One type of psalm is Lament. Psalms of Lament sung with weeping, weeping driven by the psalmist's sorrow. David wrote many psalms where one of them is lamentation in Psalm 12. In this article the psalmist experienced a change of mood (feeling) from lamenting, joyful hope then again lamenting. The research in this paper used a qualitative approach to library research methods. Literature research requires a study of related literature to guide researchers to achieve the research objectives of the data taken based on selected books. While the interpretation to find the meaning of the text of the Research Team uses the method of Reading the Bible (BGA). The methods of BGA are simple but practice interpretation that was designed initially for Christian quiet times. After Psalm 12 interpreted, the Research Team founded that the psalmist was still lamenting over the situation around him. Even though the psalmist experienced joy because God will save, but the wicked are still there and rottenness still arises among the sons of men. Because God works not based on the presence or absence of the wicked and rottenness among the children of men.

This study tries to unravel the problems of street children related to character building, especially in the aspects of personal and social skills. So we need a model of character education that is considered suitable to be implemented in street children. This study uses a qualitative approach with library research methods. The results of this study conclude that, Among the character education models that can be implemented on street children are problem-based learning models, emphasizing more on the application of problem solving methods or problem solving which by John Dewey consists of six learning steps as follows: 1) formulating problems; 2) analyze the problem; 3) formulate hypotheses; 4) collect data; 5) hypothesis testing; and 6) formulate problem solving recommendations.

The Difference

As a guide to human life, the Qur'an has served many wise stories about the ancients so that we can make i'tibar in everyday life. One interesting story to study is the story of Ashab al-Sabt. The mufassir, both classical and contemporary mufassir, have their own interpretation in interpreting the story of Ashab al-Sabt contained in the Qur'an, even in interpreting the form of adzab in the story cendrung give rise to a polemic of prolonged interpretation. This research will describe the interpretation of Ibn Kathir and Wahbah al-Zuhaili on the story of Ashab al-Sabt and the similarities and differences between the interpretation of Ibn Kathir and Wahbah al-Zuhaili about Ashab al-Sabt. The approach used is qualitative approach with the type of literature research (library research). As for the results of this study, Ibn Kathir and Wahbah al-Zuhaili interpreted the story of Ashab al-Sabt as the story of the ancient people who lived on the outsized sea of Qazlum (red sea) of Ailah city who violated God's command not to catch fish on Saturday. Second, there is an equal interpretation between the two is that the form of God's curse on Ashab al-Sabt who committed violations in the form of physical curses that is the change of physical form into apes and the two mufassir agreed that in response to the agreement made, Ashab al-Sabt divided into three groups, namely: groups that commit violations, groups that prohibit violations and groups that are silent. The difference in interpretation between the two is that the interpretation of Wahbah al-Zuhaili is ahkam interpretation, this is seen when he interprets the story from the perspective of Fiqh al-Hayah wa al-Ahkam, that the story of Ashab al-Sabt part of the assertion of sadd dzara'i and the obligations of charity ma'ruf and nahi munkar.

The increase in the population in Indonesia experiencing mental disorders is getting sharper. In Islam, more worship will promote good mental health. This research uses library research methods. Based on the results of literature research shows that someone who always performs prayer can overcome the problems of life that are being experienced so tends to have good mental health. The implementation of worship in the context of Islam such as the implementation of prayers, remembrance, reading the Qur'an, and other worship, can be a way to get mental health.

