This study aims to determine the influence of the place, price, people on the interest of visiting again at the tourist attraction of Pasir Putih Beach Parbaba Samosir. The population in this study as many as 17,182 tourists and using random sampling in sampling technique as much as 100 in the attractions of White Sands Beach Parbaba Samosir. Data collection technique in this research is done by spreading the questionnaire (questionnaire) which measurement with likert scale and processed statistically using multiple regression analysis and testing of t test hypothesis, f test, and coefficient of determination that previously data have been tested using validity test, test realibility, and the classical assumption test. Data processing using SPSS 22.0 for windows. From the results of validity test obtained rhitung> rtabel for each question item and reliability test questionnaire obtained alpha cronbach each variable that is 0.786 for the variable X1, 0.779 for the variable X2, 0.667 for the variable X3 and 0.455 for variable Y. This value is greater from the significant level of rtabel is 0,306. Data analysis of each variable is obtained by multiple regression equation Y = 1,301 + 0,042X1 + 0,049X2 + 0,136X3 + e. Obtained R2 equal to 0,193, which means X1, X2 and X3 explain influence to variable Y equal to 19,3% while the rest explained variable outside tourist object. Partial test produced by each independent variable has an effect on dependent variable with the research significance is smaller than 0.1.           The conclusion in this study is the location, price, actors of tourism positih influence on the interest of visiting again at the Object of White Sands Beach ParbabaSamosir Keywords: Place, Price, People, Visitor Interest

<p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p>This study aims to determine the influence of talent management and knowledge management on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa. The population in this study as many as 522 employees, and a sample of 84 people using stratification sample technique. Data collection technique used is through questionnaire (measurement) with the likert scale and processed statistically using multiple regression analysis and testing of t test hypothesis, f test, and determinant coefficient.</p><p>From the data analysis of each variable obtained by multiple regression equation Y = 5,612 + 0,469 X1 + 0,598 X<sub>2</sub> + e. Obtained R2 of 0.756, which means X<sub>1</sub> and X<sub>2</sub> explain the effect on the variable Y of 75.6% while the rest described other variables outside the study. The partial test of each independent variable has an effect on the dependent variable with the research significance is smaller than 0.1 so the hypothesis is accepted, and the result of simultaneous test calculation is 125.217 with ftable 2.37 which means Fcount&gt; Ftable with level of significant (α) 0.000 &lt;0.1, which means that the accepted hypothesis of talent management and knowledge management together have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa.</p><p align="center"><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh <em>talent management</em> dan <em>knowledge management</em> terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 522 orang karyawan, dan sampel sebanyak 84 orang menggunakan teknik sampel stratifikasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui angket (kuesioner) yang pengukurannya dengan skala likert dan diolah secara statistik menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan pengujian hipotesis uji t, uji f, dan koefisien determinan.</p>Dari analisis data masing-masing variabel diperoleh persamaan regresi berganda <strong>Y = 5,612 + 0,469 X<sub>1</sub> + 0,598 X<sub>2</sub> + e. </strong>Diperoleh R<sup>2</sup> sebesar 0,756, yang berarti X<sub>1</sub> dan X<sub>2</sub> menjelaskan pengaruh terhadap variabel Y sebesar 75,6% sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan variabel lain diluar penelitian. Uji parsial yang dihasilkan masing-masing variabel bebas berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat dengan signifikansi penelitian lebih kecil dari 0,1 sehingga hipotesis diterima, serta hasil perhitungan uji simultan sebesar 125,217 dengan ftabel 2,37 yang artinya F<sub>hitung</sub> &gt; F<sub>tabel</sub> dengan <em>level of significant</em> (α) 0,000 &lt; 0,1, yang artinya hipotesis diterima yaitu <em>talent management</em> dan <em>knowledge management</em> secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Atmosphere, Facilities, and Word of Mouth on the Interest of the Guests' Stay at Padjadjaran Suites Resort and Convention Hotel Bogor Nirwana Residence. To answer the purpose of the study used multiple regression tests which include simultaneous and partial tests as well as the coefficient of determination test. Determination of the number of samples carried out by the Roscoe technique of 100 guests and then determined as respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the atmosphere partially influences the interest in staying guests in hotels, facilities partially influences the interest in staying guests in hotels, and Word of Mouth partially influences the interest in staying guests in hotels, as well as from the results of simultaneous testing or F tests obtained the results of Atmosphere, Facilities and Word of Mouth have a positive effect on Interest in Stay. Whereas in the multiple regression table the Atmosphere variable 0.282 states a score of 0.282, the Facility variable 0.365 states a score of 0.365 and in the Word of Mouth variable 0.663 states a score of 0.663 and an R square value of 0.544 is obtained, which means the dependent variable is influenced by the independent variable of 54, 4% while the remaining 45.6 is influenced by other variables not examined   Keywords : atmosphere, facilities, word of mouth, attitude, stay interest

