This research was conducted by purposed to gained knowledge regarding process of implementing the work programs which carried out by PT. Telkom, especially at Network Division of Central Jakarta area around these days. while Analyze these work program system and create WEB-based work program to monitoring system according to company requirements and regulations. PT. Telkom, especially Network Division of Central Jakarta area, which engaged in telecommunications and has the main duty as operation and maintenance of equipment that owned by PT. Telkom, especially Network Division at Central Jakarta area, so it could keep the assets owned by company always operating normally. According to research that carried out by employees itself, there are so many problems in creating work programs cause it was still manual, Assistant Manager of Network Area were difficulty to monitoring the development of work programs and report the results aswell it was because there has no integration in one application system, Analysis and this pattern of information system by object-oriented methods with UML notations. With web-based work program monitoring information system, it was expected that it could be a solution to sort of problems that faced in process of implementing work programs.

UNUJA has a faculty where each faculty has a work program. Until now, the Faculties and Work Units still have difficulties in monitoring the report benchmarks in achieving targets when doing work. So that the leadership or the Dean has difficulty in monitoring the results of the completion of the work program. From the existing problems, the researcher took a theme about "Monitoring Information System of Faculty Work Program at Nurul Jadid University, Case Study of the Faculty of Engineering based on Android". The method used by the researcher is the waterfall method. In the process, the steps taken are completed one by one first then proceed to the next stage. The purpose of this study is to produce an android-based work program monitoring application to facilitate the monitoring of work program targets and can be accessed online.

Currently this technology has had a major influence on the way of life and lifestyle so that it has spread to all domains, including credit applications that have made major changes to digital forms. Applications for credit at the Tanah Laut people's credit bank are still done manually starting from the credit application process, processing data and files, to preparing reports. This causes the credit application process to be ineffective and takes a long time, so that it can negatively affect customer satisfaction. This credit application system was developed on a web basis using a codeigniter framework, with the waterfall development method. This system can apply for credit online, helps make it easier to make decisions in determining the receipt of credit applications, helps in making monthly reports.

Fixed  assets  are  one  important  element in  financial  statements.  Handling  of fixed  assets  that  are  not appropriate or not in accordance with PSAP 07 will have an effect on financial reporting. Improper handling of fixed assets due to still practicing a manual system, which allows for various problems in financial reporting. This study aims to design an information system for recording fixed assets to assist village officials in recording assets and for reporting fixed assets. The system designed in this research is Web-based, using PHP as a programming language. This study uses a case study method, data collection techniques in research conducted interviews, observations, and literature studies conducted directly with the village apparatus. This research resulted in an application system that facilitates future village apparatuses

The development of services has developed into the internet media, to make it easier for customers and employees in managing a job. In the problem of Lucky Photo, which covers services including printing, sales, stock of goods, purchases, and reports are not effective properly. The researcher aims to develop a service system entitled Service Information Systems at Lucky Photo. By building a web-based application, a waterfall method is needed to become a benchmark for the creation of a service information system, so the results will be obtained on a web-based application system to demand progress in a company, including services that become easier, easier customer service in conduct transactions, generate reports, and process customer data. So it can be concluded that with the construction of a new Service Information System it will be easier to make transactions, make it easier for customers, create reports, and process customer data that is embedded in the Mysql database which will become a well-systemized report.


South Pringsewu is the name of a village located in Pringsewu district. This village has the main potential, namely agriculture and industry. To develop its potential it needs to be updated from the system that has been used in empowering the potential of the village manually and not yet using the information system even in the form of a website. The purpose of this research was to select South Pringsewu Village that has the potential of villages that need to be empowered using information technology. Information Technology is needed to facilitate the access, management and empowerment of village potentials, so that it is expected to be able to improve the progress and quality of South Pringsewu Village. The author conducted the research by observation, interview, and literature study methods and built web-based applications through the stages of planning, system analysis, system design and design, and system implementation using the PHP programming language

Technology is increasingly sophisticated with over time competition in the business world such as E-Commerce has a positive impact on entrepreneurs to advance their companies, namely by creating online websites so that offerings and sales are easy among the public. By accessing the website page of PT. Daya Berkah Sentosa Nusantara buyers do not have to come directly to the place or company, and send offers according to admin needs.The purpose of this study is to make it easier for researchers to solve supply and sales problems based on problems that arise in the company. The method used in this study is the Waterfall Method, with data collection techniques used using observation, interviews and literature study. The desired result of this research is to be able to create a website for the company, to be able to expand marketing reach, buyers can view products through the website.

This information system is used as a solution that can help to meet the requirements of the couples. The research methods are data collection, analysis and design. Data collection method implemented by surveys including interviews with 58 clients, 15 vendors, and 12 WO (Wedding Organizer) and by literature study that includes books and journal related. Object oriented is used as the method for system analysis and design. The result is a web based information system that connects vendors and clients in one online place. The web based application can be used to book the reception hall, catering food for guests, entertainments, bridal, car loan, prewed and receptions photos. The benefits of the web based applications are user can costumize or choose the packages, check the price information and get reports related to Wedding Organizer Order Management business process. The results of the qualitative interviews to 58 clients who already used the applications is the client get shorter time compare to clients who manage their own wedding reception.

Management and management of data is one of the most important things for neighbor administrators, so data and information related to the notulency, attendance, financial and assets must be accessed quickly and precisely. RT 07 Hamlet Manggung is the government line that is closest to the Community. Currently the recording of data for Notulency, attendance, family cards and assets is still Manual and has not used any technology that improves effectiveness in data management pillars Neighbors. This system is built using Unified Software Development development method process (USDP), with the Unified Modelling Language (UML) modelling. In the inception phase all RT management data related to system requirements, elaboration phase is done to expand management system concept that already formed in phase inception, phase contruction done making management system, and in the transition phase is done to expand the system. Management. This maturation needs to be done to analyse whether the information system that has been made according to user needs. Then the system is built with the language PHP programming and MySQL databases using the Laravel framework, once it is done test system using alpha test and beta test.

Geographic Information System (GIS) is a system designed to work with spatially coordinated data or geographical coordinates. Based on West Sumatra Police Traffic data, there are 48 points of accident-prone areas in West Sumatra. This leads to the need for an accident-prone SIG in West Sumatera that is web-based to describe the map of vulnerable area locations along with the required information. Disaster information system appli-cations using this web using JavaScript and PHP programming language, and using MySql database and Google Maps Fire. The method used in this research is the method used by using. (UML) with stages consisting of system, system analysis, system design, and system implementation. The end result of this research is the creation of web-based GIS application that can present accident-prone location information in West Sumatra online and can be accessed easily.