Abstract. This study aimed to discuss the Semiotics in the Quran, foccused in: 1) the concept of semiotic significance in the study of the Quran; 2) the history of the application of semiotics on scripture; 3) the characteristics of the Qurani’s semiotics.  This research is a literature research (library research), that is the research conducted research of various literature related to the problem under study. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Semiotic approach in the Quran contains a meaning that is an attempt to study and interpret the Quran with the workings and functions of signs in the text of the Quran as the orientation of the study; 2) Saint Augustinus is the first founder of the sign system in the study of the Bible; 3) the characteristics of semiotics in the Quran contains the concept of ma'rifah and nakirah, the addition of letters has implications for the change of meaning; one word has many meanings. The implication of this research is that a Muslim, especially Muslim academic, is always eager to learn the Quran. Because the success of a Muslim in expressing semiotics in the Quran have a positive impact for success in the world and in the afterlife. Keywords: Semiotic of significance, structure analysis, dan Quran Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang semiotika dalam Alquran, yang difokuskan pada  1) konsep semiotik signifikansi dalam studi Alquran; 2) sejarah penerapan semiotika pada kitab suci; 3) dan karakteristik semiotika  Alquran. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kepustakaan (library research), yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan melalui riset berbagai literatur yang berkaitan dengan  masalah yang  diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pendekatan semiotika dalam Alquran mengandung arti sebagai upaya mengkaji dan menafsirkan Alquran dengan cara kerja dan fungsi tanda-tanda dalam teks Alquran sebagai orientasi kajiannya; 2) Saint Augustinus adalah peletak pertama dasar sistem tanda dalam mengkaji al-Kitab; 3) karakteristik semiotika  dalam Alquran di antaranya; memiliki konsep ma’rifah dan nakirah, penambahan huruf berimplikasi pada perubahan makna; satu kata memiliki banyak makna. Implikasi dari penelitian ini,  yaitu hendaknya seorang muslim terutama akademisi muslim senantiasa bersemangat untuk mempelajari Alquran. Karena keberhasilan seorang muslim dalam mengungkapkan semiotika dalam Alquran, bisa berdampak positif untuk keberhasilan di dunia maupun di akhirat. Kata kunci: Semotika signifikasi, Analisis Stukktur, dan Alquran

The objectives of this paper are to identify the conflicts revolving around the main characters in The Notebook, to describe and to explain how the main characters are able to deal with the conflicts in The Notebook. Conflict as a concept can explain many aspects of social life such as social disagreement, conflict of interests and fight between individuals, groups or organization. Conflict in literature refers to the different drives of the characters or forces involved. Conflict may be internal or external. This paper uses descriptive qualitative and library research methods as the topic deals with social matter, that is conflict, in a novel. Social matter is in the realm of descriptive qualitative approach so this method deserves to be applied.  The results show that there are four kinds of conflicts: man against man, man against society, man against nature, and man against self and the main cause of the conflicts is love and with love the conflicts are resolved by the main characters.

'Iddah is a common problem, but when faced with special conditions such as women who commit adultery, it becomes a complicated problem and differences of opinion arise among scholars. The scholars differ in their opinion in determining whether or not there is an 'iddah for pregnant women due to adultery. The author discusses three problems. First, how are the provisions of Islamic law to determine the 'iddah for adulterers, Second, how according to the provisions of positive law to determine the 'iddah for adulterers, Third, the arguments and methods used in fiqh to determine the 'iddah for adulterers. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach, with the type of literature research (library research). The results of the study found that the provisions of Islamic law on 'iddah for pregnant women due to adultery are that there are two opinions according to the scholars that the Shafi'i and Hanafi schools do not require 'iddah, and are allowed to marry the woman, because interfering in the form of adultery does not cause nasab relations. then it is not forbidden to marry this woman. The Maliki and Hanbali schools oblige the woman to perform her iddah, if she is pregnant then her iddah is until she gives birth, and if there is no visible pregnancy, her iddah is three times holy. Second, the positive legal provisions on 'iddah for pregnant women because of adultery also do not explain specifically about 'iddah for pregnant women due to adultery. Both in Law Number 1 of 1974 and in Government Regulation Number 9 of 1975. Third, the arguments and methods used in fiqh to determine the 'iddah for pregnant women due to adultery are according to the Shafi'i school using the provisions of QS.An -Nisa verse 24 and the hadith of the Prophet from Aisha, ra. According to the Hanafi school, it is based on the hadith of the Prophet. According to the Maliki school of thought, it comes from the words of Ibn Mas'ud, and according to the Hanbali school it comes from the QS. An-Nur verse 3.

