The Impact

The focus of this paper is to investigate the impact of information systems and blockchain technology on organizational learning effectiveness. Data was collected from the information system faculty and administrative staff of two different universities in Pakistan and a qualitative approach was used to achieve the objectives of the study. The paper discovered why and how faculty and administrators show resistance or exert influences or assist information system and blockchain initiatives in organizational learning effectiveness and sustainability. A qualitative approach was used in the study to comprehend the recurring phenomenon. The research finding demands the support of the senior faculty members, administrators, and most importantly, the leadership, in the design, orientation, and implementation of information systems and blockchain for organizational learning effectiveness.

The Impact

The development and progress of IT-based information technology is very rapidly developing and has a very important role. Information systems are a necessity for agencies to utilize information as a basis for data administration and processing. To meet these needs, the agency conducts activities related to computer-based information systems as a tool to increase employee creativity. This system is designed to handle the transaction of escort and payment salary calculations and can guarantee validiity, complete authorization, classification of assessments, timeliness of each payroll transaction. In the Middle School Nusantara Wisata Respati Middle School still uses a manual payroll system, which is Microsoft Excel, so that people who are not authorized to enter and view data and can change the impact will disrupt the activity in processing salary data. For this reason, it is necessary to design a Java-based payroll information system at the Respati Archipelago Tourism Middle School.

Abstract - Developments in information technology, especially information systems have brought convenience that promises a work efficiency. For example geographic information system is a tool with a computer system that is used to map conditions and events that occur on the face of the earth is a system that is helpful in providing and presenting information needed by users. The development especially in the aspect of environmental needs in order to overcome or reduce the impact of disasters in the Sumatran region, and by improving the performance of the BPBD, it is necessary to have a GIS-based information system that can show BPBD disaster points that already exist in North Sumatra. With the existence of map information, especially in the web system, it is expected to provide fast and accurate information, especially knowing the exact location of the disaster. thus facilitating the work of officers in providing disaster information at the head office. Keywords - Geographic Information Systems, Mapping, Web.

Social distancing policy is applied during the Covid-19 virus pandemic including in Batik Professional Certification Institution in Indonesia. The management should provide services for the participants without meeting them directly. This study aims to reveal the management of Batik competence tests during the Covid-19 virus pandemic. The observation focused on the performance of the administrative staff, assessors, and management staff of the Batik Professional Certification Institutions (PCI). This is a qualitative study. The data were collected through questionnaires distributed to the participants, assessors, and administrators. The research concerns on the role and impact of the use of information system management in the interaction between prospective assessment, participants, assessors, and management of PCI in the professional certification competency test (PCCT). The findings showed that the use of information systems to manage vocational assessment has been effective to inform the assessment schedule to the assessor and participant, bridging the assessment reports, and reminding license expiration to management, so the management has an efficient way to manage the information with this system automation.

В условиях развития информационного общества (Knowledgeable society - KS) информационные системы стали неотъемлемой частью любой организации, даже самой малой, независимо от реализуемых ими бизнес-процессов. Такие информационные системы принято называть корпоративными информационными системами (КИС), или Corporate Information System (CIS). Особые требования при разработке КИС предъявляются к обеспечению их информационной безопасности, что может быть реализовано путем разработки КИС в защищенном исполнении. Технологии blockchain являются очень перспективными не только при применении их в традиционных сферах - производстве, сервисе, на транспорте, но и для решения проблем безопасности и информационной, в частности. Анализу данной проблемы и подходам к ее решению и посвящена данная статья. At present, in the context of the development of Knowledgeable society, information systems are at now an integral part of any organization, even the smallest, regardless of the business processes they implement. Such information systems are commonly referred to as Corporate Information Systems (CIS). Special requirements for the development of CIS are made to ensure their information security, which can be achieved by developing a protected version of the CIS. Includes data management and data storage management is done simply where data is only stored in an excel. It looks less effective and efficient in the development of technology. This is the implementation of Management Information System is already being adopted by schools, especially in SMP N 1 Talamau. The method used is field research that is qualitative research that is intended to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the researcher, for example perception, behavior, events, actions and so on. This researcher used a qualitative descriptive method, a method that is focused on the problems of the existing problems in the present, then analyzed to obtain data and information. The results of the study suggested that the existing management information systems already meet the standards, both in terms of the student, curriculum, human resources (HR), the facilities and the quality of the user, who is able to manage the activities that exist in the school. The few things that support the implementation of the utilization of management information systems in data management are: 1). human resources, 2). Job Description (division of labor), 3). Means, 4). Special Applications, 5). Library, 6). Learners. As for the impact caused by the existence of a management information system in this study had 4 impact, namely: 1). For headmaster, 2). For the administration, 3). For the teacher, and 4). For learners.

