This study concerns on improving students’ achievement in writing procedure texts through word webbing technique. The research was conducted by using Classroom Action Research (CAR). The population was the 2012-2013 nine grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Batang Kuis. The number of students was 36, consisting of 21 females and 15 males. The procedure of the research was administrated into two cycles where each cycle consisted of three meetings. Each meeting included four steps namely: planning, action, observation, and reflection. There were two kinds of data collected during the study, qualitative and quantitative data. The instrument for collecting the quantitative data was the writing of procedure texts test while the qualitative data were gathered by using interview, diary notes and observation sheet. Based on the data analysis, the mean of students’ score in Test I was 53,47, for the Test II was 63,05, and for the Test III was 75 The qualitative data showed that the students were interested in the applying of Word webbing Technique. The conclusion is that Word Webbing Technique in writing Procedure Texts improves the students’ achievement in writing procedure texts. Under the background of the rise of the national theme park, the design connotation of the theme park, the scientific planning of landscape design and the design of the surrounding environment make the theme park more suitable for the aesthetics of tourists, enhance the satisfaction of tourists, and then improve the theme park. Overall quality. Taking Taiji Lake Kung Fu city theme park of Wudang Mountains in Hubei Province as an example, combined with the important influence of cognitive map theory on park planning, this paper analyzes the design of the Taiji Lake Kungfu City theme park through the five elements of the cognitive map city image, and the Kung Fu City theme park. The construction proposes targeted recommendations and effective design.

This study aims to describe the factors that support students' ability in the learning process to speak using video. This research was classroom action research. Classroom action research was done in four steps: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Quantitative data was gained from the score of the student's speaking test. The test was given at the end of every cycle. The qualitative data was collected through the result of observation. It described the factors that support the students' ability to speak based on the result observation from the collaborator activities both the students and the researcher itself. The research aimed to explain how video can increase students' speaking skills in the second semester of the English Education Study Program for IKIP Gunungsitoli. Using video can increase students' skills in speaking. Quantitative data support it included test results in every cycle. The quantitative data show that students have improved speaking skills in every cycle using video and reaching the indicator of success. The students' ability to speak cannot pass the score standard in the cycle because most students cannot convey their ideas about the material. However, in cycle II, there is increasing in student's ability to speak. The quantitative data also is supported by the qualitative data through observation results. The observation sheet result describes that the students' activities improved every meeting by using video.

The cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted in 04 months, using quantitative data combined with qualitative information. Quantitative data was collected using a non-participating observation method, using a checklist. We observed 498 opportunities to wash hands. Qualitative information was collected from 02 in- depth interviews with experts and 03 group discussions. Data were entered and analyzed by Exel, Epidata and SPSS 18 software. The rate of compliance of nurses was 78.1. The chance of doing the right thing and completing the 6 steps is 71.9%. Practice of routine hand hygiene of nursing varies with working time, the highest was in the morning shift, lowest was evening shift. Factors that positively influenced the compliance are management and attention of the hospital leaders and the Department of Infection controls, regulations, circulars, training documents and guidelines; there is regular inspection and supervision and post-supervision feedback. Factors that adversely affect routine hand hygiene compliance are work overload, provision of unsanitary hand washing water and wash basins; the hospital has no regulations on specific rewards and penalties.

Specifically, the paper looks at: (a) gathering spaces in Tokyo traditional urban fabric; (b) how first parks were inspired by Western landscape design; (c) when plazas started to be designed in Tokyo; (d) Roppongi Hills as a reference project of one of the first mix-use facilities re-development plan in Tokyo with highly designed pops.

In the modernization process since China’s reform and liberalization, urban and village space design is reflected in the characteristics of Western cultures. The idea of Western space design has a profound influence on China, but the piecemeal individuation of art design, the disorderly public art modeling and concept, not only interferes with the aesthetic sense of urban and village public space itself, but also seriously affected the landscape order of public space. In fact, Chinese traditional settlement landscape excels in abundant landscape design and spatial sequence. This paper, using the methods of literature discussion, field research and spatial analysis, takes the typical traditional landscape settlement “Xinye Village” (新葉村) in the south of the Yangtze River as an example, and explores its public landscape order as a whole, and finds its spatial structure based on the “Five Elements and Nine Divisions (五行九宮)” cultural schemata. In the process of development, it has experienced the competition of public space, thus forming a stable and sustainable spatial order form. The purpose is to explore the cultural schema of the public landscape from the traditional Chinese settlement, and to put forward the possibility of “constructing the public landscape order based on culture” in future urban and village landscape design.

A new research method that can estimate the demand of EV in China on the basis of vehicular emission inventory and carbon reduction restriction is put forward. By using MOBILE model and software, China vehicular emissions inventory is created. Then, the demand bill of EV is worked out, and replacement scale and proportion of EV are calculated too. In the conclusion part, quantitative data is given, offering theoretical support for the governments’ strategic policy-making in developing EV.
