National Public Policy of Aging and Old Age

The application of the public policy of aging and old age in the city of Bogotá in the last 10 years has forced people over 60 years to regularly undertake activities in which they worked for many years as employees. Other older adults have continued working to meet their basic needs. However, under this reference, the methodology used in the research was a mixed qualitative-quantitative approach because the two are of great importance to deduce whether the national public policy of aging has brought advantages or disadvantages to the development and/or continuity of the business plans being prepared by senior entrepreneurs.

The kuluna phenomenon is a social pathology having many causal factors in multidimensional systems such as the microsystem and the macrosystem. So the changing process requires first the prevention by elaborating a public policy with a multisector impact. But many times reaction is applied instead of preventing to avoid gangsters among young in the city of Kinshasa by the public managers. In this article, we give some prerequisites for the elaboration of a multisector public policy and the praxis, concerning legal authorities and the Christian social workers through the churches and other Christian social organizations which are called to work in the sense of a contextual mission, and deal with spiritually in addition to the psycho-sociological questions. The findings of this research show evidence in the hyper military environment of Kinshasa city and the Kuluna phenomenon. Demilitarization of the city is imperative.

Both the management and the public policy literatures have documented an uptick in the number of partnerships formed to address sustainability. Sustainability refers to fostering the total quality of life, now and in the future, in a way that maintains the ecological processes on which life depends while satisfying the basic needs of all stakeholders. These partnerships range from alliances between businesses and NGOs to community partnerships to address global warming to industry-level, certifying and norm-setting bodies designed as substitutes for government intervention (such as the Soya Roundtable, the Marine Stewardship Council, and the Better Cotton Initiative). How partners define sustainability will affect the ease or difficulty with which they can partner. This chapter introduces a continuum of sustainability partnerships ranging from one-off engagements to sustained transformative efforts among many partners and considers the outcomes that partners from each sector seek in joining these partnerships.

The main problem in this research is the performance of organizations in infrastructure development for the public interest in Bekasi City has not increased which is assumed by Collaborative Governance and coordination that has not been implemented effectively. The research method used was an explanatory survey method with a quantitative approach . Research shows that collaborative governance and coordination to simultaneously deliver a huge influence (86 , 2 %) and significant impact on the performance of the organization in the development of infrastructure in the public interest in Bekasi. organizations on the development of infrastructure in the public interest in Bekasi was not only influenced by collaborative governance and coordination alone but there are other variables that come to influence the amount of (13 , 8 %). Partially Collaborative governance in the process of infrastructure development provides the smallest and most significant influence on the performance of organizations in infrastructure development for the public interest in the City of Bekasi compared to coordination of 34 , 3 %. The dimensions of the Collaborative governance that provide the most impact to the smallest of the performance of the organization in order are the dimensions of the system contexs (13 , 7 %) , drivers (9.3%) and dimensional dynamics collaboration (4.0%). Partially the coordination in the process of infrastructure development has the most significant and significant influence on the performance of organizations in infrastructure development for the public interest in Bekasi City compared to collaborative governance of 51 , 9 . The dimension of coordination that has the biggest to the smallest influence on organizational performance in sequence is the dimension of effective communication facilities (11.5%), the dimension provides clarity of authority and responsibility (8.1%), the dimensions of supervision, observation and assessing the habits of the elements which is contradictory (7.6%) and the dimension of coordination as one of the leadership abilities (0.8%).

The aim of our research was to examine how clusters appear and develop in the video game sector. We thus did a comparative study of the video games cluster in Montreal and Los Angeles. This paper shows that concentration of human creativity in arts and in technology is a significant economic localization factor, but cross-fertilization of sectors and public policy also contributes to the understanding of the emergence of clusters in certain urban regions. Thus, political and industrial factors offer an explanation as to why clusters emerge and how they evolve, going beyond the purely geographic or economic factors. In LA as in Montreal, the cross-fertilization with film is important. However, in Montreal, it is the public policy contributing to financing jobs in the Multimedia City and the French language that brought Ubisoft to the city; this contributed to make the city well known in the field, creating a “brand” for the city and thus fuelling the cluster development.

