages in Pulung and Ngebel Subdistricts, this is because the two sub-districts were not on time in submitting the Realization Report on the Use of DD in the 2017 Budget year to Ponorogoregency DPMD. The population of this study is the Village Chief, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, Kasi Development, Kasi Community Empowerment, and Chairman of the BPD. The sampling method used was saturated sampling. Based on the population and the sample determination method obtained 156 respondents. Effects of Transparency, Community Participation, and Accountability on DD Management in Ponorogoregency using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination. Test the quality of the data used is the test of validity and reliability. Furthermore, hypothesis testing using t and F test. The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis, namely transparency, has a significant positive effect on DD management in Ponorogoregency. The second hypothesis of community participation has a significant positive effect on DD management in Ponorogoregency. The third hypothesis of accountability has a significant positive effect on DD management in Ponorogo.Regency. The fourth hypothesis obtained results that transparency, community participation, and accountability had a significant positive effect on DD management in Ponorogo.This was supported by the results of the recapitulation of respondents' answers and real conditions in the field. Kata kunci :   Transparansi, Partisipasi Masyarakat, Akuntabilitas, Pengelolaan   Dana Desa.

Abstract: This study aims to study the effect of entrepreneurship education, work environment, and self-efficacy on student interest in entrepreneurship. This research was conducted on students of the Faculty of Economics, Hindu University of Indonesia in 2016 who were taking entrepreneurship courses totaling 270 students. The number of samples is determined based on the Slovin formula with an error of 10%. Based on these calculations, a total sample of 79 students was obtained. Determining students who become samples is done randomly. Data collection is done by conducting interviews directly with respondents, based on a pre-arranged questionnaire. The collected data is then tabulated, then processed using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of the hypothesis testing show that entrepreneurship education and family environments have a significant positive effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, self-efficacy shows positive results but does not significantly influence the interests of students to become entrepreneurs.Keywords: entrepreneurship education, family environment, self-efficacy, entrepreneurial interest  Pengaruh Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Efikasi Diri terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Berwirausaha Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, lingkungan kerja, dan efikasi diri terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Hindu Indonesia angkatan tahun 2016 yang sedang mengambil mata kuliah kewirausahaan berjumlah 270 mahasiswa. Jumlah sampel penelitian ditentukan berdasarkan rumus Slovin dengan error 10%. Berdasarkan perhitungan tersebut diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 79 mahasiswa. Penentuan mahasiswa yang menjadi sampel penelitian dilakukan secara acak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara langsung kepada responden, berdasar pada kuesioner yang telah dipersiapkan. Data yang telah terkumpul selanjutnya dilakukan tabulasi, kemudian diolah dengan mempergunakan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan pendidikan kewirausahaan dan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha. Sedangkan, efikasi diri menunjukkan hasil yang positif, tetapi tidak signifikan berpengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan kewirausahaan, Lingkungan keluarga, Efikasi diri, Minat berwirausaha