This study aims to determine the effect of debt to asset ratio and debt to equity ratio on return on assets in hotel, restaurant and tourism sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period, either partially or simultaneously. This research is a quantitative research. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling with a sample of 16 companies from a population of 35 sub-sector companies including hotel, restaurant and tourism listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis techniques used in this study included descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests, partial correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Additionally, multiple regression equation in this study was ROA= 0.308 + 0.154DAR – 0.038DER. The results of this study indicated that debt to asset ratio partially had a positive and significant effect on return on assets. It was indicated by β value of 0.154 and significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. In addition, the results also found that debt to equity ratio had a negative effect on return on assets, in which β value was -0.038 and significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Debt to asset ratio and debt to equity ratio simultaneously have a significant effect on return on assets, indicated by a significance level of 0.000 <0.05.

This study aims to analyze the value of the density of marine debris, perceptions and participation in Temberan beach and Pasir Padi beach, as well as determine the relationship of perception and participation to the density of marine debris. This research is a type of research that is descriptive with a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative). The study was conducted at Temberan beach in Bangka Regency and Pasir Pasir Beach Pangkal Pinang in October 2019. The sampling technique used was random sampling and purposive sampling. The data collection technique was carried out using observation technique namely sampling and questionnaire. The validity test uses the Pearson Product Moment formula and the reliability test uses the Cronbach’s Alpha formula. The results showed that the density of debris in the Temberan beach was more dominant at 10.92 pieces/meter2, while at Temberan beach 3 pieces/meter2. The results of perception and participation are different, with the Temberan beach occupying more complex waste problems. The relationship of perception and participation in the density of marine debris have a relationship that affects each other.

Funds can be obtained from company owners or from outside parties. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial leverage, operating leverage and current ratio on profitability at PT. Manunggal Persada Jakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive with an associative approach, the sampling technique used is proportional random sampling using the census or saturated sampling method with a sample of 7 years of financial statements. The analysis tool uses classical assumption testing, regression testing, determination coefficient testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the study concluded that the regression coefficient value of Financial leverage of 0.005 was positive with a contribution of 19.3%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance value of 0.324> 0.05. Regression coefficient value of Operating leverage of 0.001 is positive with a contribution of 16.5%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance value of 0.368> 0.05. Current coefficient regression value of 0.158 is positive with a contribution of 31.9%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance value of 0.187> 0.05. Obtained a regression equation Y = 0.110 + 0.009X1 + 0.001X2 + 0.177X3, the regression coefficient value of each positive independent variable with a correlation of 0.927 and a coefficient of determination of 85.8% while the remaining 14.2% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained by calculating Fcount> Ftable or (6.064> 4.120). Thus simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between financial leverage, operating leverage and current ratio to rentability.

