Many businesses use email as a medium for advertising and they use emails to communicate with their customers. In the email world, the most common issue that remains unresolved even now is spamming or in other terms unsolicited bulk email. Currently, there is no common way to regulate the practices of an email sender. This proposed system is to formulate a protocol common for all the ESPs or inbox providers and a centralized system that will easily find the spammers and block them. By this method, the Email Service Providers (ESPs) or Inbox Providers need not wait for the sender behaviour and then take actions on the sender or sender domain or sender IP address. Instead, they can get the sender history of reputation from blockchain where the ESPs or Inbox Provider provides a score based on the emails they have received from the sender. The ESPs can get the Public Sender Score(S3) from the mobile application or web application which provides the score management user interface and APIs. The email marketers can also monitor their score through the application.

Mlatiharjo is a village in Demak District, Central Java province, it has been well-known as an innovative village because of their various innovations especially in high quality (supreme) seed varieties of fruit and rice. In order to support the production and cultivation of those commodities, information management has been employed but still in simple ways and doesn’t have any information system yet, therefore it often causes mistake in their production estimation. It will impact to their sales service of their commodities toward the buyer, particularly the customer. Another problem is Mlatiharjo’s farmer group does not have  any information exchange medium to interact with other business actors who comes from outside their area, whereas those outsider-business actors will buy their product with a higher price. Mlatiharjo’s IbM Program aims to build an Information System which is able to manage the information of Mlatiharjo’s commodities production, especially in farming production. The method employed for developing the system is Prototyping. Meanwhile, the transfer of technology employs mentoring process for the client of program through conducting focus group discussion, workshop dan training. This Commodity Information System is implemented into two kinds of computer application. Firstly, web application that is used for managing the data center and share it to the public who want to capture the information of the mlatiharjo’s product. Secondly, android based mobile application utilized by the farmer who has become a member of cluster-farming group to input the location area mapping data and progress report of production data and also provide a discussion forum among member of the system. The Web Application is built using PHP and the database used MySQL. Mobile Application is implemented using Java Android. As a result, Tani Mahardika Cluster and KSU Citra Kinaraya – Mlatiharjo have a digital-based system to manage their Commodity in order to encourage and strengthen business-production institution through Commodity Information System

This paper reports a summative evaluation conducted for the educational mobile application called “Qiraat Sab’ah.” The prototype was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) and User Experience (UX) methodologies. The prototype was improved further based on the formative evaluation feedback gathered from students, lecturers, and the public who wish to learn Qiraat through the mobile application. The summative evaluation was focused on the value and usability of the application if it is being used in a real environment. A total of 50 participants were involved in this evaluation. The result shows that most of the participants provide positive feedback on usability. One of the major highlights from the participants is that the application can be used as a supplementary teaching and learning tool for people who wish to learn Qiraat anytime and anywhere. However, further areas of expansion are needed such as including all chapters (surahs) in the Quran and tajweed indicators to the verses before it can be used for real.

<div class="WordSection1"><p>The mobile applications (apps) development has been gaining popularity for the past few years. Some mobile apps have been failing in its popularity because of the unattractive user interface and bad interaction with the apps. This was proven by previous researchers who have stated that the interaction between a user of mobile application and a graphical user interface could lead to some misunderstandings, errors and frustration from an inability to achieve a goal and could lead to failure of the mobile application. Most of the mobile application developers have been facing proper graphical user interface design recently. There is a noticeable lack of studies and research in the area of mobile application design compared to web application user interface (UI) design. Therefore, this research was done to evaluate the different gender on the mobile shopping application using eye-tracking technology. This research had proposed guidelines based on gender for mobile shopping application. These proposed guidelines can be preferred in the designing process of a mobile shopping application as it could provide a better user interaction and would prevent failure in its popularity by providing fast and user friendly interface.</p></div>

