<p class="0abstract">The use of lights are the command sources in our life, anytime and everywhere. On trending of demands, the alternative sources are important to increase the satisfaction on user requirement. While, saving energy is another  issue to be considered on the light system designation. Therefore, this research provides the details on the implementation of the smart lamp with controlled light system based on Arduino and mobile application usage to save the energy. Smart lamp is a finest way to minimize and preserve light with the remote system in order to monitor and control the brightness of light. This research is created to design the energy saving smart light system via mobile application and devices. It is a minor prototype that is fully automated and controlled by Arduino board. The designation begin with identification of input of LDR sensor, PIR sensor and circuit setting. Next, the integration of hardware and software is implemented for Arduino program, mobile application and the devices. Lastly, the testing process is executed and the data is collected and analysed. The overall system has been experimentally validated with the scenario as setup. Through monitoring and controlling the light in such a way is always accurately matched to the actual need that allows to save on the energy usage and costs, as well as to improve the human comfort and efficiency.</p>

In view of the current situation and problem existing in campus energy usage, corresponding water, electricity, and heat energy saving strategies and implementation schemes are proposed. Then, taking Minzu University of China as the object, the framework of the supervisory platform of campus energy saving is designed, which includes hardware facilities of the front end, communication transmission equipments and data center or energy saving management center. The main function units of the platform are described and analyzed. Compared to existing designing scheme of energy saving supervisory platform, which can only realize one-way sensing, monitoring, and management functions, the proposed designing scheme also has feedback control functions. It can adjust and control building energy supply according to energy consumption usage and truly achieve the purpose of energy saving.

Interference in Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) predominantly affects the performance of the WSN. Energy consumption in WSN is one of the greatest concerns in the current generation. This work presents an approach for interference measurement and interference mitigation in point to point network. The nodes are distributed in the network and interference is measured by grouping the nodes in the region of a specific diameter. Hence this approach is scalable and isextended to large scale WSN. Interference is measured in two stages. In the first stage, interference is overcome by allocating time slots to the node stations in Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) fashion. The node area is split into larger regions and smaller regions. The time slots are allocated to smaller regions in TDMA fashion. A TDMA based time slot allocation algorithm is proposed in this paper to enable reuse of timeslots with minimal interference between smaller regions. In the second stage, the network density and control parameter is introduced to reduce interference in a minor level within smaller node regions. The algorithm issimulated and the system is tested with varying control parameter. The node-level interference and the energy dissipation at nodes are captured by varying the node density of the network. The results indicate that the proposed approach measures the interference and mitigates with minimal energy consumption at nodes and with less overhead transmission.

Custody refers to the physical care and control of a minor whereas guardianship is a wider term and includes rights and duties with respect to the care and control of minor’s person and property, and includes the right to make decisions relating to the minor. The present legal regime relating to guardianship and custody of children is discussed, including the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956, the personal and matrimonial laws, and relevant provisions in the Family Courts Act and Protection of Women against Domestic Violence Act, 2005. The emerging concepts of shared parenting, joint custody, and the interparental child removal or abduction of child is included. There is review and analysis of some major reported judicial decisions. A comparative survey of international laws and trends has been done. Suggestions for law reform in the best interest of the child have been given.

(1) Background: Bioreactors mimic the natural environment of cells and tissues by providing a controlled micro-environment. However, their design is often expensive and complex. Herein, we have introduced the development of a low-cost compression bioreactor which enables the application of different mechanical stimulation regimes to in vitro tissue models and provides the information of applied stress and strain in real-time. (2) Methods: The compression bioreactor is designed using a mini-computer called Raspberry Pi, which is programmed to apply compressive deformation at various strains and frequencies, as well as to measure the force applied to the tissue constructs. Besides this, we have developed a mobile application connected to the bioreactor software to monitor, command, and control experiments via mobile devices. (3) Results: Cell viability results indicate that the newly designed compression bioreactor supports cell cultivation in a sterile environment without any contamination. The developed bioreactor software plots the experimental data of dynamic mechanical loading in a long-term manner, as well as stores them for further data processing. Following in vitro uniaxial compression conditioning of 3D in vitro cartilage models, chondrocyte cell migration was altered positively compared to static cultures. (4) Conclusion: The developed compression bioreactor can support the in vitro tissue model cultivation and monitor the experimental information with a low-cost controlling system and via mobile application. The highly customizable mold inside the cultivation chamber is a significant approach to solve the limited customization capability of the traditional bioreactors. Most importantly, the compression bioreactor prevents operator- and system-dependent variability between experiments by enabling a dynamic culture in a large volume for multiple numbers of in vitro tissue constructs.

AbstractThe recycling of ribosomes at stop codons for use in further rounds of translation is critical for efficient protein synthesis. Removal of the 60S subunit is catalyzed by the ATPase Rli1 (ABCE1) while removal of the 40S is thought to require Tma64 (eIF2D), Tma20 (MCT-1), and Tma22 (DENR). However, it remains unclear how these Tma proteins cause 40S removal and control reinitiation of downstream translation. Here we used a 40S ribosome footprinting strategy to directly observe intermediate steps of ribosome recycling in cells. Deletion of the genes encoding these Tma proteins resulted in broad accumulation of unrecycled 40S subunits at stop codons, directly establishing their role in 40S recycling. Furthermore, the Tma20/Tma22 heterodimer was responsible for a majority of 40S recycling events while Tma64 played a minor role. Introduction of an autism-associated mutation into TMA22 resulted in a loss of 40S recycling activity, linking ribosome recycling and neurological disease.

The broadcasting world is currently undergoing a revolution. The new technologies of cable and, more importantly, satellite broadcasting have brought within reach an enormous potential expansion and diversity in broadcasting. The Broadcasting Act 1990 is the government's response to the challenge, creating a mostly new regulatory framework. Alongside technological advance there has been a growing concern with regulating programme quality, as the creation of the Broadcasting Standards Commission (placed by Pt. V of the Act on a statutory footing) bears witness. A minor, but not insignificant, place in these cross-currents of ferment is occupied by religious broadcasting. This article seeks to place the controls and duties relating to religious broadcasting under the new regime within the context of its history in the UK and to consider the extent to which the new legal and administrative controls achieve an acceptable balance between religious expression and control of standards.

Dies erlaubt die Gestaltung eines energiekostenoptimalen Wertstroms. &nbsp; In the light of the increasing volatility in the German energy sector, companies that are able to constantly reduce and control their energy consumption will gain a competitive advantage. Therefore, the Energy Value Stream Method has been extended by adding further energy flows in building technology as well as aspects of flexible energy usage. This enables the design of a value stream that results in low energy consumption and costs.

Abstract: Traffic signal control frameworks are generally used to monitor and control the progression of cars through the intersection of roads. Moreover, a portable controller device is designed to solve the issue of emergency vehicles stuck in overcrowded roads. The main objective of this paper is to design and implement a suitable algorithm and its simulation for an intelligent traffic signal simulator. The framework created can detect the presence or nonappearance of vehicles within a specific reach by setting appropriate duration for traffic signals to react accordingly. By employing mathematical functions and algorithms to ascertain the suitable timing for the green signal to illuminate, the framework can assist with tackling the issue of traffic congestion. The explanation relies on recent fixed programming time. Keywords: Smart Traffic Light System, Smart City, Traffic Monitoring.
