Business Model Analysis and Canvas Business Model Established By The Bali Petro Jaya Company During Covid-19. The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact not only in the health sector but also in the economic sector, one of which is tourism. With the limitation of community activities, the decrease in tourist visits to Bali has forced various businesses that rely on the tourism sector to close their business activities. Bali Petro Jaya, as a gas distributor for hotels and restaurants, also felt the impact. However, these companies were able to survive with the strategies they made in accordance with the existing situation. Therefore, this study aims to determine what strategies Bali Petro Jaya used during Covid-19 using the Canvas Business Model. This study used a qualitative descriptive method using semi-structured interview techniques. The result of Canvas Business Model, The company changed its business field from being originally an LPG Gas Agent with a target of hotel and restaurant consumers to become a rice distributor and selling food online to several grocery stores, rice shops, and also traditional markets after a decline in LPG sales and seeing what consumers need during the Covid-19 pandemic namely selling rice and food online. The strategy of coming directly to targeted consumers is very effective in getting new customers. This is because consumers can see examples of goods carried by the company and can also negotiate prices directly. Indonesia reported the first case of Covid-19 on March 2, 2020. Data as of March 31, 2020 showed that there were 1.528 confirmed cases and 136 deaths. The Covid-19 death rate in Indonesia is 8.9%, the highest in Southeast Asia. After confirming the first case, the Government of Indonesia took various countermeasures to reduce the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in various sectors. Not only the health sector but also the economic sector has suffered no less serious impacts due to this pandemic. At the family level, the small and middle levels of society become weak and decline, this is due to restrictions on community activities. Due to these conditions, it is necessary to make efforts that we must do to be able to restore the economic condition of the family by utilizing the potential that exists around it. This service was carried out at the Women Farmers Group called ‘Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Maju Bersama’  Pelempat, Meninting Village, West Lombok District, West Nusa Tenggara Province. The method used in this activity is implemented in 4 (four) activity stages, namely 1) Preparation, 2) Socialization, 3) Activity Implementation, and 4) Monitoring and Evaluation. The results of the activity showed that members of  Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Maju Bersama have understood the technique of developing oyster mushroom cultivation and have high motivation to become entrepreneurs through cultivating oyster mushrooms as well as making it to increase people's income in the New Normal Era of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Introduction. This study aims to analyze the business model canvas by the Library of Stikom Surabaya by using nine elements. They are customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, dan cost structure.Data Collection Method. The study used qualitative descriptive perspective to examine factual information and emerging practices in the field.Results and Discussions. Students, staff and community should be able to leverage the library services. The value offered was technology-based services and visitor convenience. Channels provided were the library website, email, social media. Customer relationships were built through personal assistance and self service. The key resources were human, technology and facilities. The key activities were learning commons. The key partnerships were internal and external partners. Conclusions. The Library is committed to realising its vision as a superior information center by providing a complete and fast information and communication channel in accordance with technological developments and customer needs.

Introduction: COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown has brought a serious impact on physical and mental health.Objective: The purpose of the present study was to estimate the impact of the first lockdown in Greece, on both quality of life and anxiety levels in different occupational groups.Methods: A cross-sectional on- line survey was conducted from 20th of April to 4th of May 2020. A 24-item anonymous questionnaire was administered to collect basic demographic and socioeconomic data. The 5-item WHO Well-Being Index (WHO-5, 0-100%, cut-off 52%) and the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Assessment (GAD-7) tools were used to assess well-being and anxiety, respectively. Statistical analysis was performed with SPSS for Windows v.24.0 Statistical Package.Results: A total of 575 participated in the study, 62.8% females, 48.5% aged between 40 to 59 years. 32.5% were employed in education sector, 32.5% in health sector and 20.3% as season workers in tourism sector. Males showed slightly higher levels of wellbeing (52.1 vs. 47.3, p=0.023) and lower levels of anxiety (7.1 vs. 8.2, p=0.023) compared to females. Factors associated with higher wellbeing and lower anxiety were higher education and income level, optimism, taking less protection measures, and being seasonal worker. Furthermore, participants with comorbidities and symptoms like headache, musculoskeletal pain, as well as feeling depressed or stressed revealed lower wellbeing and higher anxiety scores.Conclusion: Our study revealed an overall poor wellbeing and mild to moderate levels of anxiety during the lockdown. Actions should be taken to address and to prevent its serious impact on mental health.

The research study focuses on the impact of Covid-19 on Tourism in Nepal and looks into the challenges to face in the path of recovery and to bring to light the lessons learned from COVID 19. It is qualitative in nature including both primary and secondary sources. 50 respondents were chosen as samples. The results showed that, there was drastic impact on tourism sector affecting national economy, It has brought to light various challenges to be faced in path of recovery and the greatest lesson learnt is that the government should develop its health sector and the people should always be strong and prepared to face any disaster or pandemics at all times. Solutions are provided in form of recommendations.

