Environmental Legislation Framework of China is composed of various laws enacted by different legal authorities. Constitutions, Acts, Rules and Regulations are basic legal choices for China to carry out environmental legislation at both central and local levels. The Environmental Administrative Management Framework of China is very complex and far from perfect because of the overlap between different governmental branches at the same level. China decides to do something to solve the problem through reformation of the political mechanism.

The empirical analysis includes logit models.

Despite the widespread recognition of the relevance of intra-party democracy (IPD), there has been a lamentable scarcity of empirical data suitable for large-N cross-sectional comparative analysis. This has changed with the Political Party Database Project (PPDB) project. Against this background this chapter sheds some light on questions about whether and how IPD varies systematically by country and party level criteria. The empirical analysis shows that country-level factors are generally more important than party-level factors. Most importantly, the existence of a party law and levels of trust and affluence are associated with higher levels of IPD. However, the authors also find that smaller parties, in terms of membership size, are associated with higher levels of IPD. While the results must be interpreted with some caution, the authors believe they constitute a first step towards reframing the scholarly debate on IPD from what is normatively desirable to a discussion about causes and consequences of variations in IPD.

Many scholars have studied the influence of the single variable to the stock market. In this paper, regression analysis method and Econometrics software Eviews 6.0 are used to solve the problem. Through analyzing the inner relationship among stock trading volume, money supply, interbank lending rates, and consumer confidence index, this paper attempts to establish a multiple regression equation and eliminate the problems of multicollinearity, autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity at the same time. The empirical analysis proves the model has certain rationality which can provide the basis for investors on stock investment.

This study intends to integrate the relationship of market orientation, innovative capacity and firm performance to Information and Communication Technology(ICT) SMEs. The purpose of this study is to identify the role of absorptive capacity and transformative capacity that affect the performance of ICT SMEs. Hypotheses were established between five latent variables. A total of six hypotheses were established including the moderated effects of absorptive capacity and transformative capacity. Of the data collected after the survey, 112 valid surveys were selected as the final sample, except for 17 questionnaires with high non - response and insincere response. The empirical analysis of this study used smartpls3.0, Partial Least Squares (PLS), a variance-based structural equation modeling. The empirical analysis of this study revealed that the impact of market orientation on innovative capacity was significant. Moreover, the innovative capacity had a positive effect on the performance of ICT SMEs. In addition, the absorptive activity had a positive moderated effect between the market orientation and the innovative capacity. On the other hand, the transformative capacity showed a positive moderated effect in relation to innovative capacity and firm performance. Our empirical results have demonstrated the importance of knowledge based capacity in the ICT SMEs.