This study aims are to describe and analyse the important value of Fua Tulu Ceremonial for the Society.  This value produce an efficient ritual accompaniment, starting from congregation guilding in Sesawi Oekamusa curch as a part of Mnelalete citizens. The method were used is qualitative approach in which be described. This study applies the development of qualitative research methods and library research. Collecting data is done by interview, observation and theoretical review. The result and discussion of this paper describe and analyze the important social values in this ritual for the community. This exploration can be an effective accompaniment model to improving the communities self confidence, not only of their own personality strength, but also of their environment potency, utilize the togetherness trait of congregation. It is valuable for such positive behavioral, from pessimistic and hopeless sensivity to optimistic and hopefull personal. The curch and also other kind of partnership be recommended to use Fua Tulu accompaniment.  The advance of Fua Tulu as pastoral support could be the strengthness of the curch to addresse the agriculture matters and also to prevent other problems. The author recommends to other researcher to complement this kind of ritual accompaniment.

ABSTRAK Perempuan yang bersyukur saat ini menjadi sebuah situasi yang sulit dilakukan oleh wanita dalam hidupnya. Kaum wanita hedonis  karena tidak hanya merugikan secara rohani, namun juga karakter dan kepribadian individu. Oleh sebab itu penerapan perempuan bersyukur menurut Alkitab sangat penting bagi wanita yang hedonis dan tidak bersyukur dengan melalui pemahaman Firman Tuhan yang benar, mengetahui hakikatnya sebagai umat Allah. Firman Tuhan merupakan kebenaran yang akan menuntun orang percaya untuk serupa dengan Kristus Yesus. Kaum wanita hedonis yang tidak bersyukur telah terjadi di berbagai kalangan. Ini merupakan situasi yang memprihatikan, penurunan kualitas secara rohani, dan moral tentunya akan berpengaruh terhadap gereja. Berangkat dari problematika tersebut, jelas bahwa wanita hedonis sangat membahayakan. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif-theologis dalam skripsi ini penulis memberikan implementasi bagi kaum wanita hedonis, sehingga hasil studi ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi kaum wanita dalam meningkatkan kualitas rohaninya.   ABSTRACT Today a grateful woman is a situation that is difficult for women to do in her life. Women are hedonistic because they are detrimental not only spiritually, but also individual character and personality. Therefore, the application of women who are grateful according to the Bible is very important for women who are hedonistic and ungrateful by understanding the true Word of God, knowing their essence as God's people. God's Word is the truth that will lead believers to be like Christ Jesus. Hedonist women who are not grateful have occurred in various circles. This is a situation of concern, spiritual and moral deterioration will certainly affect the church. Departing from these problems, it is clear that hedonistic women are very dangerous. With a qualitative approach and descriptive-theological methods in this thesis, the authors provide an implementation for hedonic women, so that the results of this studycan be a reference for women in improving their spiritual quality.The second abstract is written in English. The Cost

Regulation of the financial services authority (OJK) No. 31/POJK.05/2016 on Venture had arranged that the financial services agency on the basis of the law of pledge is in coaching and supervision OJK. Yet the existence of laws – invitation to Governing Enterprise pawn shops causing business activities conducted by the above parties are not yet regulated. The condition is feared could cause harm to the consumer society. The purpose of this research is to know the procedures, mechanisms, protection of goods and guarantee the consumer on an informal pledge financing, methods of determination of the cost of maintenance of the goods and the goods of the execution mechanism of the pledge as well as protection for the collateral items are viewed from the side of the consumer by looking at laws-invitations and Sharia. To find out whether the pledge have gotten permission from OJK. This research uses qualitative research methods with the study of library research, field data and simulations. The approach used in this study is the empirical juridical approach. Elaboration upon the results is discussed further in this article.
