Accessible Tourism Experiences in Smart Destinations

Accessible tourism is among the issues that have been emphasized in recent years. Smart technologies which have developed and become widespread nowadays are seen as an important tool in ensuring accessibility in destinations. Today, destinations are trying to improve the tourism experiences of individuals with some form of disability by using smart technologies. This study aims to reveal the current accessible tourism applications in smart destinations with the example of the city of Breda. Data were obtained using the document analysis technique, which is one of the qualitative data collection methods. As a result of the data analysis, it has been determined that technologies such as destination websites, mobile applications, virtual reality are used extensively for accessible transportation and information about the destination in Breda.

<p align="center">ABSTRAK</p><p>Artikel hasil penelitian tentang kajian normatif keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang akan mengkaji mengenai keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang apakah sudah  memenuhi ketentuan dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007. Untuk membahas permasalahan tersebut, metode pendekatan yang dipakai adalah yuridis normatif, dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis, metode pengumpulan datanya : studi dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan, sedangkan metode analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah analisis kualitatif.</p><p>Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang sudah memenuhi beberapa ketentuan yang ada dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007, yang belum terpenuhi adalah : ketentuan Pasal 13  &amp; Pasal 15 Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007.</p><p><em>Articles of research on the normative study of the existence of modern stores in the city of Semarang will examine the existence of modern stores in the city of Semarang whether they have fulfilled the provisions in Presidential Regulation No. 112 of 2007. To discuss these problems, the approach method used is normative juridical, with the specifications of analytical descriptive research, data collection methods: documentation and literature study, while the data analysis method used is qualitative analysis.</em></p><p><em>            </em><em>The results of the study show that the existence of a modern shop in Semarang City has fulfilled several provisions in the Presidential Regulation Number 112 of 2007, which has not been fulfilled are:</em></p><p><em>p</em><em>rovisions in Article 13 </em><em>and p</em><em>rovisions Article 15</em><em> </em><em>of the Presidential Regulation Number 112 of 2007</em><em>.</em><em></em></p><p><em>Keywords: Study, Normative, Modern Shop, Semarang City.</em><em></em></p><p> </p>

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that every capable Muslim must do. One of the institutions that manage zakat funds is the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). This study aims to partially and simultaneously examine the effect of promotion and service quality on people's interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research is field research. The data used in this study were primary and secondary. 87 Respondents in this study were Muzakki in BAZNAS Indragiri Hilir Regency. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The data collection methods were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique partially used the t-test and simultaneously used the Anova test. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously, promotion and service quality had a significant influence on people's interest in paying zakat in BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pelaksanaan pelayanan prima di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Kediri, serta mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis faktor yang mendukung atau menghambat pelaksanaan pelayanan prima di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Kediri. Fokus dalam penelitian ini meliputi sikap (attitude), kemampuan (ability), perhatian (attention), tindakan (action), tanggung jawab (accountability), dan penampilan (appearance). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi wawancara dan observasi yang ditulis dalam catatan lapangan. Keabsahan data dikaji dengan 2 metode yakni trianggulasi dan ketekunan pengamatan. Sementara itu, teknik analisis data mengacu pada Miles dan Huberman (2018). Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik yaitu pelaksanaan pelayanan prima di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Kediri belum sepenuhnya 100% baik , masih ada beberapa yang perlu diperbaiki dan dievaluasi. Hambatan yang ditemui adalah sumber daya manusia yang tidak sebanding dengan pemohon dan sarana dan prasarana. Kata Kunci: Pelayanan Prima, Disdukcapil, Hambatan, Sikap, Penampilan Abstract This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of excellent service at the Kediri Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, as well as describe and analyze the factors that support or hinder the implementation of excellent service at the Kediri Regency Population and Civil Registry Office. The focus in this study includes attitude, ability, attention, action, accountability, and appearance. The approach used in this study is qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study include interviews and observations written in field notes. The validity of the data was assessed by 2 methods, namely triangulation, and persistence of observation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique refers to Miles and Huberman (2018). The conclusion that can be drawn is that the implementation of excellent service at the Kediri Regency Population and Civil Registry Office is not yet 100% good, there are still some that need to be improved and evaluated. The research aims to understand how much the influence of work discipline has on employee productivity from Prudential City Palangka Raya employees. The research methods used in this study are quantitative research methods. Data collection in the form of observations and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used the correlation analysis of the product moment according to Sugiyono (2012:212). The results concluded that the work discipline of Prudential insurance employees in the city of Palangka Raya is still lacking and not as expected. Judging from employees often come late, the salary received is improper, lack of appreciation, absence of written sanctions and lack of immediacy as Co-Office. Working discipline is very positive and significant towards the work productivity of insurance employees in the city Palangka Raya. From the results obtained by using the product correlation formula when the value is Rxy 0.995948.

This study aims to determine and describe the shape of the motifs in the works created by Rendy Handycraft. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects of this study were 3 piggy bank crafts with motifs produced by Rendy Handicraft. The shape and decorative pattern of the piggy bank were the object of this research. The data collection methods used were observation, documentation, and interviews. The data analysis used was descriptive qualitative analysis technique. Based on the results of interviews, observation and documentation, the conclusion in this study is that Rendy dominantly uses tea dregs as the main material for his painting. Not tea bags but dry tea powder/powder. Apart from good powder with a slightly coarse and smooth texture for dark colors, there are also other ingredients such as coffee powder, egg shells as well as additional ingredients as colors enhancers such as turmeric powder as a yellow dye, pine wood powder as a white dye as well as the base color and stones gravel.

