Vladimir M. Nesterenko

The concept of education using an evolutional-activity approach is presented. This approach resolves the problem of continuous self-development of specialists in their professional activity. The conformity of their evolution to individual and social changing needs is supported by development of skills for reliable generation of a new valuable knowledge in the right time and in the right place of the professional space. This new knowledge becomes a basis for generation of time- and energy-effective engineering solutions, including unique ones. The novelty of the proposed approach comes from the establishment of an axiomatic basis. The core categories of the basis are activity classes. The whole conceptual framework and fundamental laws are represented as consequences of initial axioms and postulates of the basis. This approach allows the higher education pedagogy to overcome the conceptual crisis, which resulted from the variety of existing conceptual frameworks.

This paper discusses the main scientific results of the study associated with the introduction of a new understanding of higher education quality management in pedagogical science related to the digitalization of the educational process at the university. The point is that when a student interacts with other subjects of the educational process, conditions are provided in which the student can realize his or her importance as a subject of the educational process, as a person who models the process of knowing his or her future professional activity, as a future member of the professional community. This allows the student to see the paths of his or her development, to identify key areas in self-organization of activities, in self-development of individual characteristics and personality traits. The implementation of the manage-help scheme, coming to replace the influencing scheme, ensures the participation of the student in building an individual learning path, in the choice of customized forms, methods and technologies of professional training in accordance with individual capabilities, needs and abilities. The research result is the development and scientific justification of the digital quality management system of higher education in the interactive intellectual environment developed by the author. The developed system allows the student to move away from the existing templates and stamps of professional activity, expands his or her opportunities in development (and self-development) and creativity at university.

The organization of the program is considerate and well-planned. It has been stated that in Great Britain future engineering educators should be able to apply innovative and less conventional teaching methodology, namely, via problem-based learning, virtual learning environment, etc. According to the mentioned above, the author has outlined the recommendations to improve engineering teacher education in Ukraine.

The article is devoted to the research of the future psychologists’ readiness to work with children with psychophysical disorders and exist in the conditions of inclusive education, according to the professional and motivational component. The average level of formation of the specified component is appropriate for 50,0%. These investigated persons demonstrate mostly positive, but in some cases an uncertain attitude towards various aspects of the future professional activity; in general, they are focused on self-development. Not all students entering university, are guided by the desire to become a psychologist, just prevailing motivation to obtain higher education. The low level is appropriate for 9,5%. The mostly negative or uncertain attitude towards various aspects of future professional activity and insufficient level of motivation by choosing a profession, its prestige and competitiveness is discovered. It’s determined, that one of the main tasks of the practical psychologists’ professional training should be development of scientific bases of their professionally oriented training to work in the system of inclusive education by eliminating small training courses and by creating integrative trans- and interdisciplinary complexes. Activation of the professional and motivational component should take place by introducing into the curriculum a special course "Fundamentals of Axiology" aimed in the professional formation of the system of principles, norms, canons, ideals that regulate interaction in the inclusive educational environment

Being as it is - the eternal request of the human spirit. Responding to this request, humanity has formed a number of ideological paradigms that acquire new shades according to a certain era in the range between idealism and materialism, given about two and a half thousand years ago. The problem of interpreting the surrounding reality only appears, at first glance, as something of a minority for an ordinary citizen, as the prerogative of the mysterious philosophy inherent in individuals. At the same time, understanding and interpretation of being is the core of personality, since it is an expression of a human's outlook. As you know, the prevailing outlook determines the attitude of man to the world and to himself. He asks a certain direction as self-development of the individual, and its implementation in society. Humanity has won the right to free choice and free affirmation of philosophical paradigms step by step in recent centuries and often in a rigid controversy with Church Christian fundamentalism. Freedom in Christianity is a key characteristic of the theological understanding of man, since it is one of the fundamental components of understanding the image of God in man.