Communication on the Internet consisting of a massive number of Autonomous Systems (AS) depends on routing based on Border Gateway Protocol (BGP). Routers generally trust the veracity of information in BGP updates from their neighbors, as with many other routing protocols. However, this trust leaves the whole system vulnerable to multiple attacks, such as BGP hijacking. Several solutions have been proposed to increase the security of BGP routing protocol, most based on centralized Public Key Infrastructure, but their adoption has been relatively slow. Additionally, these solutions are open to attack on this centralized system. Decentralized alternatives utilizing blockchain to validate BGP updates have recently been proposed. The distributed nature of blockchain and its trustless environment increase the overall system security and conform to the distributed character of the BGP. All of the techniques based on blockchain concentrate on inspecting incoming BGP updates only. In this paper, we improve on these by modifying an existing architecture for the management of network devices. The original architecture adopted a private blockchain implementation of HyperLedger. On the other hand, we use the public blockchain Ethereum, more specifically the Ropsten testing environment. Our solution provides a module design for the management of AS border routers. It enables verification of the prefixes even before any router sends BGP updates announcing them. Thus, we eliminate fraudulent BGP origin announcements from the AS deploying our solution. Furthermore, blockchain provides storage options for configurations of edge routers and keeps the irrefutable history of all changes. We can analyze router settings history to detect whether the router advertised incorrect information, when and for how long.

The profound changes within the Albanian society, including Albania, Kosovo and Macedonia, before and after they proclaimed independence (in exception of Albania), with the establishment of the parliamentary system resulted in mass spread social negative consequences such as crime, drugs, prostitution, child beggars on the street etc. As a result of these occurred circumstances emerged a substantial need for changes within the legal system in order to meet and achieve the European standards or behaviors and the need for adoption of many laws imported from abroad, but without actually reading the factual situation of the psycho-economic position of the citizens and the consequences of the peoples’ occupations without proper compensation, as a remedy for the victims of war or peace in these countries. The sad truth is that the perpetrators not only weren’t sanctioned, but these regions remained an untouched haven for further development of criminal activities, be it from the public state officials through property privatization or in the private field. The organized crime groups, almost in all cases, are perceived by the human mind as “Mafia” and it is a fact that this cannot be denied easily. The widely spread term “Mafia” is mostly known around the world to define criminal organizations. The Balkan Peninsula is highly involved in these illegal groups of organized crime whose practice of criminal activities is largely extended through the Balkan countries such as Kosovo, Albania, Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia, Montenegro, etc. Many factors contributed to these strategic countries to be part of these types of activities. In general, some of the countries have been affected more specifically, but in all of the abovementioned countries organized crime has affected all areas of life, leaving a black mark in the history of these states.

The size of the data that is owned by an application today is very influential on the amount of space in the memory needed one of which is a mobile-based application. One mobile application that is widely used by students and the public at this time is the Complete Natural Knowledge Summary (Rangkuman Pengetahuan Alam Lengkap or RPAL) application. The RPAL application requires a large amount of material storage space in the mobile memory after it has been installed, so it can cause this application to be ineffective (slow). Compression of data can be used as a solution to reduce the size of the data so as to minimize the need for space in memory. The levestein algorithm is a compression technique algorithm that can be used to compress material stored in the RPAL application database, so that the database size is small. This study describes how to compress the RPAL application database records, so as to minimize the space needed on memory. Based on tests conducted on 128 characters of data (200 bits), the compression results obtained of 136 bits (17 characters) with a compression ratio is 68% and redundancy is 32%.Keywords: compression, levestein, aplication, RPAL, text, database, mobile

The history of the forests in canton Geneva, having led to these being disconnected from productive functions, provides a symptomatic demonstration that the services provided by the forest eco-system are common goods. Having no hope of financial returns in the near future and faced with increasing social demands, the state has invested in the purchase of forest land, financed projects for forest regeneration and improvement of biological diversity and developed infrastructures for visitors. In doing this the state as a public body takes on the provision of services in the public interest. But the further funding for this and for expenses for the private forests, which must be taken into account, are not secured for the future.