Tourism is a very reliable sector in this globalization era. Indonesia is one country that relies heavily on the tourism sector. Bali is one of the provinces in Indonesia. Over time, Bali tourism continues to grow even better. This development can be seen from the development that has been carried out in Bali, such as infrastructure development. One of the infrastructures that has been created is Jalan Toi Bali Mandara I Gusti Ngurah Rai, located in Badung Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the construction of the Bali Mandara Toll Road on tourist activities in the Kampoeng Kepan Ecotourism attraction in Tuban Bali. The type of data in this study uses qualitative data. And data sources in this study are primary data sources and qualitative data sources. Data collection in this study uses observation techniques, interviews and documentation For the determination of informants through puposive sampling Data analysis techniques used are qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques The results in this study are the impacts caused in the construction of the Bali Mandara toll road on tourist activities that have an impact very good, a lot of new innovations that can be used as tourist activities, then after the construction is finished tourism activities can run well and normal, the construction of toll roads is very supportive to attract tourists in tourism activities The construction of the Bali Mandara Toll Road has a good impact on tourism activities in Kampoeng Crab Ecotouris. The existence of online community in the field of tourism through social media constructs the new form of developing and operating tourism sector. Social media is used for means of spreading information, communication and promotion. Promoting tourism potential can be carried out easily by these online community. one example of online community in the field of tourism is wisata grobogan community. the objective of this research is to describe the use of instagram done by wisata grobogan community in promoting potential of areas tourism.This research applies qualitative descriptive method. The object of the research is the account of @wisatagrobogan whis is used to promote the potential of areas tourism. Data is collected using semi-structured interview technique.Data analysis method used in this research uses triangulation. The results showed that in the promotion of the tourism potential of the area may go well and smoothly through the four stages, namely the presence of communicators, messaging, media and communicant. And the use of social media Instagram provides many benefits and advantages for Grobogan travel community in promoting the tourism potential of the area. Some of these benefits, among others, can easily disseminate travel information, and can attract the attention of other users more widely supported also by the use of features that are owned Instagram.

This study aims to determine the stereotype Melayu Malas on Ethnic Malay associated with the term "kojo saibu tak kojo mangatus kojo tak kojo saibu mangatus" for the effect on the work ethic, and community perceptions of the negative stigma on Ethnic Malays, as well as the impact of stereotypes. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, using data collection techniques with non participation observation and interviews, the researchers not directly involved with community activities but only observe and conduct a question and answer. Based on the research method is the verdict that stereotype Malay lazy aimed at the Malay community in the Village Nenassiam is the result of past experiences of ethnic groups that serve as self image to the Malays that gives effect to the work ethic masyarakatanya, where it has become the benchmark for welfare is considered to have a relaxed work ethic and want delish without life planning ahead so that the results obtained are also modest. The views of the public like two sides of a coin, on one hand the people refused regarded as Malays lazy but the other communities is also confirmed that the Malays are lazy, while the impact of stereotypes Malay lazy affects three things: social relations, ethnic conflicts, identity ethnicity.

The tourism sector has a lot of impact on the economy of Badung Regency, especially in the Province of Bali even though, the ongoing activities of exclusive beach borders that are used for public spaces cannot yet be tolerated.As for the scope of the research, there are exclusive activities carried out by tourism entrepreneurs in the area of ??the beach that are used for exclusive activities, such as: tourist activities, community activities, activities of businesses in the field of tourism, viewpoints of tourists, viewpoints of people who live in villages. Seminyak customary, along with the regency-Badung regulations regarding exclusive activities on the coastline at DTW Double-Six Beach. techniques in collecting data in this study include observation, interviews, literature studies, and also documentation. The purposive sampling method is the technique of determining the informants used. The technique used in the cultivation of the report is a qualitative descriptive analysis. Exclusive activities at Sempadan Pantai carried out by tourism entrepreneurs include: K-Resto, Blue9Beach, The Sand Beach Bar&Grill, Capil Beach Grill&Bar, D’Joglo Beach Bar&Restaurant, The-Camplung Bar&Restaurant, La-Plancha, Bali Juice-Park, Taris-Bali, dan Chiringuito Bar-Grill- Restaurant. This exclusive activity also gives effect to the people who live around the Smeinyak Indigenous Village community, among others in terms of language, how to dress, building a business place, music flow, food and drink, and so forth. This article describes the implementation model of sustainability reporting in village-owned enterprise (VOE) and small and medium enterprises (SMEs), especially in Indonesia. This research design is a qualitative descriptive study and literature research. This research was conducted at the village-owned enterprise and some small and medium enterprise in Tajun village, Buleleng, Bali. The process of this research is divided into initial research, data collection, create the sustainability reporting model, and the implementation of the sustainability reporting model. The methods of collected data are semi-structured interview, observation, and document analysis. Sustainability reporting model in village-owned enterprise and small and medium enterprises based on GRI G4 standard. There are five stages on sustainability reporting model for VOE and SMEs. The five stages are prepare stage, connect stage, define stage, monitoring stage, and reporting stage. Sustainability reporting on VOE and SMEs increases transparency towards stakeholders and improves the optimization of business process. This result indicated that VOE and SMEs can more contribute than other related business in sustainability context. The impact of this research can help more VOE and SMEs reach and build their sustainability in their business activities.

In this study, the impact of business model innovation on the sustainability of tourism activities will be discussed in detail. The methodology of the paper will be literature review based on previous investigation in the domain of business model innovation and the critical evaluation of the findings. The manuscript will start with brief information regarding to previous findings in the existing literature, then the relationship between business model innovation and sustainability of tourism activities will be investigated with a specific focus on rapidly changing dynamics of world and therefore the transformative aspects of business strategies will be the main objective of the study. Next, the manuscript will suggest a model where the effect of business model innovation is modeled in a mathematical form, pertaining to several variables including technological development, total revenues, and the degree of environmental degradation. Finally, the manuscript will conclude that the innovation-based nature of tourism sector requires firms to constantly innovate their business models so that they can arrange themselves according to necessities of rapidly changing business environment, in order to preserve their competitiveness and maintain their business activities to keep making profit.
