Purpose of the study: to identify the factors affecting the volume of production of motor gasoline. Research methods: analysis and synthesis, systematic approach, as well as methods of correlation and regression analysis. Results of the research: A methodological approach to the use of tools for correlation and regression analysis of the gasoline market is proposed, which includes the following stages: 1) formation of a data array; 2) carrying out correlation analysis, building a correlation matrix, selecting factors into the model using the Correlation tool in the Data Analysis package of MS Excel; 3) conducting a regression analysis, constructing a regression equation, substantiating the obtained dependence using the "Regression" tool in the "Data Analysis" MS Excel package, calculating the elasticity coefficients. It is proposed to use the volume of production of motor gasoline as effective in carrying out the correlation-regression analysis and constructing mathematical models. Among the dependent variables and factors affecting the volume of production of motor gasoline, it is proposed to use variables that characterize four groups of factors: resource (raw material) limitations (the volume of oil production and refining), production capabilities of the industry (through the depth of oil refining and the yield of light oil products that characterize production capacity and set of installations in the industry), price attractiveness of the market (prices of producers and consumers of motor gasoline, world oil prices), export attractiveness (volume and value of exports). Multivariate economic and statistical models of the dependence of the volume of production of motor gasoline on a number of factors have been developed. Based on the results of calculations, a strong correlation was revealed between the volume of production of motor gasoline and the values of primary oil refining, oil production, and export of motor gasoline. The predicted values are located as close as possible to the residual values, which indicates that the resulting regression equation has a high degree of accuracy. Research prospects: the research results can be used to identify significant factors in the development of the motor gasoline market in the Russian Federation.

The economic purpose of correlation-regression analysis is to determine the possible options for product competitiveness management, as well as an assessment of possible ways to achieve the desired result. The developed model can be used to improve planning and increase the level of product competitiveness. The forecast of results, though for the short term, gives the chance to learn about the prospects of obtaining the appropriate level of competitiveness of products in accordance with the degree of application of the impact on it. The forecast is dynamic and adapts to changes based on the latest data. The proposed model can be integrated into the existing decision support system to increase the competitiveness of products. In addition, correlation-regression analysis makes it possible to estimate the current situation using a regression equation. The mathematical reflection of the study of product competitiveness is the economic-mathematical model, which determines its functioning and assessment of changes in its effectiveness in the event of possible changes in the characteristics of economic activity. The parameters of economic models are estimated using the methods of mathematical statistics according to real statistical information. The task of correlation-regression analysis is to construct and analysis of the economic-mathematical model of the regression equation (correlation equation, which reflects the dependence of the resultant feature on several factor features and gives an estimate of the degree of connection density. Using data on the magnitude and direction of action of the analyzed factors, you can get the data that can be obtained to assess the relevant impact on the current level of product competitiveness. That is, such an analysis is a powerful and flexible tool for studying the relationships between product competitiveness indicators. The use of this method makes it possible to better understanding of the level of influence of factors on the competitiveness of products, and, accordingly, learn to manage the processes that take place, as well as more accurately predict their further interaction. These studies are important for the formation and implementation of management decisions to increase the competitiveness of products, because it narrows the choice of indicators with the greatest impact on its level. The ability to determine short-term forecasting of such impacts makes it possible to determine regional perspectives under the conditions of implemented measures.

The number of internet users in Malaysia is significantly high in comparison with other countries. It is reported that the number of internet users who were born in the year 2000 and above is almost near 70% in Malaysia. In 2015, the Malaysian internet users has exceeded to more than 19 million users. Therefore, the amount of banks that are implementing internet services to their customer is to be roughly 30. Meanwhile, there are only 13 banks in Malaysia that offers mobile banking services to its customers. Although there has been a rapid distribution of mobile internet by banks, internet banking services is still not fully adopted by banks. The objective of the study is to study about the factor affecting the trustworthiness of customers towards the usage of internet banking in Malaysia. This research is about the trustworthiness of customers towards the usage of internet banking. There are a few variables of factors that affect the trustworthiness of customers towards the usage of internet banking and it is clearly explained and elaborated. The factors are competency, security, integrity performance and shared values. Next, the methodology quantitative approach has used in this research whereby 200 respondents were sampled by the population from using the simple random taking. A significant advance in our knowledge of gastrointestinal pathology has been achieved through endoscopy of the accessible portions of the alimentary tract. This procedure has allowed the evaluation of morphological characteristics of the mucosa by means of direct viewing in situ and through microscopy (light and transmission electron) of biopsies taken from selected areas. The importance of examination of the three dimensional configuration of the mucosal surface has been recognized, particularly in the assessment of the intestinal villi in cases of malabsorption, where it is recommended that the biopsies should be examined first by means of the dissecting microscope. Therefore, there is an obvious indication here for scanning electron microscopy, with its far greater potential.

A major factor in the failure of central nervous system (CNS) axon regeneration is the formation of glial scar after the injury of CNS. Glial scar generates a dense barrier which the regenerative axons cannot easily pass through or by. In this paper, a mathematical model was established to explore how the regenerative axons grow along the surface of glial scar or bypass the glial scar. This mathematical model was constructed based on the spinal cord injury (SCI) repair experiments by transplanting Schwann cells as bridge over the glial scar. The Lattice Boltzmann Method (LBM) was used in this model for three-dimensional numerical simulation. The advantage of this model is that it provides a parallel and easily implemented algorithm and has the capability of handling complicated boundaries. Using the simulated data, two significant conclusions were made in this study:(1)the levels of inhibitory factors on the surface of the glial scar are the main factors affecting axon elongation and(2)when the inhibitory factor levels on the surface of the glial scar remain constant, the longitudinal size of the glial scar has greater influence on the average rate of axon growth than the transverse size. These results will provide theoretical guidance and reference for researchers to design efficient experiments.

The article discusses the construction of a mathematical model using the methods of correlation and regression analysis in determining the functional relationship between the quantities. When conducting an experiment, it is often necessary to establish the interdependence between two or more quantities in order to obtain an empirical formula. In some cases, this is a simple task, because these connections are almost obvious or known in advance. As a rule, to establish the relationship between different indicators, factors and characteristics is not a trivial task. There is a need to use some hypothesis in the form of functional dependence. In other words, it is necessary to replace this functional dependence with a fairly simple mathematical expression. Such a mathematical expression can be a linear equation or a polynomial. In order to use such experimental data to determine such a mathematical or functional relationship between variables, the methods of correlation and regression analysis are used. Correlation analysis provides an answer to the statistical hypothesis of the absence or presence of a relationship between variables with some predetermined confidence probability. Determination of the functional dependence between different values on their experimental values is carried out using regression analysis. It is based on the well-known method of least squares. Proposing one or another regression equation, the researcher determines both the very existence of the relationship between variables and its mathematical form. Regression analysis considers the relationship between the dependent quantity and non-dependent variables. This relationship is represented using a mathematical model, that is, an equation that connects the dependent and independent variables. Processing of experimental data using correlation and regression analysis allows us to build a statistical mathematical model in the form of a regression equation. Thus, the methods of correlation and regression analysis are closely related.