The purpose of this study was to determine and prove the effect of the independent variables, namely competence, reward and career development, on the dependent variable, namely the performance of Lecturer STIE Trisna Negara simultaneously and partially. The methodology of this research uses quantitative descriptive. The research was conducted at STIE Trisna Negara, Belitang with a population of 55 and a total sample of 45 respondents. The sampling method uses saturated samples. Measurement in the questionnaire uses a Likert scale. The data analysis method used in this research is instrument test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing (multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination) with the help of SPSS version 24 program. The results of this study indicate that the competency variable, Rewards and career development have a positive effect simultaneously on the lecturer performance of STIE Trisna Negara, Belitang. Competence partially has a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, rewards and career development partially do not affect the performance of STIE Trisna Negara lecturers. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and price on customer buying interest at PT. Sumber Cipta Multiniaga South Jakarta Branch. The method uses explanatory research and hypothesis testing with survey techniques, by distributing questionnaires using a saturated sampling technique of 100 respondents. The analytical tool used is descriptive and verification analysis or inverential with the test instruments and classical assumptions. The statistical analysis uses multiple regression tests, correlation coefficient values, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the study are promotion and a significant positive effect with a correlation of 0.576 and determination of 33.2%. Hypothesis testing obtained ρ value 0,000 <0.05. Price has a positive and significant effect on customer buying interest, with a correlation value of 0.645 and a determination of 41.6%. Hypothesis testing obtained ρ value 0,000 <0.05. Promotion and price simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer buying interest with a correlation value of 0.695 and a determination of 48.3% while the remaining 53.1% is influenced by other factors not examined. AbstarctTo support the strategic objectives and facing the challenges of a constantly evolving organization, it needs employees with high performance. If the performance of employees increased the effectiveness and productivity of the company will increase as well. Competence and training are factors that lead to employee performance improvement. Competency can help organizations create a culture of high performance. While, the training that has been developed through phases planned and programmed process will have a direct impact on employee performance. This study aims to analyze how strong the influence of competence and training to employees performance of PT Adaro Energy Tbk, either partially or simultaneously. The research method used was survey with the design of associative research. Research hypothesis had been tested using multiple linear regression. From the research results proved the competence contributed significantly strong positive effect on performance. However, training gave weakly significant positive effect on performance. Simultaneously, competence and training had a  dominant significant positive effect on employee performance, which is showed by a coefficient of determination of 73.6%.

Performance is the result of work given by employees to the company in fulfilling its duties and responsibilities. On the performance of employees at PT. Central Proteina Prima Tbk decreased employee performance in the past 1 year. The decline in performance is allegedly due to not being able to achieve the expected sales targets. Competence is an ability possessed by employees based on knowledge and experience in carrying out work. The problem of competence in employees who work do not have education in accordance with the position. Discipline is the willingness of employees to apply company regulations in carrying out the work of the company. Regulatory violations that still occur regularly show discipline that has not been good from employees in meeting the regulations made by the company. Job satisfaction is the result of expectations obtained by employees after carrying out work in the company. Employees who are not comfortable working tend to resign from the company. Total population of 186 people, a sample of 127 people and 30 people were taken for testing the validity and reliability. Theories used to support research are human resource management theories relating to competence, discipline, job satisfaction and performance. The research method used is a quantitative approach to the type of quantitative descriptive research. Methods of data collection by interview, distribution of questionnaires and study of documentation. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination and simultaneous testing (F-Test) with value and partially (t-Test). The results showed that competency, discipline and job satisfaction simultaneously and partially had a significant positive effect on employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Atmosphere, Facilities, and Word of Mouth on the Interest of the Guests' Stay at Padjadjaran Suites Resort and Convention Hotel Bogor Nirwana Residence. To answer the purpose of the study used multiple regression tests which include simultaneous and partial tests as well as the coefficient of determination test. Determination of the number of samples carried out by the Roscoe technique of 100 guests and then determined as respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the atmosphere partially influences the interest in staying guests in hotels, facilities partially influences the interest in staying guests in hotels, and Word of Mouth partially influences the interest in staying guests in hotels, as well as from the results of simultaneous testing or F tests obtained the results of Atmosphere, Facilities and Word of Mouth have a positive effect on Interest in Stay. Whereas in the multiple regression table the Atmosphere variable 0.282 states a score of 0.282, the Facility variable 0.365 states a score of 0.365 and in the Word of Mouth variable 0.663 states a score of 0.663 and an R square value of 0.544 is obtained, which means the dependent variable is influenced by the independent variable of 54, 4% while the remaining 45.6 is influenced by other variables not examined   Keywords : atmosphere, facilities, word of mouth, attitude, stay interest

This research aims to analyze how much influences the economic growth, inflation and unemployment poverty the province West Sumatra.  Economic growth, inflation and employment panel data were collected from thr Central Statistics Agency in 2014 – 2018 with saturated sampling technique. Multiple regression equation obtained from this study Y = 179,02 -  0.087 X1 – 0,033X2 + 0,006X3 +  e with a coefficient of determination of 0.949 and a correlation coefficient of 0.866 and adjusted R square 0,549 . After testing the hypothesis turns out the hypothesis is accepted where economic growth and inflation significant negative effect on poverty  and unemployment has no significant positive effect on poverty.