ABSTRAK Kebijakan publik serta implementasinya merupakan sebuah program yang  komplek karena perlu melibatkan seluruh stakeholder, yaitu pihak pemerintah, publik dan swasta. Kebijakan publik terdiri dari banyak aktor dengan berbagai kepentingannya tetapi publik sebagai target sasaran sehingga menjadi aspek yang paling penting. Ruang publik merupakan salah satu sarana fisik yang dalam pembangunannya memerlukan sebuah kebijakan publik. Ruang publik adalah sebuah barang publik yang dibangun oleh pemerintah bagi kepentingan publik. Ruang publik dapat diakses bebas dan digunakan oleh seluruh warga kota dan fungsi utamanya sebagai tempat interaksi sosial. Keberadaan ruang publik sangat penting bagi warga kota dan merupakan salah satu elemen kota. Ironisnya, jumlah ruang publik di kota kota besar menurun. Pantai Losari, Makassar, adalah salah satu ruang publik yang paling populer dan paling banyak dikunjungi masyarakat setempat maupun dari daerah lain. Ruang publik tersebut merupakan ruang publik utama di Kota Makassar serta sebagai landmark kota. Daya tarik utamanya adalah lokasinya yang strategis berada di pinggir pantai.  Ruang publik pantai Losari dibangun dengan menggunakan gaya arsitektur modern dipadukan dengan elemen elemen estetis tradisional. Tujuannya agar dapat mengakomodir beragam etnis di kota tersebut. Pada dasarnya pantai Losari adalah hasil implementasi kebijakan publik. Kata kunci: kebijakan publik, implementasi, ruang publik, arsitektur modern.    ABSTRACT Public policy and its implementation is a complex program because of the need to involve all stakeholders, namely the government, public and private. It consists of many actors with different interests but the public as a target to become the most important aspect. Public space is one of the physical facilities in a city which its development requires a public policy. Public space is a public goods built by the government for public purposes. It  can be free accessed and used by citizens and its primary function as a place of social interaction. The existence of public space is very important for the citizens of the city and is one important elements of the city. Ironically, the amount of public space in big cities declined. Pantai Losari, Makassar, is one of the most popular public space and most visited by local communities and other areas. This is a major public space in  Makassar city  as well as a city landmark. Its main attraction is its strategic location at the seaside.  Pantai Losari  built using modern architectural style combined with traditional aesthetic elements. The goal is to be able to accommodate diverse ethnicities in the Makassar. Basically, Pantai Losari is the result of the implementation of public policy.   Keywords: public policy, implementation, public space, modern archtecture.

Resumo: O presente artigo refere-se à parte da pesquisa de doutoramento em Educação junto ao Instituto de Biociências da UNESP de Rio Claro. O estudo objetiva a análise das políticas públicas de enfretamento à violência doméstica adotadas pelo Brasil, demonstrando com que serviços as mulheres em situação de violência podem contar, os quais sejam extensivos aos seus filhos e filhas. Desse modo realizou-se um mapeamento sobre a legislação brasileira e os tratados internacionais assinados e ratificados pelo Brasil, relativos aos direitos fundamentais das mulheres, conquistados a partir da segunda metade do século XX. Esses documentos foram verificados por meio da análise documental e inicialmente as pesquisas revelaram que não há previsão legal específica para as crianças e os adolescentes que vivenciam o ciclo de violência juntamente com suas genitoras. Palavras-chave: Violência doméstica, Políticas públicas, Legislação brasileira. Abstract: This article refers to the part of the PhD research in Education at Unesp in Biosciences Institute in the city of Rio Claro. The study aims to analyze the public policies for dealing with do mestic violence adopted by Brazil, demonstrating with which services women in situations of violence can count, which are extensive to their sons and daughters. In this way, we made a mapping of Brazilian legislation and international treaties that we resigned and ratified by Brazil, on the fundamental rights of women, conquered from the second half of the twentieth century. These documents were  verified through the documentary analys is and initially the surveys revealed that there is not a specific law for children and adolescents who experience the cycle of violence together with their mothers.Keywords: Domestic violence. Resumo: O presente artigo tem como principal objetivo a caracterização do Programa Nacional de Tecnologia Educacional (ProInfo) pelo viés da Inovação Social, observando o modelo implantado na cidade de Pato Branco, através de análise holística de dados nas escolas municipais, especificamente no Ensino Fundamental. Por meio desta análise, busca-se a apreensão das características que possam promover a Inovação Social, além de observar se a política pública vigente ao programa é capaz de enquadrar como um processo sustentável, atendendo às várias dimensões necessárias para sua sustentação e garantia de sucesso em longo prazo. Além disso, o artigo busca conceituar a Inovação Social a partir da exemplificação do estudo de caso em questão, interligando-o às políticas públicas de âmbito nacional, regional e local vigentes ao programa, permitindo verificar, ainda, qual o impacto obtido desde sua implementação, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento regional no campo educacional, tecnológico e social. Em síntese, este estudo possibilita concluir que as melhorias trazidas, implicitamente ou não pelo programa, permitem a análise do quadro de modificação do sistema educacional no município de Pato Branco, reforçando a ideia de que a Inovação Social torna-se um condutor de melhores práticas de melhorias e necessidades humanas e maior contribuição à formação cidadã. Tecnologia e Sociedade.    PROINFO AND SOCIAL INNOVATION: CHARACTERIZATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROGRAM IN THE CITY OF PATO BRANCO-PR Abstract: This paper has as main objective the characterization of the National Educational Technology Program (ProInfo) the bias of Social Innovation, observing the model implemented in the city of Pato Branco, through holistic analysis of data in the public schools, especially in primary education. Through this analysis, it seeks to grasp the characteristics that may promote social innovation, in addition to observing the current public policy program is able to qualify as a sustainable process, taking into account the various dimensions required for your support and guarantee success in the long term. Furthermore, the article seeks to conceptualize the Social Innovation from the exemplification of the case study in question, linking it to the public policy of national, regional, and local regulations to the program, allowing you to check also the impact achieved since its inception contributing to regional development in the educational, social and technological. In summary, this study allows the conclusion that the improvements made, implicitly or not the program, allow the analysis of the frame modification of the educational system in Pato Branco, reinforcing the idea that the Social Innovation becomes a conductor of best practices improvements and human needs and greater contribution to the civic education.
