This aticle deals with problems of distance learning in the national universities. The basic pedagogical problems of distance learning. Dedicated pedagogical problems that arise in the implementationof information and communication technologies in the educational process and the organization of pedagogical training system. A number of tasks are presented that require immediate solutions to optimize the use of information and communication technologies in the education system, both in a single educational organization and in the education system as a whole. Some options for solving the problems of distance education are proposed. The necessity of creating an institute of tutoring, as well as the main differences between the teacher of the traditional educational process and the tutor are considered.

The article deals with the dynamic development of information and communication technologies and their impact on the education system, as well as the importance of forming an information culture of students through the use of information technologies in biology lessons. For biological science, which is constantly updated and updated information base, the use of information technologies in the educational process is becoming more rational and acceptable. In particular, the use of a virtual laboratory, an online microscope, multimedia information systems and various animations in biology classes makes the lesson interesting and useful. The article describes the essence of continuity in the formation of a stochastic culture of students in the conditions of distance learning. The author’s definition of the concept “continuity in the formation of stochastic culture of students of a general education school in the conditions of distance learning” is given. There are the basic conditions of a teacher’s possession of the highest level of stochastic culture, due to which the formation of an integral personal quality, which is a generalized indicator of stochastic competence, takes place in schoolchildren. Modern information and communication technologies used in a series of developed distance classes in statistics, combinatorics and probability theory for grade 11 students are proposed. These ICT contribute to the successive formation of elements of stochastic culture in the conditions of distance learning. The article emphasizes that the use of ICT in teaching stochastics is an effective methodological tool, through which significant results can be achieved in the educational process.

Introduction. The article presents the materials of a pilot study conducted during the rapid forced transition of educational organizations in the Russian Federation to the implementation of educational activities in a remote (distant) format.The aim of study is a hygienic assessment of the use of information and communication technologies and features of the lifestyle of teachers during the organization of distance learning.Materials and methods. A comparative analysis of the survey data was conducted (a questionnaire developed by teachers of the Department of hygiene of the faculty of Pediatrics of the Pirogov Russian State Medical University, the teachers of general education institutions, secondary and higher professional education on the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the process of training in traditional and remote format, the issues of subjective evaluation by teachers of the impact of modern gadgets and time of their use on their health, as well as analyze the level of competence of teachers in matters of students’ health preservation and conservation of his health. A total of 1,452 teachers were interviewed, the main share being women (about 80%) living in various cities of Russia.Results. School teachers and university teachers in general adequately assess the risk of behavioral factors of irrational use of electronic devices (ED) on the state of health. However, there is a group of teachers who “underestimate the risk of exposure” (about 20%), and their number increased in March-April 2020, i.e. during the transition to remote training. Online training has an impact on the state of the body of both the student and the teacher.Comparative analysis showed that in the period of distance learning has increased the amount of used power plant; several times increased screen time; increased burden on the state of the visual analyzer, musculoskeletal system; has changed the way of life of teachers, significantly increased neuro-emotional voltage.The obtained data confirm the feasibility of further research in this direction, the need to normalize the work of teachers in the new conditions of remote work in an online format in order to preserve their health.Conclusions. The transfer of the educational process to a remote format contributes to a significant increase in the load on individual functional systems of the teacher’s body, which negatively affects the state of his health.

The article deals with the value orientations, attitudes, life views of modern students - representatives of Generation “Z”, for whom digital technologies are an everyday reality. The experience of working with students during class and independent work is given. The article describes the process of training future specialists under the program "Professional education", its features, conditions for implementation, aspects of further development, as well as some of the difficulties that arise during its organization. The focus of the department on how to create a new architecture of the educational process within the program "Professional education" is set by the leading principles: modularity, integrability, flexibility and dynamism, and methodological approaches - competence, activity-based, subject-oriented, environmental – were the basis for its development. As a result the authors presented a model for training a modern specialist with formed professional skills and personal and professional qualities, capable of being in demand in the labor market. The research results can be used in the educational process in the context of how to implement relevant programs in accordance with the new requirements in the educational services market. The rapid technologization of the socio-economic development of our society was reflected in the system of vocational education, designed to prepare highly qualified and competent specialists for the modern economy, science and industry. The transformation of the educational sphere is taking place under the influence of new technologies and human practices that change the social order. The determined infrastructural spheres have the greatest impact on this transformation, we are talking about "Communication Infrastructure": the sphere of information and communication technologies that affect all processes of accumulation and transmission of information; "Infrastructure of production and consumption": a financial and investment sphere, which sets the general rules for interaction in the economic and educational system. The above said made it possible to determine the further vector of educational activities of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Vocational Education in training the specialists in "Professional Education" field both at the bachelor and master degrees.

This article discusses the problems of ever-increasing demands on the organization and quality of the educational process on the part of society. Today there are new opportunities for the comprehensive development of students of the XXI century, new, more effective information and communication technologies (ICT), in particular cloud- oriented learning environments (COLE), are developing rapidly. The problems of the development of theoretical and methodological foundations for designing a cloud-oriented educational environment of the university and the justification of the structural scheme of its interaction with the methodological center of the ministry based on the use of cloud technologies are analyzed. It is necessary to introduce such models of the learning environment, which will allow to fully satisfy the demands of teaching staff on the organization and conduct of classes of a new type, the activation of educational activities of students, the formation of digital competence and the comprehensive development of personality. Such opportunities are provided by the use of a cloud-based educational environment of the university.