This study aimed to examine the causal relationship between budget emphasis, self-esteem and budget participation by using primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondent. The population was the OPD Regency of Kebumen with a purposive sampling as a sampling technique. From 75 questionnaires that have been distributed, 70 questionnaires have been received and only 43 questionnaires that could be processed. This studied used multiple regression analysis methods. The study showed that based on the t-test:  budget emphasis and self-esteem have a positive and significant effect on budgetary slack, while budget participation does not affect budgetary slack. The coefficient of determination (R²) showed 29,5%, that was mean 29,5% variable of budgetary slack influenced by variables budget emphasis, self-esteem, and budget participation but 70,5% explained by other variables which not exist in this research

This research aims to determine the relationship between balanced and the ability to dribble, the relationship between eye-foot coordination and the ability to dribble, and the relationship between balanced and eye-foot coordination on the ability todribble in futsal game Karsa Utama Putri Wajo’s club. The research was correlational research, with the independent variable was balanced and eye-foot coordination, while the dependent variable was the ability to dribble. The population of theresearch was Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club players and the sampling technique used was total sampling technique with the total sample was 25 players. The analysis technique used was descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis. The results showed that 1)There was a significant relationship between balanced and the ability to dribble in Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club players with a correlation value (r) = 0,738. 2) There was asignificant relationship between eye-foot coordination on the ability to dribble in Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club players with a correlation value (r) = 0,553. 3) There was asignificant relationship between balanced and eye-foot coordination on the ability to dribble in Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club player swith a correlation value (r)=0.823,and a coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.677 or equal to 67,7%. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between balanced and coordination of the ankle son the ability to dribble in futsal game of Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club.

Abstract   The research method which is used is post experimental with one group pre test post test design. The research sample is 20 students class VIII SMP JALAN JAWA Surabaya which is taken by purposive sampling technique. Data collection technique uses measuring scale which had been done validity test and realiability test alpha cronbach. Validity test of measuring scale study anxiety is between 0,531-0,945, while reliability test alpha cronbach is 0,682. Pretest data and posttest are analyzed by using SPSS for windows version 22 by technique T test statistic parametric after had been done normality assumption test and homogeneities variant. Based on the analysis result, can be concluded that “there is positive influence significantly of using strategy self-management in group counseling to study anxiety of students class VIII SMP JALAN JAWA Surabaya”.   Keyword: Self Management, Group Counseling, Anxiety

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence related to the influence of Indonesian Muamalat bank profitability. Characteristics of the influence of wadi'ah demand deposits, wadi’ah savings and mudharabah savings. This study uses secondary data with quarterly financial data population of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia from 2011 to 2018. The sampling technique uses quarterly financial data of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia has 32 data. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the wadi'ah giro variable partially had a significant effect on profit / ROA. Show that t count is 2,356 ≥ t table is 1,699 while the value of Sig. t 0.026 ≤ Sig.α 0.05. Wadi'ah savings variable partially has a significant effect on profit / ROA. Shows that t count is - 3,135 ≤ t table is 1,699 while Sig. 0.004 ≤ α 0.05. Mudharabah savings variable partially has a significant effect on profit / ROA. Shows that t arithmetic of - 0.334 ≤ t table of 1.699 while the value of Sig. α 0.741 ≥ 0.05, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. The results showed that multiple regression analysis obtained the coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.412 or equal to 41.2%. This means that Wadi'ah Giro, Wadi'ah Savings and Mudharabah Savings jointly affect bank profitability.

More and more manufacturers are involved in meeting the needs and desires of customers, causing each company to set orientation to customer satisfaction as the main goal. There is a tendency that customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction can be influenced by the quality of services provided by the company. This research was conducted at the Timor Megah Hotel Kota SoE, TTS Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality that can be measured by several dimensions, including: tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and empathy on customer satisfaction Timor Megah Hotel. The independent variable (X) of this study is the dimension of service quality consisting of tangibles (X1), responsiveness (X2), reliability (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5). While the dependent variable (Y) of this study is customer satisfaction. The sampling technique used is the Accidental Sampling technique, with a total sample of 99 people with the criteria of having stayed more than twice and staying period for 4 years (2015-2018). Data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires and literature study. After the data is collected, the data is then analyzed using descriptive techniques and multiple linear regression. From the analysis it is known that tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance and empathy simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. From the results of the analysis can also be made mathematical equations: Y = 3,568 + 0,150X1 + 0,245X2 + 0,209X3 + 0,192X4 + 0,362X5. The coefficient of determination obtained shows that 87.2% of the level of customer satisfaction is influenced by tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance and empathy.   Keywords: Tangibles, Responsiveness, Reliability, Assurance, Empathy and Customer Satisfaction.
