This study is based on the existence of learning activities that are less responsive to various individual characteristics. To meet these demands, teachers need to understand students' characteristic. If the teacher in delivering the lesson material less attention to the characteristics of the students and the personality traits of students is not used as a foothold in learning, students will have difficulty understanding the subject matter. Whatever efforts are chosen and performed by the teacher and the lesson designer if they are not based on individual characteristics of the student as subject of learning, then the developed learning will not be meaningful for the students. Characteristics of students is very important to know by educators, because it is very important to be a reference in formulating learning strategies. Learning strategy is developed by teachers and implemented through learning methods to the students so that the learning objectives can be achieved effectively and efficiently. This research uses qualitative descriptive approach and data collection techniques used are interview, observation, and documentation in SDN Cikokol 2.

Web-based learning environments have become an integral part of learning. The way that they are employed in the learning process, or in other words the learning strategy followed in that respect, is an important issue that has to be carefully thought of, deciding upon topics such as suitable pedagogical approaches and appropriate assessment techniques for a given context. The chapter deals with this exact issue by visiting the relevant literature on the subject, describing selected learning strategies that have been employed in the use of an innovative eLearning platform in schools in Europe and finally outlining and comparing two real case studies from two European countries.

Problem and goal. Despite a significant amount of work on the creation of electronic textbooks, interest in them does not wane. Currently, when developing them, it becomes necessary to take into account the features of the Z generation. The purpose of the study is a didactic analysis and description of the concept of transformer books and an inverted textbook. Methodology. The idea of creating such intellectual teaching aids is associated with the use of mental schemes of the subject area, hidden psychoanalysis of the perception type of the learner and the question-task form of training. The textbooks being designed provide for a change in the learning strategy (from the paradigm accumulating knowledge to solve problems to the paradigm solving problems by mastering the necessary knowledge). In this case, the educational model of the white box is used, which allows visualizing the dynamics of the acquisition by student the knowledge of the subject area. Results. A procedure for developing inverted textbooks and transformer books is proposed. Prototypes of such electronic tools when used in a real educational process have shown their high effectiveness in self-educational activities of students. Conclusion. The use of transformational and inverted electronic textbooks allows not only to automate the learning process without real contact with the teacher, but also contributes to a significant increase in the motivation of modern students to self-study. This study aims to determine the use of information and communication technology (ICT) in academic supervision during the Covid-19 pandemic, its effectiveness, and the obstacles faced. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data was collected using Google Forms. The study results found that academic supervision was implemented by utilizing technology in the form of video call Zoom and Google meet applications. Other applications are also used to conduct discussions without video calls, such as WhatsApp and Telegram. The exciting thing is that school supervisors have used media questions in academic supervision activities. Constraints and solutions are also discussed to find the best solution in the future if academic supervision is still carried out online. The use of technology also has a positive impact in increasing the ability of school supervisors to use technology. Infrastructure improvements in rural areas are needed to ensure signal availability.
