The further planning and improvement of the car marketing model make ours get rapid development. Our car marketing model presents a pluralistic development trend, reflecting the spirits of the times. However, there are some problems existing and the traditional marketing model needs changing as soon as possible. In this paper, the existing marketing models at home and abroad are analyzed respectively, its advantages and weaknesses are specified briefly, and then an innovative basic idea of car marketing model is put forward. This paper is to build up a sales model centering on customers and put forward a new marketing model.

With the rapid development of computer and network technology, the application of mobile app has been involved in all walks of life, especially the traditional art teaching mode. Therefore, it is of great significance to design an app with art learning and education as the main content based on the concept of young people's cognitive psychology and art training. This paper first analyzes the current situation and development trend of art education app at home and abroad, then analyzes and studies the design and application needs of education app at home, clarifies the needs of students and teachers, analyzes the visual and psychological characteristics of teenagers and their impact on interface and interaction design, and finally designs an art education app that meets the domestic needs. The results show that the app can enhance the interest of young people in art learning.

Introduction: This paper is aimed to determine the relationship between the competitiveness model of Mexico (NCM) and a proposal for a digital marketing innovation model (DMIM).This is of special value for SME experts and academics, both related to the practice of digital marketing, in order to obtain a tool capable to identify different variables involved in the design and driving of a digital marketing campaign, in order to increase their levels of competitiveness.Method: The theoretical framework for the DMIM proposal, was based on a documentary, exploratory, descriptive, correlational and transversal research (academic vision). Thus, it was applied focus group using Panel Delphi and Analytical Hierarchy Process, among the specialists of digital marketing sector (expert vision) to identify different variables and indicators registering their different importance rates as well as the order of occurrence of each one into the DMIM proposal construct, for both visions. The final DMIM proposal construct, was correlated with the NCM, previously known. Therefore a pilot questionnaire, with a test of validity and reliability, was applied during the period of January-April 2017, to 400 specialists related with digital marketing and competitiveness (200 SME experts, 100 consultants and 100 academics). As a quantitative stage (empirical evidence), multiple linear regression and correlation techniques were applied to determine the relationships in this model. Results: It was obtained an original and generalized model, able to explain the relationship of variables and indicators involved among 8 NCM variables and 10 variables of the DMIM proposal as a measuring tool, and final suggestions for the improvement of such relationship.Conclusion: An empirical model of NCM-DMIM that showed positive effects of correlation in 2/10 variables of the DMIM: among the mission, vision and values (MVS) as well as the knowledge and application of the tools of digital marketing, (DMT) both variables belonging to the DMIM over to the NCM. The rest of the (8/10) variables of the DMIM, show low correlations which means that they are not yet sufficiently widespread and known in the sector for what they represent the sector's opportunities. Finally, academic and expert visions about the variables of the construct NCM-DMIM, with several suggestions for improvement.

The rapid development of skin care products (Skincare) through social media has changed the paradigm of the digital marketing model in general. This article discusses digital marketing models that skin care products use in marketing their products. The method used was Krippendorff content analysis which was carried out through digital observation on the Instagram account of skin care products (Skincare) Elvicto @ elvicto.id from March 1, 2021 to March 31, 2021. The results of this study indicate that Elvicto is more engaged in a digital marketing communication strategy through marketing. Instagram @ elvicto.id which is dominated by personal selling strategies.

The district government in an Asologaima District has the main task of carrying out part of the authority delegated by the district head in the fields of government, economy, and development, society, peace, and order as well as coordination.The method is sed is descriptive method. Bureaucrats as providers of public services must be able to provide quality services, the quality of service of bureaucrats to society is closely related to customer satisfaction or consumer satisfaction as the recipient of the service itself.

AbstrakMasalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu pentingnya strategi produk dalam menjalankan sebuah usaha agar mampu bertahan dan bersaing  dengan perusahaan lain yang sejenis dalam kondisi persaingan yang ketat dan perkembangan zaman yang sangat cepat. Strategi produk sangat diperlukan dalam mememenuhi tuntutan konsumen seperti meningkatkan kualitas, menciptakan merek, pelayanan serta jaminan terhadap produk yang ditawarkan agar usaha mampu berkembang. Limpapeh”s Kebaya adalah usaha yang sedang berkembang dan telah mampu memasarkan produk bordirnya hingga menembus pasar ekspor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi produk bordir di Limpapeh”s Kebaya, Kapalo Koto, Koto Tangah Simalanggang, Kota Payakumbuh. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriftif kualitatif, jenis data berupa data primer dan  sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisa model interaktif yang berkaitan dengan pokok permasalahan yaitu dengan model reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yaitu strategi produk yang dilakukan di Limpapeh”s Kebaya adalah dimulai dari menciptakan produk bordir yang berkualitas, desain motif bordir yang up to date dan kreatif, menyediakan ukuran yang special, memberi merek pada produk bordir, memberi kemasan yang menarik (paperbag) dan serbaguna, pelayanan yang cepat, tepat dan ramah serta pemberian jaminan terhadap produk border.Kata Kunci: strategi produk, pelayanan, bordir. AbstractThe problem in this study is the importance of product strategy in running a business in order to be able to survive and compete with other similar companies in conditions of intense competition and very rapid development of the times. Product strategy is very necessary in fulfilling consumer demands such as improving quality, creating brands, services and guarantees for products offered so that businesses are able to grow. Limpapeh's Kebaya is a growing business and has been able to market its embroidery products to penetrate the export market. This study aims to describe the strategy of embroidery products in Limpapeh's Kebaya, Kapalo Koto, Koto Tangah Simalanggang, Payakumbuh City. The research method uses qualitative descriptive method, the type of data in the form of primary and secondary data. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out with interactive model analysis techniques that are related to the subject matter, namely with a model of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the research, namely the product strategy carried out at Limpapeh's Kebaya, are started from creating quality embroidery products, up-to-date and creative embroidery motifs, providing special sizes, giving brands to embroidery products, giving attractive packaging (paperbag) and versatile, fast, precise and friendly service and guarantee of embroidery products. Background:: Angular contact ball bearings are the most popular bearing type used in the high speed spindle for machining centers, The performance of the bearing directly affects the machining efficiency of the machine tool, Obtaining a higher value is the direction of its research and development. Objective:: By analyzing the research achievements and patents of electric spindle angular contact bearings, summarizing the development trend provides a reference for the development of electric spindle bearings. Methods:: Through the analysis of the relevant technology of the electric spindle angular contact ball bearing, the advantages and disadvantages of the angular contact ball bearing are introduced, and the research results are combined with the patent analysis. Results:: With the rapid development of high-speed cutting and numerical control technology and the needs of practical applications, the spindle requires higher and higher speeds for bearings. In order to meet the requirements of use, it is necessary to improve the bearing performance by optimizing the structure size and improving the lubrication conditions. Meanwhile, reasonable processing and assembly methods will also have a beneficial effect on bearing performance. Conclusion:: With the continuous deepening of bearing technology research and the use of new structures and ceramic materials has made the bearing's limit speed repeatedly reach new highs. The future development trend of high-speed bearings for electric spindles is environmental protection, intelligence, high speed, high precision and long life.

With the rapid development of Internet technology in China, mechanical drawing plays a more and more important role in social development and practice. The main purpose is to use the course of mechanical drawing to accurately represent the appearance, size, principle and technology of the machine. It is often called the language of communication in the industry. In order to make mechanical drawing better applied and practiced, and to make maximum use of Internet technical resources, the establishment of multimedia courseware teaching mechanism is the development trend of mechanical drawing.In order to adapt to the trend of network information, based on the multimedia environment, this paper studies the application of animation technology in mechanical drawing teaching, and constructs a small multimedia teaching platform. Through the explanation of animation courseware, students can better understand the making and principle of mechanical drawing, and cultivate students' divergent thinking. The teaching platform combines teaching material knowledge with practice to deepen students' understanding of the basic content of mechanical drawing. Finally, the rationality and practicability of the system are analyzed by investigating the platform users. The results show that the application of animation technology in mechanical drawing teaching is reasonable and practical.

Young generation nowadays has lack of knowledge on the culture of shadow puppet (wayang kulit) which is a heritage that has a high value of art and philosophy. This is caused by the impact of foreign cultures rapidly entering Indonesia. The rapid development of the information technology through internet & game has led to globalization that seems to be not limited to space and time. The speed of information and foreign cultures cannot be stopped. The culture of shadow puppet (wayang kulit) is getting eroded and is not much known by the modern society nowadays. This is an irony to a big nation which has a rich heritage, so it is our obligation as a citizen to maintain and preserve it. Based on the formulae of AIGA 2015 that defines (time + content + context) / time = experience design, the game of wayang kulit (shadow puppet) Gatotkaca put forbattled different experience to users in exploring the information and entertainment in those media. Having the spirit of moderate Postmodernism, the design plan called User Interface which combines the modern and classic traditional elements will encourage new experience to the users (Experience Design). The design recognizes times and trends, and it keeps changing as the development of the times. The design can be a pace setter to next individuals who are called to maintain and preserve national cultures, in general, and wayang kulit purwa, in particular, through digital media. The development in the modern era will not change the identity of shadow puppet (wayang kulit) culture since it has solid foundation.
