Construction of deepwater pile foundation is difficult and complex. By the example of Xiaoyi reservoir bridge, this paper introduces the construction scheme of the pier in the water, which is building temporary bridge and drilling platform. Field-operation platform and steel sheet pile cofferdam. Engineering practice proves that this construction scheme can speed up construction schedule, and can ensure the quality of construction, which offers mirrors and references for similar engineering.

<p>Nowadays, with the continuous development of economy and society, the frequency of electromechanical installation projects in various industries is getting higher and higher. With the continuous improvement of mechanization level, the requirements for business personnel engaged in mechanical and electrical installation engineering are getting higher and higher. Electromechanical installation is a very important part in construction engineering. Only through continuous innovation, technical renewal and transformation, can the engineering function be effectively guaranteed and the economic benefit be increased. As urban construction enters the fast lane, people's requirements for the quality of life are gradually improved. The installation of construction electromechanical projects is the most prominent link in construction engineering, so construction units should pay attention to the installation of engineering electromechanical projects. The emphasis of engineering electromechanical installation is the control of installation quality and the innovation of installation technology. Based on the author's practical experience, this article first emphasizes the necessity of electromechanical installation, and then explains the relationship between construction engineering and electromechanical installation in combination with engineering practice, aiming at emphasizing the irreplaceable role of electromechanical installation in construction engineering.</p>

The purpose of this research is to know the influence between the Quality of Human Resources, Utilization of Information Technology and Internal Control System Against Timeliness of Village Government Financial Reporting at Gunungkidul Regency. This research is causative research. The population is the village government in Gunungkidul Regency, especially in Gedangsari subdistrict. Criteria of respondents in the study were to village and village apparatus. We use questionnaire to collect data. We use multiple regression with SPSS program version 16.0 to analyze data. We find that quality of human resources and internal control system have a positive influence on the timeliness of village government financial reporting. On the other hand, utilization of information technology does not influence the timeliness of village government financial reporting. These imply that the quality of human resources and internal control system can speed up the preparation of village government financial reporting.

Parallel tiered and dynamic models of the fuzzy inference in expert-diagnostic software systems are considered, which knowledge bases are based on fuzzy rules. Tiered parallel and dynamic fuzzy inference procedures are developed that allow speed up of computations in the software system for evaluating the quality of scientific papers. Evaluations of the effectiveness of parallel tiered and dynamic schemes of computations are constructed with complex dependency graph between blocks of fuzzy Takagi – Sugeno rules. Comparative characteristic of the efficacy of parallel-stacked and dynamic models is carried out.

This paper addresses a special zone design problem for economic census investigators that is motivated by a real-world application. This paper presented a heuristic multikernel growth approach via Constrained Delaunay Triangulation (CDT). This approach not only solved the barriers problem but also dealt with the polygon data in zoning procedure. In addition, it uses a new heuristic method to speed up the zoning process greatly on the premise of the required quality of zoning. At last, two special instances for economic census were performed, highlighting the performance of this approach.

Abstract Noise and vibration have become key issues in the design of automotive braking systems. Efforts to improve present day braking systems must take noise and vibration behaviour into account. Good knowledge of the mechanisms involved in the generation of brake noise has thus become an important competitive factor in the design of automotive brake systems. The present paper summarizes some facts and hypotheses concerning the generation of brake noise. First the different brake noise phenomena are classified. Then several approaches, including models of various levels of detail which have been suggested to explain the root causes of brake noise generation are discussed in detail. It will be pointed out that friction and wear processes at the interface of brake pad and rotor play an important role in the understanding of brake noise generation. Unfortunately, our present day knowledge on these processes is quite limited. Further research of basic processes is still needed to improve the quality of analytical and numerical models of friction and wear processes, before reliable predictions of brake noise generation become possible. Based on a discussion of simple models frequently used in engineering practice, guidelines for further research in tribological modelling of the interface processes in pad/rotor interaction will be formulated.