Customer satisfaction is a feeling of pleasure or satisfaction from customers that arise after using or consuming a product / service. The purpose of this study is to determine how promotion and quality influence Grab customer satisfaction in Denpasar City partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted in the city of Denpasar. The number of samples taken was 100 respondents. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, literature and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The test results show that the effect of promotion and service quality on Grab service satisfaction in Denpasar City is partially and simultaneously significant.

The scope of elementary Indonesian subjects includes language and literary skills, namely listening, speaking, reading and writing (Khasanah, 2015). For this reason, the purpose of this research is the application of thelearning model snowball throwing to improve learning outcomes for second grade students at SDN 01 Kalirejo Talun. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects in this study were 19th graders of SDN 01 Kalirejo Talun. Data collection methods used in this study are tests, observations, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used is descriptive both qualitatively and quantitatively. For the success criteria in this study, the indicator of success in this study is individual learning completeness if the proportion of students' correct answers is more than the predetermined KKM and for classical learning completeness if at least 85% of students score above the predetermined KKM, which is 75. The results of In this study, cycle 1 shows that the number of students who have reached the predetermined KKM is 14 students with a percentage of 78.95%. Meanwhile, the results of cycle 2 show that the number of students who have reached the predetermined KKM is 17 students with a percentage of 89.57%.

<p><em>This study aims to determine the spatial distribution of landslide vulnerability and its mitigation in Sungai Pinyuh District Mempawah District. This type of research is qualitative. Data collection methods are observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, using GIS (Geographic Information System) 10.1 application with weighted tiered quantitative overlay modeling. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The level of landslide susceptibility in Sungai Pinyuh District consists of 3 classes: low (not prone), moderate (prone) and  high (very vulnerable). (a) Areas that are not vulnerable are spread throughout the villages in Sungai Pinyuh District. (b) Areas with moderate level of vulnerability (vulnerable) are spread in Galang Village (0.24%), Nusapati Village (1.74%), Peniraman Village (3.22%), Sungai Pinyuh Village (1.18%), and Sungai Purun Kecil Village (0.11%). (c) Areas with a high level of vulnerability (very vulnerable) are only found in Peniraman Village, which has 223 ha or 1.15% of the total area of Sungai Pinyuh District. 2) the location of the observation points shows that there are seven points selected, including six points with a level of vulnerability and one point with a very vulnerable level, then of the seven have different land use characteristics.</em></p>

AbstractSlum has still been a problem in the City of Medan. However, the effort in dealing with it is suspected to be inadequate. Thus, study aims to find out the rate of slum in Denai District and slum handling pattern in Denai District. This research was conducted at the Denai District. The study was conducted in all villages identified slums in Denai District that is Tegal Sari Mandala II Village and Tegal Sari Mandala III Village. Data collection techniques in this study were observation and interview. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive. The results showed that the rate of slum in Denai District in Tegal Sari Mandala II Village is mild slum and Tegal Sari Mandala III Village is mild slum. While slum handling pattern done in Denai District is restoration. Handling made in Tegal Sri Mandala II Village is improvement of drainage and culverts structures, concretes plates and waste facilities like waste cart. While handling made in Tegal Sri Mandala III Village is improvement of drainage structures, waste water management system and waste facilities. Generally, the handling effort has not succeeded in improving the slum status of the neighborhood.Keywords: Rate of Slum, Handling Pattern, Slum AbstrakPemukiman kumuh masih menjadi masalah di Kota Medan. Namun, upaya penanganannya disinyalir masih kurang memadai. Karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat Kekumuhan di Kecamatan Medan Denai dan pola penanganan permukiman kumuh di Kecamatan Medan Denai. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Medan Denai. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelurahan yang teridentifikasi kumuh di Kecamatan Medan Denai yaitu 2 kelurahan yang terdiri dari Kelurahan Tegal Sari Mandala II dan Tegal Sari Mandala III. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kekumuhan yang terdapat di Kecamatan Medan Denai adalah Kelurahan Tegal Sari Mandala II masuk dalam kategori kumuh ringan, Kelurahan Tegal Sari Mandala III masuk dalam kategori kumuh ringan. Sedangkan pola penanganan yang dilakukan di Kecamatan Medan Denai adalah pemugaran. Penanganan yang telah dilakukan di Kelurahan Tegal Sari Mandala II adalah perbaikan struktur drainase dan gorong-gorong, plat beton dan sarana persampahan bak sampah. Sedangkan penanganan yang telah dilakukan di Kelurahan Tegal Sari Mandala III adalah perbaikan struktur drainase, sistem pengelolaan air limbah dan sarana persampahan. Secara umum upaya yang telah dilakukan masih belum mampu meningkatkan status pemukiman tersebut menjadi tidak kumuh.Kata Kunci: Tingkat Kekumuhan, Pola Penanganan, Permukiman Kumuh
