The article deals with the dynamic development of information and communication technologies and their impact on the education system, as well as the importance of forming an information culture of students through the use of information technologies in biology lessons. For biological science, which is constantly updated and updated information base, the use of information technologies in the educational process is becoming more rational and acceptable. In particular, the use of a virtual laboratory, an online microscope, multimedia information systems and various animations in biology classes makes the lesson interesting and useful. Thus, with the help of systematic informatization, students can be helped to study in an open education system, toform a system of thinking and independence.This article contributes to the formation of information culture in the process of teaching and training students through information and communication technologies using new information systems in biology lessons and contributes to a more detailed understanding of the problem of Informatization of education.

The article contains the analysis of the the significance of the information and creative environment for the professional-creative self-realization of a specialist in musical art. It has been emphasized that the implementation of information and communication technologies in the process of preparing future specialists in the field of music art in the system of continuous artistic education is one of the important factors in enriching their professional and personal experience. The purpose of informatization of the permanent system of artistic education is to increase the efficiency of learning through the information enlargement and the improvement of its methods of application, as well as the focus on the use of information technology in the educational process of higher education and professional activities. It is noted that the reorientation of modern artistic education from discrete to permanent requires the development and experimental testing of new forms of didactic interaction with musical and pedagogical workers, aimed at creating a positive motivation of specialists in musical art until the acquisition and improvement of informational competencies, continuous improvement of professional and personal experience and professional skill based on self-education activities. It is proved that expediency and efficiency of information technologies in art education are closely connected with the notion of information culture. The essential component of the information culture of a music teacher is the ability to use information and communication technologies effectively both in the musical and educational process and in the process of self-education and self-improvement. Particular attention is drawn to the fact that the creation of an innovative information and creative educational environment in a higher educational establishment depends largely on an innovative climate, the characteristics of which are often crucial for the realization of innovative goals.

Use of means related to information and communication technologies (ICT) in continuous education system promotes a training of future informatics teacher owning skills of ICT means use in his professional activity, capable to make effective decisions in dynamically changing working conditions. In connection with this it is possible to predict that in continuous education more and more important part will be assigned to self-training and selfeducation. Furthermore, in continuous education system formation an important role is played by formation of corresponding information and communication educational environment (ICEE). In this aspect the problem of future informatics teacher training to professional activity in the new ICEE is considered in the paper.

Informational support of educational process is based on increase of effectiveness and quality of all levels of educational process achieving the goals of developing training with the use of new information technologies and directing training of individual. In the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «About Education»: «The main task of educational system – to create the conditions of education directed to the formation of individual and professional development on the basis of national and civil values and practice achievements, to set new educational technologies, informational support of the educational process, to go out into the world international communicative network», – were written. Thereby there are some tasks in front of teachers, not only give the knowledge to the students, but also to develop a many-sided, free, creative and competitive individual. One of our main goals is the development of new innovative technologies in the development of education and science. In this regard, the introduction of more information technology, new teaching methods is becoming one of the most pressing issues. This aticle deals with problems of distance learning in the national universities. The basic pedagogical problems of distance learning. Dedicated pedagogical problems that arise in the implementationof information and communication technologies in the educational process and the organization of pedagogical training system. A number of tasks are presented that require immediate solutions to optimize the use of information and communication technologies in the education system, both in a single educational organization and in the education system as a whole. Some options for solving the problems of distance education are proposed. As reflexões visam contribuir no gerenciamento de tecnologias da informação e comunicação em bibliotecas. Apresenta conceitos e características sobre gestão de processos nas organizações com a finalidade de proporcionar uma visão da importância dos processos, do gerenciamento de processos, da gestão da informação, dos serviços e dos produtos de informação em bibliotecas. Considera os serviços e produtos de informação gerenciados por meio de novas tecnologias da informação e comunicação. Busca-se enfatizar a melhoria da qualidade contínua direcionando os esforços centrados nos usuários. As conclusões apontam para respeitar as diversidades no momento de implementar técnicas e métodos da gestão por processos nas organizações e questionamentos sobre os impactos das inovações tecnológicas na Sociedade do Conhecimento. Abstract The reflections contribute in the management of communication and information technologies at libraries. Presents concepts and characteristics of the management processes in organizations, with the purpose of give a view of the importance of processes, processes management, information management, information services and products at libraries. It considers information services and products managed by the use of new information and communication technologies to emphasize quality improvement centered in the users needs. The article considers the role and importance of information technology in the field of educationalservices and innovative teaching methods. Cybernation of the world, which began in the middle of the 20th century, encompassed all spheres of the life of society, becoming an essential component of the environment. Electronic technologies are used in various industries and services, including education. The implementation of the idea of e-education has contributed to the change in educational technologies, the dominant component of which are information and communication technologies. The research problem lies in the need to disclose modern information and communication technologies as an actual resource for educational activities. The purpose of the research is to substantiate the effectiveness of the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process. The research methods are analysis, synthesis, generalization, description. The basic research method is a pedagogical experiment. The research results: the concept of "information and communication technologies" has been considered, their tools have been described; the advantages of using information and communication technologies in educational activities in the direction of training 44.03.02 Psychology and Pedagogy of primary education have been disclosed; the efficiency has been substantiated and the possibilities of using informatization means in the educational process on the basis of the branch of FSBEI HE "Adyghe State University" in the city of Belorechensk have been determined; examples of the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process in the disciplines "Modern information technologies", "Information and communication technologies in education" have been given; the results of experimental work have been presented, that confirm the increase in the efficiency of the quality of knowledge. Key conclusions: information and communication technologies include the integration of methodological techniques, technological processes, software and hardware that interact with each other in the process of using information for a specific purpose, determined by the interests of its consumers; the advantages of information and communication technologies in educational activities are the expansion of the possibilities of the educational process, the development of positive educational motivation and interest of students, an increase in the quality of knowledge, etc.

The authors emphasize that the reform of the education system leads to changes in the technological and technical nature in the educational process. Information and communication technologies are now actively used in education, which, according to the authors, contribute to the design of a high-quality information educational space for higher education and the creation of the information culture of actors in the educational process. Based on the analysis, the authors revealed that in the communication space of the educational organization, circulate both external flows external relations with social groups that are outside the educational organization, and internal ones connected with the organization staff and students. External flows are built at the organizational and managerial level and based on media communications. Internal information and communication flows in the educational process are carried out through the introduction of electronic document management, corporate mail, student assessment through a remote system, and the use of onlinelearning.
