With the rapid development of urbanization, the urban system is becoming increasingly large and complex. Building a comprehensive, standardized and efficient urban road-oriented recognition system is the urgent work currently, which plays critical roles for improving the quality of urban living environment and supporting the urban transportation system. This article is mainly focused on describing the current status of urban road information indicating system and its basic requirements.

This paper describes the history and current status of professional psychology in Portugal where a unique perspective combines training, research, and practical contributions from Europe and the Americas with their own history of psychological tradition and expertise. Training in professional psychology includes Social Psychology and Educational and Vocational Guidance specializations in addition to Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy and Counseling for the professional degree, Licenciatura. Advanced degrees are offered in Environmental Psychology, Career Development, Social Cognition, and other areas, primarily for academic positions. Research in all of these areas is expected to have applied outcomes that contribute to individual well being and an improved quality of life for the entire population. The result has been a rapid development of an indigenous professional psychology to address mental health, social, and environmental concerns that compel psychological attention and resources worldwide as well as those problems of local and national origins.

and social stratification with community participation for improving the commmunity living environment, the data collected from 8 villages within Kecamatan Tarumajaya of Bekasi District and analysis conducted with regression and correlation analysis. The findings show up significant correlation between Intention (knowledge, belief, attitude, moral, and motive), self concept (social Identity, self esteem,) and Social stratification (social structure and sense of community) with community participation level the three components separately or all together forming community participation. Rapid development at Kecamatan Tarumajaya influence of social changing directly modifying of social stratification, self concept and Intention and by the end will changing of community participation level. as show up by the data collected. The policy and decision of environment Improvement program usually decided and driven from local government and the community only following up to implement without fully awareness, concern and social responsibility because they are still struggle to fulfill the basic need and improving quality of life.

GPS (Global Positioning System) technology is the GPS car navigation technology with the rapid development of embedded technology, the automotive industry and the gradual rise of the market based on various types of GPS navigation products are more technically larger gap, a variety of GPS good and bad, regardless of the quality of the product. This paper analyzes the current status of the development of domestic and foreign car navigation systems, GPS car navigation system for the discussion in order to build a $ 3C2440 embedded development board as the core hardware system, built with WinCE platform for car navigation software for the system, using EVC (Embedded Visual C++) and eSuperMap software tools designed to be able to search the electronic navigation maps for route intelligent navigation software system.

Modern society facing the necessity of dealing with global warming, estimating the consequences of rapid development of new technologies and securing favorable living environment tends to have ambiguous opinion on the results of research conducted by scientists and experts. Scientific achievements of latest centuries have been aimed not only at improving the level of life of the population but at solving political problems by means of developing and spreading nuclear energy and different viruses. For decades reputable scientists have been invited to tele- and radio studios to discuss new efficient vaccines, vitamins, harm and benefits of electro-magnetic emission of mobile phones. A huge flow of information prevents the viewers and listeners of such programmes from being able to define whether reason moves scientists or they are eager to make fortune on advertising which makes common citizens doubt available data and trust scientists less. Meanwhile, academia and other experts in the field realizing the burden of potential consequences are trying to look into the current state of affairs in order to finally improve the quality of scientific research and get across to those whom this research is aimed at. On the basis of analysis of a range of argumentative materials the author outlines changes in major components of understanding trust in science and factors building up the authority of science in the society as well as specifies potential stimulus of strengthening trust in science.

Analysis of human living environmental quality of Shenyang-Dalian urban agglomerations has important theoretical and practical significance in rapid development region. A lot of investigations have been carried for Shenyang-Dalian urban agglomerations, including 38 counties. Based on the carrying capacity of resources, natural and socioeconomic environmental factors and regional changes of human living environmental evaluation are analyzed with the application of geographic information systems (GIS) software. By using principal component analysis (PCA) model and natural breaks classification (NBC) method, the evaluation results are divided into five categories. The results show that the human living environmental evaluation (HLEE) indexes of Dalian, Shenyang, and Liaoyang are higher than other counties. Among these counties, the human living environmental evaluation (HLEE) indexes of coastal counties are significantly higher than inland counties. The range of the human living environmental evaluation index in most of the study area is at III, IV, and V levels, accounting for 80.01%. Based on these results, it could illustrate the human living environment is in relatively suitable condition in Shenyang-Dalian urban agglomeration.

Introduction. The national programs focus on solving social and economic problems. At the same time, the hygienic characteristics of the urban environment that determine living conditions are not fully included in the documents regulating the formation of the urban environment. Materials and methods. The paper provides a content analysis of the current normative and methodological literature recommended for use in assessing the “formation of a comfortable urban environment” in Russian localities.Results. Currently, existing methods for assessing the “comfort of the urban environment” (methodology for forming the urban environment quality index dated March 23, 2019, No. 510-R) and “quality of the urban living environment” (methodology for assessing the quality of the urban living environment dated September 9, 2013, 371) are not suitable for determining the development strategy of the country’s territories because the assessment procedure does not include key hygienic indices of the comfort of the natural environment and living conditions of the population, which allow citizens to meet housing needs and ensure a high quality of life in General, including the birth of healthy children, maintaining the health of the adult population and preventing premature mortality.Conclusion. The urban environment integrates a variety of inter-level relations of various types (economic, social, cultural, etc.). It is intended to study it as a multi-level structure, for this purpose, it is necessary to use a hierarchical approach. To implement this approach, it is recommended to take into account the indices of various groups that affect the comfort of the urban environment and are directly related to the hygienic characteristics of the territory: A-climatogeographic; B-demographic; C-social; D-economic; E - urban planning; F - indices of transport infrastructure; G-environmental quality indices.
