Based on the current development of children's electric cars on the market, the design takes human engineering research as the starting point. Analyzing the defects and problems of the existing children's electric vehicle, we decide to design a multi-function electric vehicle for children. It not only can perform multi-function conversion, but also increase the additional subordinate function. Eventually it can be used better and more convenient. What’s more, it can improve the comfort and utilization of the conversion. Since reform and opening up, the national economy is at the rapid development. People's living standard has been gradually improved, and now people are longing for a better life, which can be reflected in the daily choice and requirements of children's car. Children are the hope of every family, so early children's small cars have become one of the important furniture parents value. This paper research and analyze the existing problems in the use of electric vehicles for children. Based on the practical and functional design concept, the paper redesign the structure of children's electric vehicle and expand its use function.

China has achieved rapid economic growth and become involved in the economic globalization through its policy of reform and opening-up and modernization. It has attracted much investment from lots of Taiwanese enterprises, including some small and medium-sized enterprises featuring a high labor cost and facing difficult operation in the traditional industries. Thanks to the policy, many Taiwanese enterprises have got a chance to rebirth by transforming their crises into opportunities. With the implementation of the policy of urbanization, the people from rural areas in China have been moving to urban areas, and the enterprises of the second and third industries have been concentrating in cities. This has not only fueled the livelihood-oriented consumption in China but also expanded the domestic demand market of the Taiwanese medium and large-sized livelihood enterprises in China. The Belt and Road trade foundation construction program, which aims to link Europe, Asia and Africa and was proposed in 2013, is an extension of the Great Development of Western Part of China and offers Taiwanese enterprises a chance to get fully involved in the development of the international market. The 31 Measures to Benefit Taiwan announced by the Chinese government in February 2018 has significant influence on the future development of the Taiwanese enterprises in China. Therefore, this paper will elaborate on the effects of the Belt and Road and the 31 Measures to Benefit Taiwan on the Taiwanese enterprises.

Abstract Political decision makers are economic agents who try to maximize self-interests. This simple assumption helps explain China’s decision-making of reform and opening up and shed light on its contradictory political logic. Under a fully planned economy, market liberalization benefits everyone, including political decision makers. After wealth is created in the market economy, political decision-makers have incentives to take a growing share of wealth for themselves if no institutional mechanism exists to check their power. When the proportion of wealth appropriated by political decision-makers exceeds the margin where the people can afford, the market starts to suffer and the growth of wealth is derailed. At the extreme, political decision-makers takes so much wealth to push the entire social economic system to the verge of collapse. Because political decision-makers do not know where the equilibrium margin is, the above thinking has practical consequences. When political decision-makers keep expanding their take of wealth, the worst scenario may occur.

China’s reform and opening up is an all-round transformation and development. The harmonious coexistence of man and nature is the foundation and starting point of social and economic development, and the future direction of human society. Reform and opening up does not come from nowhere, and green development is a product and need of historical development. Before the reform and opening up, the conflict between man and nature caused ecological imbalance induced by the destruction of nature that aimed to meet basic food needs under the conditions of low productivity in a traditional agricultural society. The 40 years of reform and opening up have seen the initial completion of industrialization and urbanization in compressed time. During this process, the conflict between man and nature has evolved into expensive material consumption and ever-expanding desire for non-material enjoyments, leading to the pollution crisis endangering humans’ living environment and natural sustainability. On the 40th anniversary of reform and opening-up policy, it is necessary to understand this evolution process. By summarizing the achievements and discerning the problems of green transformation, this paper analyzes the direct and internal impetus, explores the theoretical basis and shares the outlook on future development.

Becoming an industrialized country is a necessary requirement for the Chinese nation to realize great rejuvenation, and it is also an important economy connotation to achieve the “Chinese Dream”. This paper holds that after the past 30 years' the rapid development of China since adopting reform and opening up policy, China's industrialization has been in its late stage now. China's industrialization, so far, has been developing into a great nation with a population of over one billion, and is advancing rapidly. It is now facing a highly unbalanced regional development. It is also a low-cost and export-oriented industrialization. This kind of industrialization is unprecedented in all of human history. The prospects of China's industrialization are bright. China, developing normally, could accomplish industrialization in 2025 to 2030 at the latest. However, the industrialization process may not be smooth. After the financial crisis, the third industrial revolution and servitization in manufacturing have been important trends in the global industrialization process, which would make for smooth progress of China's industrialization more difficult, and increasing the need for strategic adjustment of China's industrialization.

Since the reform and opening-up policy was implemented, Chinese higher education has experienced the process of recovery, adjustment, and rapid development; currently, the higher education has been popularized and the scale of Chinese higher education has been listed at the forefront in the world. However, compared to developed countries, there still exists great difference, and the “difficult employment” and “difficult recruitment” are good reflection. While the higher education is continuously enhanced, the structure of higher education is also continuously adjusted. Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has experienced rapid development and progress, and has gradually emerged as a large global economy and trading nation, and the import and export trade has made brilliant achievements.