Introduction: Through new and expanding technologies, the development of health information technology in today’s society is indisputable, and the use of this technology has led to the production of various products with a variety of capabilities. One of these products is the Hospital Information System. Regarding the impact of organizational factors on the successful implementation of hospital information systems and the lack of comprehensive criteria for assessing them, the purpose of this study was to determine the criteria of hospital information systems involved in organizational evaluation.Methods: Data sources included the following databases: pubmed, scopus and cochrane library. In addition, other sources were searched for ongoing studies and grey literature. Studies were independently screened for eligibility by 2 reviewers and data extraction was done by 2 people. The language limitations for article wasn’t considered, the reference of the articles that selected, review and related articles were selected. After completing the search, all the articles were entered in to EndNote, and duplicates were deleted. The Prisma protocol was used to report.Results and Dissemination: A specific and precise checklist was being prepared and developed, which is an appropriate guide to assess hospital information system from an organizational dimension in health technology assessment. The results of the study were published in a peer-reviewed journal and presented at relevant conferences. Policy makers and healthcare decision-makers can use these results.

The employee information system is one of the data processing activities at the Aceh Language Hall Office, to get information about employees to be more focused and easy to obtain. In this study, researchers only discussed employee problems and data management mechanisms at the Aceh Language Center Office and designed an employee data collection information system using PHP and MySQL. The research objective was to understand the problems of employees and data management at the Aceh Language Center Office and to create a supporting application about employee information systems using PHP and MySQL. The collection of data needed in writing this report was obtained by two methods, namely literature studies related to literature, library books, and other scientific works, field studies by conducting interviews, and direct observation of objects related to this research. The employee information system is carried out by one of the administrative staff and assisted by 2 (two) employee administration staff to record and input employee data. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the employee information system at the Aceh Language Hall Office has followed the procedure and uses a computer with the PHP and MySQL language programs as the database.

The Impact

The purpose of this paper is to identify the impact and benefits of the latest information technologies on Accounting Information Systems (AIS). Taking into account the numerous papers related to new technologies and their application in the accounting profession within Industry 4.0, and conducted survey about perception of practitioners in Republic of North Macedonia, this paper summarizes the characteristics and key benefits of some of the new technologies for the functioning of AIS in the digital age. First of all, the evolution of AIS is elaborated, based on theoretical and empirical analysis of the accounting process from the appearance of the first AIS up to nowadays’ services and techniques available for supporting the accounting function. The first technology to be elaborated is Big Data and its potential to change the business landscape, especially in the field of automating operation processes, customer engagements, and predictive decision-making process. Secondly, the Blockchain Technology as an example of Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), which adoption brings new possibilities in eliminating or redefining the role of entities external to the company. Cloud Computing i.e. Cloud Accounting is the third technology which is elaborated in this paper through the services it offers on the cloud, especially the way AIS process, store and backup the sensitive and confidential data. Last but not least, Artificial Intelligence (AI), a technology that could change the professional services, the need, and opportunities that are provided for a solution to the current accounting issues. In summary, taking into account the relevant literature and the perception of the respondents-practitioners, increased use of these technologies is necessary because their application reduces costs; increases transparency and confidence in information; flexibility, i.e. no time and space restrictions on their use, etc., which is especially useful in the current state of Pandemic, caused by the virus COVID-19.

Integrated information systems enable governments to provide better services to citizens. With the aid of such systems, citizens and service agents are able to communicate and resolve issues faster and with ease. The present study looks at an integrated information system employed in a government call centre in South India to gauge its value for the government and citizens. A holistic evaluation of the integrated information system was made in order to identify the impact on governance-centric values for citizen services. Analysis of call logs, process flows, citizen feedback and web-presence led to an understanding of aspects that disable better utilization of the integrated information systems for citizen-centric services. The call centre lagged in efficient resource allocation, agent utilization and process flow that are essential for creating value for the government by improving operations and processes. Citizen-centric values that were affected emerged mainly from the inadequateness in service quality and paucity of digital access. Resource utilization, process efficiency, higher participation by citizens through the digital medium and citizen satisfaction were seen as areas that could impact services offered to the citizens positively.
